somebody welcome back with cooking with Nana today I am going to show you how to make chile oi so in LA we would say Chioma pit so the chili or you can put it on any kind of broth you want with the puppy out with full whatever that you prefer to put on something very simple I have one pack of dried chili and this one is 12 ounce right here half cup and then my um the oil you can use corn oil olive oil or vegetable white in the oil that you prefer that's how but the first thing I'm going to do is roast my dry chili pepper why I roast my dried chili pepper it's better when you roast it you can have that smoky sense of smell of your chili dry pepper okay I'm gonna turn on my heat up so turn on high for a little bit on it's better sometime if you roast it outside your house you know because inside is going to be really now up the UM the roof of the OI Oh roll up roll up dried pepper okay over here let me a lot add a little salt so the pepper doesn't really pop so much just say it 1 tablespoon we're going to keep stir it minutes roast it and then you have to keep your eye on it or else you want because you don't want to burn the dried chili pepper you just roasted so I load down my heat to medium-high because you don't want to once it's turning to you see how some of them is turning to roast it dark now keep stirring it because you don't want to make it too dark see don't forget no down your Heat you don't want high heat keep stirring it then however will be coated um rose okay now see how to roast it ooh careful it's very chilly and then you can smell it so once it's like half roast once you know it's done because see it's already someone turning roasted but dark turn it off let it sit on the side and and let it cool and then we're gonna use our machine to UM blend it um blend it together to UM make it the children once it's all roasted and let it sit up side little gum cool cool off a little bit and then you can use your blender to Flint to chop it or blend it or you can use the cooking sock to a smashing also don't fashion wait this is faster I mix them chop it up this is how it's going to be like so quick boat lot and it's going to be like this okay so they go this is the rose pepper salt that I throw in there you don't use that so those whose to be thrown away 5a my um burner on I'm gonna add the oil one when use four cups because you don't really want the chili oil to be too dry so forth tough is fine but if you need to add more or you can keep you five but I'm going to do four for right now it's hot enough you want um at your garlic and you don't want your garlic to over burn so keep stirring it when it's golden brown a little bit we're going to add the dry roast dried chili pepper now once it turned to a little bit light golden brown and then you're going to add the chili in here the one okay gonna mix it slow down your heat to meet him some part is not that would be okay and you stir like five minutes once it's all mixed and if I miss turn it off and then all the heat from it it's gonna roast the onions the garlic everything mixed combined together so once it's like saying you can do three minutes three to five minutes so I did mine three because after them you just turn it off and you set on the side where the cool area you don't want to put in the the burner that leave it there because I also pepper and the garlic both still going to be burning because it's still hot once it's all COO up I'm gonna put it in the jar like this and so this is how it's gonna be like without Muppet babsi and then once who find a foot in a jar or anything that you have this is how my um um Gail Pitts we would call it Lao yeah but pit or um chili or chili pepper boy this is what gonna be look like without my pinned FC once it's done I put in a jar and then this in my house it will not probably last me in three weeks because we like to put it on cup fits in to any kind of frog like with your noodles and all kind of stuff so this is how it is the mix I'm up in that seat so I hope you try it and you know this is last for why you know if you want to make your own this is like a homemade made or you can go buy at the store they sell it also but then sometimes you prefer to make it your own how it's gonna be like so like I said try it out and see how it is if you want to do your own and let me know I would love to hear from you guys again you know love to hear your opinions and a feedback and like I said cocktail Ally and thank you so much you know that you here watching my video and and you know to learn and like I said tonight how dare could my lock on though bye
