Man, Rich has gotten so strong. I've always thought calling the Games winner "The fittest man alive" was ridiculous and arrogant, but god damn Rich just may be.

People always get in an uproar about calling the CrossFit Games winner the "fittest in the world", but honestly I don't see why that's such a terrible title. CrossFit is about maximizing performance in almost every single aspect of fitness. To win a competition designed around testing those aspects and winning them seems to entitle a person to be called fittest in the world. Can anyone tell me why that's incorrect? I'm legitimately curious.
