HE MADE IT INTO THE NFL BRIEFLY BEFORE A CAREER ENDING INDUSTRY. >> HE WAS VERY ENCOURAGING. >>> YOU ARE MENTIONING THE BEACH AND HOW WE INCREASED THE SIZE OF THE BEACH I WANTED TO CHECK BECAUSE IT GOT ME THINKING. MAYBE THE WATER LEVELS HAVE COME DOWN AND WE HAD RECORD LOW WATER LEVELS IN 2019 AND 2020 AND THERE WERE CONCERNS ABOUT PROPERTIES ALONG THE LAKEFRONT. THEY HAVE COME DOWN OVER THE PAST YEAR SO WE HAVE SEEN IT HELP EXTEND SOME OF THE BEACH. WE ARE SAYING THEY HAVEN'T DONE SOMETHING BUT WHAT YOU ARE SEEING COULD CERTAINLY BE POSSIBLE. WE WILL WATCH THESE TEMPERATURES WARM UP. SOME 50s ALREADY SHOWING UP ON THE BOARD. 50 PER RENSSELAER. WE ARE HEADED FOR 60 TODAY. THEY WILL CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT UNTIL THE FRONT ARISE. YOU WILL KNOW IT IS HERE BECAUSE THE RAIN WILL MOVE IN. MOST OF THAT WILL ARRIVE AFTER WE SEE THE SUN GO DOWN. A COUPLE RUMBLES OF THUNDER AND THAT IS WHEN WE EXPECT THE TEMPERATURES TO DROP IN A BIG WAY AS THE COLDER AIR MOVES IN. WARMER AIR TODAY AND 60s FOR MOST OF THE DAY. COLD AIR AND TEMPERATURE SLIDE A LITTLE BIT THROUGH THE EVENING AND RIGHT AROUND MIDNIGHT OR SO IS WHEN WE EXPECT THE FRONT TO ARRIVE. NOT A LOT OF ENERGY TO WORK WITH BUT ENOUGH THAT ANY SPILLOVER FROM THE STRONGER STORMS TO THE WEST. HERE IS THE FRONT COMING THROUGH. OVERNIGHT TONIGHT, SUNDAY AT 3:00 IN THE MORNING, AS THE COLDER AIR RUSHES IN, MOST OF SUNDAY WILL BE IN THE 30s AND 40s. 50 WILL BE THE HIGH BUT MOST OF THE DAY WILL NOT BE THAT WARM. AND IT WILL BE BREEZY. IN ORDER TO GET FROM THE 60s DOWN TO THE 30s, YOU HAVE TO MOVE SOME AIR AND WE WILL SEE THAT WITH THE WINDS GUSTING AT TIMES AS MUCH AS 35 TO 45 MILES AN HOUR. THE SEVERE THREAT I MENTIONED IS FURTHER TO THE WEST WHERE THE IMPULSE IS STRONGER AND TEMPERATURES ARE WARMER. AS IT APPROACHES IT WILL WEAKEN AND WE HAVE FOR THE MOST PART A MARGINAL THREAT BUT WE WILL HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON ANY STORM. WE DID SEE SOME STORMS AND WIND DAMAGE IS OUR BIGGEST CONCERN. THERE IS JUST A LOT OF ENERGY IN THE ATMOSPHERE AND THAT IS WHY WE HAVE A WIND ADVISORY THAT STARTS AT 6:00 P.M. TONIGHT AND GOES UNTIL 9:00 A.M. TOMORROW MORNING. AS HIGH AS 45 MILES AN HOUR. THE BEST TIME IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE OVERNIGHT AROUND 3:00 IN THE MORNING AS THE FRONT MOVES THROUGH. THIS IS WHAT WILL BRING IN COLDER AIR. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT COLDER AIR WE ARE GOING FROM 66
