okay if you ever had a situation like that you come to the right place to fix this why is this happening because the auto-generated collision is just a cube let's create our own collision in denver take your target model as reference take some cubes and model a really simple collision mesh out of them all one object don't go too crazy with polycount but more about that later now the most important part name your collision model ucx underscore name of your target model then select both file export fbx tick selected objects mesh export fbx now switch to unreal right click in the content browser import untick auto generated collision and import drag the model on your scene and yeah there you have it the bullets now go where they should go technically you can go high poorly convex and concave with these measures but i wouldn't recommend that you can also auto generate collision in unreal with these little tools does the job but well i think what comes out of it speaks for itself right
