Courts of Heaven - Practical Demonstration - Robert Henderson

thank you okay well good morning it is still morning yes it's still morning again I feel so blessed and honored to get to be a part just a small part of what God is doing here with dove international and and again thank you so much for having me here you know one of my greatest one of my greatest passions and joy is to watch people take the principles of God's Word the the mysteries of the kingdom actually and and see them get breakthrough from them whether it's on a personal level or we start seeing it happen on a cultural or a regional level I believe that we are here to expect to extend and expand the rule of the kingdom and and so I know that that's your passion in your heart as well and so you know I think that the courts of heaven probably for me anyway the whole idea and the whole concept it has brought such breakthrough not only into mine and my wife's personal life but but again watching it have effects around the world that anytime I get criticized for it which it does happen occasionally not real often but but it does occasionally I just say well Lord you know all I know is that it works for me that's all I know and I think I have good biblical foundation for it I think it's theologically sound but the bottom line is it seems to be bearing good fruit and it seems to be bringing a and and and causing breakthrough to come and that and that's that's you know that's my passion is to see that happen so what I wanted to do in this session this morning is because in the in the session this afternoon we're gonna be a whole lot more practical now this would be practical because anything I do is gonna be practical because my mind tends just to work that way but what I want to do in this session is I want to talk to you about this whole what I called a dimension of prayer or a dimension of the Spirit you'll remember last night Ron was saying you said this at least three times that we're not talking about a method of prayer we're not talking about a formula because III and I've only started saying that in the least last maybe for 3-4 months because I was watching people try to take what was being taught and tried to create some kind of a formula with and then they would come back and say but it didn't work and I said well I you know he works you know I've had it work other people have it work I don't know what the situation may be and and they were and they would almost be you know belligerent with me it didn't work and I said well I don't I don't know what to tell you and then that's actually when I began to see out of Luke chapter 18 where it says that that those who cry out day and night he will answer them speedily and I began to see that the reason we get breakthrough in the courts of heaven is because we have a history with God in other words you have spent time crying out to him in other words you didn't just yesterday decide you were gonna seek God now I'm not saying that it doesn't work for those that just have just stepped into some stuff but what I'm trying to get you to see is that having a history with God is very important to stepping into the courts of heaven and seeing breakthrough come in fact let me just show you this one scripture because I teach I teach I'm just gonna just take a little bit of time and just share with you something today but in Hebrews chapter 11 where that the writer is talking to us about all the howl of the people that are in the Hall of Fame of faith what we would call that all those that accomplish great things through faith and everything watch what he says in verse 39 and all these having obtained a good testimony everybody said good testimony it says through faith they did not receive the promises okay here's what I want you to see he says everyone watch everyone that is being listed there all of them by faith it says they obtained a good testimony what does that mean that means they had a status in heaven see if you have a good testimony that means you have an influence in the spirit realm you have an influence in heaven because it goes on and talks about all of these that are mentioned there that they are a part of the great cloud of witnesses see all those that are mentioned in Hebrews 11 are the cloud of witnesses or are a part of the cloud witnesses that Paul taught or the rider talks about in Hebrews 12:1 that therefore we are surrounded by this great cloud of witnesses so the point is he's making that all of these people who through faith did mighty exploits they obtain for themselves a good testimony they obtained a status in the spirit world now watch I don't want to go in this but they are called the cloud of what witnesses that means those who give judicial testimony it also means those who lived lay their life down let me just let me just explain to you this for just a moment if you want to have authority in the courts of heaven it will cost you laying your life down because I'll get to this this afternoon but Roman a revelation 12:10 3:11 it says the accuser of this brethren of the Brethren accuses day and night the word accuser is the greek word categories and it means a complainant in a legal system a complainant against us in a judicial system so when it talks about the accuser of the brother and he's not talking about somebody talking bad about you in the natural he is he is talking about something in the spirit world that is bringing an accusation against this day and night and it's in a legal setting that that's occurring they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb the word of their testimony and by that loving their life unto death in other words they had an authority in the judicial system of heaven because they were willing to lay their life down so here's the issue the cloud of witnesses has an authority there they are functioning and some role in the judicial system of God well I'll get to that in just a moment just touch it but watch this we also at this place in this stage of our existence and operation the more we lay our life down the more we have authority in the courts of heaven the more status we have I believe that with every part of my being see but why because we obtain for ourself a good testimony a good testimony there speaking in our behalf now just kind of opening up with that for just a little bit I want us to look in Zechariah chapter 3 and I want to talk to you about this what I call a dimension of the Spirit and and I actually have went through the scripture and not really written through it I've just kind of recognized it that there are I find I'm sure there are many more but I find at least eight dimensions of the Spirit in in the scripture in other words watch this let me let me just qualify that for just a moment Jesus said in my father's house are many mansions if it were not so I would tell you now that's down in the South where I come from that's a good funeral verse because they talked about going to heaven and having a mansion what that watch I don't think that's what Jesus was talking now we have a mansion in heaven that's wonderful but when he says in my father's house I believe he was talking about the spirit realm that God lives in and in that realm are many mansions are dwelling places are places of function and Jesus said and so I believe what Jesus was actually saying there is that there are many realms of the Spirit that we can find ourself in and that from those rounds of the spirit when we learn to function in those realms we can see things shift in the spirit dimension so that things move in the natural realm okay so why am I saying that because when we talked about last night stepping into the secret place stepping into the counsel of the Lord but then stepping into the courts of heaven we are talking about spiritual dimensions and don't listen I am NOT mist I'm an anima stick okay as I said listen I'm very very normal now that some somebody that that may be debatable but I am very normal okay and in the sense that that the way I function is that I'm primarily I'm a feeler I do see some things sometimes I do hear some things sometimes but primarily I feel stuff and I can tell and by the way the priest would put their hands into the ephod and they would feel of the Urim and the Thummim whatever they were and by feeling of them they could discern what God's Will was see I'm even know we do the same thing we by feel can discern what the will of God is we can we can we can learn to be perceptive to those ramps and and that's primarily what happens I can tell by feel what's going on in the atmosphere because I've done it for so many years I can say ok I recognize that there's something moving in the spirit I recognize that there's angels actually here I reckon not because I'm seeing that but because I can feel their presence and I found out what it feels like when they're around does that make sense and so so it's not because I'm seeing something so much as it is I'm feeling things so every one of us need to learn how to develop our spiritual senses to discern what's going on in the unseen realm so that we can be effective in these dimensions of Prayer that I'm talking to you about and that's a challenge for every one of us I mean that it's a big challenge for me but to me it's like an adventure I want to learn how to do this more and more and how to be more effective and how to sense his passion and his heart okay having said all that so we want to talk about this whole issue of this third dimension we talked about this dimension of Prayer called the courts of heaven that we that we come into by approaching God as judge so in in Zechariah chapter 3 I just want to read a few verses here we find that there was a man Joshua the high priest who has a has on unclean garments now the high priest is the highest a place it occupies the highest position in the courts of heaven other than God the judge of all see the see high priesthood was a legal position or is a legal position Jesus now occupies that position after the order of melchizedek see why because as high priest he is providing a legal function I know this is making you take a little different but this is why the high priest one time a year in the Old Testament would go behind the veil the blood remember Hebrews 1224 we'll get to it take the blood that spoke because blood speaks Abel's blood cried out from the ground Jesus's blood is speaking better things than that of Abel so we know we know blood speaks Abel's blood cried out for judgment Jesus's blood gave God the legal right he desired to forgive okay so the priest would take the blood of bulls and goats they would go behind the veil one time of year and they would administer legally they would administer that blood into place in the court of heaven which was the holiest of holy place which was behind the veil they were actually standing in what it would have been the court of heaven and they would pour the blood out they would sprinkled the blood and based on what that blood was saying it gave God the legal right he needed to roll the sin off of a nation for a year so that he would not have to judge them but instead he could bless them but that but it was the high priest who did that from a legal position because the high priest is the highest functioning legal position in the courts of heaven other than God the judge of all okay so I just want you to think that was so so I believe this I believe what the Bible says we're kings and priests to our God then when it says we're priests I believe is speaking of us functioning from a legal place that we are actually setting things legally but could you stop and think about this is what the priest would do they would take the offerings they would do all these things they did things they would set things legally in place for so that God would have what he needed to be able to bless the people of God and so so so often what we're doing and let me give you this example of it we're kings and priests okay so in he in in in John chapter 11 jesus knows that Lazarus has died so he comes to the tomb of Lazarus we know the story and as he's standing at the tomb he says these words he said lord I thank you that you have heard me and I know that you always hear me but for the sake of those understanding here I'm saying this so they'll know you've heard me so clearly Jesus going on the way to Lazarus tomb has been praying now what was he doing was he trying to get himself all worked up so he could perform this miracle no Jesus didn't do that he wasn't trying to you know move his self into some kind of a spiritual hysteria so that he could doubt now you know how the power he needed to do what he was going to do no he was doing something other he said he's clearly said he had been praying what did he been doing I believe he had been functioning in his priesthood in that he was removing the legal right that it allowed Satan to kill Lazarus prematurely you see Lazarus had died prematurely we know Jesus let it happen but ultimately the devil is the one who brings those kind of things in the place so he had been able he had found something legal that had allowed him to take Lazarus out prematurely so I believe Jesus had been functioning as a priest undoing every legal thing the enemy had used to put Lazarus in the tomb because if he was gonna bring him out he had to undo the legal thing that the enemy had used to put him there so he functions as a priest so when he steps to the mouth of the tomb now and they roll the stone away he is dealt with the things legally from his priesthood he now stands as a king and he makes a decree Lazarus come forth see he made a kingly decree based on what he had been accomplishing as a priest he functioned in both a king and a priest role to see that miracle take place now have you know the Melchizedek order is an order of kings and priests because Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of the Most High God well guess what that's what Jesus is functioning in but that's what we function in as well see in other words we have to know how to undo the legal issues the enemy is using so that we can then step into our kingly dimension and began to see breakthrough come let me get qualified that what little further Revelation chapter 19 verse 11 it says that when Jesus comes back on a on the horse with the armies of heaven it says I love this it says he comes back to judge and to make war now watch this he goes like the judge and to make war see what is judge judicial activity judgment is judicial activity making war is battlefield I want you to understand if you challenge the devil while he still has a legal right you're gonna get back lashed against if you challenge him in your own life if you challenge him on a regional level if you challenge him in the city I don't care what level if you challenge him when he yet has a legal right to do what he's doing then he's gonna backlash against you but so the first thing that Jesus said he says when he comes back his his manner a function is this he is going to judge that means he is gonna set Jesus judicial things in order and then once those are set in order he's gonna step on the battlefield to make war you see some of our problem is that we have rushed to the battlefield without getting things judicially in place first and as a result we've been ineffective and we have seen backlash come against us but if we will follow the pattern of Scripture and we will say Lord we want to come before your courts we want to deal with any legal rights the enemy has said that he has we want to remove his case and get it out of the way then I can do that and I can step on the battlefield and win every time because that's actually what Jesus did the tomb of Lazarus I believe he dealt with the legal issues that had put Lazarus in the tomb but then he stood as a king and made a decree which is the whole battle fill issue now it's quite interesting to me since I've just gone there I might as well go go all the way it's quite interest because this gets me in trouble sometimes in certain groups that I find myself in but I'm not trying to criticize our quote unquote spiritual warfare methods I'm not trying to do that I I just know I got my brains beat out by being full of zeal and going after the devil and I didn't have a clue what I was doing I had just been told that this was the way you did this stuff and and and I remember when I said it I said what dr. Wagner about I don't know year and a half before he invited me to his house and and we began to talk and discuss and he looking at what there was another person there and he looked at me he said I'm astounded Robert I said why he said because I've always taught that we were on a battlefield and you're telling me we're actually in a courtroom and he said that that that's a study and he literally wrote in the book this is a game-changer that's one thing I loved about dr. Wagner he was always so inquisitive and so open to new thought that was that was one of the things that he even well into his eighties I mean he was never stuck in a way of doing things and so we're sitting there we're going through this whole thing so I began to talk about you know the fact that when I look at scripture in fact if you look at the three dimensions Jesus put Prairie and watch this he never misses she's gonna shock you he never put prayer on a battlefield but he did put it into a courtroom this this is shocking because we are so at least I was so battlefield oriented that I just think if there's a problem then we're just gonna bind the devil and da-da-da-da-da and whatever and when I stopped and thought I thought you know I don't know that I ever saw any real results from that I saw a lot of backlash I saw a lot of stuff come against me but I began to realize wait a minute we are in a conflict but maybe the conflict at least initially that we're in is not a battlefield maybe the initial conflict is actually in a courtroom now watch you you know I'm not against the whole warfare I'm not against the whole battlefield thing because we judge and then make war but my deal is let's make sure before we make war let's make sure we actually have judicial legal things in place that we have we have done the necessary work to see the legal rights of the enemy revoked and removed by by repenting in behalf of whatever it is we're dealing with and then by by seeing those things established so that we can we can march through the battlefield and win every time now here's the deal we've actually done some of this we've actually done some of this see see all the repentance I mean I've been around the Apostolic prophetic movement now for about ten years and I'm till all the repentance that's going on oh all the state driving in the chauffeur blowing I mean all the stuff that's been done was actually actually so often dealing with legal issues we may not have used that language and so this is what we found just just to show you sure this is what we found out when you go to deal with certain issues like you like in America or in any other nation if the ekklesia of that nation if there has been repentance it has been done what you don't have to go back and go through all that repentance again don't just to be wrong we don't need to keep repenting for what we did in America to the to the Native Americans how much more of that are we gonna have to do we don't even need to keep repeating I know this might but we don't need to keep repenting for everything we did for the black people in slavery money when when is it enough so you can see what is what I found out if the enemy can't stop us from repenting he'll get us tied up in it so that's all we ever do and we become paralyzed in that stage of the process what so here's what we have found we actually step into the courts and we say Lord we are asking for the repentance that has been done over this area we are asking for it to be called into record in the court and for it to speak we would ask that the court be aware that this repentance has been done and if we should need to do more we are more than willing to do that but if the repentance is sufficient then Lord we're asking for that repentance to speak so that that which the enemy is using that voice against this can be silenced and can be removed and we watch that be very effective because there has been lots of repentance in the last 30 years in America and I'm sure even in other nations so I'm like okay Lord let's get this thing established and let's deal with the legal issues but then from there be able to step into some other realms that can actually bring breakthrough is that making sense to you so we we judge and then go make war we judge and then go make hor yes we go to the battlefield but not until we first been to the courtroom and dealt with the legal issues that the enemy would use to stop us from seeing the breakthroughs come now back back so I got into all that talking about the high priest being a legal position so watch what he says here in Zechariah 3 verse 1 then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him and that literally means to accuse him that's the word oppose it means to accuse him so he's bringing a case against Joshua okay and it says and the Lord said to Satan the Lord rebuke you Satan the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you is this not a brand plucked from the fire okay now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments and was standing before the angel so so why is the enemy accusing him because he's got unclean clothes on he's got filthy garments on he said he's standing before the Lord in unclean clothes then he answered and spoke to those who stood before him take away the filthy garments from him and to him he said see I removed your iniquity from you and I will clothed you with rich robes and I said the Prophet dance jumps into the into the thing is says let them put a clean turban on his head so they put a clean turban on head and they put put the clothes on them and the angel of the Lord stood by so what Joshua to hide their watch this is during the restoration process of Jerusalem and it has been bogged down they say from anywhere to 12 from 12 to 17 years okay so so Zahra Babel was the guy that was hand on bringing Reformation but Joshua the high priest was responsible for the spirit world being set in the right order so this is era Babel could get his job done so watch because Joshua has on filthy garments he has lost the right to present cases in the courts of heaven he has lost the right to do this if you want to see that more clearly look in Isaiah chapter 43 verses 25 through 28 because there it says it says that God said for his sake he would cleanse us for his sake he would wash it and then he says put me in remembrance let us contend together state your case that you may be acquitted and then it says your first father's sin and your mediators have transgressed who are the mediators it was the priests who are supposed to be standing before the Lord presenting cases he said because of your personal transgressions you have lost the right to present cases and as a result of that there's a curse over Jacob there's there's a reproach upon Israel and your princes are profane that that there's national issues that are out of order and curses are on you as a nation because you're mediators have lost the right to present cases because they've got unclean garments on so the enemy is bogging down the whole restoration process because nobody's worthy to stand in the courts and present a case so that does Arab babbles the Reformers on the ground could actually get the job done is this making sense to you okay so what what does he do God's is not gonna do something so he begins to clean Joshua the high so he puts on clean garments on him the Prophet mixed with the Angels begins to prophesy they put a clean turban on him and and you need to understand this all of us are wearing clothing in the spirit realm I mean I sometimes that leads to activations what we look at what we're wearing in the spirit realm because whatever you have on in the spirit realm actually determines your placement your function and the authority you carry there but you we all have something on that we're wearing in the spirit realm see this listen how do I know that because in Exodus 20:8 God outlined what the priests were to wear while they stood in that place because they had to have on certain clothes that qualified them to step into the courts of heaven and function in that place so that they could present cases in behalf of the people of God so they had to have on certain garments certain kinds of clothing in the spirit world listen we all are to have on clothing certain clothings in the spirit realm that causes us to be recognized in that dimension and sometimes they get dirty sometimes they're unclean I mean I've had to come to the Lord I said Lord would you just clean me would you would you just cause this is this this filthy stained garment that I'm wearing would you do for me what you did for Joshua the high priest would you just put a clean garment on me would you just put a clean turban on me anybody ever ever have to do that why because I want to be able to stand before him I want to be able to to have a right position there as a priest before him so that's what's going on here in these views few verses now watch this in verse 6 it says then the angel of the Lord admonished Joshua so he's all cleaned up he's ready now to function in the courts again he admonished Joshua saying thus says the Lord of Hosts if you will walk in my ways and if you will keep my commands then you shall also judge my house and likewise have charge of my course watch his next phrase and I will give you places to walk among these who stand here now where are they they're in the spirit dimension he's saying to Joshua the high priest now look you're clean now if you'll walk in this I am going I love this he said I'm gonna let you judge my house watch what at the opening of chapter 3 he's a defendant the enemy is bringing a case against him but before God's done he's a judge you need to understand God once system wants to move us from a defendant in the court to actually being judges of the court that can render and decree verdicts into place because Joshua the high priest actually said God said if you walk before me he said he said I'll make you a judge I'll give you charge in my court so watch this and he said and I'll give you the right to walk among these who stand here so he's talking about a spiritual dimension I'll give you a right to function in this realm I'll give you a right to step into my courts and as a mediator to present cases before me that lets my will be done in the earth and can actually live curses even off of nations because you can come and stand before me I mean you would like to learn how to do that that we can step into those places and begin to function from those reps so here in the Old Testament God promises Joshua the high priest this place now just like it's so many of the things things that were exclusively for a small group in the Old Testament becomes available to all of the new I love what what Acts chapter 2 that when the Holy Spirit is poured out might your sons and your daughters will prophesy your old men will dream dreams your young men will see visions what's he saying he says everybody will become a prophet everybody will become a prophetic people not I'm not saying everybody's a prophet in the sense of in the office but everybody can function prophetically whereas it was reserved only for a handful in the old what what God is promising Joshua the high priest is now available to all of us as a part of the priesthood that is after the Melchizedek order so let me show it to you Hebrews chapter 12 let me show you this spiritual dimension which is actually the courts of heaven I just want you to see where we are because for me this has helped me immensely because when I have a visual picture in my spirit or even my mind of where I am it helps me step into those places so the soul see he's so whenever he says to Joshua a breeze I will give you places to walk among these are here let me show you I believe where he's talking about Hebrews 12 22 through 24 it says but you have come to Mount Zion to the city of the Living God the heavenly Jerusalem to an innumerable company of angels to the General Assembly in Church of the firstborn who arrested in heaven to God the judge of all to the spirits of just men made perfect to Jesus the mediator of the New Covenant and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel watch what he's saying here first of all he says you have come now what's he doing he is describing a spiritual dimension he said you have come to Mount Zion I'm gonna get to that in just a moment watch this he says you have come to a realm of the spirit you have come to a place of all sorts of spiritual activities watch what I tell people I tell the church this all the time the church has a problem we keep trying to get places we've already come to because the Bible says by virtue of the blood of Jesus that want he has done for us we're already positioned in a spirit realm that we need to begin to recognize and know where we are see I love Romans chapter 5 and verse 2 because it says it says I think it describes it very clearly it says that we by faith access the place that we stand in the place of grace that we stand in in other words we have been given a place to stand the end that we have to access I think that's really interesting see that's what he's saying here you have come to a place you're already position your already placed recognize where you are and start functioning from the place you're already in because you have come to a place you have come to a dimension that we are already there so so see people say well you know I just don't know about this I don't if it seems too difficult it seems to I know you're already there it's kind of like what he said in Deuteronomy don't say who's gonna go up into heaven and bring him down and who's gonna go into hell and get him up he says the word is near you even in your mouth the word of faith do we bridge it is more it's closer to you than you think I love what Bill Johnson says the kingdom of God is at hand it's within your reach it's here we're already positioned we have come to this place now when he says you have come to all this that he's talking about here when you read it you realize this is a lot of spiritual activity but let me show you something it's actually legal activity that we have come to let me just show you this real quickly you have come to the blood of Jesus that speaks better things than that of Abel well if you go to Genesis 4 where the word where Cain killed Abel and Abel's blood cried out it was on the basis of the testimony of Abel's blood that God judge came so when his talks about a speaking blood it's talking about something speaking in a judicial system because based on what the blood what Abel's blood was saying God judged Cain so now he's saying but we have come to a place where the blood of Jesus is giving testimony the blood of Jesus is speaking and based on what the blood of Jesus is saying God now has the legal right to forgive us God now has a legal right to redeem us God actually has the legal right to remember us see I come before the Lord on a regular basis I say Lord I ask that you remember me because of what Jesus's blood is saying for me did you remember me you are aware of me you acknowledge me because of what the blood of Jesus is saying see because it's legal and then it says we have come to Jesus the mediator of the new company I'm gonna come back to that we'll watch those are legal terms mediator and covenant you have come to the spirits of just men made perfect that is a reference to the cloud of witnesses which are those who give judicial testimony you have come to God the judge of all not the father not the King not the Lord the judge why because in this dimension that he says we've come to it's a legal realm you've come to the Church of the Living God or a church of the firstborn that is registered in heaven the word church is ekklesia it's a legal term it's a legislative judicial governmental pepo and let me just say this you need to understand God's what God is doing is he is raising up families that can be his government this is what I say we are to be the governing family of God that we can actually step as a necklace SIA as that which God recognizes and by the way there's many expressions of the ecclesia there's their smaller expressions and and larger inaudible in huge expression see I personally believe that that this this meaning is a representation of a necklace SIA that heaven sees and knows as dove International and that from this people you have a right to stand before the courts of heaven as a necklace SIA and make cases in behalf of the culture you represent that you can do that it should do that see all of this is legal issues why because we're we have come to the place we have come to stand just like Joshua the high priest we have come to stand among these that are here that are in the court or judicial realms of heaven now watch this what do we do in those places look last night I talked quite a bit about the whole issue of of of the of the case it's against us of how the enemy builds cases against it but I have some good news for you not only can there be voices against this but there are voices speaking for us there are voices speaking in our behalf for us before the throne of God and we need to know what those voices are and agree with them we need to know how to agree with it because something for you for a long time I really got it got got got over here on the negative side which you have to deal with a negative and I'll touch a little bit more that this afternoon but I also know that man is so powerful when you can begin to realize where you have come to where you are already seated by the way when it says you have come to these places that is an expanded description of evisions 2-6 that you are seated together with him in heavenly places see that's kind of a generic statement here he's putting some meat on the bones this is an expanded description of where we're seated that we have come to all this spiritual activity that we are a part of and watch that if we don't engage ourselves if we don't engage ourselves in in in what is going on in the spirit realm then the enemy can win by default because God needs our action our activity our function in the courts of heaven so this is a spiritual dimension so let me just kind of walk through I've touched a couple things let me just walk through some of this of all the things we have come to do first of all where it says you have come to Mount Zion that's kind of to me that's like an encompassing statement to begin the whole idea that's being communicated here now any time you read about a mountain watch this anytime you read about Mount Zion in particular you're not talking about getting on an airplane and flying to Jerusalem even ride the bus to Jerusalem and going and standing on that node outside the city's gates of Jerusalem I've come to Mount Zion no we know that's not what are you saying so what's he saying whenever the Bible says you've come to Mount Zion is speaking of the fact that you have stepped into a spiritual dimension see mouths ioan is a spiritual dimension and if you really want me to blow your mind what's this Ezekiel 28 verses 14 through 16 it says that Lucifer before he was thrown out of heaven was upon the holy mountain of God upon the fiery stones and because of his improper activity thereon even going to all that he got thrown out of the mountain of God and off the fiery stones so let me tell you why Satan hates us so much because we now have access into the very dimension he used to function in that the dimension called the mountain of God the holy mountain of God which is Mount Zion the realm he used to function in we now have access into see you got to know who you are you are - you're in two places at one time not only are we in the natural realm here with our feet on the carpet but simultaneously we are in the spirit realm where all this activity is going on and God says I want you to recognize where you are I began to function in this place because I'm letting you function in a dimension that is that is so much bigger and greater than you've actually realized cm I am I challenge you to maybe start thinking a little different about stepping into this heavenly realm and beginning to function there as real normal people that pay your bills and take care of your kids and drive them to school and you know whatever else you do there were real normal people but God says I love to take normal people and and help them understand where they are but they are standing in a spiritual dimension that the Bible is calling Mount Zion you have come to this place and we could talk about Zion into being the place of his presence and all this kind of is in the place of judicial activity which it is Mount Zion is a place of judicial activity because Mount Zion that spiritual dimension anytime you read about a mountain you're reading about a place of government in the scripture almost always it's about a place of government and so this spiritual dimension we're in it's a place of governmental function and authority so when God says you have come here listen we're just getting things done in the spirit realm for our own personal lives we were actually gods inviting us to step before him into the courts of heaven into this spiritual dimension please get this and began to do things that can actually shift cultures that can actually free cultures to respond to the good news of Jesus Christ see what why don't cultures why don't masses come to the Lord is because principalities have obtained some kind of a legal right to blind them the god of this age has blinded them but if we can go before the courts and we can remove any legal right he's using that the history of a culture has given it usually called iniquity and we can remove that then all of a sudden the same preaching of the gospel that has brought limited results can cause massive amounts of people to come to the Lord and I say Lord let that be let the name of Jesus so be glorified that culture shift and masses numbers of people millions and even the billions soul harvest has been prophesied then he would come to pass because Lord you're worthy of it but you need your church just step into the realms of heaven and began to shift things and began to move things even at the legal order so that the passion of God's heart can be seen amen so watch what he says you have come to Mount Zion and then he says this you have come to the city of the Living God heavenly Jerusalem I've meditated on that so much because the the city of the Living God heavenly truth we know that that's the Bride of Christ because we know that when when John and I think he's revelation 21 I think it is where he said the ain't the angel or the the person guiding him said said come and I'll show you the Lambs bright and he showed me a city coming down out of heaven we'll see here's what I believe but then also in Galatians the Apostle Paul said that heavenly Jerusalem is the mother of us all so there's something about this city there is not only the bride and the wife of the Lamb but it's also the mother that gives birth to God's purposes in the earth because both are essential and I've thought about that and I believe I believe just just just practically speaking that but as we as the bride because we are the bride we as the bride as we relate to him as our burgum as we love him as we as we function with him I believe that there's something that can happen that when when a wouldn't win a bride the the representation of the bride in a city or room I believe that there can be a pulling down out of heaven a depiction of a city that can become superimposed over our cities that cause natural cities to begin to reflect the glory of God but there's there's something connected to that of us being the Lambs wife that's actually causing a city to come down that we're that we're that we are a part of that which is the mother of us all giving birth to the purposes of God in the earth so I look at that like okay god there's still some stuff there that that I'm not seeing but but it's it's in this spiritual dimension called Mount Zion that we're functioning and then it says and you have come to an innumerable company of angels okay there are many angels in the court systems of heaven there are messenger angels but watch do you see an angel is Zechariah 4 and Zechariah 5 where that just just one little brief thing you see this angel coming and awakening Zechariah out of a sleep and whenever he's awakened out of the sleep one of the things he sees is he sees a scroll flying a flying scroll another flying squirrel below fine scroll and on one side is on one side is judgment against thieves and on the other side is judgment against perjurers see what is that it's a it's a verdict that's come out of heaven it's a verdict it is coming see I believe that Zechariah Malachi Habakkuk sum all these guys that were functioning here as prophets I believe that their ministry before the Lord had caused a verdict to come out of heaven that was allowing judgment because that's what comes from from courts quite often his judgment and so there is a judgment against against perjurers and against fees why because something's holding up the restoration process of God how many know sometimes God starts a restoration process and then something holds it up there's something legal discovered that the enemy uses well we need some verdicts coming out of heaven judging that demonic thing that's holding up the process that God started so that we can go on to maturity so so this this judgment comes out and the angel is there to help Zacharias see it why because it's hanging in the spirit round but it hasn't landed the scroll the verdict that the judgment that is necessary hasn't landed then watch the perjurers were those that had written letters to the king they said if you let this city be rebuilt you'll remember this in Ezra if you let this city be rebuilt they're gonna rebel against you that was a lie that was never the intent that was a lie that was they were perjuring but the thieves were that the people of God instead of using their resources that had been sent back to build the temple they had grabbed him and began to build their own houses and so God said I'm gonna judge I'm releasing a verdict against perjurers Liars and fees I'm releasing a verdict against this thing that is stopping the restoration process from coming to fruition but that verdict could come out as a result of the activity of the prophets and I'm sure a praying people that was saying God let whatever stopping this thing from happening let it be moved out of the way in God released judgment against it I mean oh we need some righteous judgment sometimes I love Apostle Paul I did the story just fascinates me when he's standing but before the leader and there is a there is a sorcerer that is resisting him what was it bar Jesus and finally Paul just has enough and he speaks a judgment against him he said you'll be blind for a season not able to see you prove you that would pervert - straight ways Lord and he speaks a judgment and he goes blind instantly and that's all the leader needed to know the gospel was true and he turned to the Lord and the whole region was affected because that which was resisting the purposes of God was judged now we live in a in an era in the Church of grace grace grace and I'm a product of grace I love grace but I'm gonna tell you you take the judgment of God out of the equation and you take the teeth out of the gospel because there are times that that which is resisting the purpose of God needs to be judged see sometimes we're nicer than Jesus sometimes God needs some intercessors some apostolic people that can stand and from the courts of heaven can see can understand what's happening and release those judgments so that what is hindering the process can be moved out of the way so we have come to an innumerable company of angels has a lot of different functions I'm just touching a briefly watch this and we have come it says to the General Assembly now the General Assembly best I can tell it means universal companionship it's speaking of the other innumerable multitude thousands ten thousands time ten thousands that which is innumerable that is standing on the sea of glass worshiping the Lord so we have come to this General Assembly this this this immense numbers of people that are in heaven that are worshipping and watch it is so interesting because because let me just say this worship creates the atmosphere the courts operate from worship creates the atmosphere the courts were operate from so so remember the the four leading creatures they see him they say holy holy holy is the Lord God Almighty the twenty-four elders fall down and they say worthy is the Lamb that was slain and then if you follow it through in Revelation five it comes out of heaven goes into the earth under the earth into the sea and under the sea in other words the worship that began in heaven began to permeate and penetrate every part of creation and I tell worship leaders worship is not something that starts in Earth worship is something we attacks our selves to in heaven that real worship always begins out of heaven that when we worship we are actually joining ourself to that which is already happening all the time in heaven we become a part even though what even though we're alive with our feet oldest on this floor we actually become a part of that General Assembly that great company and I just going to tell you I believe that our worship and as much as good as our worship is in many different places and some places where I've been where it's not so good okay but as good as it as it is I'm telling you God's gonna take it to a new level because when you read the worship of heaven when you read the worship of Ava it's all about his majesty it's all about his holiness it's all about the the enormity the the gloriousness of who he is I mean you read that worship and it's like and he's like wow and so God says look I'm gonna attach you to the General Assembly that's worshiping because I want you to be a part of creating the atmosphere that the courts of heaven operate from and then it says we've come to the Church of the firstborn that are registered in heaven this is we could spend all day on this okay the word is ekklesia a legislative judicial governmental people it's a family that is a government and let me just qualify that for just a moment so you'll know I'm not making this up Isaiah 2 verse 2 it says that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the tops of the mountains and of course we understand the tops of the mountains or the government's and and and that which is influencing and ruling culture and society and Nations so it says the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established to the tops the word tops is the word rosh and it means governmental head so he's saying there's there's there's a mountain of the Lord's has Mountain his government house his family so God says look I'm gonna have a family that functions as a government and when they function as a government they are going to release judicial order that is going to allow all the other mountains of the earth to come in to divine order and underneath that influence and then watch this so it's the mountain of the Lord's house here's what happened when the Apostolic movement got to got to going it was like oh we don't really need a family oh no you can't have it without a family you can never be a government until you're first a family Genesis 1414 Abraham our Father in the faith who was an Old Testament man with New Testament revelation let that one sink in he is not irrelevant to us he is an Old Testament man with with New Testament revelation that's why he lived outside his time now watch what happened the scripture says that that whenever law was taken captive he armed his 318 men who had been born and trained in his house so Abraham's family became a functioning government that there are a functioning army that was an expression of government but watch he was first a family before he was a government before he was an army it's always true the Bible says that David's house ruled Israel now just David his house see it's all about family so when we when we talk about watch when we talk about the the Church of the first one that is registered in heaven we're talking about a necklace sia a family that's recognized in heaven when it says it's registered in heaven it means heaven has established its jurisdiction you're recognized you have a jurisdiction in heaven that you can function in that God has given you the jurisdiction and therefore the responsibility of cultures that you are to represent is that making sense that you have a right to stand in this course and begin to represent these cultures before the Lord and that you can give him the legal right he's looking for to be able to bless and not have to judge to be able to set things in order actually to be able to render judgments against that would which would be prohibiting his will from being done he's really interested in heaven let me show you something revelation is it to where Jesus says to the Ephesus church repent for having left your first love because if you don't I'll come and take the candlestick away well if you read revelation and you'll find out if there's no candlestick then they're not a church it was the candlestick that made them a church so when Jesus said I'll take their your candlestick away here's what he was saying earth will still recognize you as a church but heaven won't recognize you how much of that do we have today but there are things that are called Church in the earth but heavens not recognizing it because watch if I gotta pick between being recognized in earth or recognized in heaven I'll take heaven I'll take that dimension I say Lord let me be known in heaven Lord Lord let let that the church be known in heaven so that we can stand before you in the courts and represent cultures that we are a part of that will give you the right even as Abraham sought to do in Sodom and Gomorrah it will give you the right to be merciful to something that would otherwise be destroyed stopping thinking about that ten people if they could have been found would have been plenty for God to have been merciful to a whole multitude a whole population they would have been able to have secured it before the Lord so he says we've come to this now watch what else we've come to we have come to God the judge of all I mean we could talk about that one for a long time God is the judge of all he's he's the righteous judge that's what Abraham appealed and he said well not the righteous would not the the righteous did the judge of all the earth will he not do righteously Jesus committed himself to God who judges righteously see God is the righteous judge and so when we come before him in the courts because that's where you encounter him and that in that in that realm when we come before him in the course you need to know watch you got to get this God is not judged in the sense he's looking to judge you he's looking for us to bring cases that allows him to judge principalities I believe that all my heart you see see because if you know how to take the blood of Jesus any case it's against you you can get that undone there's not a case one you can't get undone so that so that what God wants for you can't it cannot become a reality but God also wants us to come to the place where I believe as apostolic echo Sia's we can come and present cases that will allow principalities to be judged so that their rights to function are removed so that what God wants in the earth can be made manifest to become real because he's the guy he's the God the judge of all now I know I'm saying some stuff that if you're just hearing this it's like wow what does that really mean know what the Holy Spirit will help us we're and we're gonna get more practical as after him but the Holy Spirit will help us so he is God the judge of all let me just I don't normally tell this much anymore but I had been teaching on the courts of heaven for one year I don't know I just remember it been one year and it was in November I remember in November must have been 2010 maybe I think it was yeah I guess it was probably it was and I have this very vivid jour and in this dream Dutch Dutch and I were running around together something but I pretty much throw doing my own thing a lot but but Dutch sheets he sent me a letter on his letterhead and it was his response to 911 back in 2001 it says 2000 left was ten years later it's his response to 911 this was just a dream and on the end it was very well you know written out to two or three paragraphs but then at the bottom of the page CC Dutch his wife had written in her handwriting had written what she had seen in the spirit world that had allowed 9/11 to occur and this is what he said that just like there were for leaving love living creatures crying out holy holy holy is the Lord God Almighty there were four demonic counterparts that were saying before the throne Bach denied Bach denied Bach denied boc I knew his boc in my dream and I woke up and I knew that their words whatever they were saying was actually the reason 9/11 had occurred I had no reason to dream this well I went and I woke I was out buck what is that Hebrew is that Greek what is that so I googled it BOC well guess what the first thing that popped up body of Christ and so I in the Lord bore witness and I knew the Lord was saying look the reason 9/11 occurred is because that the enemy back in that day had a case to deny the body of Christ its influence in the course and so because it did not have an influence in the courts please hear this God had no alternative than to let that occur because they made a better case than what was being made by the body of Christ and I knew that and it put the fear of God and I told Dutch I said we need to do something we need to make sure this doesn't happen again that we as the body of Christ they see but they just think about it in 2000 we were pretty still it's still pretty splintered still pretty much each little group doing its own thing there's been a whole lot more unity that's coming since that time but but it was because of the case of what I saw my dream it was because of the case of the enemy in the courts of heaven that was denying the voice of the church to speak that had allowed 9/11 to occur now I assured this in the church one time and they said it's always our problem it is always our fault I said you're not hearing me I'm not blaming us I'm not blaming us I'm not saying you know we we caused it or I mean we weren't functioning where we were then but the enemy I believe was exporting and taking taking advantage of the situations but you need to hear what I'm actually saying what I'm actually saying is let's step into our place as the body of Christ over nations so that we can grant heaven the legal ride it needs for its purposes to be done in the earth so that the strategies are schemed in the wild of the evil one will not have a right to function and will not have a right to move and we will reclaim our nation back to the kingdom of God because He is God the judge of all let me give you another one real quickly it says that we have come to the spirits of just men made perfect now I believe that's just the the cloud of witnesses and well I could sit here and talk to you for quite a while on that but but they have a function in heaven I mean the Bible doesn't call them witnesses for no reason they are witnesses because they were releasing judicial testimony now I was talking about pastor Larry apostle Larry just as I said you know I realized that that in this certainly you have to be I think you have to be really careful because there are some people that take this kind of stuff and get really weird with it like that or they can but but but in and there's what we're not supposed to talk to dead people and oh well here's the deal they're not dead first of all they're not I mean Jesus said he that believeth in me shall never die and in Matthew he said he said God is the god of the Living God is the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob he is not the god of the dead he's the god of the living and so they're not dead in that sense so but here's what I want you to hear I believe there are times me personally I believe there are times that we connect with with that realm in other words for instance Ephesians 3 verses 14 and 15 the scripture says that Paul said I bow my knee before the before the Lord Jesus Christ before God the Father God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who is who from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named see and even James Strong's in Chuck Strong's Concordance when you look up the word church here's what he says he says Church is the Saints that are in heaven and the Saints that are in earth I mean it's it's it's an understanding way back where they even the Apostles Creed that we are that we we believe in the Fellowship of the Saints and and all sorts of other things so I'm saying there's a divine place here there's a divine place here that we can function but let me just tell you this real quick store now clothes okay because we're out of time I'm talking about you all the spiritual activity that's in this dimension that when we step into we said okay Lord I'm here I want to agree with all this is happening so that your will can be done in the earth so is the end been too long ago but maybe a year but now but I have this dream and in my dream Ruth Ward Heflin has appeared from the cloud of witnesses now you gotta understand I'm not given to this stuff but she has appeared for mikata witnesses and she wants to see me the owner who Ruth Ward Heflin is so the glory lady that you know I mean she birthed a lot of the glory movement I mean with these guys and a lot of a lot of stuff lent a lot of manifestations all these kind of things but she died quite a few years ago now and is in heaven and so in my dream and I never had any contact with didn't know who she was she was but didn't know anything about it I never read a book never anything so it was really for me to be having this dream so I have this dream and she wants to talk to me she's come from the cloud of witnesses and so I they come to get me and I go where she is and when I get to where she is as I would interact with her she would appear and as I would stop interacting with her she would disappear and I realized I realize I can you dream there's something about me the cloud of witnesses likes and I thought you know what I may not have many friends in the earth but if I got a few in heaven that's okay I could write a song I have friends in high places so this would happen this this interaction was going well all of a sudden she begins to prophesy over me she begins to speak over me and and there was a person that was there in the dream they stood up and not maliciously or mean anything they just said well what about us it was like well we want to hear what God's saying to us to and whenever he said that Ruth Ward Heflin stopped stop what she was doing and this stern look came over her face and she said it's Roberts turn and I in what was included in the words what understood he's been left out he's been passed over he's even been abused he's even had negative things said about him that heaven wasn't saying and I am saying it's Roberson let me know if they are the cloud of witnesses here's what I started doing I agree with Ruth Ward Heflin it is my turn I agree with what the cloud of witnesses is saying about me I come into an agreement that's what happened amazing doors started opening all sorts of stuff started coming in place why because it's my turn some have already had their turn now I'm not trying to deny anybody but I'm just saying God said it's my turn it's my turn it's my turn to step into the fullness of destiny it's my turn to come into it but but I knew that I couldn't just fall my hands like I say Lord I come before your cords and even though I'm standing here I thank you watch this because this is what I believe I thank you that that the our witnesses is speaking before you in my behalf that they are agreeing with what Jesus is saying about me in his intercession so I agree with what they are saying about me notice I'm not praying to them I'm just agreeing with their activity in the spirit realm but so I agree with them and I ask Lord that what heaven is saying about me would now be my portion amen you're agreeing with all this going on the heaven so I don't want to get weird I don't want to get strange with it but I here's what I'm saying here's what I tell people if I believe is absolutely wrong to stew that is absolutely wrong to search out encounters with heavenly beings but if in the process of your pursuit of Jesus you have an encounter then it's probably something that he wants you to to know and wants to impact your life but it's always in pursuit of him not them whether it's angels or anything else it's always about him amen so could you stay with me thank you lord thank you let me just do this I'm gonna pray and we're gonna do more this afternoon but let's just do this just say these words say Lord as we as we would come before you we would by faith we would by faith step into this spiritual dimension this legal realm that your word calls the courts even the courts of heaven Lord we have been given a right to stand in this place even as Joshua the high priest was given a right to stand here the right Lord we would agree Lord we would with all the activity of this spiritual round of this legal dimension and we would ask Lord that we could see your will we can see come out of heaven and be made manifest in the earth even in behalf of our own lives but even nations and cultures boys thank you so much for empowering us power and letting us function in the place that we have come to Lord we thank you for this now and we are seated together with you in heavenly places in Jesus name Jesus oh man oh man the Lord a good pray yes [Applause]
