Coachmen Elite is a CHEAP / HIGH END Class B+ on a Mercedes

hey everyone oh man welcome back to another video today I am super excited we're taking a look at Coachman's top of the line Class B plus or Class C on Mercedes yep this is the 20/20 prism elite not prism prism elite model 24 EF we're gonna switch things up today folks we're gonna take a look at the inside features first then the outside features then we're gonna give you three things we love about the prism elite and three things we don't like about it we're starting in three two one [Music] [Applause] everyone again welcome back to another video my name is Matt from Matt's RV reviews it's the world toy channel that gives you that true unbiased review about everything when it comes to rvs and again today I am super excited we're taking a look at prism coachman's top-of-mind Class C on Mercedes or Class B plus now before we begin I want to say hi to Andrea hey Audrina how's it going beautiful day in sunny Florida hey how do you feel about of switching things up you didn't even know that was coming did you no I did alright well let's get started since you're showing the inside come on inside features first and the outside what's going on it's like the whole world's going crazy alright show the RV with the slide outs in okay so here we have the front now I'm walking to the back room yep as you can see limited space but I still can't get there and there it is bed on the slide okay so let's put the slide out what are we going to do now at work we're totally backwards so this is great Michael Harvey yep now check out this slide dollar Andre this is a huge slide this is one the biggest slide offs I've seen on Mercedes Oh Andre what's the cargo carrying capacity it's right there I think it was it's on the door I think it was seventeen thirteen seventeen right there yep thirteen seventeen that is a bow that doesn't seem like a lot but for these Mercedes motorhomes that is a ton of cargo carrying capacity now as you can see how much opened up with the slide out all right don't you show everybody I'll start with the bottom of the cab okay how'd you can see real easy come to the ladder you got a window up there little window not as big as the Integris but it's okay little teeny tiny window we got lights over here yep and the max weight on this guy's is 350 pounds very nice I love how that can flip up like that swivel yep no we'll do that after the inside all right so here we have the dinette yes beautiful u-shaped dinette one of my favorites I love how coachman always uses u-shaped dinette yes right here yep this is great it's the same it's the same material as the countertop here at nighttime shades Wow the balance very interesting pattern I don't know how I feel about it yet well I tell you what I know how I feel about that big window there very nice to make a bed Oh huh we do have cup holders Oh in the cushions yes very good idea storage under both dinette yep uh-huh and check this out guys this is awesome what's hidden here what's that TV TV sound bar and we have the radio with Bluetooth and DVD yeah uh-huh so that's awesome somebody's up there all right well Andre up put the TV back all the way in she has no idea what's about to happen focus is that cool yeah I guess it still isn't a bad placement I mean that's perfect if somebody's over here people are sitting here in the chairs yep well what I like about it is it does give you a little wall for separation yep and the TV does swivel around - I'll be in the bedroom area yeah is that on Jay you approved that's so funny she had no idea this window oh yo the windows in here is awesome so much light for being in a b-plus or small class e power power oh yeah well very little one oh no big war ego oh by the way not to interrupt but to interrupt I'm so sorry yet this LG components is how I opened and closed the slide outs in all the lighting and everything oh joy Norma's cabinets what word ginormous ginormous ondrea's new SAT word of the day yes I got this backsplash kind of interesting I like how it splash oh it lights up its fancy you guys it's aundrea are those lights Art Deco yes I'm just gonna agree I'm just gonna agree to disagree that everything is Art Deco now all right all right so check out this farmhouse sink Wow oh my goodness 61 one piece right there to the knowledge I love this solid surface countertop yep love the cabinets on here not sure about the color yet but I do like the cabinet's well I don't know I mean never mind I'll say what I have to say later yep Tirion runs off primate yep and we have a microwave convection oven a very small one um kind of tiny but again this is a smaller we also have each war boy great now it's time no no no well do the MSRP in a bit okay yep alright so here we have this is interesting this is a Dometic refrigerator now let's see okay so you have the little freezer in here okay oh very nice okay this runs off why is this 2-way 3-way fridge propane battery and electric okay yeah as you can see there are no vents in the floor yep now it's time for so soon in the video I don't know what to do no MSRP on this motorhome is berber bean 127,000 $371 MSRP sale price we have it 30% off - eighty nine nine me except that person that called last night at 1:00 a.m. yeah alright no bedroom bedroom bangin yep all right yes very nice yep not a fan well hit the switch right there there's a switch beside it oh I'm a fan of that you have to read very nice to touch you just touch it and it goes on see it's you know III wasn't a fan because there's no cabinets above I'm like what the heck but actually if somebody's taller they would appreciate those non cabinets yep do you have a little ledge here yep also solid surface right there very nice nice over here we have our wardrobe pantry yeah and then we have the bigger wardrobe here with shelves uh-huh that's very cute for shoes or whatever and then two more drawers very nice now I don't okay so you were saying there is no TV in here but that does swivel around yes that swivels around also arm there was right here there's a TV hookup right there so like if you want to put one on the counter alright are you going in I'm going in beautiful I love how they're doing that small shower small motorhomes small shower I've seen smaller showers in motorhomes this size not a huge fan not the best definitely not the worst 100% not the best but it gets the job done Oh shower yeah you know okay you've got a fan up here love the sink belt okay look at this sink you guys look at that that is very modern I love the love yep very nice got a cabinet underneath man solid surface in here as well and we have a cabinet right here yep very nice and then down for the toilet right over the toilet test as you can see it's caddy corner so that is good that they put it that way because when they put it the other way you kind of cut and close the door it looks like you're having problems let's see close the door can you do it if you close the door or now we're getting a shower okay this is a travesty sorry guys struggling here alright okay well you know what no I gotta prove like this I know this is a smaller weather home no pretty much to poop you have to do it with the door open just is what it is now for those of you that love each other it's not anything new right you just kept tacos when you're camping exactly alright so they failed the toilet test it's okay check out the LED lights above the slides love that as you can see I'm a fan of that brief let's check out this cockpit area okay now this is on the 2019 mercedes chassis and how you can tell us what the headlights and the design right here um so these are gonna be very priced very aggressively cuz dealerships are gonna want to move these out because the new chassis and not only that the new chassis czar a lot more money so me personally I'd get the old chassis if I could get my hands on one just because that price savings because it's still the 3.0 liter v6 hundred and eighty eight horsepower and it's still gonna drive the exact same it's just the newer chassis has some more bells and whistles but nice cockpit area I love how both see swivel around to become part of living area yes and that's where the table goes jostled table well the inside of the motorhome looks great but the outside looks even better yeah let's go take a look okay oh that air feels great alright alright something I'm a fan of look at look at this step right yes I'm glad they did that so you don't have to hurt your knee going up yep alright great so model is prism 24 EF but the actual tip to tip flank is 24 feet 11 inches look how they made this a tan Motorhome I love how they made the chassis tan as well so many times manufacturers neglect to do that and they make it white yep right here you have cameras on your left blinker and right blinker awesome reverse another huge feature that a lot of mercedes chassis Zarn to it you got your mirrors right there very nice this is why people call it a P plus because it's it's not as boxed it has the curvature in the side also right up there you have a seamless one piece fiberglass front cap I absolutely love I catch that real quick right here yep so you can see the LED lights are on it oh yeah so in that nice windshield right there looks cool and the chassis okay coming down the side you have an armless awning with wind sensor and LED lights let's take a look at that when it's all the way out [Music] nice power awning with LED lights black moaning I'm not feeling that either you know like you know we don't like the white awnings but I like the pattern thanks for coming down here if you have a fury on outside television with speaker bluetooth you plug in your power in HDMI ports out here very nice slam latch doors and is prep for solar right because it's a coachman motorhome you know we do have the AFL composite on board so as sales and composite that will never delaminate on you right here's your propane tank this is a 86 pound propane tail wow that is a lot right here you do have a 10 gallon TSI water either just like the chassis I like how they made that gas to blend into the motorhome coming down the side here look at that that's decent amount of storage as everybody knows these Mercedes Tassie's don't offer a ton of storage you do have a propane quick connect right there in another external power coming around the back you do have a 5,000 pound hitch and Mercedes changed its guidelines these motorhomes can tow 4,300 pounds you have a rear fiberglass cap here's your city water connection cable connection also your backup camera right there also you have a one-piece cross blacks proof let's go up there and take a look it's like a tiny ladder up here on the roof you can see that is that cross flex match material you got your AC unit right there there's your digital antenna here's your fans right there and a sky Ranger wow you can see that we have the slide-out open with a slide topper and that is the top of the owning great and if you haven't already if you haven't already make sure you smash that thumbs up line with our if you tell us what's cool take his fat ass up on the roof see what features to repass to offer nobody nobody we are alive dealership in for some reason my voice is echoing robot right there right here we do have an outdoor shower right there that I am impressed okay that's a great amount of storage for the outside great amount of storage period for this right here oh this where you dump your black and gray tank I like that potable water no this is a place for your stinky oh oh nice there's no pumper and then right here here's where you hook up your 30 amp cable power cable no we didn't we are committed to you guys more storage right there that's good very nice very good storage on it same bin right in the generator right here hold on come into own an 3600 LP generator okay close that up so you'll have to do it when you're all right right up right here here's where you fill up your fuel tank and the it is a twenty six point four gallon fuel capacity well that's it that's the review now before you guys leave it's now time we give you three things we love about this motorhome and three things we dislike about it aunt Raya what should we do three things we dislike about it okay well that's very easy I'm the bathroom so I bet you were on the same page the awning is kind of weird black Oni not a fan you know it's just gonna get hot you know if you have to listen you know we don't like white awnings we like the texture dogs but I'd rather have a white awning than a black awning you know but who knows maybe it won't work better than the of Leoni who knows I don't think so they could've did great ooh so that's one two bathroom womp womp womp I think the bathroom looks great no I'm not even gonna say bathroom toilet womp womp mom you have to poop with the door open well you do ridiculous too ridiculous I wouldn't have to I be able to ridiculous all right that's two and then three I have one more what was it I think of it Oh for this being the prism elite not having hidden hinged cabinet yeah you know I mean in the prism I'm fine with these cabinets you're not getting a strike in a prism but in a prism elite not a fan thank you great now it's time for three things we love about this motorhome aundrea yep yep I love the the look yes the windows complemented yes great kitchen I love the u-shaped dinette with this big window Wow to add in this yep okay okay well don't calm down hang on so that was one this is two okay that is two very nice very beautiful and then number three no I'm not gonna say storage oh okay well we can add storage is all into it um here's what I'm gonna say for my third thing my third like about this motorhome well narrow this I'm gonna contain all to the second I love this house this creates a wall for separation you know what I'm saying yeah I am a big fan of that and the third thing I love is outside okay third thing I love about this motorhome is a couple subtle features I love how they added the left and right camera and reverse I love how it's a seamless fiberglass front cap and this has nothing to do with quality I love how they continue to match everything with the base color from the cab to the water heaters to everything even look look at this even the dome attic right here they got the same color and it's not a big deal but it is a big deal it is does it look tacky if it was like way exactly so props to that overall a great motor home at a great price if you
