tyers C dream one by one I I'll be asking your questions to them clear and let's get started name course or centi hi I am SAR bat and my C score was 773 and I'm a BAP student with my combination psychology and political science psychology being my major and political science being my minor hi this is Tiasha and my CU score was 74 6 out of 800 and my course is English honors hi everyone my name is Ria and my course is English honors and my C score was 748 out of 800 hi everyone I'm Nana Sharma I'm pursuing English honors from Alisa my C score was 765 hi I vanisha Sharma my C score was 781 out of 800 I am in the Bap program with uh my major in psychology and minor in political science hi I'm Chek I'm pursuing political science honors and my CED score was 786 out of 800 perfect C prepare for Co I think uh the first thing that I did was I focused a lot on the n ncrt and apart from that uh test preparation like I solved a lot of sample papers from a lot of books and a lot of websites yours as well refer to a lot of notes again I would recommend uh sticking to ncrt only for C yes so the basic is ncrt like if you have studied the ncrt well like line by line like from the for the History part from the timelines each uh like questions can come from any part of the book so like if you are thorough with the ncrt for your B then your c will go well and then um I had also referred to this disha Publications uh the they have an entire book on Humanity so um purva ma'am had only suggested it so I bought it and it was really well hello everyone so I solved a lot of mock tests and I watched a lot of YouTube videos and I also uh got strick to uh ncrt books so yes this is enough for your uh Duty preparation just like everyone said ncrt is the key it's the main source but uh you know surprise can kill you many of times so for that you need to practice I practiced from a website called textbook from uh where you can uh practice sample papers of c and also obviously Humanes uh I think if you're well prepared for board you're well covered for C also I used m''s notes what whatever she wrote on the board so it was very helpful for revision also chronologies are very important in humanity subjects English uh you need to focus on English cuz you have margin in the core subjects but uh English is very necessary and it will be counted everywhere so focus on English and domain subjects may you have margin so I had practiced a lot of cbsc sample papers like the previous year sample papers wherein objective type questions were given I would go for them over and over again and then ncrt as everybody said you know read them as many times as you can the more is less I mean I had gone through them so much that I had remembered each line that you know this would come after this this this so go for NCR and go for cbsc resource basket definitely perfect to uh strategy to question student because questions available official website you can suggest what types of questions were asked just timeline cartoon question Maps student may I think if um there there's one question the one type of question that I can recall immediately is the questions from the boxes uh in political science specifically that were asked a lot and in those also uh a year was asked for a famous personality that I can't recall at the moment but boxes I think uh you should really uh go through and Target to cover in your preparation yeah so for history I will suggest that the timeline is very important because students generally skip it and because it's very confusing now but if you just have a glimpse of what is there then you will be able to get through it and uh I had my uh subjects like history and political and English so yeah so it's like that so you guys will all see picture based questions and basically C checks your analytical skills so I face this type of questions in Psychology exam yeah plus one to that I think CU does not check your uh information it checks your knowledge so you should have a thorough understanding of all the concepts ncrt questions can come from anywhere and everywhere in English uh exam one question that you know it really trigged me uh questions will not only come from English language but also some words will come from other languages like some French words or some some words that we use generally like say bonage we say so what is the meaning of that uh which we use generally yeah okay so you you you need to understand basically picture based questions and chronology questions uh and you can leave uh General Studies uh I think the that general knowledge paper that we have cuz you do not need that that is just extra extra so you can leave that and focus more on English and chronologies and pictures one more thing that I would like to say is that read the options properly what happens is that suppose you have read the first option and you feel okay this is right and you like you tick it but what happens is that sometimes there is ambiguity in the you know options so go read the questions question properly definitely but also all the options thoroughly for example there was this word Ron deu right and I knew what it meant but I marked it wrong so because I did not go through the options carefully in the overconfidence maybe so no matter how much you know but go through the options very very carefully perfect I love LSR I have been in I have been in love with LSR since the beginning of time it has been the dream it is so much fun it's beautiful as you can tell from the campus as well um teachers professors are amazing the course that we're studying specifically we are so we get to learn so much every day each day it's it's a new day every day so we get to learn new things meet new people the seniors are amazing very very helpful and um Target LSR if you're a Humanity student and even if you're an Eco student you would you would not regret it one bit at all so the crowd at elsar is diverse and the campus is vibrant and Lively you will get to see a people from every corner of India and like the course also that English honors it's like literature in depth like I'm studying Shakespeare Afra and everything so like you should Target LSR so my first preference was LSR and now I am in LSR it's a dream come true so uh I wish you all the best to come to Alysa I also love Elisa it was my dream College uh honestly first few weeks were kind of overwhelming and intimidating because come on it's LSR and everyone is a Topper here but then you when you you know find your people you uh seep into this environment and everything is just the best and I'm from English Department and it's consider quite cool so I love my professors my course my college everything is great yeah it's a dream come true being in LSR I used to watch a lot of Vlogs the same position you probably are in right now so it's worth it guys you're going to love it when you come here also I love being in South Campus please do not get into the north campus South Campus debate every place you want to travel it's nearer by Auto than Metro so South Campus is amazing guys I do not get the hype of North Campus I often tell my friend you uh so like this is the life that I had dreamt of and I'm living it you get to dress up every day you come here meet different people and uh you get to sit at you know various spots that are aesthetic and you get to click good pictures you get to study you get to meet professors who are like I do not have objectives to explain they're wonderful so like what else do you want just and come here please I want the name so that student can actually benefit out of it I think one book that I uh very clearly remember using was together with for a lot of sample papers they have amazing sample papers for uh English particularly because I didn't give the General test English I also had geography and political science along with psychology so together with is one book that I really refer to a lot for uh the mock tests yes so my go-to book is the disa Publications one it is a wiin book and you will get also the General Studies section also so it mostly covers everything you need for books I followed my ncrt uh my sources were ncrt books uh books of Aran Publications one of English language and one had all it was a compilation of all Humanity subjects and uh YouTube channel such as Humanes an academy I also bought the package of testbook.com it was only 200 rupees it was very affordable and it it was really good I refer to ncrs and Oswell books but I would say Do not complete dep completely depend on a book cuz the questions are going to be way different just that these books prepare you for the different kind of questions they may throw at you so no book is your Magna kaarta just believe in yourself and try to learn as much as possible not just the questions so I had gone for oswal sample papers like they have these objective type questions that resource basket of cbsc ncrt books definitely and there is this book called allinone I had gone for that okay so finally one last advice Jo ASP first of all don't stress stress and just make sure that you utilize your time post boards very well don't um uh also when you filling out your test papers for C be very mindful because you don't want to spend time studying something that that your course doesn't require as a prequisite so that and don't stress so the process is very cumbersome like you will have the NTI releasing an answer sheet every 2 days and then they'll have some mistakes in it it is very tiring and like you'll get stressed out but like you you can do it like so uh first of all I would like to say that please do take care of your health do not overstress and do not hesitate I'm sure you're going to make it and just don't complicate things yeah just keep it simple ncrt is the base and remember there's no elevator to success you have to work hard take baby steps and you will get here switch off your social media if you're feeling a lot of foro that people are partying and not you trust me your time will come and it will be worth it it will be worth it do spend good time with your parents because even if you get there here I mean you're going to be away from your parents do utilize that time with your parents study hard you will get through do read NCS
