hi guys this is summer and welcome to all my tech stuff guys in this video we'll focus on some of the Cisco IOS tricky commands these are the commands which I find very useful and I'm very sure that after watching this video you will also find these commands very useful if you are really working a lot on Squires so guys let's start with the very first command I take the console of this router the very first command which I want to show you is show archive config differences guys this command basically shows you the difference between the running configuration and it startup configuration so currently there is no difference between the running configuration is startup configuration because I just copied the running configuration to the startup configuration so here you can see that there are no changes were found so what I'll do is I'll make some changes what I'll do is I'll configure say I have an interface or are you configure loopback interface see I will configure a loopback interface say 100 I'll give it an IP address hundred dot 0 dot 0 dot 1 255 dot 255 dot 255 dot 0 and I'll give the description as test now normalize if I give this command show archive archive conflict differences no see now guys here you can see that there is a conflict difference the conflict difference is that I have configured loopback hundred given your description and the IP addresses so this is this confusion which have made in the running configuration so this is the difference between running configuration is startup configuration because whatever confirmation you do will do it in the running and figuration and once you copy the running configuration into the startup configuration then you won't see any difference in the configuration so I will do the same thing I just copy double or is the command of to copy the running configuration into the startup configuration and it is taking some time now now guys will check see there is no changes were found so guys this is a useful command another useful command which I would like to show you is IP access less resequenced guys if you go on this router with check I have created an access list named Cisco ACL so just show you you show IP access list this is for SEO now guys here if you see the sequence numbers of the access control list entries are here these are the sequence number now the very first sequence number is 5 the second sequence number is 8 the third is 20 if what 1 is 35 and the other one is 41 so this here you can see the sequence number starting with 5 and the and the interval between the sequence number is not uniform okay so we can do it because you know looking at this until this instance doesn't look that that good so we will make the what we'll do is we'll can make the very first entry sequence number as 10 and also we can keep the the uniform interval between them so let's let's let's do it like keeping the sequence number as the starting sequence number is 10 and the interval between the sequence number also s so you can do it by using this command that is IP access list every sequence name of the access list so the name of the access this is Co ACL here is give you the starting sequence we can give any sequence number you want starting with 1 2 this number this this is huge number so I want a sequence number to start from 10 and the interval the increment between the sequence number has also 10 now let's check our this list now here guys this is what we have achieved the starting sequence number is 10 and the interval between the sequence and is also then divided the third command which I want to show you is reload in and reload at reload in command and reload at command of the commands by using which you can scheduled the reload of the router I like if I do like reload in I if I want this router to reload in next 5,000 30 minutes I just use the reserves test yes so I should have given this command to reload in and have scheduled an automatic reload of the router so proceed fitori dot yes it won't reload now but it will reload after 5,000 30 minutes you can see the Rideau disk Lu scheduled at 1620 and this is the time the reload will be done in five thousand twenty-nine minutes so this is how you can schedule or reload you can even cancel the reload by using this command read or cancel ok now you should check show reload there's no read or schedule again you can also scheduled a reload at particular date and at particular time also if you give this command will just take the time first of all the time is it July and it is 1051 so I'll schedule a real over at at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and I need to today's the 8th of July so I'll schedule it some around 11th of July if you see 11th of July and the reason is again I will give this test confirm it yes now if you check show reload here is that the reload is going to be on 11th of she like 2019 at 9:00 in the morning so guys in this way you can scheduled a reload by using reload in and reload at command so just cancel this real loose cancel this rota the command is very simple reload cancel then make sure you have canceled your reload yes this more read or scheduled there is another command which I find very useful is the Allies commands Allies commands are very useful in the sense it save some time for example like if I give this command order to show I paint brief and I will type the command completely so I'll keep analyze for this command to configure that we need to go in the configuration mode and again to give allies I need to keep analyze a word or something like that and let ever something like that so keep it as s and followed by show I pain brave okay now instead of doing the complete command show I print brief even if I give s is going to show me the output of show IP in brief I can also show you some other command like this the same command like for the air for the other command Allies I keep allies as hammer or showrunning configuration now if I type here amat is going to show me d sure running configuration so guys in this way you can analyze the commands which you use often on your routers and switches the other command which I find very useful especially while troubleshooting is show processes CPU sorted now as this command is very useful because it gives you it shows you the processes which are currently running and I and ended what percentage they're actually utilizing the CPU again you loose a lot of lot of processes running so if you want to dude the processes which are using nothing which IVs are using zero percent of your CPU can do it the same variable distance you are of lot of processes which are running currently online on my router so this is the command show processor CPU sorted by exclude 0.00 I will show you the processes you only put the processes only which are utilizing the CPU so this are the two processes which are actually currently use utilizing the CPU so by this are the few commands which are which I find very useful I hope you also try these commands on your routers guys I hope you like this video if you really like this video guys please to share this video comment on the same or please subscribe to our mod tech stuff I will catch up in the next video I'll come up with more useful commands insect number - this was September 1 so I sketch you in the next video thank you
