CHINESE SCAMMER "REFUNDED" ME!! (In the most SCAMMY way Possible)

[Music] hey guys welcome back to the channel today we have such juicy things to talk about it's it's gonna be great as the title suggests han tony he refunded me now he only gave me a partial refund and it's through it's the most fishy way you can do it ever he went through paypal he demanded paypal uh through his credit card and all that stuff that he would never let me do right off the bat because it's a scam because it's a scam we'll get into it guys stay tuned [Music] all right well first of all thank you guys all so much for emailing this guy on my behalf a lot of you guys have been uh just basically blowing up his email and he finally emailed me back basically realizing that he screwed up big time so you guys may have noticed last video go down for just a little bit um basically he we'll get into this but he paypaled me the uh the refund he was all too willing to paypal it to me once i deleted the video so that's what i did and then he paypaled it because wire transfer apparently doesn't work in china right now so the whole thing was just really fishy this refund that he was giving me um so he transferred the money via paypal 20 000 of the 31 000 i gave him he still made a lot of money on this transaction but i'm sure you guys know that paypal has a 180 day dispute period so within 180 days of the transaction you made the um the buyer can dispute the the sale basically and i messaged paypal right when all this was happening it was 2 30 a.m ish my time i was still awake just working on stuff so when i saw that come through at 2 am that he wanted to refund me basically i was kind of suspicious right off the bat and then he said wire transfers won't work and he has to do paypal so long story short i told him basically you're going to be wiring the money if you want anything taken down or even this to be a discussion or you're gonna have to wait 180 days because this still felt like a scam he's demanding you go through paypal why do you think that is why you think he would go through paypal and wouldn't let me go through paypal in the first place because paypal is a safety net he paid he sent me like a picture of his screen when he first he sent the the first payment he paid in like three different chunks of payments that night but he sent me like a picture of his screen and i saw at the bottom he was using as a credit card as well so he's using paypal safetynet and credit card safety net and these are things he would not let me do you know when we did our transaction when i was paying him so clearly even this can't be trusted you know i know he's going to if he's forcing me to go through paypal for this refund and doing it as a sales of goods and services you totally know that he's going to dispute that before the 880 days is up so anyway that's the latest total i mean this is so sketchy he's he's everything he does is very fishy and you know this is part of his scam and he's a smart dude i'll tell you what he this guy's a very smart dude and he's clearly done this a couple times before oh also speaking of which i actually got messaged by another guy who got scammed the exact same time as me he was in the same panic situation that i was like right when it happened he was looking all over trying to find anything about these guys and oddly enough that was the day that i posted my first video about being scammed by these guys so i'm really glad i'm making this series now because people have to know about this there's other people getting scammed and this guy this guy was talking to he also you know did 30 000 worth of sales with this guy and he scammed them as well and so you can just imagine it's a bad situation all around so i'm glad i made these and and that it happened to me so i can actually kind of share it and have a voice in this situation but all right let's get let's let's get into the emails let's get into the good stuff so if you guys watched any of my last videos you guys know the whole situation how he um scammed me we agreed for a completely different car that i was buying he sent me a pink golf cart he changed the agreement many times during the transaction he gave the shipper false information for me so the shipper never notified me all kinds of really sketchy stuff all right so here we are this is where you guys left off in the last video i would ship the wrong car you must explain and resolve this issue immediately so i sent him pictures and whatnot of all that then after all that i would i told him to send the right car you know but then i realized this i definitely wouldn't trust him with sending the right car so i told him just give me a refund instead even just a partial refund and we'll call it square then i asked him when can i expect to get my refund for getting sent the wrong car that was nine days ago as you guys will see here six days later this guy wasn't gonna reply i had posted my videos in that time he said hi why you do the video against us do you want the solution for this matter and i was like bro i emailed you six days ago wanting a solution also side note i'm gonna skip over some emails it's not because i'm trying to hide anything or trying to like you know shift the perspective of how you guys will view this transaction it's just because there's a lot of emails to go through and so if it's not essential for how it actually happened i'm just going to breeze over it because i did get that comment that oh like you didn't read any of your emails because there were 200 emails nobody wants to watch that so anyway here he is he's saying and we are not a scam company it is our side miss operating for shipping let us have a mutual agreement we make partial refund and you he meant delete the video you select the video can you have the agreement to resolve this matter peacefully they said i mean you delete the video and statement that we are a scam and have another video saying and explains that it was a misunderstanding and we have resolved the problem with you okay all right the next email i sent was okay i can do that i've wired you thirty one thousand dollars please wire me twenty five thousand dollars refund to make up the difference for the cheap car i received you on my bank information and honestly if he was a respectable company a businessman whatever he would have refunded me all of it immediately he wouldn't have gone radio silent until i post something online that when you search his company name pulls up scam company so when he saw that that was the only reason he replied now i'm going to read this email for you guys because this is just juicy he says hi we have covered also the shipping cost and costs other money too we agree to make a refund of twenty thousand dollars we need from you an official agreement with your signature and your youtube id and your passport on the agreement for this saying that the video is a mistake and a misunderstanding we are not a scammer company and you'll delete this video and have another video saying the problem is resolved and everything is okay now if you have a chinese bank account that is more good for us and perfect for us refund you to twenty thousand dollars please do that above so we will refund you twenty thousand dollars this guy had asked for like documents official documents that definitely weren't necessary before and so he's asking for my passport now i don't know why he would need that but yeah definitely not so i said that works for me i don't have a chinese bank so please wired to the american bank account i used i don't know why it's such a big deal once the issue is resolved i will post a video explaining the misunderstanding please do this immediately because i'm posting more videos soon and i was i'm on a schedule i can't stop it sorry so if you scam me i mean you probably shouldn't have scanned me in the first place my bank said it's not easier to send money back by bank due to foreign currency bureau administration to control this i don't know what that means it's but apparently the foreign currency bureau is uh is you know stopping all wire transfers then i ask why are you not able to wire the refund how are you able to accept such a large wire transfer but can't send it back i mean that's fair right i do need your paypal account if you can provide me that or any chinese bank account is workable for me then he says hi my bank immediately refused my request to send back the money now for resolving this issue quickly i need your paypal account to refund and at this point i i never expected to get any kind of refund i did not expect to hear back at all i've emailed him never responded he doesn't answer the wechat he doesn't answer whatsapp he doesn't do anything so i gave him my paypal do send me the official letter saying that once the twenty thousand dollars is sent to you you will delete the previous video please confirm that so i will do now okay so he was demanding an official letter and so because i knew who i was talking to i just wrote that like a two sentence very poorly worded very vague letter whatever so let me read it to you upon receiving twenty thousand dollar refund non-negotiable refund for incorrect product sent non-negotiable i added because that means that he can't get that funds back so if he uses paypal he has to wait the 180 days and so if he's using this as basically the baseline for our agreement for the refund it should i mean a refund should be a refund it shouldn't have an agreement but if he's going off this letter it's a non-negotiable refund so his little scammy let's use paypal through my credit card kind of thing going on here um i wanted just to completely cancel that out so i said i will post on my youtube channel a new video about the shipping misunderstanding and publicly correct all the mistakes made during this transaction and luckily for me there were no mistakes made on my end then i said i will also delete all previous media discussing the shipping accident on my media formats including youtube and i mean i looked i i looked through my hard drives all the footage i looked through all my youtube videos everything i couldn't find any shipping accident on there they say can you sign the letter so he wanted a signature on this thing so i did my best tim tebow signature and then that was it for this thread i don't know why but he jumped to a new thread probably because now he's holding this letter as evidence you know that i'm trying to scam him on youtube we're basically in the situation where he's saying no you so we jumped to a new thread there's 40 emails in this thread so i'm just going to skip a lot of it lots and lots of paypal talk and again i didn't expect to receive any kind of refund and i figured if he sends it via paypal even with his safety nets and whatnot it's a complete scam i have a lot of stuff proving that so if paypal if he does dispute the payment i will definitely just dispute it right back and hopefully paypal comes back in my favor so that's basically what my thought process was from this and paypal is a smart company i mean they can they can smell scams um you know right when they come up so i contacted them too right when he was doing this i was contacting them saying hey there's a scammer that's trying to refund me through paypal i wire transferred the funds to him now he's trying to refund me through paypal completely wrong way to do it and paypal said that they they messaged me back and said hey technically he bought a goods and service from you and uh so if he disputes it there could be a chance that he gets it back and so i sent them all the information and they said don't worry about it it look we sent this to our fraud department they are investigating so from here on out i'm just going to summarize there's a lot of emails and a lot of back and forth like um you know just like you misspelled this or like did you get it did you blah blah blah blah so basically anyway he transfers half the money or whatever and at the same time he's saying okay start deleting the videos he wanted me to delete all the video files like all the evidence all the media that i have on the entire situation so anyway then on my channel because i am dealing with a scam person he needs to see proof of deleting it until you know before he's satisfied and whatever so i i put the video on private it looked like i deleted it but because i'm dealing with a scammer you have to do these things they are really good at manipulating and so if they if they don't see a satisfactory result from you doing what they want they start all kinds of weird stuff so that's what i did so the video looked like it was deleted and he says i'll check later today if it's deleted blah blah i said that's fine i'll be asleep so then he says please have you deleted all the videos on all media and i said hello yes i removed the video from youtube last night i did but then at this point i realized i talked to people and i realized this whole thing is still a scam he's using paypal because he's just going to draw the funds back and i was really hoping i could trust him and just kind of move forward and pretend you know and not talk about it on my channel as much so it's not like hurting his reputation on my youtube channel like still create content but i realized this guy's a scammer and uh and it's never going to go away 180 days is a long time and he's definitely going to just try to get those funds back immediately right when i you know stopped talking about it so i had to make the decision do i try to trust him and then just wait 180 days before i start posting stuff again or do i just call him out because there's a lot of other people getting scammed right now same way as me same tony guy and everything so i'm like you know what until i know that those funds are completely mine i am not going to take anything down i am not going to i'm not going to stop talking about it basically because a lot of people need to know this guy's a scammer because people are getting ripped off hard by him so i won't show the email because it shows the guy's name but i said also refund this guy who contacted me and you scammed him same time as me they're just trying to get that guy some money back as well because this guy left him high and dry for 30 grand as well so anyway then he found my video i reposted it he's like why have you not deleted the videos you promised us and i said my lawyer requested the refund be sent by via wire transfer to my account not paypal until i received that he has determined the video be added back to my channel once i received the wire transfer for twenty thousand dollars i will refund your paypal and remove video again he says no way i refunded all you know what you do is breaking our agreement blah blah blah uh if you do not delete the video i will call back from paypal now you decide and so he's this is the point where i realized this is a complete scam still because if you're an honest business person and your company is legit you're not going to draw back a refund this is a customer if this was all an actual mistake he would be just as mad as i am about it he would be investigating his supplier he'd be investigating the shipping company he'd be investigating all this stuff and refunding immediately for the just the huge mistake that happened that's if he was a respectable business which he's not so here he says if you don't delete the video i will call back from paypal now he's still trying to use money to manipulate me and i realized that money is i you know i don't care that much that's not going to change my decision to let people know that it's a whole scam so i just said then we must wait until you can't recall the refund i'm sorry you decided this anyway so then he threatens me again um paypal will come to you and ask for the money back and this is the best part this is where the part where he's saying no you you said me scam you now though you are trying to scam me so he's basically like i'm not the scammer you're the scammer you're trying to scam me out of the refund that i owe you i don't know how that works but you already have a money in your account now like dude you have a dispute process this is how you know it's a scam because he's saying that it's your money and whatever but he still has the option he can just click the button and try to dispute it however he's not going to do that because if he you know if paypal finds him to be a scam company they have a fraud department that reports this kind of stuff so he's not going to do that then i didn't respond i just pulled one of him from now on i'll no longer care about reputation i have evidence you're trying to scam me now i have your letter you know that you emailed me and i will say to paypal and if you don't delete the video now you will see and is the best part he says act like a man delete the videos please why you do this to this you know you have money already in your hand and impossible i can call back now basically he knows he's gonna get labeled as a fraud company on paypal if he if he tries anything so then he threatens me that he's going to take this public he says please delete your video or i will do a publicity of your intention to scam me on youtube i have all email and communications and all i have your guarantee letter and i will let people know you are now playing games with me i will also contact other authority to complain anyway so then the latest email i sent i replied to all his previous messages in just one email i said why did i do this to you because you intentionally bait and switch scammed me if this were actually a mistake as you claim and your business is respectable you would have investigated your supplier and shipper for scamming your customer instead you took 31 thousand dollars did the bare minimum to make the shipment go through and did not reply until it was an issue for you in fact you changed the contract several times and demanded more money for the scam product which you knew about you lied about customs and shipping you gave the shipper incorrect contact information for me and you never replied when it became an issue for me also according to your information you do not even sell the model golf cart that i was sent a respectable business would have refunded me immediately without question once they knew the problem instead you demanded i delete all the video files and all evidence before the refund and you will not refund in a manner that is guaranteed i keep the money as you demanded of me through wire transfers doesn't sound like a respectable operation me you should not have done this in the first place i'm sorry you got caught go ahead and make this public i think the whole world should see your operation sorry i haven't been posting more about this it's been very legal and this is what i've been dealing with i don't want to post anything yet with the car and everything until this is all ironed out so i can't really do much and so this is why i'm updating you guys as it happens it's very legal and it could escalate to something more i hope it doesn't but all i want from this video series is you guys to see what's happening here and if you're thinking about buying from these guys just i mean make your own decision but this is what i'm dealing with and it's probably what you'll deal with if you do business with them as well especially internationally where they have to ship it to you so here i am just trying to figure this whole thing out see if the refund actually happens it's pretty heated over here between me and tony so we'll see where this goes he has a lot of threats right now on the table so we'll see if he pulls the trigger on any of them if he pulls a trigger on all of them i don't know yet but we all know he's doing this just to make this situation hush hush-hush so nobody knows it's a scam why else you know would he take my money and run and then all of a sudden a video comes out and now here he is with a sincere refund you know so
