Conan Exiles -Sunken City Dungeon Guide Updated 9.15.19

what is up people van from the van reverse gaming channel here with another video on cunning exiles today's video we are gonna cover the last dungeon I've done a video on all the other dungeons I revamp my old ones and I also did one on the warm maker sanctuary but I've never done a video on sunken city so this is your sunken city dungeon guide if you want to check out all the other guides you can click on the I in the top right hand corner to get to my entire playlist of all my dungeon guide so the second city to me is harder than most of the other ones the creatures do some different damage some of them are extremely tough so I am taking a little bit more precaution with this one first thing you're gonna do is bring this violet curative you can make these they're pretty simple to farm to get this ingredients we're going to use this to remove poison we also have this breathing potion down here we're gonna need some breathing potions you probably have hundreds of them that you've never needed before they're actually useful in this dungeon you need about 10 because you're gonna be swimming in between areas where you can breathe we're gonna bring some numbing raps cuz there's some bleed that we need to take care of gonna bring some repair kits because you are gonna be wasting your weapons on certain creatures that are just take forever to kill we got our healing arrows just like normal so we can heal our buddy and then I got some obsidian daggers and my teyla sorrow attributes we're running here is 40 strength we got just under 20 agility 20 vitality 30 grit 20 encumbrance and then also if you look at my stats we're doing pretty good over here don't think there's really anything to show you with me I've lien so lien is coming along with his spear Leon's gonna take a lot of damage in this one you can see that lien only has 4700 hit points there's a good chance he won't make it even in full silent Legion so if you are gonna come here and you want to be a little bit more successful you may want to bring a thrall with a little bit more health what lien has okay so with that being said you probably want to know how you get here so you can see over here and the in the jungle right here is the witch queen Palace right behind her palace on the on the beach here is going to be a boat you just come up to it and then you're gonna travel all right so let's wait for our boy to come in you might take six months of Sunday before he gets here but we don't want to get started without him because this is a pretty pretty tough dungeon to be quite honest with you right is he in yet woo hoo liyan the one thing about this dungeon is a lot of the creatures they hit extremely hard and they also have a lot of hit points so we definitely need to lean to like take the aggro soak up some damage you know we're gonna be using daggers for most of this there are certain fights where once we get them daggered up we're gonna switch to our two hander it's really quite there you go buddy it's really quite hard to just use daggers the whole time because you're gonna kill lean pretty quickly but let's get in here so you can see that guy right there that watcher above he is an elite you can see my dead corpse and then over here on the left is the cultist of Dagon so we're gonna kill the cultists first get out of there with our backflip okay so we're gonna run around and let him get this okay so now he's gonna swap to the cultists or to the Dagon guy whoa come on get him buddy okay so once he has aggro I feel comfortable getting in here yeah so you can see doing pretty good on this guy already get out but you can see Leanne's taking some pretty decent damage some of it's from my bleed some of it's from this guy just make sure after you get your round of attacks you get out and then we'll heal Lee and when we're all done so I wasn't able to stagger him on that combo so you can see the bleed I'm not gonna heal with this bleed yet I'm actually gonna wait till bleeds over and then I'm gonna use some food I don't want to go back in there because you can see how much damage he did to me in the gear that I have in one combo all right so we're gonna switch to this he's gonna be dead here soon okay [Music] so he's dead you see you're gonna loot these pearls that's gonna be for some recipes you're gonna probably want to do that here but also when you come right in you can see this axe you click on it and you're gonna learn how to make an ancient lumeria necks and this is why we have our our healing arrows we'll just sit here lien looks like he's hurting too but you can't see his health unless he takes damage so we're just gonna stand here a little bit and get some heels so that guy is pretty tough the rest of it's fairly easy and then there's a couple bosses that are extremely difficult at least in my opinion so let's get some heals here all right Lee Ann's doing pretty good shoot him in the leg so I can see okay all right so we're ready to rock all right so let's you can go to the right here but I prefer to head up head up this ramp there's a guy right here super easy so I will tell you my reaction time is extremely terrible right now because I'm on a different keyboard I got a new computer and I'm not a huge fan of this keyboard it's very small so I'm having a very hard time with my with using certain keys that are not functioning correctly so if you see me taking lots of damage it's because of that I just don't have the reaction time because the buttons like twice like two times smaller than K so she's dead um how's this guy doing how'd you do Lin are you already on to bigger and better guys huh nope how you doing oh you're good okay Lin go get this guy here we go oh my gosh so you have to be very careful with that jump or you're gonna die alright let's drink some water that was not intentional so you can see I took a water breathing and everywhere where you see a blue that's where you have to enter that's pretty much how it works there's like six or seven different entrances and you enter it now there's other stuff you can loot like chests that have some gold and silver coins in but to me it's really not worth it I would just go into the different rooms that are lit up but I almost died there that was almost terrible if you don't make that jump right there you're gonna hit the rocks and you're gonna splat and have to come back alright so first room here wait for Lin to get over here there he is okay same thing I'm gonna take out the guys on the right on the left I'll let lien handle all the tough stuff all right so he's probably dead Lien's [Applause] let's get this guy so this guy is extremely easy this is probably one of the easier bosses in the in the demo he has this cool shield sword combo which you can probably I think you get the recipes in here for this but don't get your hopes up cuz this is like oh this is gonna be a face roll bedroom look how easy this is so super super easy keep collecting those pearls I don't think Lee and took that much damage he's got some bleed on him so why not shoot myself with a healing arrow he's not gonna heal until the bleed goes off okay there he goes all right he's good to go right in here there's really nothing all that special you can click here to interact and you'll see you'll learn the ancient Lemurian sword and shield which pretty much looks like what that guy was wearing right down in there alright so first room you learned some you learn a recipe now we're gonna head back okay so you'll watch as soon as I drink this potion of water breathing it's just gonna stop my water breathing bar some of these you don't even have to drink it if you can swim pretty good you'll make it like this one's not a far swim I can probably make it without having to worry about it so we're gonna try we're gonna try and then we're gonna go down to that one next now this one if I am not mistaken this is the the one that is miserable like completely miserable and that's not an exaggeration we'll see I'll tell you when we get here yeah so this is the guy that is completely miserable this guy has a ton of hit points this fight is gonna take a very long time I may even fast-forward a little bit through the video cuz it's just such a long fight but we'll see once lien gets here and if you're if you're if Liam's gonna die it's gonna be in this fight you also notice how much damage my obsidian daggers have taken that is why I have brought along my repair kits so let's get started here this guy does a couple cool abilities that you don't want to be on the receiving end of so you want to try and get lien to get his attention if he does like this shout thing that puts you pushes you back and does damage to you so once lien kind of gets his attention so you can see how much damage this guy is absorbing if you want to bring some hammers - maybe sunder him a little bit that might be helpful so what I'm gonna do is now I'm gonna switch to my tea lift and I'm just gonna do heavy attacks on him I don't want him to face me cuz if he faces me he's gonna do his little crazy spitting on me which you haven't seen yet but it hurts a lot all right I'm gonna do a drink put on my daggers come back in that's the whole point is using the two-hander to stagger him get him stuck at the corner here back on the stack on some bleed switch to my two hander and then we're gonna start cranking at him now you got to be careful with with your buddy's health because I'm doing bleed damage and he's getting hit so now he's not in right now but I don't want this guy facing me because it's gonna hurt and get back over here switch back to daggers now if your buddy's taking some damage go ahead and fire a healing arrow over where he is okay and now we're going back to the one doing the bleed damage is me I'm not so worried about hitting with my together and the two hander does the sunder so you can see how long I've been fighting this guy and he's barely even half healthy it's not even half as good okay we're gonna back out and then we're gonna sheet Betty get him some heels going right now may come back in this is why your your daggers gonna take so much damage because you're trying not to face you're trying not to face and do damage doing it to your friend so I did pretty good though I didn't put a ton of bleed stacks on there but you need that consistent bleed damage or you can have an issue okay step out switch to a bow fire healing arrow at him okay I'm not using my daggers right now because I don't want to hit Li in and kind of heal up a little bit let's go back to my days I mean back to my eras and get some he'll go pretty soon probably after this this fight I'm gonna have to repair my batteries you do not want to let them break completely because I don't think they can be repaired anymore used to be but I don't think you can then so we're under half finally with two-thirds down one-third left this is probably the hardest guy next to the last boss everyone else after this is pretty pretty simple I'm gonna have to show this guy just takes a while so obviously I just blend my dad and I didn't one too because that's gonna prevent him from healing okay but his health is doing pretty good I think we'll probably heal up after this I just don't want to put too many stacks of bleed on him it's just not good so he hasn't done his shout yet cuz we've kind of not allowed him to but if he's facing you and you get a certain distance away from him he's gonna do up a shout oh boy I was not paying attention to my buddy's house he's the only thing damage so luckily he hasn't done that show yet there it is that's what I was talking about right on cue all right almost done so that's the shout I was telling you about because we keep on hitting him and stare him he wasn't getting it off but now he's you can see how much damage it does and it kind of kicks you back a little bit so you don't want to have it on you too much there we go my goodness alright so you got the scales of dagon and then you also got the the pearls that's for the recipes heat we're gonna get another set of you can get Tula Marion Trident which is what he was using so everything were pretty much killing it's basically something that they were using so you could see that tried and he was using that's what it is so now we're gonna heal up and that's pretty much the hardest fight in the dungeon next to the boss the boss is very difficult because she uses daggers she hits really hard and it's almost impossible to heal because of the bleed on your on your thrall so you just almost have to figure out a way to not let him die because as soon as she turns onto you you're kind of in trouble with him dead she's just so much damage so but we'll get to that fight alright we're good so what I'm gonna do here is I'm gonna put these away and I'm gonna repair my daggers because they took a severe beating but you should be able to get through the rest of the dungeon with 1:1 repair all right I believe in some of these rooms there's a chest this isn't one of them so now we're gonna drink our breathing potion here you can see I still have six left I started with 10 but yeah we should be good so my options are swim down there or swim over there so I'm gonna swim down here and I'm gonna swim over to that one and then I'm gonna swim across to that one so down here and then across and then over there and then down it's kind of like criss cross and back and forth so some of these don't even have like bosses in them so see how we do Miriam where soldiers stars and see were giving their guide to getting the freedom of debt and they search teams okay so here you go so this is the poison fight this really shouldn't be a huge issue for you we're just gonna switch to our two-hander we're gonna take out all these other guys and wait for liyan okay where's LAN there you go buddy okay okay so liens gonna go right in on this fight so if you stand in the green area you're gonna get poisoned but you really liens gonna be okay so we're just gonna let lean kind of stand in there I just drank a water breathing potion cuz I'm silly so let's get in here you can see how slow this guy is the main damage comes from the poison so is I could drink my my poison heal right now but I don't really have to and lien should be okay as well so we're gonna get in most of the damage you're gonna do the lien is from your the leads so you can see he's almost dead already I mean really easy as long as you're not standing the poison you're fine so I'm just standing here while Ian's fighting him that's I thought my poison was done so come back in I mean like a night-and-day difference between this boss and the boss we just fought but this guy is super easy so all right I'm getting a little getting a little aggressive here I'm gonna pull back you should be dead here in a second all right eat some food I keep hitting my the wrong thing I keep drinking my breathing potions so hopefully I don't use them up there on a key where I usually have food on so after you beat this guy you come back here and he's gonna teach you Diggins breath so if we go into our feets let's shoot an arrow here why I'm sitting here that way we're healing up if you go under your feet you will see right here as Diggins breath and approaching that gives you a to breathe underwater so it's just that improved underwater breathing potion and then here you can see there's the axe that we learned in the beginning here's the sword and shield the first boss was using here's the Trident the last boss was using and then we also have these wonderful daggers as well all right I think we're doing okay liyan how you doing you doing good all right so like I said that fight is a pretty easy pretty face roll poison I guess you could have that violet cure off you really wanted to we're gonna try and swim this without drinking a water potion because I'm like 4 left and I've been drinking them by accident so now we're just gonna swim across to the next area and then we'll just swim to the next one to the right of it and then we'll swim south and then we'll swim over there so I'll eat a piece of food while I'm swimming so you can see I mean for the most part you can make it across most these you may not need that too many breathing potions down here I just bring 10 just in case so I believe this is the one where there's not really a so called boss fight but there's some cool [ __ ] there's some good chests in here so let's yeah there's this guy here but he's kind of a pushover so all right once lien gets in here I think this might be the one where lien gets stuck and he can't get in there's one of these where lien doesn't actually come in just the one no come on get in there all right good get him buddy so if I really wanted to I could just do this so he's kind of like a smaller version of the boss we fought you remember him but he's pretty simple but this is the room that has all the good gold and silver chests in it there you go you can loot all the all the scales and the pearls off and then right here you can see you got silver and gold bars in there and then like look at all these things here's one silver and gold silver and gold silver and gold coins silver coins gold coins so this is a really good spot if you want to farm gold and silver coins this is actually the place to go you can literally just run right past everyone upstairs and jump in the water come here kill this guy and you can get tons of gold and silver coins I might actually make a quick little video on farming gold and silver coins just because of how easy it is to get them in this dungeon these days granite you have to be able to kill that guy having a pet with you is gonna make it much much easier so yeah all right so we're gonna swim to the left here and don't think I need a breathing potion like I said but I don't know I'm almost half gone on breath cool shark oh yeah I may need a breathing potion for this one I don't know I'm cool I'm doing pretty good look at me swim come on buddy get in there it's all good all right so this one is pretty annoying there's these uh there's these little things that these little creatures that run around and they poison you so it's a real pain there is a little bit of a cheat where you can actually shut this gate and you can do damage but they can't do damage to you but we're gonna see how it goes so here they come right away these are kind of like snakes you can see super annoying I believe this is the one where Liam does not come and those things keep spawning like you can't stop them from spawning and what makes them a pain is they poison you so this is where you can come out here watch and then it'll close look they can't get in here so if you're having a hard time this is that this is a cool little trick to do it's also a good way to solo too and you don't have to cheese all the time but you can use this to get your health up and then you can come back here you can see and then it'll shut and then you can just drink this is a good way to fight this guy he can't get through here and then if you want you can just do this it also allows you to not have to worry about those silly guys as well just slug things but since lien doesn't make it into this fight for some strange reason this is a good way to do this if your solo last thing you want to do is be on the wrong side of this bleeding okay a little food here Allah so this is a really this is kind of a cheap guide to do this but when you're solo and you don't have a fact because you don't come in this room this makes it really easy hey and then this should be it but even after the boss is dead those things keep spawning so just get ready for them okay so you can see you run in here these things are still gonna keep spawning you click this this is going to teach you the deep-sea fissure and then you're just gonna get the heck out of here alright so there we go liyan for some reason does not like to go into that room so you got to do it solo but now we're gonna swim across cuz that's our next ya so with this one we may need to swap over we may need to drink a potion but we'll see and I don't think there's anything real big in this one and then the last room is gonna be the boss fight but you gotta get through some stuff to get to it and like I said you can swim down below there there's some chests and whatnot but to me it's not worth it oh boy it's gonna be a close one we start doing a glug glug glug soon maybe lien will decide to show up we made it okay cool alright so yep so same thing you got another stone to click you got another guy this guy is very similar the first guy that you fight when you first get on the island so let's go for it so be careful because of the bleed so this is where having those raps is very helpful this guy doesn't have a lot of hit points but he does do the blues thing okay nice which so I believe my my boy has like 20 stacks of lead on him you know you know oh god okay so this is where the raps are gonna be important yeah got rid of my bleed stack you can see it right there so that's why we bring those numbing raps or you would probably die to this job get him buddy there we go all right so have those numbing raps in a pinch for this buddy him and I are gonna need it but we're gonna come over here and we're get the next thing aloe extract so you can see these are just mainly upgrade recipes that's kind of what it was for it's like the last two we just got our like upgrades to what you already have so if you look at it right here the deep-set gives you improved fish traps and then allows you to make some some trophies and then the the other one we got what was it called right here this just gives you another type of aloe extract that's just a little bit stronger than a normal so nothing really new in here I guess you can say some of the little Marion stuff but for the most part you're just running with the same stuff you were running with just better it's just better I'm gonna shoot one more arrow at Lee Ann's feet all right and then we're gonna go and do the final the final wing so I mean if you took out the swimming and you just ran from one to the other this isn't a very long dungeon that one boss does take a long time to kill but a lot of the time consumption this dungeon is swimming from one to the other all right so this is gonna be the last room and this is where we're gonna head to kill the boss and hopefully with the boss we can we can hopefully beat her she does a lot of damage she does a lot of bleed damage she's like the guy we just fought but much tougher all right here we go here we go here we go almost to the portal I don't know why he's making the globe looks I got plenty of plenty of breath all right here we go liyan get over here come on buddy all right so we're gonna come over here to the right this is where the switches these guys are nothing on one one full surround so right here's the switch and then you can get into these different rooms if you want pouch pouch okay excuse me thank you that hurt okay all right so we're gonna pull the switch and this is gonna let us check out what's in these rooms here usually nothing much these prisoners will help you fight got a couple chests around here that you can loot some stuff in there you go got that chest got some more coin chest right here all right and then I don't think there's anything in that one and then it de gate does closed so you only have so much time like if you go in here there's three chests but if you don't wait you're gonna get stopped it's all we do is we go back click it again now we should go to make it all the way to the other side like I said there's nothing really special in these in these prisons some good some chests you know that kind of stuff okay like you said you let the prisoners out but yeah that's pretty much it in the chest there is the gates okay so now we're getting to the end here ouch okay I haven't really showed harvesting if you harvest them that's kind of what you get you get the scale you get I think one scale of two gone off of all of them so you know you might as well harvest them so this part of the dungeon doesn't make a lot of sense to me unless someone can leave in the comments not this part this is fine there's a there's a falldown area where it's almost impossible to fall down without taking damage come over here come on Lee and take out the other guy get him buddy sorry all right so right here is what I was talking about so you can see we have this fall down right here but I can't think of a way that's easy for us to get to fall down in it okay shoot an arrow for him shooting air for me so if you look once I get out of this you should be able to like jump on these little things here but it's not as simple as it sounds like you take damage on every fall it's kind of annoying especially this one all right and then obviously the end here so so now we're all the way down all right so this is the last room the boss is up there you can see her she's grown she's glowing green up there she's the one that's gonna be our problem so before we get started we are going to repair our daggers one more time and we're going to pray that Lina and I can take these guys out that's pretty much what we're gonna do how's Liam doing he's doing good okay we got our first fella here Lee Anne what are you doing why are you fighting Oh land land land you're taking on the easy guys huh dude Lee Anne you should be fighting this guy Lynn no dad son of a okay thank you oh my god would you would you get aggro I thought he was gonna running and attack those other guys he does two circles until he finally takes aggro all right back in here boy ouch ouch wow that was a heck of a combo all right do that get a little bit of this Oh chop all right so we got 18 food left how you doing buddy you're doing fine all right so let's take these guys out next barely and get them buddy I do not want to be in front of these fellows okay so we're bleeding again No you know you know come on buddy and get me a slowpoke well Oh God I thought I'd get out way-hey a little food a little water she's still after me no good oh boy oh boy help you out there buddy okay Lin help land man get him what are you doing did your did your did his spear break oh my god don't tell me his weapon broke thank you oh boy get out of that all right so we have a curative potion drink that okay [Music] so I may not have brought the right amount of repair kits I probably should have brought three repair kits you're doing good buddy you're doing real good keep hang in there all that swing it's everything even what's behind it got him okay all right so as I said you may I'm only half on my daggers okay so this gal is very hard so hopefully what we're gonna do is we're gonna do all the blocking while she does all of her crazy stuff and let Lee in here do some damage but she does she hits hard and she does bleed so there might be some dancing around with this one here we go good block up there you go come on come get it girl give me girl soon as Leanne gets it okay so lien starting to take some damage hey good now she's after me which is what keep pushing her back there you go keep your stunned Oh get out you know okay raps use their apps quick okay okay Oh God raps oh my gosh come on buddy holy Moses why isn't my throat feel dry how you doing so this is the good part woof okay I think we were able to reset the fight go back in here okay [Applause] eat it okay she's going down yes yes siree oh my god she's hard liyan good job buddy so I didn't do a lot of talking during that fight because I was miserable but yeah so there you go you can go around here and you can chop him up a little bit she doesn't get anything she's just hiding but these guys you get a scale there's one there's two but you can see how difficult this was loot these guys not a little not a lot and then once you're all done you come over here and you click on where is it there it is right here and then I'll get you the daggers of the gun so pretty much everything here you've seen them all wear it so if you go here the first boss she killed dropped or the first axe we got in the beginning drops this axe the first boss we killed drops this shield and this sword well doesn't drop it gives you the recipe the next one does this and then she just gave us the daggers we had the dude the one dude gave us this one the other dude gave us this one the other became this one so there you go and now if everything goes how it should and you don't get stuck you should better just go what and you're done Diddy so that's it folks that is the sunken city hope you guys enjoyed this video it was pretty hairy but that's why I showed you guys to bring the numbing raps and also the curative potions and bring three I'd say three weapon repair kits because I almost went through three and lots of food lots of healing
