City Zones Popular Mechanic Shop out of Business

jingo BOGO opened his mechanic shop along Ross Avenue in Dallas Texas more than 30 years ago and has been serving customers there ever since and when I opened this shop I thought I had it made I thought I had the American Dream and that's what I was chasing my clients over the years have become like family I just loved working on their cars because they they appreciate what I do and I appreciate them for keeping me in business but after years of serving happy customers Dallas is shutting him down even though hinga owns his property and has been there for decades the city wants to make room for more restaurants apartments and coffee shops women want to put in this area is apartment buildings stuff like Starbucks McDonald's 7-elevens even bars but not a mechanic shop and I have people that need my services in this area in 2005 the city changed the zoning along Ross Avenue to prohibit neighborhood mechanic shops like Inglis using a procedure called amortization they gave him a certain amount of time to close up his shop to make way for the businesses the city wanted its cloaking it is amortization it eminent domain in in other words but they don't use that they just say oh you can't operate here with a mechanic's shop that's that's not right that's they putting me out of business even if hinga wanted to sell his business potential buyers know that the city has him over a barrel and are taking advantage of his situation a lowball you because they know what predicament you in then you see the signs the zoning science when they see those they know that hey we're kicking this guy to be here so they come and give you a figure that's outrageous Ginga has fought to hold on to his dream for years but time may be running out the city's zoning board has denied his request to stay and now hinga has appealed the zoning Board's decision to the City Council these property rights which the the government is infringing on their they are stepping on my toes you can help hinder by contacting the Dallas City Council and telling them that no one should lose his or her property rights to make way for someone else's private use when this zoning thing came came about and I found out that I had to lose my livelihood I couldn't believe that I was in America I left a place where they stopped happens but not here here if this is the land of opportunity
