It's overlooked in general. Driving? Grocery Shopping? Cleaning out the cat's litter box? Anvil of Crom always.
Check out the Expanded Edition!

Iβve listened to this album for years, and only came across this version on YouTube yesterday.
I also highly recommend the Age of Conan OST by Knut Avenstroup Haugen. It's not the movie soundtrack but it has some excellent atmospheric pieces.
Edit: Additional tracks from DLC updates.
The Secrets of Dragon's Spine
The Savage Coast of Turan
We used that soundtrack for years. In my opinion, the movie is still the closest thing to a decent D&D movie yet produced.
Omg I used to lift weights to this when I was 16 in my candle lit room....
I DM for a group with a minotaur barbarian named Krom. I'm waiting for a key battle of his to bust this out. I can't wait!
Anvil of Crom is one of my favorite tracks ever.
Sword and Sorcery is definitely a lost influence on the game. I think that the directness is nice compared to sometimes what comes across as nicety. It's a barbaric relic of its time.
The soundtrack is probably one of the later real orchestral works for an otherwise pulpy, even tawdry action movie. There are lots of scores, but really listen to this. This a realized composition that elevated the movie.
I use the Conan soundtracks whenever I run Dark Sun. I can't think of a better mix. I also use Kull the Conqueror, Dune, and John Carter.
