Conquering Minecraft’s Scariest Mod

[Applause] [Music] [Applause] no I'm very easily scared so I decided to add the most downloaded horror mod pack called The Man from the fog this mod adds a terrifying mob which spawns at night and stalks you and what's even worse is eventually it will start to chase you and kill you my goal is to survive 10 nights but there's a catch I have to stay awake the whole time no sleeping which means I'm guaranteed to be hunted in this video so day one okay and we are already witnessing a wildfire so like I say I'm very easily jump scared here's a clip from my twitch just to show you I can't do anything I've been compromised I've been compromised so I'm almost guaranteed to scream in this video so please don't think bad of me but also we have about 10 minutes to prepare before I basically have to hide for my life because I don't know how often it spawns but I know it's strong smacking this cow with my pickaxe this is Peak efficiency I think the mob itself is called the night dweller which is extremely terrifying just in itself and if you've seen any of like Calvin videos or threes you probably know what's going to happen but anyways we have an axe a pickaxe and I guess I'll make a shovel too cuz I never make shovels man and this is love for shovels okay I'm going to try and find a better vantage point to just get a lookout because is there anything near me it appears there is nothing near me I guess I'm just going to run across these Treetops for a little bit see if we can find anything okay new plan I'm going in a boat and I'm just going to sail the seven seas cuz remember I just need to get a few basic things and I don't really want to die in a cave straight away because I'm thinking if I die once the challenge over this is a pro tip for everyone if you like because that thing is going to hunt me and I don't know how many nights it takes for it to really get angry at me and remember I can't sleep so there's no real Escape I I just I just don't want a jump okay well there's now a forest fire clearly the night dweller does not care about our rainforests well this isn't a rainforest our forests I I need to relocate I need an open biome this is this is goal for day two find a better biome because CU I I'm going to absolutely break my monitor and and and more if I don't find anywhere better so let's go exploring it's daytime now it's daytime we should be safe but we've now got to have the most efficient 10 minutes of our life it's a village no wait wait wait I think it's abandoned oh my God this world this world is cursed bro there's no way already and then has despawned I don't know how he's made an abandoned house more abandoned but I guess it's now ruthless too again I'm not trying to die on night two either so I kind of have to play like a [ __ ] until I'm slightly stacked yeah I want to kill the night dweller that my my focus has changed now he keeps scaring me and I don't like it it's been a pretty quiet night apart from that first scare how however last night it managed to spawn twice right before the sunrise so it's about to be sunrise I'm hoping he doesn't spawn again though that's an Enderman okay the sun is slowly Rising the sun's Rising no yep yep yep yep yep yep yep yep okay where is he where is he there's no way an eerie sound just plays like that for no reason right bro can the sun please just rise bro yep got a good amount of iron I think I want to try and get more pointed dripstone but I don't think we have enough time cuz it's starting to already get near the night phase I think I'm definitely going to have it chase me tonight which means I need some sort of Escape Route or something on the bright side we have an iron chest plate which is really good cuz now we're full iron I think this is going to have to be another night where we just got to be really careful okay I just made some torches and I'm just spreading them across this area a little bit just so it stops like other mobs from spawning because realistically I don't need a skeleton shooting me when I have a demon from hell like from everyone's worst nightmare chasing me dude like I don't need some sniper hitting every shot cuz skeletons I'm pretty sure is this true on hard mode they have better accuracy with their bow I I I think that's real let me know in the comments if that is but it's now it's now night time night three baby I'm feeling a little bit more confident I have stuff I'm still sweating profusely from my Palms all right the sun is fully down the Moon is fully up where you at boy where you at boy there's nothing to be scared of man yeah yeah so he's not spawned yet and we're a good few minutes into the night which means I guess there isn't a set pattern which means oh my God it's like halfway through the night and nothing's happened I I'm genuinely feeling like like safe oh my God look at me go oh my God I'm absolutely zooming I'm going to make a massive Loop okay wait I have a good idea I have a good idea I need to lead him onto this yes and then I put trap doors for a little bit and then he falls down into a hole and lands on point of dripstone oh my God I'm a freaking genius okay I thought that was him but it was an Enderman oh my God okay that's next day's plan but I need to find point of dripstone which means I have to go back into caves and oh I hate I hate caving I also dislike sound effects like that I see him I see him I see him I see him I see him blood thinks he's slick right you ain't slick pal you okay oh I can whistle too buddy not not very well but at least I can that's something we have in common friends don't attack each other man it's almost the end of the the night the sun is rising and he only spawned once this night night three this was like the most peaceful night he only spawned once and he he didn't try to attack me okay okay operation build the massive Railway is for sure a go what we're going to do is I'm going to lead him up this some way or another and he's going to be running in a straight line because there's nowhere else he can walk and then obviously he's going to have the same mob mechanics where if he sees a trap door he's going to just think it's a block so if I put a double trap door like a trap door on this block a trap door on that block he's going to fall through that and then P your dripstone underneath bang he dies and I look like an absolute weapon however I need this to be like long so I can actually run and make sure he stays on it and stuff let's go mine some trees for a little bit what the heck God that made me jump I'm just like ply paranoid but actually no this is day four and about to go into night four I'm I'm fine man I look we've made it this far you know I'm I'm pretty happy I didn't think I was going to make it past night one but we have okay I think for this day I'm not going to have enough time to get all the dripstone required because I think I'm going to need a few at least and I haven't actually found a dripstone cave so that might be for the next day assuming I survive unless wait wait wait wait wait is there is there dripstone here hold on hold on hold on wait a second it's not he falls down like a big dummy and then I can just run around this way and then we're fine I guess I just wait here and yeah because realistically I have a safe haven which is this jump it's about to we're safe we are now on day five and okay for day five I need to set up this this trap I need to set up the Trap so let's get chopping more wood it seems like really I've just taken up the job of a lumberjack that gets haunted by a demon also keep in mind if I die once this this just is over it's over so I got to stay locked in and focused fully focused no distractions oh sheep my God wait I can't even there's no point in me even killing you what woman ES scary man okay this should be more than enough wood to finish the Trap and let's just build it dude let's just build it I want to try we're on night five which is the halfway marker point which is really exciting so I think tonight we we go for the kill we go for the kill if he survives that fool that just increases my fear of him ways okay this is definitely a lot better than what it was oh that's that's annoying there's pillagers there and there's a village does a Pillager raid work on a on a dead Village I don't know also possible and then we just have to wait and hope we can uh last this final day okay this is a lot more accessible but either way as long as I don't die I'm happy but I'm obviously going to push him like if I see him I'm running right up to him and we're we're trying to pull this off bro it's basically I die or he dies and now we just wait for the final night it's just a waiting game now here we
