[Music] what's the culture like here at coachnet oh it's fun [Laughter] it's a lot of fun i think the culture is very much work hard play hard we have a lot of fun but we also have a lot of serious conversations about how we can make this company better and the things that we can do better maybe things that we do great already but how can we get better at that we were created for rvers by our beers we own and operate our own dispatch center we are rv specialized you know when you walk through the door you're seeing coachnet you're seeing an rv up on the wall you're seeing pictures of our members up on the wall out enjoying the rv experience we're just kind of the umbrella on a rainy day we're gonna be there for all your needs whenever i try and explain coachnet to friends and family who've never heard of us i like to say that we are people's connection to carefree rving carefreeing rving would be to have that security blanket that friend that technician in your pocket we understand that the rving is a complicated endeavor we know that it's a lifestyle it's not just a vacation or it's not just a weekend thing carefree rving means you call us you call coachnut and you don't have to worry about the details figuring it all out because we'll fix it for you we're all in this together we all have the same goal at the end of the day helping families create experiences in the outdoors and who doesn't want that when a customer goes to a dealership they're buying an rv for multiple different reasons but ultimately it's for an experience we support and enhance that experience people call us on their worst day they're on the side of the road and at the end of the experience we expect them to feel about our company as if they stayed at the four seasons for coachnet every single member we have is valued as a family member we try to treat each person as a family member and service them as a family member i would say that's the most charming aspect of our being is the fact that you have your home comforts and you get to be with each other you get to disconnect from the rest of the hustle and bustle the goal of coachnet our mission is to create a carefree rving experience so that people can spend time making memories with their family and friends what we call in our core values a servant's heart but that's something that's lived every day and it's the most fulfilling part of the job at coachnut everybody at coachnet has each other's back i think we also drive each other to be excellent i really truly believe that that's that's our culture that really is what sets us apart from everybody else that is our core we're not just a program and we are a partner the coachnet core values are honesty humility integrity courage excellence servant's heart family got it [Music] you
