yo what's good guys man we got another video we got a hot topic very hot topic a lot of people been dming me about this a lot of people been asking me about this and it's about the palette flipping business guys if you guys find this video useful please subscribe like the channel uh who i got over here is my brother gus um he's actually the pro man he's the one that like got me into the game of pallets so i wanted to bring him on and actually teach you guys how to go in and do this business and so i'm gonna let him explain the whole process because he's the one that knows how to do it you know he he he does this so i'm just gonna let him explain it all right gus uh tell him about the business man first how you doing man good i'm good here in amazon yeah i do so i do college here in arizona um i was just gonna give you guys like you know a quick training so have you guys uh take some steps so we're gonna you know start looking see if you can find your own palettes and um just give you you know the step by step uh just give you guys a good training real quick yes sir yes sir all right let's get started let's get straight to it man so like what what is the business can you go ahead and explain it yep so okay so flipping palace is a supply and demand business you're just selling you're selling us uh you're selling a product to businesses that need their product and you're getting the product for free from people that don't need those talents so you're just being a middleman you're finding businesses that don't need pallets or they need to get rid of pallets because they have a ton of pallets coming in with a you know with the product that they need is getting shipped to them with a pallet so once they get the product off they have all these colleagues stacked up on the side of their warehouses or inside or they're just stacked somewhere and they don't need them so my services comes and takes those products away from them free i get 95 of my calls for free and then um the reason let me give you a quick reason why people don't understand why these businesses want to get rid of pallets um really because uh first of all they need they they're focused on the main operation they're focused on the business that they're actually running they don't have time to worry about the little things here and there so they just keep it no stack and then you know they tell them so we'll get to that later because they're stacking up and then over time you know they just keep building a building so a lot of times they just keep them stacked like they're so just taking the space or um they're either paying they're paying uh these trash companies to come pick them up or they're paying for dumpsters to you know stack and they're so late they can think about well either way they're spending money or taking the space so i come and offer that service um asking them to clear that space for them free of charge i take the good ones and the bad ones and it's it's a it's a good service for a lot of people um um not some of them are gonna uh you were gonna ask like oh don't they charge you so okay that's the thing is um it's kind of like uh some will some won't so your job is kind of like you know just hunt for the people that do want to get rid of them but when you do find them then that's reoccurring they you know they got pilots coming every week so all you got to do is you know lock them in and you have consistent supply it's just a little search it's a little hunt for them but they're there 100 um but once you do find them people that need to get rid of them you get your pellets for free and then the second step is um just find the people that do need those pallets and sell to those um so that's the main business it's uh you know finding products for people who don't need them and something like people who do neither that's it all right all right so is what do you think about the business do you think it's like competitive or how do you feel about it uh okay yeah yeah there's definitely other people doing it in the town but it's no competition so that's the best way to put it she can put doing it but they're not even com you know they're no competition whatsoever because a lot of these people are first they're scavenging and cherry picking they're taking the perfect uh paladin confined and they're just leaving everything else behind you know trash so they're not even like giving a good service and they're you know they're just messing everything up making everything a mess and um they're not presentable a lot of them are like you know like hobo really they're like homeless people or like people trying to make some quick change so those people aren't even presentable you know they don't even have build com they don't build those relationships with those warehouse managers go ahead you're gonna say something no no listening yeah so these these people are just like they don't communicate they don't have you know good personalities they don't even like present themselves well and they're you know they're making a mess because they're cherry picking so that's your competition no not many people like even like i don't go like i go like maybe in a teacher like this but you know i you know i'm well groomed and then i you know i say hi to everybody people everybody at those warehouses like me they know me so that um and i have a good service so you know you add all that up your competition like they don't even want to trade business with like this guy's cool um he gets a job done he doesn't just cherry pick you know he cleans everything up so that's your competition you just offer a better service and you're more presentable and you build those relationships so there's really no competition there is but there isn't okay uh so i know this is a important question because a lot of people want to know this is you know how much money can you make can you go ahead and explain that all right yes okay so a lot of people are going to get shocked by how much money you can make with so little time so this business is um you're just selling a product that's all you're doing so the time it takes for you to let's just say you already found a buyer and a you already find a supplier and a buyer right you already got the supplier locked in you already got the buyer locked in so all you're doing is you going to get these pallets let's say you have somebody let's say you have somebody like a good a good supplier that needs to get out of 100 a week you go to these people and then you have you take those hundred pallets and you just take them in you know within a ten-mile radius or in that city and then you're dropping them out to people who need them that takes really literally i mean it depends how close it is but between 15 minutes as long as an hour let's say you have a couple of those suppliers and a couple buyers maybe it'll take you know an hour to if you're just starting no more than two hours a day so you got those hundred pallets and you're selling for let's say an average those pallets are four to seven bucks but let's just say five bucks to make this simple you you get a hundred pallets you pick them up you sell them for five bucks and you just make 500 bucks in what 20 30 an hour maybe if you're just starting you know you need to learn to roast maybe two hours at most to make 500 bucks let's just say you had two uh you know two 100 pilot supplier you just made a thousand bucks in like an hour two hours tops and you know you know the better you get the faster and um you know over time once you got consistent suppliers and buyers you can actually automate this and you can hire somebody because that's another thing people ask if you can automate it 100 you can hire somebody to you know pick up the pallets and drop them off and you can either pay per hour or um what i do i actually link that up with a buddy this is a friend of mine so i kind of i don't pay for how i pay and by a percentage of the day so i get 15 of those sales of the day so you can either pay per hour so yes it can be automated you can pay somebody to do it or you can do it yourself for an hour two bucks keep hundred percent profit yeah that's crazy man uh but to answer the question to answer the question answer the question it takes an hour it takes me an hour but maybe no more than two hours a day to make you know 500 a thousand bucks a day yeah that's that's the thing about that yeah yeah yeah i do this uh monday through saturday monday through saturday the only reason i well it's really monday through friday a couple warehouses are open on saturdays uh most of them are closed on the weekend but it's monday through saturday because i have i do have a couple uh small owned businesses that let me come on saturdays but really it's monday through friday sometimes saturdays uh you know every day making that money yeah i get a little bit more than that but you know that's a perfect goal to start for 100 000 bucks a day and that's a hundred percent confidence yeah the thing that's crazy about this business is like you're basically making you know because you're basically getting them for free you know most of them for free if not you're getting it for cheap and so you're making basically like trash into cash you know like that's that's the type of business this is where you're just finding stuff that people don't need and then going ahead and selling it for a pass it's i think this business is crazy and i'm sure that not a lot of people even know about it but like a good question is how fast do you get paid on it do you get paid the same day or do you get or how does that work do they you know invoice you and then you a chat or how how does that work for you um yeah it's it's mostly through uh your invoice because uh they need to keep track of you know their or their spending there's no cash it's rarely ever cash any crash so but um yeah soon as i drop off the pallets i send them my invoice and i get paid that same day i send them the invoice via quickbooks starting off i used to use paypal or i even before that my first view i used to get the little square reader the only ones you plug into your phone yeah there are barber shops and a lot of stuff like that you just put it on your phone swipe it and then on the app it has your prank info so then when you go straight to your account but i said invoices okay and i know i know a lot of people want to get into this but you know the pallets are probably heavy and they probably need multiple people can you do this by yourself or is this like you need a team to do this like how does that work uh you do it by yourself let me real quick explain how i did it my first one i didn't have a truck i didn't have uh i don't have nothing but um what i did was you have three options you can either partner up with somebody who does have a truck you can uh you know you can borrow a flatbed another flatbed i just ruined it but yeah you can run you got a trailer i don't know if you know somebody was on those trailers that you mentioned or you can rent those too or what i did is um i you rented a flatbed pickup truck you can get those from you know like home depot uh enterprise they're cheap they're 20 bucks an hour so once you've got um you know the supplier but already you just want to get that flatbed um and then and then you know so unless they made you know 500 bucks you just subtract the 20 if it took you one hour you subtract the 20 bucks from the hour and you made 400 and whatever 80 bucks and so you know huge profit like 99 profit yeah yeah so so you you just do it yourself or do you have like people you know you well you got people but like when you're starting off like do you need like you know do you need to get a couple of guys to do it or how do you feel about that yes right so so since i'm renting this flatbed oh real quick let me say this so i use that for the first month in the first month i made eight thousand dollars because i went all in so right after i made that eight thousand bucks i went straight to uh uh craigslist and then i bought my own flatbed you can buy those for like 1500 2500 but it's really you know reinvesting your business because it's gonna make you money in the long term so you just go in all the first month and then once you once you see it works then invest into your own flatbed paper but uh to answer your question that's the was the question again it was oh do i need a team no so once you got the truck let me tell you this man i learned there's a hallway so i'm telling you right now do not lift these pallets because they are heavy and it's hot or cold outside depending on what time of the year and it's just time-consuming and it's annoying do not think of these people do not pick up these pallets always always always ask um these uh forklift drivers to load in for you they're 100 okay with it they're not gonna like say no they're gonna say yes um and you can also um what i do is tip these forklift drivers uh five buck or no my bad ten bucks ten bucks and it's for you know their warehouse manager doesn't let them get the cash just offer sometimes they're they don't want to uh are you giving them cash just buy them lunch buy a chipotle burrito or a burger or whatever it's less than 10 bucks so they get free lunches and they load them in and the way you want to ask you know what you want to say that is um you know hey uh these pilots are kind of heavy and i want to kind of get in and out of your operation faster is it okay if you guys just load these up and i don't mind giving a tip or buying lunch that's a key as a key because now you don't even need people you know because uh the way i would have thought is that you wouldn't need like oh let me grab the boys let's go pick up these pallets but you just you know you just basically create a way to do it by yourself you know it's just ten dollar tip like you're making five hundred dollars what's ten dollars you know so that's pretty cool you make more than five hundred that's just starting oh you make at least a thousand hundred once you should be like okay um but yeah do not do not pick up the palettes if they don't want to like the first i don't know why they wouldn't because you know it takes like 10 minutes to load them up but if they're for some reason just won't which i didn't even have that experience for some crazy reason and like they're just like no we won't do it even though we have a forklift then don't just just keep just going to the next because that's crazy but yeah just wanted to say that work yeah all right and uh because we're in two different markets me i'm in cali and you're over there in arizona so i guess people want to know because some people are from different parts of the of the states like can you do this anywhere or like or do you need to be in specific location to get this done like how do you feel about that people so people ask me this all the time can you do this anywhere um so i started off first of all let's talk about can you do this in my city um so i did this in a small town in arizona it has 50 000 people people say my account only has 300 000 people is that i'm like might have 50 000 um so yeah if you have how do i explain this you can do it almost unless it's like you know unless it's like uh a corn uh you know like a like a corn farm like it just if there's no businesses there then yes you can do it if it's like a cornfield town type thing then no but if there's businesses there and there's like commerce and you know trucks and people like you know products coming in yes you can do it you can find some suppliers and buyers um as far as can you do it anywhere in the country you can do this anywhere in the country and different countries you can do it in canada you can do to mexico you can do it you know uh you can do it anywhere there's a product that needs to be that needs to be moved from from the from the um wholesaler or the distributor anybody any city that has a damn product and needs to be moved as a you can do it um yeah that's what i just said town you can do it that's crazy so you you just said that it's not even nationwide you could do it anywhere right like basically anywhere um anywhere that has pallets air houses so you can do this in mexico you know someone is doing in mexico yeah yeah i actually do know somebody doing mexico i know people do it in canada and i know people are doing it in uh uh i don't know if it was uh i think it was australia i don't i forgot it was australia or um or the other one but it's like down south one of those countries so yes it's crazy yeah because they're shipping you know they're shipping products and they're there so you might as well you know flip flip people having to flip yeah so basically if if you know this business people or people have them yeah so basically if you notice business you can do this anywhere you know so if you go move to mexico for some crazy reason you know or you go to canada you can you have potential to do business which is that's crazy a business you could do like that is that's that's pretty hard to find but yeah uh the last thing he said oh you know what i actually forgot to answer the other question he said how fast did you get paid um i was gonna say um yeah you could pay right away someone sent the invoice you can pay the same day and uh let's say you get started you know some searching for pallets how fast does it take to make your first sale if you just uh okay look if you're reaching out to warehouse managers every day on you know consistently you can get your first sale in seven days or less really you can get it the same day if you find a supplier and buy that day you can do it that day but uh you know usually it takes about seven days if you go all in if you're like half you know half a step in it it might take a little longer but if you like if you just do the basics then you'll uh you'll get it in seven days or less all right so yeah all right how like from 1 to 10 how easy it is to get into the business it's easy it's like yeah as long as you uh as long as you're okay with uh reaching out to these businesses as uh you have access to something to put these uh paladin whether it's somebody else's truck whether it's the the the what's that what's it called the trailer or whether you have you know you have your license and you and you can you have your license insurance you can go rent a flatbed pick a truck that's all you need so yeah that's all you get okay you freeze yeah a little bit a little bit but all right so all right let's so let's say like someone wanted to get started in this business you know they kind of already have like all right i kind of have an understanding what would you how would someone that wants to get started in this business you know how could they get in contact you just in case you have more questions or you know if you can offer them you know some type of service to help them out how could they get in contact with you right okay so okay so yeah so you so like i was like i've been saying the whole time this is super simple um all you are doing is uh reaching out to people who don't need pilots and selling them to people who are doing either but a lot of things do come along you know there's gonna be things like um who why who exactly do i you know who exactly do i reach out to for supply who exactly do i reach out to for buyers you know what do i say you know how do i maximize the profit or like there's things you know things come along where you have questions i do offer a mentoring program um what it comes with it's um you know it's direct access to me so you can obviously ask me any questions you have that comes a long way but there's also a a training uh you know module training with videos explaining step by step how to get palettes and how to sell them and everything in between it's a you know step-by-step uh video module training so with my with my mentor it comes with that so it gives you like you know the core of how to do it and on top of that if you have access on top of that you have access to me it comes with a community of other people doing it like myself in a private facebook group um it has it shows people sharing their success stories it has shows people asking questions it shows uh you know people giving tips it's a fire that else my mentor always comes with that fights private weekly coaching call where like everybody who um i'm helping gets on this group coaching call and you know everybody asks whatever questions they have i'll answer them are you trying to hear what you know ship stuff or receive stuff and um see if you can make a deal work out on your own just reach out to white house managers and whenever you see pilots uh they're in industrial parts of the town just reach out to these warehouse managers but uh if you want like the deep like the juicy details and stuff you know i'll i'll be happy to help you just reach out to me yeah that's the thing man cause you can do the business you know and you can try to do it yourself but if you just got someone that's just holding your hand babing you then you're going to get really in the community as well so i i make a quick couple bucks off it so i just want to let you know that i do do this business too gus does the business too so we just want to go ahead and just let you know about it because this is an easy easy business but i wanted to gus makes way more money than i do in his business so i wanted to go ahead and put him on because he's the one that that taught me so i want to go ahead and show you you know like why let me teach let me let me let me show you the master now you know someone just doing it part-time but gus does this full-time and you know he kills it so all right guys i
