end of the day we got a bounce back We Make History by doing it twice we obviously got close to having that back toback Championship That season we won a lot of games but at the same time just winning games isn't the goal it's it's trying to get better and win in that Super Bowl and I think that's something that we can learn from the guys that were here and teach the guys that weren't you know once you experienced that for the first time you definitely want more say that already know you Dan Campbell trying to rescue this lion franchise from an ignominious really 30 plus years they're the only to take care of business and these guys know that it'll be good for the young guys to know that we're not going to just kind of walk in and win the game you're going to have to play you to play good football we're going to play every team's best shot I've preached it to them all all preseason but they know now hopefully guys learn from it get better and one loss isn't turned into two a lot of plays left on the field unfortunate for this Chiefs as we celebrated the banner dropping but we knew that this blue collar team the Detroit Lions the attitude that they have with their head coach Dan Campbell was going to come in and give us an absolute fight that's what they did and they escaped with the victory I don't think it's fair to put an asteris by this game the the Lions went on the road and beat the defending Super Bowl champion in their [Music] building but that's football that's life I'm not going to overreact to just the one game though I thought yesterday was much more of an execution thing than anything this is the same offense that was number one in the NFL last year Patrick Mahomes has started 81 regular season season games for the Kansas City Chiefs they won 64 of them I'm going to assume that everything is going to work out brace yourselves Chris Jones is coming back he's agreed to a New Deal after Holding Out for most of the summer Chris man good to see you brother how you doing I'm grateful for how it turned out I'm thankful for the hunt family and BR Beach and kach re working with my team closely so the Chris Jones situation might be one of the most fascinating situations in the Brett Beach era Chris Jones is not a player that could be replaced by anyone he receives multiple incentives to earn considerably more money this season and so they have to come to an agreement with the player who still going to have a lot of disruptive years left and Chris Jones himself he has said that he wants to be a k City chief for life and if he maybe misses a
