His tips on Hyper focal distance where very good and helpful. I've never fully understood it and I've definitely learnt something.
The rest of his talk was pretty good, but its all very subjective. And with that in mind I don't feel it would improve my workflow at all. But to someone less experienced I think the whole thing is very good.
I don't like how he basically tells people that some white balance settings are plain wrong. It depends on what result you want, doesn't it?
