[Music] hey y'all just cooking with tiffany don't bite baby yes i'm bite we have another little setback y'all but it's all good it's all great okay right now what i'm bringing y'all today is my pecan pie that i have been telling y'all about i'm finally getting around to do it okay so i'm gonna jump right into this because i'm gonna hit y'all with i'm trying to do three videos this morning before i go to work okay i gotta get caught back up but what y'all don't know and i'm gonna go live when i get done filming today but for the month of july all the way to the first week of august we had a total of nine deaths back by every week so that's what i've been up to how do y'all think i'm feeling but anyhow let us put a smile on my face which is 19 and you need pecan pies y'all let's get into it okay so what i'm doing with my pecan pie i got some brown sugar i got me some chopped pecan half pecans i got macaro syrup i got my sugar my vanilla some butter eggs i need my cinnamon i like to put a little cinnamon in mine let me find the cinnamon y'all oh i forgot i had any potatoes okay there you go i see you be having sugar and stuff yeah well y'all okay so let's get into this excuse me one little thing i need right here in my waist for my ass so i got six eggs because i'm doing two pecan pies right and it's just a simple quick easy pecan pie recipe okay i ain't really not know though i ain't making no dough from scratch but what i am gonna use they got the pecan pie crust now y'all y'all see that so i was like um i wonder how that tastes with my pecan path so this is something i'm doing new with this crust it's a ready to use pie crust but it's a pecan crush y'all so this became popping to be all the way live it's all pecan pecan pie y'all understand oh okay yeah i got me so what i'm gonna do right now i got six eggs so i'm doing two pies right i'll put the crack open oh these six eggs and whisk them up and then basically this recipe is so easy y'all once i whisk my eggs together it's just adding all the other green ingredients to it and then putting it in the oven like quick simple and easy straight to the point that's all i can say y'all i want y'all to try this here tell me what took would it be back i thank y'all for bearing with me i thank y'all for subscribing to me and always always remember to tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend you understand okay [Music] so we're just gonna whisk our eggs that was six large eggs y'all [Music] what you call [Music] okay just a little bit longer [Music] okay now i'm gonna do two cups of sugar a cup of brown sugar one that's two okay i'm putting a cup of brown sugar in here light brown sugar is what i got if you want to use dark you can it's up totally totally up to you even down to the carol syrup if you want to use light or dark it's up to you i got dark kale caramel syrup okay okay then i'm gonna put about i'm up [Music] when i always melt my butter when it comes to my pecan pie i started doing room temperature i met it in the microwave okay okay y'all so i melted my butter that was a stick of butter we're going to put in here i'm putting on top of the sugar and stuff because this little worm i wanted to scramble my eggs you know okay i'm gonna put two cups of this uh carol syrup in here and that's probably pretty much the bottle bell y'all you know which it is so i'm just adding that last little bit in here and then next we're going to add some vanilla and some cinnamon and the pecans baby and guess what that's how quick and simple the pecan pie is let me get a special at that drop behind me and the one i'm gonna see right now thank you but y'all y'all know cooking with tip always gonna bring you something that's quick simple and easy cause we got time to be in the kitchen all day long i know i don't i don't we're gonna put two uh tablespoons of this vanilla in here y'all know me i bought it there you go two tablespoon vanilla a tablespoon of cinnamon well i have a tablespoon send me out there we go now you mix all these ingredients up oh yeah i preheated my oven to 400 degrees y'all now what we're going to do is once we pull the mixture in the pie shells we're going to put it in the oven at the 400 degrees for like 10 minutes after 10 minutes we're going to turn the oven down to 350 and we're going to continue to bake um the pies until the golden brown come up fluff those all up come together on top right and evenly so we're going to make for like oh what i was saying for about 30 minutes after that okay 30 to 35 minutes but you check it and make sure everything grade a so y'all get that y'all got that right first 10 minutes on 400 then turn temperature down to 350 after them 10 minutes and then bake on 350 for like 30 to 35 minutes okay y'all say i got my mixture good this is what you want to see okay now since i'm doing two pies one pie needs uh two cups i mean one cup but since we're doing two pies you got two cups of these hands okay so y'all know the holidays coming up putting paper on them stuff holidays coming up this would be a good dish for your thanksgiving table christmas table everybody like you can't pass and if you don't try my recipe i change your mind i'm changing minds on pecan pies okay yeah fold the pecans in that like so and like i said it's my first time using the pecan crust so it's all about pecans for these pecan pies or truly pecan pie y'all understand y'all see that oh what you want so yeah my first time trying it gonna be y'all first time trying with the pecan crust but i don't think it's gonna be bad okay y'all know it's real like she in the field baby so again these are pre-made pecan crusts i was amazed when i seen it so i grabbed it but if you don't want to use it or use the pecan crust and can't find it you already know just going to get you a pie crust you already know get your pie crust oh yeah um cup and filling these in so they can be evenly filled and i think i might have enough these things so thin i probably can get another pair of these you know but hey no gravy baby yeah i could have had another pound this one y'all see that all right good okay so again we're gonna get these in the oven my oven is set at 400 degrees we're gonna bake for 10 minutes after 10 minutes lower it to 350 degrees and then bake it for 30 to 35 minutes boom all right y'all just cooking with health i'm biting with your baby we're gonna took them pecan pies out in the oven y'all y'all remember when i first put them in we baked them for 10 minutes on 400 degrees after them 10 minutes i turned my oven down to 350 degrees and i baked them continued to bake you pecan pies for 40 minutes okay i just took them out the oven this is the end result hi y'all it looks lovely but of course with pecan pies again i just took them out the oven i cannot slice it maybe tomorrow or this evening i can come back and add the slice to it after it cools down because you know it's still hot it's gonna run everywhere but this is the easy easy peasy pecan pie it's been cooking with till y'all like comment and subscribe tell a friend to tell a friend y'all know it baby boom all right i'm back i did wait i told y'all we weren't gonna be able to see the pot cut but i couldn't do y'all like that y'all i waited till they cooled down so now i got one of these pies over here i had to come over here by my window to cut it because we had to took the lighting stuff down okay but i'm gonna let y'all see with the pecan pie where i can win yes okay so again we use no regular pie crust we use the uh pecan pie crust first time for me trying it it could have cooled a little longer but it's all good in the hood y'all cause it's still a little liquefied but y'all know pecan pie is gonna be like that oh lord enough to break it y'all i just want y'all to see this this is still a little warm so but y'all see it it's still a little warm but as y'all can see it's cooling down and forming right there but yeah this is my pecan pie sorry i couldn't cut it right it still won't but i had to show y'all what it'd be about let me get a fault it's cool and it's gonna gel up like this side right here like the pecan pie not be running like this side so it's still a little warm but i had to cut into it for y'all okay this cookie was tough i had to do it but i'm gonna go over here trying like i say we're gonna see what it'll be about with the pecan crust and not a regular pie crust okay y'all that's good that's real good as far as the pecan crush that's good too but for me i am missing the little pie crust part because it'll be so flaky and just and give it a different texture but the pecan crust is actually good it's real pecan like the pie but it's worth the shot trying but i tell you what get you one pie crust and one pecan pie crust and see which one you like the best but y'all just been cooking with tilt i love y'all thank y'all for supporting me continue to like comment and
