Could The Totsuka Blade Seal Otsutsuki's???

okay so this comment was made under a video of me comparing orochimaru's curse mark to the otuki karma seal so the question becomes could the totsuka blade separate boruto from moshiki and honestly I hadn't thought about it and it's a very good question because it stands to reason even if an otsuki is stabbed by that sword they will get sealed there's nothing to prove that that wouldn't happen there's one major problem though the one difference between the curs seal and the karma marking is that he wrot chimaru has to Slither out of the curse mark in order to reincarnate this is just a body takeover Itachi was able to stab a rachim Maru and Orochimaru alone if he stab biki who's he sealing is he sealing boruto Miki or both the only situation I could see where maybe this would work is if momoshiki did a complete body takeover and then the totsuka blade was stabbed into him sealed momiki and left the vessel of boruto behind but that feels like a stretch
