Christian Ziegler rape investigation looking into video voyeurism

After serving a search warrant last month, police say they have found a video of the encounter FOX 13's Kimberly Kuizon reports they are now looking into his instagram account as their investigation continues the investigation into former Sarasota County commissioner in current Florida GOP chair Christian Ziegler continues to deepen as a third search warrant chose investigators believe Ziegler used his instagram for video voyeurism. The investigation Which started in October, focused on an accusation of rape. From a woman he and his wife had a prior sexual encounter with when a second meeting was planned and canceled , the woman told investigators Christian showed up anyways and raped her. Now police are focusing on a video he recorded issuing a search warrant for all chats, videos and images on Instagram. I have seen in my own experience where social media will fight will resist, you know, they want to protect their their. I guess it's just a lot of their trademark. So I've seen it when they fight. In another instances when it's a very serious allegation, like a homicide or a suicide on the caught on tape or whatever, then Yeah, they will cooperate in something like for something like that, But it's very hard, you know to get them to agree to release Documents warrant dated December, 8th says Zigler showed detectives the 2.5 minute long video of the sexual encounter.
