Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
Rob Orlando - pricess. Goes from eating cheesecake to a 305# clean into thruster.
Fuck these guys. They make it look so easy. Froning is impressive.
Just when I'm feeling decent about my max loads... now I feel like a sissy. :(
Man, Rich has gotten so strong. I've always thought calling the Games winner "The fittest man alive" was ridiculous and arrogant, but god damn Rich just may be.
Holy shit.
That's pretty epic. Rich is a beast.
I have the biggest bromance for Froning... sigh
People always get in an uproar about calling the CrossFit Games winner the "fittest in the world", but honestly I don't see why that's such a terrible title. CrossFit is about maximizing performance in almost every single aspect of fitness. To win a competition designed around testing those aspects and winning them seems to entitle a person to be called fittest in the world. Can anyone tell me why that's incorrect? I'm legitimately curious.
Haha, I'd hardly call RobO a "member from the crowd"! Also, speaking of crazy thrusters - from the '11 NorCal regionals: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=LVT2gTvFqP4#t=84s
