Oh, it's stuck already! It can't handle it anymore! It's not doing anything! I bought Apple piracy. But not just any piracy, these are very well-made counterfeits. They're excellent imitations, almost like the real thing. Even an authentic phone can't tell the difference between these devices and the fakes. It's truly astonishing. I was walking through a counterfeit market in Shanghai, and was amazed by the number of stands selling technology, even the latest products. Well, I purchased second-generation AirPods Pro and a supposedly 1TB memory iPhone 14 Pro. Let's try them out and be amazed and terrified by the quality of the counterfeit world in China. The quality of the packaging is really good, it even has embossing, it feels real. Look, it even has its little sticker, just like the originals on the box. These AirPods cost me 150 yuan, about 25 dollars. What impressed me was that, at least the ones they tested for me in the store, the phone recognizes them as genuine. The iPhone they sold me supposedly even comes with AppleCare. So, there could be a store, in theory, that can break it a bit and exchange it for a new, authentic one. At least that's what the saleswoman said. Oh, and the originals of these cost over 250 dollars This costs 10%. Wow! It's very surprising. Originals are over 200 dollars, fake ones are 20 dollars. Omg! It's really good. It comes with its connector, here's the Lightning one. Now, it's kind of cheap when I open it. Listen, it makes a little noise, to be honest, it's kind of cheap. But the earphone feels really good, very good material. Wow! Super well-made. The earbud's rubber tip. What quality! And now let's take a look at the iPhone. This one cost me... Wow! The equivalent of 75 dollars. About 1500 Mexican pesos. The original 1 terabyte one will cost you over 1500 dollars. And this one at 75, it's 5% of the value. Now, the box of this one doesn't feel as good, to be very honest with you. Let's see how the phone fares. Well, mmm nope! Things aren't looking good with this one. The included cable is USB-A, which the original doesn't come with. It does come with something like an an instruction manual, but... it doesn't look very authentic, to be honest. And as for the phone itself, well, I'll let you be the judge. I think the cameras protrude quite a bit. The buttons feel flimsy. In fact, I have an original one here. The difference is noticeable. Oh well, it seems like the fake one was the Max version. I have the smaller, regular one. They sold me the Max, which is even more expensive. You can see the difference in color and tone; the fake one is lighter. And yes, as I mentioned, take a look at how the real ones are and how the fake ones are. They feel a bit bulkier. So far, the iPhone isn't quite convincing. The AirPods, on the other hand, are. Let's charge them up and put them to the test. [Music] Let's start with the AirPods, surprisingly good. I don't understand how they manage to make such good piracy. One cheap detail is the little sound they make when you open them, but other than that, they are real AirPods. Let me show you. Check it out when I open them, it detects them as real AirPods. These are your AirPods Pro, you select "connect," don't release the button, press the little button, and there you go. It's incredible. check out this beauty, it even gives you the tutorial just like the originals. Oh, let's select "yes" to skip. Now, when you use them, they make the exact sound of real AirPods. Do you recognize how they sound? Trrrr, when you put them on, just like that. And look, it even provides you with the noise cancellation and transparency mode commands. Here you control the volume just like the real ones, and I promise they cancel the noise very well, they feel genuine. Even if you go into the Find app, you can locate them, see? These are the ones. My regular AirPods, the ones I usually use, are down here, Luis's AirPods, they're 7 kilometers away. Well, I left them at the hotel. These are the ones I just connected, 0 kilometers away, see? These ones here. Let's see if I can play the sound to find them. It's like when you lose them. There they are, making a sound! Can you hear it? It's the real, original sound to locate your devices. I was truly amazed. The sound quality is really good. Even when you put them in, the magnet holds them. Look. It's very sophisticated, just like the real ones. They also have wireless charging here at the back. These are incredible things, really. You can't tell the difference. And I repeat, they cost me 25 dollars, and I'm sure that if I had haggled, I could have gotten them even cheaper. Excellent piracy, I can't explain how they manage to imitate it perfectly. Let's see how the iPhone fares now. Music The iPhone is a whole different story, something tells me it's going to be really bad. I remind you that it cost us 75 dollars, 1500 Mexican pesos. There it goes, turning on. We have the little apple logo, so far so good. When you press the button, it feels very flimsy and takes too long. I got scared, I think it's not going to work... Oh, no, no, wait, wait! It's on now. It took like two minutes, right? That was too long. Well, there we have it, it's on. Check how slow it reacts. You know, when you slide the menu, it takes a long time. Oh, and of course, everything is in Chinese. I don't know if it will have other languages. Does it really open everything like an iPhone? Does it respect the commands? Look, I do it like this, but it does it in a very clunky and glitchy way, look, I try to close it... Oh, it got stuck! It can't handle it anymore. Oh no, this iPhone is really awful. And look at how I open the camera, for example, look, I turned it on there, and when I do this, it becomes small. Are you seeing it? It becomes like this, small, and okay, the command works. Another observation that is truly ridiculous is the lens.5, it's just for show, look, I touch it and it doesn't work. Oh no, it got stuck again. No, what a tremendous piece of garbage. No, this is garbage. It's stuck now, huh. It's... It doesn't do anything anymore. And look, no matter how much I tap to change the video... Oh no, this is terrible. What a horrible phone. I'm intrigued that it says it has the App Store. So let's click on it. It's probably going to be like... Well, who knows what it says there. Hopefully, it doesn't say, "We're spying on you with this phone's camera." Oh, and yes, look, AppChina.com. No, this is terrible, it's horrible. Clearly, yeah, it's not going to be Apple's app store, it would be too good to be true. So, of course, we can rule out that it doesn't have AppleCare. Because the lady at the store told me, "No, yes, AppleCare" and... of course not! Obviously, this $75 phone doesn't have it. But we're going to test it thoroughly. Let's test its camera, compare it to the original one. I feel like it's going to be terrible. The AirPods Pro, very good, this one is going to be very bad. I can sense it already. [Music]. Ok, let's compare the speed of opening the cameras. This is the original one, this is the fake one. The original one well, it opens really quickly, very good, very smooth. This... Oh, it's not too bad. Now in fluidity terms, oh no, we can already see it from there. The original can switch lenses with a single tap. Two, three, by the way, notice how the original programming offers .5, 1, 2, and 3. The fake one offers .5, 1, and 2.5. And nope, no matter how much you touch the buttons, they don't work. Let's see a photo. Oh no, no, so it can be appreciated. Notice how the fake one takes a long time to capture the photo. And when you open it... Okay, it opens the photo like this. The lighting, honestly, looks very bad. This is a photo I took of Kuchao on the street. It looks somehow dark and very blurry. And the same photos from the original look like this. The lighting is much better. Kuchao is much more noticeable, much clearer. When returning to the camera... Oh, look, this command doesn't exists. Notice how in the original, this command exists, and you can go back to the camera by swiping down. Here, it doesn't. How do you go back to the camera here? Oh, look, when you tap on share, it suggests only apps, like WeeChat and Chinese apps. Of course, oh, it says it has AirDrop. What? Does it actually have AirDrop? No, no matter how much I tap on it, nothing happens. What? This thing just got reset. It's sending something through an email, who knows to whom. I'm genuinely afraid that we're being spied on here. Someone might be spying on us through this front camera. Let's not say anything compromising. Let's not show our credit cards. Because, really, who is watching us with this device? This is so scary! Now let's test the video camera. First, let's see if it wants to switch to video. There it is. Okay, this is the video camera. Both phones are streaming. Now, on the original iPhone, we can see how it has all these options, to turn on the flash, turn it off, enable action mode, disable it, change the resolution, change the frame rate. And on the fake one, well, it doesn't have any of that. It's really terrible. Okay, let's see the smoothness of the original when recording. We tap like this, and now we're recording a little video. It looks really good, honestly. Colors, lighting, and smoothness are well-controlled. The movement of people looks very clear. The video is saved. And the fake... Well, it doesn't do a completely bad job. Clearly, it looks more dull, much less smooth. I highly doubt it's recording at 60 frames per second, not even close. But the performance isn't too terrible. The blogging quality of each device is in the original iPhone. That's how it flows, that's how we sound. And the blogging quality with the fake one. Check how it sounds, how it does, the colors. You'll be the judges. [Music]. I just noticed a cheap, really cheap detail. And it's that I realized the phone has the Apple TV app. It piqued my curiosity. This app is for watching movies, TV shows. But when you open it, it actually takes you to the video gallery. Well, Apple TV refers to the videos you have recorded with the phone. It doesn't actually refer to a streaming platform. I'm curious about the Maps app. Let's see what it does. Will it be... Ah, okay, look. It's a map, but actually... Oh, how funny. It's a Chinese maps app. I have this one installed on my phone. And yes, it's exactly the same. It's basically the same maps application. But they trick you with the logo as if they were Apple maps. And speaking of cheap details, right now, by tapping on the phone, the programming of this one opened up. Check how all the phone's codes are displayed; in some parts, it says Android, the whole code, android.hardware.camera. I don't know what happened, and I don't know if it's noticeable with our camera, but the screen turned purple. It only happens when we open the camera. See how it looks there, and when we open it, see, it appears purple. Like a TikTok filter for the lovestruck. What is this thing? It seems like it heated up, I think [Music]. In conclusion, honestly, the iPhone is terrible, really awful. The AirPods Pro 2 managed to impress me. I expected the iPhone to be similar, but obviously, you're not going to get a truly good phone for $70, 1,500 Mexican pesos. How do you all see it? I'll read your thoughts in the comments below. Thank you for joining me, and as always, see you in a few days with a new video. Goodbye.
