Creating a cascading drop down list in SharePoint Infopath 2013

hello everyone manage Prakash Mitanni and welcome to learning Tech today I'm going to talk about how we can create lookup column in SharePoint in provide forms so this is my SharePoint Online and a requirement is that whenever I go in my InfoPath form and if I select any region in my recent section only countries related to that particular region should come up in a country column you can see that I have selected reason amia here and the countries related to ami eventer are only coming up in the country section if I select different reason and the countries will change according to that particular reason so this is our requirement and how we can actually achieve that particular requirements by using InfoPath local so let's talk about how we can actually achieve that so I'll just go slow InfoPath so this is my lookup column what I've created and I have created two column here one is reason one is country you can create your column by other sure how so there is my country and there is my reason both are choice mine you have created and you can create your column from Iran's right so this is my look up list what I've created and what I want that when I enter a new item there is a reason and there is a country should come up like what I have shown you earlier so how we can achieve that by lookup column is for that purpose I have to create another list and I have created that list with the name of local preference and here I have included different reason and corresponding countries according that particular reason so if you can see in a CA there is the Indian nation here on China all these countries are here and the boat column are a single enough text and likewise I have created different region and the countries corresponding to them so this is my look of reference list and I have to call this list in these particular column so how I can do that I'll go in my list section here and click on customize an info file so once my info path will open we'll see that how we can do that [Music] so once my InfoPath form is here what I have to do is first of all I have to create a data connection by ways I will get the data of this particular list to this list right so for that purpose click on data connection click on add we have to receive data click on next in the radio box select SharePoint library or list because we are fetching the data from Giovanni list click on next this is your list URL just click on next now here I have to select the list from where I am fetching the data so we knew that we are fetching the data from lookup their friends will select the look of reference list here and we'll click on next and on the look of reference what we are actually going to fetch we're gonna fetch region and country right and just click on next and click on next and you can put your connection name here so I'll skip it look up reference and just click on finish so there is a look of references created and now close it so once it is closed now go to on your region drop-down section right click on this there is a drop down list box property click on that select get choice from external data source and in the data source section select your look of reference connection we have created just before that click on that you will see that your region and countries are here you have to do nothing here you have to just click on show only entries with a unique display name and click on OK and now the country section what you have to do right click on that click on drop down this box property and select the scene get choice from external data source select your reference lookup reference Lister connection sorry and after that eat the entries click on this particular section now you will will see there there is a reason in country and you have to click on filter data right and I have to filter data according to what I have to filter data by reason when the reason is equal to what select field altro from here select the main list so what I'm actually doing I am facing the region from my previous list to my current list right and once of the main list is selected I have to just click on reason and now the reason is equal to region means to my first list to my current list click on OK click on OK and click on okay right so this is what we have done now we'll see in a previous section that whether we have done it right or not so once the selector is in Asia we'll see that if the countries are coming by a tional so right now you can see that instead of country we are only having the reason here we don't need the reason so what we have done wrong we might have done something wrong there so go in the section if you can see here we have selected the reason we need to select country here right so once you click on country and here also you have to select country click OK click OK now the view here and the platform now if I select a region Asia now you can see that the data is coming perfectly fine all the countries in Asia if I select if I select a region Ratan according to that corresponding countries will come up select Americas the country will come up so this is how we can create we look up or
