Dan Mohler - Stop waiting to be led - JUST DO IT

Oh are you guys all right come on this is just good stuff today we're gonna go out break for lunch you go get something to eat you go grab what you need to grab the store do what you would do normally just get out there you get most people going to eat we got some some speakers are different to me I don't I don't I don't tell you to just go Target and try to make something happen I want you to accept this message we're going to close a certain way but grace is going to empower us today to step into this thing already we don't have to like be cultivated for a year in this before you can love you can just see the lights can come on you can realize your value today and you can realize the purpose of the Cross today and look through those eyes and see everybody that way you get what I'm saying grace can empower that I promise you and knowing it's true and knowing that God loves people is enough anyway you don't live by your feelings you don't have to feel led to love somebody you called the love you just have to understand that God loves everybody Todd says real straight and strong stuff too Todd says like if you can show me one person that Jesus didn't pay the price for then just walk by and that sounds really like whoa but what he's saying is don't make it a mystical complicated over spiritual thing Jesus just loves the world so what he's saying is when he says that stuff is you have the right to love people they don't have to highlight in a crowd even though that happens sometimes you don't have to get miraculously drawn to them even though that happens sometimes it's all fun when that happens but if you're waiting for that we have a testimony every six months or a year that's phenomenal and in between you've walked by thousands and thousands of people that are just waiting to be loved I'm just saying it's real there's times that happens you know the light bulb comes whoa we tell people you don't need to be led jesus said go ye therefore he said whatever city you're in heal the sick and tell him the kingdoms there you don't have to have God lead you to that person love leads you to the person cuz he already said go see Holy Spirit in the word or one the his spirit in life so we're not waiting on you say yeah but Jesus only did what he saw the father do yeah and he manifested the father to us and every word he spoke was God so God's already spoken through his son I found it it's in Hebrews 1 in these last days God has spoken through his son so Jesus is the will of God revealed so we have the yesterday men from the father ba so should I go yeah said I love them yeah that one go for it and if you think you need lead take a fish and sinker put it in your pocket they're made of lead so if you have trouble with the lead thing reach and squeeze it after you feel led go love the person I learned that years ago pastor and it's a good pastor trick man I have people novice did you ever have this you're giving them the word and you're like look brother you really it's time to start loving your wife well I don't want to love my wife I don't feel that you know and it's just a hitches new people just you give them the word Nasu I don't feel led know over spiritual eyes and we'll use that led thing so I would get out this big chunk of man I say dude look we're really like hitting a standstill with our Council session here in our time together so I need to move forward with this because you keep saying you're not led you're not led but the Word of God says is that I need your hold out your hand and I put this she says what I said just squeeze that just what is that I said that's lad now that you've just felt led let's get on with God works take that you could take that there's no copyright on that you give everything away in the kingdom I'm just having fun you guys have fun because I it would be a shame if you're not having any fun because I'm really having fun but but today we're going to go out for lunch and stuff and because we're talking like this there's just something that happens a greater awareness of surrounding somebody hurting in trouble it doesn't just have to be somebody limping and hurt it could just be a Down disposition you get somebody that actually looks okay but you just feel like they need encouraged and you just get an impression in your heart while you're eating with your friends and you say excuse me I just want to go talk hey how are you today do I know you no I'm just looking over here I just want to encourage you I just feel in my heart I'm just gonna be praying for you I don't know you but I feel like right now you're going through some real challenges you you're carrying yourself well you don't show that but I just feel like you're in a real big show all the some tears oh my god whatever even if they don't do tears it oh my god you're loving people you're showing people that you care about them more than your own life your own time and you have the faith to come over there and approach that so don't this thing doesn't have to be just coming out of a wheelchair just a blind eye own loving people right you know somebody's just they're at the cash register Nate's really busy and listen thank you I see it's lunch hour it's really busy god bless you you really hope carry yourself well just be encouraged Jesus loves you so much start somewhere just loving people you get it cuz society and even people that go to church can be in this line where she's struggling that the cash register people like oh oh brother would she just get a grip why not to get somebody knows how to work I can't register I'm in a hurry and next thing you know one side turns into five sides and next thing you know there's a whole line of inconvenience people at the cost of an 18 year old precious girl's soul selfish folks but the cause living at the expense instead of laying down their lives for one another see the twist love lays down its live selfishness lives for itself so you live at the expense of people instead the edification of people it's the difference between saved and unsaved it should be the difference there should be no Christian in that line you follow me I'm just saying this is true that's where the Christian needs to speak up excuse me guys look don't you see she's under pressure right now man the more the more we roll our eyes inside the more pressure she doesn't deserve that this might be her first job she's just trying to make it come on cheer her on don't you be so important and so in a hurry everybody that it's at the cost of this young lady and all son she bursts out just balls that's not just an analogy what I'm using this is a real experience and then you look at her and say you be encouraged sweetheart forgive us for any expression of impatience you're doing fine and you're gonna learn you're going to do well don't you give up and don't you think you can't do this when Debbie Jesus and you take just a little bit more time and tax the whole world around John not on purpose I'm just not on purpose not there what I'm saying is it does it puts people huh but it's convicting it touches more people than you believe you take her hand and just bless her a 5-second prayer not a three or four minute just a five-second prayer because you aren't tempting and taxing but what it does is then people get to their car and it opens up the voice of Holy Spirit in their lives boy I really am impatient I was so inconsiderate I wasn't even thinking to that girl all of a sudden it's a person that goes to church and isn't thinking Jesus but they're religious they're just going to church now they're in the car and having a God encounter because of your example so you loved and encouraged a girl convicted a Christian and everything's good to shoot I mean that's big stuff to me that's exciting stuff to me because come on if we would all just become love and begin to walk and live in love we would impregnate our society with something real we would show the world that we have time for them some people are a little offended when you approach them some people are trying to figure you out some people are so used to being touched wrong and something in it for you that they're waiting they're on guard until you walk away they don't even relax and realize it was all about you loving them but unless you start to sew something unless you start to water something that's been sowed where is increase coming from now I'm not against intercession I've let intercession for years and understand intercession to a degree but but but the thing we're praying for in the back room has to have some feet called love attached to it and the body of Christ let's keep interceding and praying for the world to change but that's become more like Christ and that's so into our community that's water our community and let God's Spirit bring increase because we've been great farmers in the kingdom come on it's in Isaiah as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to grow so shall the Lord cause righteousness of praise to spring forth from the earth he uses the garden as the analogy the things that are sown into it come on that's not complaining about a society or just pray for a society that's so into her okay the number of people I'm looking at right here let's just say you're from this general area just I know we're from all over but I'm just saying this small room with the number of faces that I'm looking at up here and down here you just say let's just walk in love and every day we're touching somebody along the way praying for the sick encouraging somebody seeing somebody healed here and there cheering people on not walking in animosity anger frustration jealousy pride just walking in the Heart of Jesus one two people a day three times the number of faces I'm looking times a month two months three months six months refusing to refuse refusing to complain and get discouraged to go backslide and whatever man and make it all about you again no surrendered and sold out and wholly given and just love in the world around you and trust in God's kingdom is being revealed you see what I mean man get with me on this thing if I could just have people that just say yes to this and say you know what this makes sense if we could just walk in love will change our society will change culture who loves the answer complaining and anger and picket lines and frustration it's not the answer dancers love because if people knew who they were they wouldn't do what they do if people knew who they were they wouldn't live prefer and desire the things they desire if they really were filled with God's Spirit we'd be changed true so let's be filled with God's Spirit let's know why we're alive let's know who we are not in a self-righteous holier-than-thou way so we have something to give in part and deposit because each seed produces after it do you know why it's important that you bear fruit because their seed in the friend and when a plant bears fruit there's a whole lot more plants coming that's why it's important to bear fruit because the seeds in the friend yeah yeah go it's good in let's read this thing and let's pray and then when you go out to lunch today you just be real you'd be the best you and you look for somebody to love at some level if you see a sick person you can simply ask them don't exploit them you're not trying you're trying to bless them you're not using them as a target they're not hey they're not a you know what I mean they're not you're not practicing on them you know whoa a cane Hey I'm serious this thing isn't some new fad and gimmick in the body of Christ running to pray for the sick on the streets it's becoming love and love we'll want to help people if you think there's an answer in your spirit called the power of God not trying to get a testimony your loving people please stay real healthy and clear on that let's not ride the 0 of something new and fresh and try to ride the wave sometimes people attach to things and make things a movement and when you attach to what becomes a movement it's unhealthy because you're trying to find identity through the movement instead of Christ you're trying to be a part of something that's happening to feel like you're happening it's not healthy you'd be the best son the best daughter you'd be so sincere in your love and let your love be without hypocrisy and when you touch people it's not about failing you'll find that love covers man I mean I don't find myself out there like a whole man and that was dumb I made a mistake love is just people can see when you're sincere Holy Ghost will make you cry right when you need to cry you'll just cry and you will like love them like you're their own flesh and blood you won't even be a moment you'll be like that you'll be like whoo and they'll cry Tom tells it all the time he says you'll be amazing these encounters you'll see it this week you start talking to somebody very short in and they're crying that quick people are so ready to be loved now I know outwardly you don't always believe that but I'll tell you what you start living from the heart you access others hearts and you'll see where they're really act so if you're out of lunch and somebody's hurtin be discreet if you must try to think of them in the sense of you're not just trying to exploit them upstage them be sincere convey your heart it's up to you I have different I don't have an approach I have different ways I perceive you grow in this thing so it's hard we don't give you a method 1 2 3 Todd just a lot of times doesn't even ask to pray but then there's times he does I'm around him a lot when he asked to pray but there's a lot of times he say can I just see your hand and he says certain things you just discern and know in the situation but but give me a give you a simple example sir man you really look like you're in pain what did you do is that your knee oh yeah man I tore my ACL and it's it's really causing me pain Wow man listen just this will take five seconds I won't do anything silly you're gonna love this father in Jesus name I thank you so you didn't even ask him I've done that a lot I don't get in trouble I haven't had anybody knee me in the head yeah you pushing your religion on know usually God just boom it's so quick and you don't pray long on the streets you pray five seconds ten seconds maybe he'll pain leave father thank you for your amazing love Jesus name then you just say check your knee man what sometimes what the that isn't cool God doesn't hit the reverse switch what the black whoa look don't you be surprised God's not surprises God no people are going to swear what's he taking off guard when they swear it or did he know it did he already heal them then his mercy must be bigger than all they see that's all they've been taught how to talk like that but in a minute they can understand goodness and love and they can be changed so healing isn't the end result in the answer it's just the beginning of the best to come so Jesus did a lot of signs and wonders they put him on the cross so the signs and wonders are just a stepping stone to deeper encounters to God reality to God's love just because somebody gets healed doesn't mean it's the end it's just the beginning in most cases you get it to us we're like wow they got healed but they still have to walk this thing out you say well did you lead them to the Lord well I gave them the Lord and then I shared as much as grace provides you'll find some people are taken back when they're healed some people are taken back when you love them some people are in a genuine hurry they're on a lunch break don't overkill don't just be content with loving people and go where grace allows you to go and that's something we all learn and grow in as long as we're alive am I making sense okay I'm running a late which is normal so I'm going to try not to be too normal today I got to quit here but I got to read this real quick uh thanks Tom for always loving me on the opening session and the second session and my open nights and thanks Tom Chapter three I just want to read and that's that's yield to this when I read okay come on this would be powerful there's a could you could you when I talked about the when I prayed for the man in the neo alga there's an authority that was in the room could you perceive there's a good we can walk in that real simple prayer knee be healed except there's an authority there you just need healed in Jesus name thank you Father for loving them so grace there's going to be a thority in this one we read this if we yield to this and say yes all we got to do is say yes guys I didn't preach all a lot on becoming love today and what it really looks like but I gave you enough and when you preach like I preach today it's not to decide where we're not it's not to expose where we're not guys it's to show us where we're called don't you ever leave a service like this and say boy I don't even know if I'm barely saved God does not expose where you're not he shows you where you're called he isn't troubleshooting he's giving answers he's saying you're so much more than you've been thinking yeah you get it so you just you don't talk you see don't get out to the corn sing man I got a long way to go no man I got somewhere to go come on because one's an ear of condemnation and it is the devil and the other ones the heart of God okay but here's what I found in congregations when I'm preaching not everybody in the room is willing to become loved you want to cover it and hold on to that right to fall a man gave you that right to yourself well yeah but you tell me but if somebody does this well you need to go and you'll get them lines crossed in chips and somebody's gonna knock it off and then because you drew that line you have an excuse to be less than the art of God but if you can't find what you're thinking and what you're believing in the heart and mouth of Jesus then it shouldn't be in yours you're made for his image don't assume rights that you were never created for come on some people say well yeah but that's the way it is no that's the way it became when man ate the tree I'm talking to everybody in this house I have learned this there's always a handful of people in a room that don't want to become loved you want to hold on to the right that gives you a right to have animosity issues rightness whatever the world is ruled by that mentality that's come out of the world so that we can rightly give the world Christ okay when the last thing we need to be is another people with a Christian confession in the same attitude of the people we need to think to come to church and stuff we are the church I'm going to read this it's going to be clear since you were raised with Christ chapter 3 verse 1 seek the things which are above where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God set your mind search see God wants you to lock your mind there why because your mind to want to go other places feelings will want to rule in rage mentalities former things 1 oh yeah but set your mind where you going to lock in and think from Heaven's perspective think from loves you don't set your mind on the things of the earth why because you died you didn't just pray a prayer to go to heaven you died and your life is hidden with Christ in God and when Christ who is now our life appears then you will also appear with him in glory therefore because this is true put to death your members which are on the earth fornication uncleanness passion evil desire covetous it's all idolatry because of these things the wrath of God is coming to the sons of disobedience in which you yourselves and me all once walk when we lived in them but now you yourselves who you yourself are to put off what anger wrath malice blasphemy so he didn't say manage anger he said put it off how do I put off anger without getting into works and trying not to be an angry man how do I put off anger without trying not to be angry today I get alone with God in prayer listen carefully it's how grace works and I believe it's possible to live free from anger I believe it's possible to become loved I get along with God and I tell him I'm willing to walk one with his heart and I'm putting off anger you never made me for anger anger is a selfishly driven thing anger is because I've put my way above other people's ways anger as a form of pride God anger is the fall of man I don't have to manage anger I'm free from anger I was never made for anger so see you yourself are responsible to put that off because you're the steward of your heart so you yourselves put off anger you can't ask somebody to be your accountability partner in anger you have to settle that you don't want to be that way and you have to talk to God and you're saved by grace through faith so when you get along with God and release faith in the fact that it's possible to live free from those things grace starts making that your reality when all the sudden without biting your lip trying not to be angry things just don't move you like they used to why because you don't want to be moved that way you want to walk in love now if you have hidden issues hidden agenda and don't really want to walk in love then you'll pray religious prayers and there's very little grace but I'm telling you well I'm just being real because you can talk the talk and you can suffice your own conscience at times even but you're just selling yourself cheap but you down inside no you right and you know when you really real about this stuff so when we pray in a minute you can do that God I don't want any right to the flesh I don't want any right to anger selfishness wrath malice I just want to see who you've always seen me to be so I can see the world clearer and be what you made me to be it's called love you get it so we're going to put these things away we're not going to lie to one another why because we've put off the old man and his deeds and we've put on the new man who's the new man renewed in knowledge according to the image of him who created him you see how scriptural this thing is so the man we put on is in agreement with the image of the one who made us let us make man in our so the new man wheat so the gospel isn't a passport to heaven it's a transformation back to the image of God so the cross of Christ isn't fulfilled when a man prays a prayer to get his name in the book of life its fulfill when his nature's turned back to love the cross is paid in full when a man's nature's changed not when he prays a prayer that's it's right here man that's the glory of his inheritance in the Saints what he receives through the dividends and increase of the investment of the blood of Jesus his lives transform one seed after its own kind it springs up and bears much fruit many christ-like one's one son for many sons Yahoo to get it Joe I'm so late and I feel like I'm just getting started I'm so happy I can preach all day man I thought it I think I'm going to do it again this afternoon Tom look at this therefore verse 12 this is where I'm closing we're going to pray right now as the elect of God come on up Tom please so I get quiet as the elect of God holy and beloved look what we're going to do we're gonna put on tender mercies how do you put on tender mercies the same way you put off anger father I was never created for my flesh here's what it looks like when you're all on father was never created for my flesh I was created for your image in your glory and nobody's looking you're not doing this to impress a friend you're not doing this in a crowd it's just you and Jesus and you're just in your car driving or you're in the bathroom or you're in a closet you're taking a walk in the woods or you're somewhere on the beach I'm in San Diego you're in the beach you're in sand somewhere and you're dis father I just I was made for your glory house made for you image and my desire is to look like you my desires to be everything you've designed me to be not one thing of the fall of man ruling my life I lay it all down next thing you know you're new and you're surrendering you're just telling God you just want to be so one with him Holy Spirit have your way man working me mold me shape me and make me just like you thank you that I see what you see that I'm becoming who you are thank you for being one with me Oh see so you're gonna put off those things but then you're gonna put on what tender mercies father I was made for tender mercies I was made for loving kindness just the way you forgave me you made me to forgive others just the way you showed me mercy you made me to be merciful to others God men are going to know you because I know you and you know me father people are going to be introduced to the beauty of who you are because they've been introduced to who you've caused me to become father thank you for the privilege of my life thank you for a living legacy Wow see that's Christian prayer not the car running better the boss treating you right Christian prayer is you communing with him to be more like him in your day and you can still pray about those other things but don't cross a line to where there are the things that make you okay there's a big difference between praying for your boss out of mercy and wondering why God's letting him treat you that way one is twisted would be the latter the other one is the kingdom we're going to put on tender mercies kindness humility meekness long-suffering look what we're going to do we're going to bear with one another and forgive one another and if anyone who anyone has a complaint against another even as Christ forgave us or forgave you you're going to also forgive and above all these things guess what we're going to do we're going to put on love you know why it's the bond of perfection you guys want to become loved do you hear what I'm saying is truth this morning can you hear it's healthy can you hear it'll make you really free not flake you free I apologize if I'm a little flaky up but I'm free before I'm flaky actually I interpret flaky as being happy and making no sense I'm happy and make a lot of sense I'm not flaky let's pray and let's believe right now and you personally just surrender your heart to God in every way that you know possible and say you know what God my life's on purpose my life is your design and I'm in you and you're in me I'm ready for this and then we're going to ask Holy Spirit to just impart love in a revelation beyond what we think is possible and we're going to ask God to cultivate something in us just by being here and listening and being willing that only grace can do is that fair father we just thank you right now and I just thank you for the humility in this room I thank you for the people in this room that just wants you and one all that you are to be in them father I'll thank you that right now we surrender we know you love us our lives are on purpose and they're well worth living it's not about people and who did and who didn't what it's about what you've accomplished we want to put that on first and let that rule and reign in her life so father I thank you for a grace to keep people well rooted well-rounded and well grounded in love I thank you that there is a rock of salvation called Jesus Christ in every one of our lives and I thank you we are rooted and grounded and planted on him first and from that truth we begin to live our everyday life father I thank you the motivation is always loved I thank you the motivation isn't finding ourselves finding identity I thank you we would never pray for the sick to feel better about ourselves I pray that we would pray for the sick because we feel awesome about ourselves and we see the love that you have for the sick father I thank you we're not doing any faucet or aspect of ministry to try to find who we are we're doing these things because we know who we are so I'm asking you to supernaturally impart to us God Holy Spirit I'm asking you to make love so real make love so defined and so pronounced in our hearts caused us to look through those eyes caused us to live from that heart the heart of love and I'm asking right now for a supernatural impartation and increase in every one of our perspectives and dispositions and I thank you you empower us to just be the best us in you I'll thank you we're not trying to be like each other we are enjoying following Jesus and we are treasuring our own unique penis our own appearances our own personalities but thank you it all greased with love father have your way electric grace come in this house right now Holy Spirit I ask you to impart right now make us very bold and very confident in the expression of your spirit in public and God let this community be touched by Jesus thank you thank you in Jesus name God thank you amen and amen thank you thanks Dan you bets give him a hand
