is you win money cup too with money got finals are 19. and went unbeaten in 1986. so I'm beaten on me so you win win money cup last game Casey score of six gold pan in the last 15 minutes I'm almost to meet them before that's why the game celebrate it forever I always want to prove a point now we are contemplating another Junction in life we live with our decisions [Music] I made use of my opportunity now I'm Where I Wanna Be look who have in the cut I'm a long time Brethren agent sasco the Mana is the man is a farmer and a contractor by day an artist by night well I guess the record is is all the you never know I wish the myth okay a woman meet he's like that's it let's say first the same person with the people in my try for turning on this big controversial figure at the end of the day you know Craig I don't want to talk to the man that is pointing fingers at you I want to talk to you because it's UIC with the results it's you I see making real major moves in the real world right is you miss your rewrite history we're not supposed to can do that Caribbean from from nowhere out of the Caribbean and send him go straight to the Premier League or no we're supposed to do that and and the thing is we want more people like Craig to take the talent of having a look we'll talk about it all around the the the talent that is then of course or you get it from uh in the rough okay to be and and the issue is sometimes in order to get that well I guess the man can tell himself observation personally yeah yeah like most of the time the process to get that done a lot of people are uncomfortable with it and other people then you know think about it in this kind of fantastic way when really and truly it is a different reality so it's the grind yeah it really is you know I I believe it or not and I'm very Faith driven person you know and when I look at all the people that made changes in the world they were all hated by those who wanted things to say the same Jesus Christ you name it just pick any one of them and they were troublemakers yeah yeah yeah um the reality is it also takes Faith but with faith yeah for sure works you know I remember you know but the watch I showed him Mark for death with Stephen cigarette remember yeah it says there's one statement that took over that movie and I never forgot it everybody won't go ever but nobody was dead it's your time now yeah so everybody wants to make it a bit at the top of me but be successful but nobody wants to do what it takes to become successful yeah and for me um I don't think I was in corporate for many years I mean I think my work has had in corporate as I as I ever do in one day much less one day of Phoenix yeah one day yeah there's there's this idea about what um do what you love and you never work a day in your life yeah but the thing is when you enjoying the work and the work feel uh yeah there's purpose in it so you don't feel the same yeah man you know hey look I say look at it they're Mighty ants in my future everybody love mine foreign [Laughter] is not for the faint of heart because in order to get through at that level you have to be 10 times better than those that have in your apartment push their own to be 10 times better you have three and ten times but before or even you know the the method the process the the academy more of a kind of scroll back to um and and same for you Jeffrey a Jeffrey mccarland people I met this man in a school uniform yes sometimes I never pinch myself and say oh Richard sir all the distinctions yeah and them type of thing then you know I'm saying like but I wanna go back in time um both of you to like family brought Upsy school days what made the man what what what even even the name Carly right from here say they have a free kick you know yeah when I went to Beta and Paul prep right we use the line of assembly right outside and some coconut tree deadline man it's a good thing right yeah and from time to time the dry one then when I drop off so we're in a line now and a dry one drop out I did a lick the girl now I don't know whenever I'm not trying to spread I'm just jump on monkey [Laughter] s sometimes people have a stubborn yeah you know then then I play football I actually could hit the ball well yeah well uh the name sasco is not as interesting a long story tell about it no the name sasko actually is a derivative of assassin um and as I say in Jamaica every every nickname even become a nickname so assassin um Samo uh translate down to sasco so actually one of the first people who called me sasco is praga um and then there was emergency and they have sassing I have you know the different derivatives Sasuke is actually from that Asian parties um from uh 2006 it was all five was a a kind of rough here famously it was no matter that yeah around my daughter born that year and first album come out I was 23 in all over the place and um as all six approach and my my birthday is December so every December I'm really apart from New Year's itself I really feel like a new year for me personally and so you know looking forward to oh six I'm like oh man I'll go motivate myself so I'm gonna say all right agent 006 going to be this person know that we're intercontier kind of like almost like Alter Ego for you know for motivate myself yeah the two will not merge down the line I guess it merged all seven cards you can't have agent double or seven cars foreign [Music] so you were always a YouTuber in a high school impress our love English language and literature did well that was the best subject or not well uh always did well um across the board well enough um but going back to the foundation actually and my wife and I were talking about this just last week that thankfully my mother was the kind of person that right named student companion and first aid in English like from from as far as I remember five six years old every time I start from school and I started or whatever you have to go through and do little exercises you should put together and think those two books were like like at like it was the Bible then uh first aid in English and student companion um and I guess the foundation that we had was solid enough so English was always um yeah easy so to speak funny like instead of you know because moms play a big role in the path where them kids are my whole thing with Phoenix and I was my mother that's all she thought you know my mother always said to me whoever your friends are you need to sleep at the most if you want to bring them to Heroes [Music] Jonestown yeah and that's some he grew up in azalez yeah so those are my friends so when I grew up when I became old and I started to see Jamaica I saw two different Jamaica yeah yeah you know the rich and the poor I said hold on this can't work and when I started the academy to make money we used to charge but then the people that would pay would always demand that their kids play and the ones who do have the money can't please someone say you know what everybody just keep their money I'm the best you they might get them chance everybody will work together I mean I care where they come from Uptown inner city my business everybody is one right that grew up with the Phoenix Monument yeah telling different from a phoenix mother yeah yeah hardcore hardcore the man and rub off on each other and grow everybody's strong they environment so it's it's what I want to see Jamaica yeah yeah yeah and when my daughter come now she grew up like that so when he was a Casey I walk you know she militant you know yeah man yeah because sometimes I say yo oh bossy bringing that around so much but when you know say your data militants yeah when she says sit down the money I'm sitting on she says yeah when you say yo don't always yeah for everybody could make you realize that the original model of school there are many different ways to school now yeah I called you enough to go school from home and all of that yeah so because her mind is so advanced in terms of where she is in life she bored at school well she take six subjections six subject with distinction you know so and the principle I said hold on someone kissing him go school and kids get all our subjects so it's water you know and the same with Dante and my players because some of you tell them have you thought you know Europe Nepal trial for two three four months you know and come back on them and I'm good to go yeah you know so I've opened up our minds and change Always to the world bro yeah it reminds me when as a woman as your car I have vertical experience in seeing talent and being Unearthed right in front of my eyes because I was at school with Bibi and we and baby used to partner like Bibi did Rona one party and me and Hima bonan cheese and box lunch as well and as you said the teachers they would always say football is not something that you can depend on to make money and that type of Mr baby don't listen to them we say you see a foot them I accept them watch the world I could see you coming to see The Talented no man something about this is world class I think about him when that was the thing or stand out you see every time I lose the ball and is that going to be what make us go to our world cup again Jamaicans are fast what people think about that we're fast dribbling in going forward and everything but if a faster offensively faster defensive between them exactly so so long as we develop a proper press game win the ball and can keep it after that about the character yeah how fast everybody else yeah my grandmother and say yo granny go run against them as a as a sporting professional um what do you say today that is saying what what makes Jamaica so competitive at a World level like you know from cricket uh football um clearly another Sprints and we can't go on and on you know if you have to pick one thing what is it is not one thing but I can't tell you what causes it is slavery but no but slavery was elsewhere no what do you mean so you have other Caribbean islands slavery what's the address to see him yeah yeah so yeah so it can't be that because not everywhere that slavery exists produce the amount of talent at a World level like Jamaica does so what is it some people say some people say um yeah sure you are an answer all right I used to love history yes you know and um whenever I like school later because it was just a schooner design for a Utah dyslexic are having challenges and then designed for genocide he designed to keep you in the norm so I did love history and I had a good history teacher so I'll just suffice it to say I needed to know I need to know why we could only qualify for One World Cup and we're the fastest human beings in the world with football evolving more and more every day to be dependent on speed so I looked at a triangular trade route yeah England Africa Jamaica you got the Ghana you speak part of them understand okay so how does I really come from yeah Western East Africa so the the Triangular Trade was three months going this way right and everybody is Chained like this and your abuse no nutrition proper nutrition they do anything they wanted but yet those that were still fighting to get away they didn't want to put up with them on the rest of the stops I'm gonna quickly drop them off for the first port Jamaica all right no so you keep dropping off for somebody to go three months I suffer and then still a fight it means one that mentally tough and two that body is strong yeah yeah and you keep dropping that off over how long was history about 400 years they keep dropping that up dropping that drop it you're creating a gene pool then no add this to it Jamaica has the highest mountain range in the Caribbean going through the spine of the island yes so anywhere in Jamaica you're walking you're walking up a hill I don't know continuously training then please and to this day a good box food is less than a fast food meal so we eat in healthy proper nutritious food all the time yeah yeah but there's a piece to the puzzle that people don't get the same thing that make your head strong now technology and slavery but yeah contact till you're dead yeah it's the same thing that will make you work together everybody want to be the leader so sports that don't require teamwork like track and field Run 100 meter Zoom are you already 200 so we're going to well but say playing a system be disciplined carry out your part listen to the coach execute yeah defer to that man leadership coming down yeah yeah it's in a phoenix it means they're sitting on you drop and sit real fast and say stand up and stand up I swear me another day it's the next thing come on I saw it going to have a ride down to the baby yeah and we would deal with it differently say listen the youngest eat first and deal with it like a wolf pack yeah the leader you follow him wherever I go when I'm drop out the next one will follow the runt eat first when the food done is done which is always me yeah so sometimes like I know when things are going when we look fat you know so we're good he said well my God things yeah but as a nation if you bear that in mind that's what makes us the fastest and on top of that when slavery was abolished in Jamaica to the Caribbean was 30 years or more before it was abolished in the U.S yeah and when it was abolished in the U.S the former slaves that lived in the U.S yeah were not allowed to use the same restaurants the same bathrooms and they had to get jobs back on the same Plantation from which they were slaves before meanwhile in Jamaica the former Plantation and we get civil service job we do whatever so we grow in a certain sense of of national pride in ourselves and everything so he said Jamaican USA they always say Jamaicans working 10 different jobs I don't know what am I doing them know what I'm going to and I'm fighting but people sit at as arrogance yeah we're in truth and in fact it's self-belief and confidence and a little bit everything and everything because apart of that arrogance and all right so when I when I think about the the same question a little bit of everything is in it even the fact that we are in to me like Greater Antilles like that says something as a youth just in the word greater Jamaica is the one of the bigger islands in the Caribbean so right away you know I mean and then the idea of little but talawa like how many places in other world the mother Mantra like an unofficial uh mother so to speak little but talawa that I tell every you would say yeah even though the Island Smile compared to the world but yeah I mean we have the ability a lot of credit has to be given to you soon because athletes and people were all supposed to be very humbling and when you see him go there and start with Angus and meet up inches it changed the whole philosophy of athletes and football and sports people and that's how it should be yeah yeah your entertainers right and when you look at what we have we we have done with football yeah I am the first person that I said I don't want my kids to go to college I don't want them to not in the U.S scholarship because you get that scholarship you go Moana 10 members get a contract Europe and they're going to University at the same time there yeah they might enrolled at University my strict right it costs 1 000 Euros per year in Europe to go to university one closer so why they got some of the best universities in the world you cannot train another morning 6 30. do your technical Tree in iguana School come back in the evening and train again and play professional football I mean whatever Big Ben say I have a bag of money at the same time all inclusive [Music] so all right coach never question field is there something that you see in a Bala a young Bala that you can say or was there a moment where you say chippy are you see you know say when we see him do this no say that boy I got a distant or is it just some fate that you have to have because I mean you carry you then go to Europe when they are like 10 or 11 or what is it that you see in a 10 year like you know it's worth my investment it's worth my time my effort The Blood Sweat tears what is it I remember when I was younger you know it's a better on people that if they believe in something they do it you know but when they say look at when you look at a young player you say okay if there's this Talent OR that it's not it's in the eyes I looked at Leon I said chippy what do you want to be it's a professional footballer and I answer my simple question what would you do to do that it's anything anything always and always and always another boiling son and that one team ever stop the same with whisper yeah Phoenix man and Villa differently all of them yeah someone that went back to back 400 after training finish yeah you know that just it's it's about and in the Mantra too Phoenix can never die and Phoenix leave no man two things yeah Sasuke UD videos a lot too in here because you're not just an artist you are a philanthropist you are a mentor you work with youths um youth that are in the system too sometimes caught up in the system um what is what what is it that you see in the youth stem where you can say well I don't know Jamaicans we're different we're different no matter what the pressure yeah first of all I see myself you know um you know growing up King Tire to Pedro um Hope Valley campadon um yeah Dunkirk is you like myself you know and you know sometimes it's one piece of intervention or one person just one person did say yo this way inside that way there's one teacher awarded you know caring off for Carla after school and said you know you didn't do this wrong or whatever you know and people are otherwise you know you you know things like that so I try to I try to be um that figure as much as I can I don't know who it went on with the right kind of way um and when we say another song is a miracle if you make a thing shot on the end of a gun quote it's really that matter about for for come from certain realities in Jamaica is like a walking through raindrops to remain unscathed at the end of the day because you know the influences are endless and sometimes you might have the best intentions they may make good decisions for yourself but then your reality just have some power type where you you can't you can't go on it it just you know so I know you know as a funny thing too don't believe that kids who are growing up with parents who have money you ever had to say like a rich poor Rich poor rich people yeah Monica by love um money can't buy loyalty yeah and a lot of the kids that are growing up are even those kids in the the Uptown as they say they're being raised by the driver and the helper got to make that money mommy and daddy out there I work for them in a foreigner whatever yeah so you know and they're not learning the values that are needed you get me so when you when you you have a role as a mentor you have a really take it seriously no but that's the thing with all of that role and and I think if the more Jamaicans realize that I remember when we grew up everybody could have said and could have you know reprimony and then tell your parents and things and then no no no oh it happened but we depart from a culture like that where everybody have a role to play and feel that we're saying juvenile can't handle that in the enough annoy appearance if they say what would you do blame will you blame for that [Music] is a combination of things um but you know it starts from it starts from um just I don't know why standards just seem for foreign um the values that were raised with the internet and cable and the the whether it is this country that country yeah drop your pants below your waist yeah the whole philosophy a change of values that you wrote well is that yes but it's a combination everything and even the idea of oh you know it's like there's a softening right at school for example primary school for me bridging you used to go to school and line up with the big old meter rule so and if I get it no we do I'm coming in transparation no like okay some parents would either just drop them fear this if you if you do your exam and you get eat you say the 20 why you never get yeah it is right you know really extend themselves um for the for the for the purpose of you know and the importance of what they really do um I mean it's it's just don't do it obviously for the money it can't be for the money yeah yeah foreign mm-hmm aggro aim of a passion to grow the football system in Jamaica to an international standard just because of the realist and the dedication to the in the code yeah it's my wife will come back lose weight so yeah but not in the right places but your method coach or after study or after study because it's a method that brings results right it's a matter that has allowed youths from marginalized communities to make a name for themselves as International Bonafide International superstars right what like where the passion where the intensity because adult life is if he's a mother I don't know if his money you couldn't be the coach that you are without your experience as a footballer now as a footballer you have to it has the experience as a footballer but you also have the role models there's a guy named David huntwaga yeah that man they are living I am hosting Mr Ventura yeah that's the beginning I have to come over there you know all right coach do more homework you know okay so so the impact with them coach said they leave for you different things from them and have it in higher system now so what all right so we know there are things that technically you have to to coach what what he does say is the most important thing where you have a show are due to a raw talent to bring him to that next service is it the week of food training coming over your big panda yeah your brain tells you that you know I said coach you see me they didn't know as a liquor is one left alone as a youth nobody never tell me say youth yeah right you're gonna need the right I mean I said before Christmas yeah because on the left of the street you've got the banana means it's nothing but over yourself somebody realize it's all about can do what you do is you train you train you train your mind and you train your your Technique so you're practicing both at the same time if I take off some of the things I send to God every match before I match we send them if they're not even there I send them the message you know with Leon be unpredictable always remember who you are don't forget you're not a respect but nobody will end up on the field remember your audacious take it to them any food for that time and Chip It Go um first too much cut in whip it off for the leftover for the right and I'll score third match cutting whip it up it's about the fourth match goalkeeper stand up over there so you'll be unpredictable predictable and go the next match I'm gonna like cutting like all right we'll keep up and look don't start in a club ball business please Chelsea tomorrow [Music] [Applause] [Music] I guess so I wanted some farming what's the project about Mulberry Mulberry so Mulberry Valley estate um it's a mixture of uh ecotourism a little bit of farming involved um breast relaxation um you know just an escape and especially post covered I know a lot of people can appreciate you know Getting Back To Nature and you know um just having a space where you can link up with let's say you know a football team can go and have a retreat for a week or a weekend or whatever it is um so it's a little over 20 acres we have there um there's a river running board in the property we are building some accommodation that will be texture wise it will feel um like it belongs in the outline of the Bush but still when you go inside it's you know very comfortable in terms of the level of finishes and thing so um and of course you know like small events weddings and things like that family reunions you know um Executives levels um what they've done is incorporated football with sports with tourism right what I want to do is to be able to bring to Jamaica those clubs they come they train they play they go to Maiden key them go to go up a Bob Marley Museum and go up at the top of Blue Mountain right while they're playing they're looking at all talents that we're about here they might pick up a one or two ball and carry them back with them and Jamaica's football and the countries yes just imagine if we could have bring that long yeah and listen Stadium they were still on dormant now you was better it's like you know what what your contribution going back to the fact that you were here you know why you contribute um and I'm trying to maximize my contribution in whatever way so I don't even know exactly what that is one of the things I'm gonna learn through is not exclude anything from myself because you know people who accomplish great things and alien them you know the first time I meet Spragga Benz for example remember donor pentos um they are like 17 Jean shots and a marina I never play some some um tracks from an album and Danube and Germany known that the first Master everything started on a Air Max something everything remember everything a big old vegan care of yourself but is a man like me an early on the great things is people like yourself so if them can do it why not me then you know and then they start to study greatness and realize that okay you know what is the common denominator discipline hard work you know perseverance the The Audacity Of A Dream you know outside of your own reality the other certificating say yeah I'm gonna take some youth from Jamaica and and the other ESPN and and all over the place like and while in the face of people I said I can imagine Jesus when based on all of that like it causes when because they're giving God blessing yeah and when the man when they get the person and say you know I'm done with this yeah man for one week foreign foreign we live with our decisions come down to Choice hey made use of my opportunity now I'm Where I Wanna Be
