that has disturbed and claimed many lives we ask you now to look upon us with love and by your healing hand dispel the fear of sickness and death restore our hope and strengthen our faith we pray that you guide the people task to find cures for this disease and to stem its transmission we thank you for the vaccines developed made possible by your guiding hands bless our efforts to use these vaccines to end the pandemic in our country we pray for our health workers that they may minister to the sick with competence and compassion grant them health in mind and body strength in their commitment protection from the disease we pray for those afflicted may they be restored to hell protect those who care for them grant eternal rest to those who have died give us the grace in these trying times to work for the good of all and to help those in need may our concern and compassion for each other see us through this crisis and lead us to conversion and holiness grant all these pandemic tragedies disaster and suffering may we learn from mary so that like her we may be ready to carry christ in our arms the christ present in the poor the marginalized and the oppressed today let us then thank god for the many graces we have received especially through the intercession of our patroness and the gift of the miraculous medal may our devotion to our lady impel us to imitate her example in living truly christian lives sisters and brothers let us acknowledge our sins and so prepare ourselves to celebrate the sacred mysteries i confess almighty god and to you my brothers head waiter pulled the bridegroom and said to him everyone serves good wine first and when people have drunk freely an inferior one but you have kept the good wine until now jesus did this at the and doers of the word of god propagating the faith and good news of jesus here and now abba friends as we grow deeper in our love and devotion to mary may it also inspire us and challenge us to be pray to the lord lord hear our prayer for christian communities especially those who are exploited and oppressed for the victims of war terrorism and tyranny for prisoners for the sick the poor and the hungry for the homeless and for those without work that like mary may our faith in god strengthen us in our journey in fulfilling the will of the father let us pray to the lord lord hear our prayer for the sick especially those who caught kovid 19 that confident in the maternal intercession and protection of our lady may they be strengthened by their continued faith in god who also continues in loving let us pray to the lord lord hear our prayer for our own conversion of heart that through the intercession of our lady of the miraculous medal we may walk in the path of holy trust in the unfailing providence of god let us pray to the lord lord hear our prayer that all the dead especially the members of the vincentian family our own families friends and benefactors may receive
