[Music] hello hello welcome back for the moment you have all been waiting for the 2021 honda scouting grounds finals we're here that is team cloud and team mountain razz are you as pumped as i am after that last best of three we just watched it's about time the first one the first series is great it was it's always concerning it's like okay how much of the first series gonna mean to a lot of no it's about that recognition and i think a lot of recognition has been great given to the players in the first series uh and now it's time for that first place match it is and team cloud we look at how they have been in previous scouting grounds obviously you know players are different same with theme mountain well only ocean has ever won besides team mountain and cloud has gotten a third fourth fourth fourth second finish in their previous scouting rounds yeah so let's talk about the players who are going to be filling these teams i mean like for me team mountain for a lot of people coming into this uh uh event had them as heavy favorites of course it was just yesterday where every team was tied two and two so it's much closer than it would appear so for team mountainside for me my players to watch can be you know bradley winston a lot of people would be looking towards gamsu as you heard from the desk at the very beginning of the day that chiseled veteran that's been around in the scene and in overwatch as well so like he's been he's the type of person that knows uh what he wants and he picks for the team as well so let's take a look at this one so it's actually going to be yumi ben uh we didn't get to see it all of just the last series but it seems like it's being uh you know paid its respect in this series i do know that kitang likes to play that a lot yes that is usually what they try to grab for kitang into the bot lane even though three times played in the scouting grounds hasn't picked up a win on that champion just yet but they're still paying the respect towards the player that understands how to play that but this graves that we hadn't seen in the previous series banned away both times first pick for team cloud and i like graves i like graves a lot because it is a flex pick it works both in the jungle and of course for the top side of the map uh so i'm interested to see if dragon is willing to pick it up here um also i forgot yes for mid lane as well spy fire also has a pretty large champion pool let me see i got i got the list here oh my god that's a long list three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen nineteen just on this one it's a lot it's a large champion yes got a lot he can play there and team clyde are actually entering the finals having topped out at the standings four and two they entered in last just yesterday at two and two but then one both their shoes one of which was against team mountain it's a story that a lot of people don't get because in the first you know days or so they actually started the event zero and two i'm pretty sure so they were a late bloomer and so like a lot of credit for them to come into this event uh struggling a little bit but then topping the group by the end so let's see this is all this is the series that matters the best of three and so the response here is gonna be uh array being picked up that aphelios alongside lee sin for winston i think that's one of his best champions guaranteed so um you got some engaged there and let's see what the response is going to be 80 carry picks knowing that a lot of enchanters are just off the field so yeah i was looking at the graves and i didn't expect it to be for dragon dragoon has a champion pool that i appreciate but for competitive stage isn't necessarily always the best he loves his mordekaiser his darius lowy camille these champions is really excellent at but graves is not one of the ones that i think of when i think dragoon so when i saw that i figured it was going to be either for perry or firefighter and here if they grab that ezreal for wixie well that's that's the beauty of this event is that yeah it is still a pretty damn good flex pick i would imagine that he's been uh performing on it and playing in solo queue working with the coaching staff that uh team cloud has of course that i've been seeing a lot of um you know that's been chilling in the discord working with the players so a lot of credit to west strikes i think he's the academy uh head coach for the for cloud nine that has been with the team for throughout um i mean they have a large coaching staff i don't want to name all of them they got a lot over there i mean you say westeros is like i remember back in the days when i was doing the cloud dine academy broadcast at the cloud nine house yeah now i would show up early because i had a long drive ahead of me to get up to la and i would always chat with west rice beforehand and he's a knowledgeable dude he really pays attention to every one of his players really tries to get the best understanding of what they feel the most confident bullet yeah so every team felt like there was a representation there on both sides just taking a look at the draft once again safe bot lane from team cloud so they still haven't showed their support that by the way there are so many support banners hey look at this we have thresh nami we have lulu and yumi and then we got karma and rakan joining them on the bench i think nautilus is probably just going to be the pick here for adaption because yeah once you start nailing down all these picks it's really gutsy to hold your pick even through what is four support bands in first phase but your feels like you're just going to get a negative match up unless if you go for something like a zillion that we saw at worlds we'll see hey we'll see but for team mountainside they have a pretty good front to back composition just with braum affilios and lee sin alone so i'm already liking what i see here from team mountain and i'm expecting team mountain to grab something for komsu right here to match up against dragoon's camille on the top lane holding on to bradley making sure they're going to be able to get that pocket pick whatever bradley plays because we talked about firefighter having a very large champion pool bradley similar bradley loves to play a lot of the newer champions vex has been one of his go-to's in the current week so we're playing we're picking for comp here shen can deal with the camille really early on but of course as the game goes on you're you are not playing on side lanes anymore uh so it seems like it's just going to be a big focus on protecting array and we'll see what bradley ends up picking they're going to be giving him last pick here so let's see what team cloud ends up rounding it out with yep the galio camille my god i think that's galio support too i think that's adaption it could be yes we'll see when they uh think about the full composition but this is a this is a combination that we've seen in academy time and time again in the lcs time and time again very straightforward in terms of how you start fights and how you play through sides so gamsu's got to watch out because if he's playing on size if he's getting a little too low if he's too far away from the turret he's going to be bullied a little bit and yeah you were right it's gonna be galio support orianna mid there for five fires yeah i've seen damson played the galio support before back in the proving grounds so when i saw that i know firefighter can play that and has played that but it just screams adaption dapton is one of these players that likes to be aggressive likes to work with the team be the engager or someone who can really save everyone on this team might see that bradley zoe and there it is so you got more range in the composition so you're not all leaning on that mid-range type of team fight comp makes a lot of sense since you are dealing with uh camille gallio and orianna so like team cloud has a lot of strength in team fighting how they want to start the fights and so team mountain responding with added range there is a good is it's a good start and i like the strap from team cloud 2 because winston's that lee sin he loves he covets what can he do here whoever he kicks you're going to get followed up he's going to have the camille right there with him you got the calio to save him as well it's going to be really difficult and then you kick in graves you create a kick in ezreal well they can just jump back to the team anyways so from an early game perspective i expect him to play through bradley a little bit and try and see if they can get orianna uh flash to start she can be a little vulnerable early on right and then later on in the game i expect it to be a lot more disengaging i mean you already have a strong back line in the affilios and i think as long as you try and keep the camille away from the 80 carry you're happy that's a job well done uh how do you do that a little hiku look that's what that's what we need winston he's going to clearly know what his role is going to be later on in the game unless if he finds that it's the clear spot yes unless he can find a really clear uh you know kick that chad was able to in the first series of the day uh then yeah he'll find that pick so a lot of options going into this first game of the finals yeah and i'm excited to see this just see if mountain can get to that point where they can rely on array arrays this ad carry player him and wixie i've been keeping my eyes on and i was already excited about array when i entered into the scouting ground saw his name on the list but wixie has been doing amazing to just dominate in this bot lane be this guy that everyone has to talk about so when we jump here into the finals start off our honda 2021 scouting grounds in between team cloud and team up mountain all be on how they're going to be able to play around this bot lane absolutely yeah you mentioned wixie i think for me what i love about wixie the most is his team fight positioning um a lot of it's been off the champions like affilios and all that but he's gonna be on the ezreal uh now so a little easier to do that but his role is a lot more focused on just trying to not put himself in a bad position um play as safely as you can your weak side early you didn't realize the brahm invade you always gotta respect it the fail flash first blood poor ray play a little too close to that tri bush they had an eye on what team mountain was trying to do and they still played into their hands that's flash now off adaption kill does go to array so you you started this game with a focus on bot lane and it looks like it's already starting out well for mountain well and that's the thing when you see a brahma on the other side you always have to respect the invade potential that he has especially when you have stuff like array onto aphelios here you even got the lee sin nearby to follow up and make sure they get so what does that turn into now no flash on adaption and that's a double long sword star from array because of that and look at what wixie has i mean it's standard for ezreal but what the hell is he supposed to do against the ray good luck good luck summoner have fun we don't wish that we were ever in your position something we won't get to see a little bit is that ray and uh kitan especially array having um you know the keystone i mean the myth oh yeah the keystone that he has he's going to be able to get control of the wave state so that just means that for winston who's passing top to bot dives are my focus he's immediately going to die oh yeah so i want to see how um wix the adaption are able to play around that i mean i honestly even expect that at this point it's just a sackbot yeah you'll let them crash the waves as much as possible and you maybe even send wiki and dash and elsewhere and just forfeit some early plates yeah see if the you know you can force team mountain to respond to you yeah because perry is gonna be a little hard for him to generate plays but if there's ever a time on a bouncing wave to get a gank off of gamsu go for it if there's ever a time where you can make it hard for bradley to get his wave in perfect right make it so now winston is doesn't have the support from bradley or has to kind of levy some of his pressure around that way making that pressure dragon and putting a lot onto gamsu in the top lane getting an early shove into the turret getting an early level lead to overshan pretty much what you'd expect with camille and how she's able to play into a lot of tanks a little easier now for a shin to try and find trade windows versus a camille but dragoon understanding that as ignite in the top side we talked about it dive timers he's not going to have bradley necessarily unless he commits to tp but i don't know if they need him no they don't they already got winston here he's walking at them he's sauntering he's got the swagger he's got the kill on adapting the flash away from keyton to help winston out at least wix he's able to take the wave until i was let's say rinse or beat they've got rid of the aggro they've got the dash away coming in from wicks he has winston now he's taking up the turret so it will be a trade of two wicks he got two oh he got both of them well there goes that that whole lead that we're talking about out the window yeah it looks a little fresh is happening right now on bradley's response bradley's going to be privy to what perry is trying to do perry getting a lot of damage wait he's burning to red buff sleepy trouble bubble gotta love it perfect timing because that would have been a flash follow-up from perry for sure tragic i think perry even thought he had the damage initially because he was about to flash on top of that but he waited for the sleep trouble bubble hoping that he was gonna be able to burn him down ooh stole it yeah it was i despite what's there for winston even despite being a level advantage for perry they get the scuttle crab they get the tp from bradley midlane to make sure they can contest any potential fight this game is already pretty damn active and winston and kitan are now just zeroing in on fire so remember when we were talking earlier and i talked about team cloud when i looked at them yep what do you remember what i called them what do you call them the maniacs of this tournament oh you did yeah i did and i feel like we're we're not being let down here they're playing aggressively but so is team out they are not relenting at all they're playing just as aggressively and just as chaotically just as insanely as they are well they invade here but winston's still a level down to perry while bradley gets a lot of damage back on the fire underneath the turtle comes knight and bradley has to go back to the turret what a gussy play from mountain two people neck deep into team cloud jungle so yeah wix and daptner okay we're just gonna full commit to this to push you off they do get a kill off of it it does come with a price sure like array does able to pick up is able to pick up a few minions in the box out of the map while wix is out traveling that's the third kill now for wixie this early game that's the thing is it looked pretty dicey for wiki right out the gates the fact that array was able to show up to lane with two long swords and then after that they had to die but then getting two kills and now a third he's in a great spot uh winston just does not stop by the way looking for a play down here gonna be able to clear out the minions a little bit but yeah the worst case scenario for your team is the enemy's weak side and wixie adaption just being stronger than where the cloud team's pressure is literally going dragoon's the one that's getting a lot of the pressure but it seems like based off of how well they're able to defend the dive and of course like the plays that really happened afterwards uh wixy and adaption are now their strongest members but this is why we were just talking about how we have our eyes onto array and wixie these these players are both really talented and we can even see just how they're able to play with that with wixie timing out and waiting underneath the turret the fact that he survived with just a hair a fraction of help to then get a double kill is crucial yeah so now we take a step back at least it seems like it's going to be a pause here yeah figure out the meaning for it and how long it takes but uh at least now we can get our britches in order you can figure out what i'm so tired from the last series this is perfect it's you know chill we can hang out a little bit can vibe while we wait because we already know once we get back in these two teams are just going to smash their heads into one another yeah i would say probably riff trail is going to be the next play we saw that um the first dragon was gonna be a cloud dragon that was picked up for team mountains so at least they got something out of their troubles and affilios is not out of the game he already has two kills for himself it's just both yeah both 80 carries are pretty strong right now but which one's going to win though that's going to be the big thing it's a ray getting two early kills wick c getting three and that is a big thing it's like looking at both of them they easily are both set up to succeed that's why you know when we come back in i think uh pressure is going to be in favor of team mountain on rift herald because that affilos is still going to be able to get pushed down bot lane he's still going to be able to get to the top side of the map earlier and even if they do concede that's affiliates alone with your bot turret probably with chakrams so i think that's usually just just going to be in favor of team mountain but we'll see what happens when we come back miss execution seems to be the call here for team mountain on uh first their dive and then second their two men invade that hey if they got out scott you know scot-free then it would have benefited them with how much farm was going into the pockets of affilios but they didn't well and that's the thing with winston winston is a really good player but sometimes he plays too aggressively he makes these plays that he just feels too hyphy when he tries to invade when he really just doesn't have the pressure or lane set up to do so hey i see it as uh playing to your limits and i think it played out really well throughout the week that got down team mountain to this position and they're a team that you know you watch their games and i'm sure the vods for what happened throughout the week is going to be coming out very soon um but they're a team that will always give each other confidence in taking fights if they feel like they can play it out mechanically they will do it and that's what gets you learning really quickly so that's definitely the case for team mountain that being said team cloud is in a really strong position and i wonder if they're going to contest for the next objective that they've been so they've done a lot of good work and being able to like play around larger scale team fights and i think this game is going to be no different and i've heard a word from our production that we're going to get get back into game soon so just stick with us we're going to get right back into it the pod is already out and we're just waiting a little bit more time but it gives us i kind of want to go back to that rift herald point you're talking about that mountain are going to try to set up for that and they can do so because of ray having that lead always going to be able to shove into a weak side of ezreal and galio but top lane dragoon on this camille already has a bit of a leap over gomsu on shen but that's the thing that worries me is if dragoon can show up to these fights really quickly while gamsu is still waiting to catch the waves and so like that's why i just for me yeah that's why if you're team mountain you need the help of your bot lane to be able to get um the rip trail the top side you need their push because you're not gonna be comfortable doing it three men that's just gonna be the case i just it's really interesting to see who gets the push here it should be array he does have blue gun that was mostly the reasoning for it um but they do have jungle behind them which will make it a little easier for wiki to push out here now wixie feels a bit more confident just shoving in pretty hard dashing right behind him but you can tell that array and kitang are trying to gain that control with the blue gun with infernum easy to push back the minion waves and then rotate around kitang another thing too is they do have two great control wards in the river it allows them to get the push um and then walk safely i don't know what the timer is going to be on the scuttle that was picked up from cloud but let's see all comes down to this winston has flash he's not kicked just yet he's level five but if they can find a play on a firefighter oh nice sleepy trouble bubble flash away from 500 underneath the turret perry's nearby looking for a nice shockwave with the flashing from winston he's guiding it back but wow they're able to kill off winston who should have been confident at the fact that firefighter already blew flat uh don't know what winston was trying to do maybe getting an extra bit of auto attack so they can get lethal but that's now man down you're going straight for the rift herald if you're team cloud i think winston also thought he had the kick he's playing like he thought he had that execute damage to be able to kick gummy get back out from the turret ah i wonder i mean he must have known that he was all five that's all i gotta say but it just it was an odd play it was just uh odd play and net to kill over to perry allows them to now have that advantage around the ripped world completely mitigating this weak side bot lane that team cloud have to play with yeah so now it's gonna make it easier now i mean clouds backing away from this one through bot lane but that is a big win to pick up rift herald here um and if you are team cloud your main focus the beginning of the game is to put gold on dragoon so you can just put them on a timer and know that shen can't deal with her in side lane uh makes it a lot easier to be able to shift that gold into herself let's see what perry ends up doing he does have i'm pretty sure camp to pick up once he's done through topside on the bot side of the map i probably even want you to get a reset after giving blue buff over to uh firefighter true might want to be able to probably get that eclipse if i imagine so well yomus is usually the first item pick up for uh graves players and i think he's going to go into shield bow afterwards but overall like that is nowadays yeah well i've seen seeing that a lot but in in general he's feeling really confident if he does get to there it is first you'll move forward yep you're right it's going to be tough for them to fight into him but he's slowing base the option does have to play back yeah adaption wanted to get the fission control around that dragon pit but now that perry is nearby they should be able to clear out some of the wards placed down by winston and keaton around this pit playing up for that minute and a half time or win it in firm dragon spawns yeah i don't think there's any pressure here from perry because even if the second dragon goes to oh wait they're just going for it that positioning he was hoping to jump back towards the ray but with the stopwatch pops the flash back with a huge shield coming in from stan united rixie is there he's taking a lot of the aggression to flash away from gomsu hey and that's a win you got the shen ultimate from gamsu and the original plan i thought from perry was always to just pass up because you have that ripped arrow sitting in there you can go for a rip trail top lane but now dragoon is just gonna have free time top side and that's extra minions being uh taken away from gam suit i don't think that perry spots that bradley and winston have just taken that flash going over the wall it's going to be a double taunt on to tetong and array the flash away but they got the kill they need to with a double tp now in from cloud they've got mountain on the run bradley's picked up a flash with a lot of damage onto perry but the shockwave rolls back in a shutdown onto array and winston with a double kick that's not enough he's burning burn and kill for dragoon what a great tp from dragoon to just nail down that team fight and awkward from team mountain team mountain was the one that was trying to set up for a dive had no idea that perry was coming in for a quick kill on adaption they had just sent gomsu back to he just recalled if they wanted to call his tp down into the bot lane i understand the play but he passed and continued to the top side yeah and i mean keith on ketong of course was the first kill there uh he was really low in hp but he was the one trying to set up for the play it doesn't work out so and now winston ends up just burning to the ignite has been trying to generate a lot of plays none of them had been working out and so cloud can just be confident with the now renewed kills on a parry and dragoons and just play top side i think now rip trail is going to be placed gum so you have a tough job he's got adaption right behind him as well they're setting up to look for a dive onto gomsu even if he's a tank he's not taking enough to survive all this when they pop down shelley to charge onto the turret yeah i wonder so like by fire's not gonna be a part of the play he doesn't have tp already i don't know if this is necessarily going to turn into a doubt i think gamsu can fight this one off but the turret itself is going to be hard to save to say the least right there's going to ignore him allow the charge they're getting a lot of plates there for tycoon and perry there it is turt will survive though for now even though gomsu is trying to his best his standards to clear up these minions he sees perry and dragoon but unfortunately firefighter he's walked his entire way up towards the top lane shockwave back kill onto gomsu that was just straight up confidence that can get this one done now let's go winston's setting up for another play here for his team oh with the flash away kitang he's taking aggression from the turn and he is the first casualty in the bot lane bradley misses the paddle store and the sleepy trouble bubble the flash away from winston to survive but he is low wixie wants it if he can find the snipe with a nice bit sick shot he can take the kill but winston's now healing up on those crux ooh i mean winston's gonna get caught out here oh and the dodge away from wixie to pick up the kill is still his death all the same but at least they're able to take winston out with him by fire just around the globe from top plane ready to defend the ball outside of the map but yeah i look at that play and i think uh ketong started that one off way too early bradley and winston were just not going to be in position at that time if you wait a little longer then i think it is an easy dive but they just took aggro way too quickly exactly and kitang kept the aggro too didn't actually ever get out of range from the turret to be able to trade that and juggle it with teammates yeah i mean and that's that one's tough but the game is still live you know it's not too they're not too far behind 3k gold advantages for team cloud um but if you're in team cloud's position you have a lot of kills in your pockets of wixie uh wixie is insanely strong but still be confident that your win condition is always going to be played through the top side dragoon right now being able to take that top lane turret he's going to be able to freely take the next two waves and now mid lane dive very doable bradley is going to have some problems especially since they know that his flash has gone from the last fight and if they can focus on the bradley and crack another turret get more gold onto wixie especially this ezreal here to talk about the five kills already got the divine syndra built up with a fully stacked tier of the goddess is looking pretty hot at the moment all right let's see if ray feel confident taking this one up yeah that's a lot of damage oh that is a lot of damage a lot more than i even expected and it will be just a one for one double ko that's actually shut down for a ray you know what yeah you take that yeah we take those that's a big one for ray i i actually respect that five fire trying to go for it but at the same time like i said shut down gold but it's picked up by a ring the turret will still be taking all the same since winston's here with ketong so they should be able to at least pick up that gold all across the board from out yeah so now let's see we're able to pick up this turret and so at least we're now getting some gold in our pockets array is getting a little stronger winston's able to get to go kill gold on the turret and now so there is still life and now winston still has an opportunity for a ward hop kick so the plays can still be made through him but dragoon's the problem here i was about to say we talked about you know how mountain need to play through a raid they're going to be able to build up this composition that keeps them alive but what happens when clouds never really ever try to fight like that they just send dragoon on his island and he's the one taking the vase yeah and that's another rift herald now it's only going to make it harder to defend dive or not even dive just you're losing your objectives you're losing your turrets yeah it's just there's so much that cloud can play with you have scaling in this camille the graves even with firefighter on to orianna and wixie onto ezreal they skilled just as well as mountain dew i'll say mountain they've been doing a great job at securing uh dragons through the push that array has had so that is good when fallback win condition so i do think that cloud actually need to think about how to use their rip trails here not as a play in giving gold into dragoon or something like that but to get priority through mid so they can actually play for this dragon they don't want to be in a position where now mountain solar are in seoul point for ocean so that would be a very clear win condition for a team fighting squad clyde at the moment even though they've been able to push up pretty far top lane they did lose out on the tier one bomb taken by winston and gives a long lane and a lot of ability for gomsu to move around and flank around a close corridor fight such dragons all right we're taking steps here let's take a look at the flashes bradley does not have flash and so winston will have it soon enough i think he'll have it uh ready for this fight getting really dicey but everyone on cloud has their summoners up like you said it's going to be dicey or mountain but if they can just pick up a flash if they can burn something off the cloud bradley can pick that up that's a lot of damage onto five five from the paddle star and with the reptile top mid this could be an avenue for mountain to look for a fight yeah i mean clouds should definitely feel confident apparently until that happened bradley that it doesn't have like a heat-seeking missile on firefighter with those that is insane he lands two in a row forces out the back coming in from firefighter that should be tp to make sure they can contest at that ocean dragon but gonzo's already here getting a nice double taunt another paddle starboard attached taking up a lot of their aggression with the tv coming in behind them looking to see if they can focus on the key tongue he's into the ultimatum but the same united shield to keep him alive shockwave under two members they all dash away but it's a double kill immediately out of perry as they continue to force the fight continue to force the issue with two members underneath this tier one turret 14 mountain cloud can continue to look for the fight but look for the dive as a ray takes a lot of damage from firefighter the entire time one more command attack did not connect you could see what gamsu was trying to do with a two-man taunt but the damage just wasn't there to follow up bradley's uh q paddle star was blocked so like the front line did their job in cloud9 to stop that from turning into anything but yeah team cloud was able to survive straight through that and perry just picking up the two kills on the end of it four oh and for this stage of the game all right we saw silly shots over in our last series getting far ahead on nidalee but here we're seeing perry new jungler coming out of the woodworks and look at what he is doing on this graves he is definitely getting himself far and far ahead i love the fact that okay i want to see what happened to that one because winston was setting up for a play but a two-man taunt to start this one off and it is the gallio that is able to block that so great job from adaption to just make it so perry can walk away great clean and then they turn it back and that's the thing that was so impressive for team cloud here yeah and so keton of course chan ulti on him just to see if he can survive a little longer the two-man ultimate coming through from five fire it's just too much damage on the side of uh team cloud and also team mountain is just really far behind even with what is a god-like setup to start that fight they don't have the vision advantage on that one so they don't have access to the back line and so yeah that was a pretty tough one and if i recall perry had actually picked up that lord tom's right before that fight had actually taken place yes so he was able to really just burn through tanky members that you thought would be able to survive a lot longer such as gomsu and kitang i think that's kind of what caught them off guard yeah i like the idea um i haven't really seen a lot of ldr's uh a second item but knowing that he's mostly gonna be hitting gamsu and kikong in a lot of these fights it makes a lot of sense statistically i would have to do the numbers but overall like it's great creativity and take a look at this one harry is setting up with dragoon to see if they can get the pick onto gamsu they don't have the minions though they have adaption right behind them waiting for one more wave to crash in they're taking out the cannon they've even got perry just by himself he's making it around here pitong nearby will say no to perry but that still gobs you off the turret all right good call come soon either sturdy enough to get the hell out of there also had a little bit of help there from the brahms so this is turning into a desperate game 5k gold advantage 20 minutes in fire 1v1 fight against bradley we've seen a good amount of 1v1 fights in this game alone especially backfire fire he's just stat checking people yeah he is a lot of these team fights it's working out really well he's just pushing bradley off the wave on that one saying night got the turret but now what you're not gonna get anything further you're forced to recall if you want to match me sure go for it but look at that massive minion wave bot lane crashing they've got a lot of advantage for team cloud to push up into winston's jungle yeah i wonder where it seems like cloud wants to play towards top side it makes a lot of sense they have five fire on side lane and it's gonna give them him the opportunity to push out catch the wave push into the tier two turret a lot more safely and if there is a camp that's available that's a great denial away from team mountain gamsoo recognizes this though so i'm trying to play this one a little bit farther back just staying safe at the moment not really wanting to go anywhere i can understand that from team mountains perspective they don't have control over this game at the moment they're down 5000 gold to team cloud they have to work as a unit they have to look for these picks if they want to find avenues back in but unfortunately it just seems like team cloud are playing this one perfectly they're waiting it out waiting for mountain to overstep their hand and play into them yeah mountain has to respect the vision that cloud had towards topside because you know with composition they can actually rush a baron if they have enough time knowing that no dragoon perry they just have a lot of damage across the board so that makes a lot of sense but okay by fire's just gonna say all right there's a lot of pressure up top side i'm just gonna go straight mid remember a minute until dragon comes up yeah and they they have no rush there's no need to rush this game for team club they got a camille they got a graves who's four and zero they got ezreal and orianna what do you got on your side you got a felios i'd say zoe too but it's gonna be if she can get a bubble off then fantastic uh now she doesn't have flash so oh no this is a bear intake if i've ever seen it and they're taking it fast that's the one good thing about having an affiliate on your team how fast you can take this objective it's down to 25 percent wixie and five fire shock waves there it kills off guitar it's down low the tv in behind but will this might secure it for winston he'll at least get the baron and trying to get out of the dodge and try to see if he can survive but a ray's gonna be the focus for dragoon to take down with perry taking out some camps away from winston there you go got three people on the side of team mountain now with baron so they're for sure giving up this dragon that's coming up in 20 seconds you'd have to believe a raise off the map for 30 but still they were the team that was behind they're able to make a lot of good work off what is team cloud's pressure towards bot lane hey you take that as a big win for team mountain i was hoping they were they'd find any avenue back into the game even if it's at the trade of a raised life same with ketong that is a big win but if winston gets picked off like this again lost that lead yet just gained for yourself on fire fire took it for himself i thought i guess he thought he ward hop fast enough but no the taunt still went through trying to see what he can get off of this one but yeah um dragon was always going to go down you made your play for baron uh for basically controlling this side of the map but now only two members have baron that's still fine you still do you can still play off two waves on that one but taking a look at this one by fire does blow up keith on there is a positive on that one a lot of the damage alongside ezreal it's a lot of damage but yeah it was so far away for the grave he was never going to be there in time the thing that for me in this fight is that you get the flash upgrade even if a ray is able to help secure the baron he's lost that for some time there's two kills that were picked up by team cloud and who has the pair it's i think gomsu and bravo that is your saving grace as team mountain the two people who can split push and have tp to help out and force these waves back yeah i think bradley's probably going to try and stay in the mid lane a little bit more it depends on if team mountain feels like they can get uh mid lane control with array ketone and winston which i don't think i think the range from wixie the uh and also just the straight up damage that perry has will be able to get control through mid so they've understood that they're just putting bradley through mid oh let's see if we're making a play here on to five fire spotted out it's gonna be the shock wave on top of him like you said it's the play on the final fire they've got captured on the other side four members shut down five fire that's a huge pick let's see if they can make a little bit more but bradley oh no the trade bradley spotted out there that pretty much is the undoing of mountain it feels like every time they make a great play cloud answer back immediately yeah perry just lying in white he's had an astronomical performance so far this game four zero and five level 15 to winston's 12 and that a lot of that comes to just yeah he's just farming effectively and a lot of the play-making that uh team mountain's been going for just hasn't worked out and so now here we are this is the result of that we are at a point when there is a negative 500 gold gain for team mountain on parenthood they have lost gold from gaining the baron it was always going to be a defensive baron i do think they did take you know too many risks the thing is you take the baron when you can of course it's a good denial because like baron four cloud ends the game right there yeah so like you know taking what they can in that situation knowing that team cloud was bought side it's always beautiful it's creative um but they need a little bit more and so through team mountain you stop the bleeding just a bit array has now he's going for an infinity edge and once he gets three items you feel a lot more confident playing front to back with the brahms but yeah the play making is still there fightfire has learned his lesson i'm not going back that far of top lane anymore he's like yep nope i'm out of there out skis never going to be set up like that again i'm looking at this game and you know it's a six thousand six hundred gold lead for team cloud but after the last series it it's hard for me to go oh this game's easily team clouds because we've seen games where there's been these massive leads just today yeah where a team was able to pull it back hell you look back to yesterday team cloud adversity mountain where mountain were the ones with a huge lead in that first game and cloud dragged back that game i'm wondering if mountain with that composition especially if they build a round of ray like we've been hyping up this entire time can draw it back we've seen a lot of chaotic games throughout this week and i think the reason why two of these teams came out as the best is their ability to close out when they have an advantage team mountain is a really crazy team and a lot of their team fights if they ever have that gold leap they will execute team cloud of course you could say the same about them i think a lot more of it's just playing well around their uh wave state and right now they have a lot of control through mid lane you know wix has already checked that box and so now what are they going to do with that control of the question it looks like a minute and 15 seconds until another dragon spawns up they can just wait it out force team mountain to play into their hands as they escort these minions in waiting for mountain to over extend and get caught out by team cloud hey synced up waves both men in bot lane so they're able to get this one with gamsoon not really being able to help so this is a lot of pressure and you're right they're in the right side of the map they can do this for however long they want to and then they have that third ocean dragon that's possible perry taking a lot of damage but at least he has that life steal with shield bow to get him back up this dragoon hook shots away to survive but that's the thing team cloud don't really care too much about the hope they've taken those with sleepy trouble bubbles no there's no way bradley just doesn't have the angle to find out perry they have no vision control outside of a couple control wards on the top half of the map that don't help them in any ability here though taking that amount of damage right away that could be a big shock wave onto key tongue only on the key tongue adaption and the ketone the two supports are low with the flash away from wixie and five fire takes a paddle start now the poke's really starting to hurt from team out and they're fine at the right targets that they need to chip away at yeah this game is getting scary now for cloud the damage that array is able to do from way far out bradley you call him a heat seeker missile he is landing those shots and you're right baron is going to be the focus here for team mountain and we saw how fast mountain took the baron last time the teepees are coming in from cloud to try to see if they counteract that all right let's see if they want to go for it they are three members immediately are going to be in position though it's getting low we saw last time they were able to get the kill the key tongue who's low once more glacial fissure here's gonna be the heroic enzymes but they've got all the ketone they've got the support concerns taking a lot of the damage but so much captured on the other side winston forced away they're looking to follow it up but the shields keep him alive dragoon into the back line they've got the kill for wiki they've got the kill under already they're looking for bradley then it will be a double kill for perry only gobs to survive the bear intake didn't work out this time for mountain as gomseus chipped out back towards the base what a close-looking fight array thought he had that angle flashed forward into four members with blue gun thinking that that would be the play to make dies for it and now there's four people on team mountains that and it's going to be cloud looking for this looking and securing it i don't see any way that anybody on team mountain can steal that from them it might take them a while but cloud have gotten their first spirit yeah first baron and third ocean dragon for team cloud they are getting beefy well they were already hard enough to kill before and we talked you talked about the immortal shield boat prepared where you could heal that cup he doesn't even need that anymore take a look at this one team mountain knew that they had to take this fight they're just trying to defend great ulti from kitang to keep dragoon back uh the ball from by fire had to get reconnected because he did travel a further distance but take a look at this hooray great kick by the way from from winston three people getting knocked up off of that one but then array thought he saw the angle yeah goes forward on the dragoon dragoon heals up quite a bit on that one and still stays alive there we go went for the play they're all dead on that one sometimes you go for the gamble and it doesn't always work out you lose all your money and the payout is just not there there was still loot they were slow losing the fight anyway so it could have been that game that game-winning fight um because otherwise it was looking back ketone falling out gamsu getting low winston for sure dying so it was always going to be a lost fight for mountain unless if that place uh came through but i love the positioning from wixie during that entire fight he was always in the right place at the right time to find the we you talk we talked about bradley and how he's been mining these skill shots but wixie has been just as critical but for cloud how many times he lands these mystic shots onto array during that entire time that's why ray felt confident but then he realized how much damage wixie does that was just a regular auto cue on the winston yeah and he's going for another lethality item here um so he's only gonna hit it harder see if there's any defense that can be put through but that shield is put is putting out work and also perry uh yeah infinity edge that he was able to finish in the meantime near full build he hits hard and they are taking the structures quickly as well they've got themselves their second inhibitor crack plowed it here 31 minutes into the game are looking close to ending it they're just going to try and see if they can cross the t stop the eyes push through mid now go towards the bot lane they already have these super minions that are now dominating these lanes okay they're going to try and pick this one slow they already got a lot of the work done yeah they don't want to overextend just yet they had a lot of goals they could spend yeah they're waiting it out they're playing this one cautiously a lot of respect over team cloud we've seen that teams sometimes get a little bit too antsy with trying to end the games here in the scouting grounds not just today but throughout the entire week here cloud you can see the growth they've had as a russia from the very beginning when they started off very weak they didn't find any wins right out of the gates the first two days they struggled but since then since their second series in game in day two that's when we've really seen cloud come together as a unit and play so well with one another and there we go i mean it's resulted in what is this pretty damn good performance i want to see if it could turn into anything much larger than that but so far so good uh from king's club indeed as now with the final inhibitor turret the final inhibitor that stands left in the spotlight but have reset themselves they've got the minions pushing in unless mountain can pull off a miracle right here this game's looking concluded with the turret taken so quickly by cloud they've got an ezreal on their side with even a graves and camille it's so hard for these structures to be kept alive by team mountain yeah now they all got to do is just sync up the waves kamsu's got that top lane away but he needs to be back soon enough i think they're going to try and end it on this next wave coming in through the bot lane they're just gonna end it on this one right here they've got the chip on to the turrets that next turn the first one to fall easily taken by wixie mountain you've got to do something soon because the game's just going to end before you even know it there's no turrets remaining the nexus is exposed the fight is there they've got wixie in the back line they've got the nexus themselves and all they have to do is focus on the structure to win the game there it is and that game was a wild one a lot of proactivity on the side of team mountain to start it off but great effort from i would say team uh cloud to be able to defend the bot lane dives that happened and then play around that incredibly well enough and just recognize hey dragoon's ahead on the top side of the map bot lane worked out without a hitch getting two kills for your ezreal when it looked like a weak side bot lane dive that winston was just gonna rinse repeat get a kill onto him that was big for cloud and being able to hold on to the advantage play it safe play it by the books and of course close it um you already saw the last series speaks volumes i think for a new team coming in together well you know a lot of work that they were able to put throughout the week i think uh you know this showed here well cloud are one game away from being our 2021 scouting grounds dominant game of our first series by cloud to start things off let's talk about this draft emily what did you like about it um so i actually really despite the fact that they did not win i really liked mountain's response to the camino galio first of all i like picking camille gallio just in general because it has a very easy execution and if you're again you're thinking about a team of players even if some of them are more experienced they all were chucked onto a team together just for this week something that's really easy to execute uh camille galio orianna on top of that like it's it's really easy if they have strong communication they'll be able to close it out really easily so obviously we saw that from ocean but then i actually really are not ocean oh my gosh cloud i really liked mountains response i think especially with the brahm they had a lot of really great um answers for the camille galio and you even saw it in some of their later fights where it was just kind of a little bit of a wallet diff at that point which was unfortunate but um you know they had a lot of answers in this team composition they started off with a level one with braum which i love to see i love to see the pro activity like this rom is so strong at level one they they call this even though they spotted out the word in the bot side brush yeah and then uh we're gonna see some some dives here the downfall of mountain was for sure they're over playing in the in the mid-bottom uh quadrant of the map i feel like this play if they just took it slow let braum walk up tag him you can even trade one person to die here it should be a free kill there's no reason angel should get two kills here so what what i think mountain needs to focus on for sure is being more clean and christmas i actually think the draft you know you have shin into camille which is uh a decent safe counterpick matchup you have zoe lee sin into orianna graves you guys will win mid 2 early game and you have counterpick support so there's definitely gonna be um windows to make plays aggressively mid and bottom dive bottom but they mis-executed gave ezreal a ton of free kills and kind of got outscaled and gave the enemy team too much money yeah so speaking of being proactive and defensive emily it seems like a lot of the benefits you liked of the draft from mountain was that it reacts well to the camille and galio but it felt like they were actually the ones trying to start the play every time and it didn't work out so well yeah which i also liked and i mean this play uh it was at about like 10 30. it's kind of a broke open the game for me in terms of cloud's response to this you know mountain are trying to set up for another play here um cloud ends up getting significantly ahead and this is kind of where we're looking at these two teams compared to the teams we saw and they do have a much better understanding of just like how to play the map and typically once they've been ahead this week they've been able to snowball this and as you see that you know you know they're very steady they closed it out well um you know we saw them sinking waves later like they had a really good idea of how they did want to end up um winning this game once they were ahead and so that one fight was really even though it happened so early it was what decided the game for me because after that they were in complete control and they played it out really well yep as you can see with the damage delta champions it was a pretty much a team effort from team cloud you know it you know i think firefighter and perry both had pretty good performances this game but it didn't really feel like it was on one person's shoulder this game sure so golden glue you're one of the coaches for 100 thieves academy and you just saw the team that you helped put together for scouting grounds kind of get rolled over yeah going into this next game if you were on comms and you were coaching them what would you tell them to bounce back yeah so for sure the the things i would be prioritizing to tell these guys is i'd be saying hey guys you guys are in control of the game you guys just need to take it slow relax a little bit go for the guaranteed plays do you guys have the dive you guys are still balling let braum take the turret you know like and and the next mid 2 dive when they try to kill orion on his turret like you guys can just move bottom keep pressuring the bot lane you had the stronger mid 2v2 matchup you had the counterfeit support you have the winning lanes just play off of it you don't need over force it was super obvious in the game they were pressuring themselves to make things happen like even when you have a proactive team comp you need to make sure you're doing right it's more important to take the right shot rather than shoot too early so relax just tell them make them feel good you guys are the better players you guys are i coach you guys and just you guys got a next game to their credit one thing i really did love about this team is that even when they were behind they kept looking for a place right like i actually really liked that baron call that they had um they almost won that team fight so i mean i i think that we still saw from them a really good understanding of how they could get back into the game so i appreciated that they didn't stop making plays once they had kind of over forced yeah it's definitely one of those things where if they just once you have a goal lead you just need to make sure you keep it and grow it incrementally you don't need to get everything at once right you can wait you know an extra five seconds for braum to get and die right like you can you can be patient in these situations and they obviously have the will to make the plays like they showed that very obviously they know what the game plan is they just they need to figure out the perfect timing on it do you think there's a little bit of nerves playing in because as you mentioned before these players are looking to show off their individual skill in this tournament yeah generally in those kind of cases when players are overplaying usually nerves play a bit there's probably someone communicating pretty heavily and they have the idea of what they want to do but instead of like looking seeing the game state understanding it they're kind of just communicating what they think it should be rather than what it is that's generally like when you see plays that go wrong that's like one of the general uh one of the most common reasons why got it well hopefully someone from the team is listening to what you just said uh in the meantime we've got boys pick it up we got game two coming up right after this
