eat [Music] I'm so hungry and Google has no food in this house where is the steaks he wants meat this is a wagyu seven bones Tomahawk roast it is huge I need help I'm Chef Rush everybody knows me as the White House chef with the 24 inch biceps that does 222 push-ups a day for mental health suicide awareness also a combat decorated Army vet and I love steaks I've seen Google cook steaks and I think I can cook steaks way better now me and Google cooking steaks together so big it's all over damn it okay let's just cook this quick you take half and I'll take half wait hold up if ever still hungry I'm gonna Crush you in the gym no one leaves hungry in my kitchen I thought this house was mine it's mine now damn Chef I thought we were friends enough talking let's cook yes sir [Music] okay Chef Rush the first thing I'm going to do is go ahead and split this you take the oh man it's heavy that's not heavy and then what would you like to do with it Chef I'm gonna smoke this one smoking beautiful since you're gonna smoke I'm gonna go ahead and Grill it I'm gonna cut mine in Tomahawk steaks these are some huge steaks these are I mean take a look at these steaks everybody wow we're talking about each one it's probably like maybe you think you think like three pounds probably about three pounds three pounds each wow all right so let's start seasoning your Chef I'm gonna go heat it with some salt first uh you how are you gonna season it you know I'm gonna do a little salt as well but I'm also gonna use your barbecue rub oh hell yeah yeah now Chef let me ask you a question have you I know you cooked for a lot of presidents in the white house and everything have you guys ever got any kind of steaks like this why are you laughing no really no oh man all right so one of the things that I like to say all the time is that you know these are humongous steaks so they need that seasoning you know what I mean Chef I mean what's that three inches two and a half inch or something like that yeah I mean because you put a little salt on top whatever it doesn't mean it's gonna go all the way through the whole entire state after the sauce I'm gonna go ahead and hit it with some black pepper because I like to keep it real Chef I like the you know the simple salt pepper garlic powder and if I'm smoking use my rub everybody [Music] hey guys you should arm wrestle wait what Google are you scared yeah a little bit you should be wait what you should be let's go seriously no damn bro God B you're like a monster bro pepper and finish it off with a little bit of garlic powder because now that we have these beautiful steaks ready Chef Rush is gonna hit the smoker and I'm gonna go ahead and Grill these bad boys so I got mistakes I'm gonna throw them in keep the right temperature we're going to add a thermometer close the lid now let's go make a sauce so this is my chimichurri it's very simple I have shallots I have garlic I have some oregano and I have some peppers put them all in cilantro of course some fresh parsley and now I'm gonna do some red wine olive oil and of course the little salty taste cook this all up and there you have it and this is my simple chimichurri sauce wow Chef I gotta say that chimichurri looks a lot better than your mussels say what I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry sir put me down sorry sorry we're still friends this is kite okay okay [Music] all right for my steak this Grill is extremely hot everybody first we got a sear in one side got anything got a lot of seasoning that's my kill that it's almost ready to flip this is a huge chunk of meat so we just keep flipping it and working on that crust little by little usually at this time I immediately hit it with some butter but today we got this wagyu talo spray and we're definitely going to use it as a matter of fact here's more about it this is wagyu beef Tallow and I've been using it ever since I can remember they just came out with a version of this but in a spray bottle to say that it is convenient is an understatement it's a hundred percent wagy fat and as you know whenever you're cooking with wagyu fat it just makes everything taste better there's no chemical inside at all it's just a hundred percent wagy fat nothing else no artificial flavors so you know that you're really tasting the real deal I've even fried chicken with it and the chicken turned out better I already love this very much now that they came up with this it's a game changer because it's easy to use everybody and if it's easy to use you're going to use it more often don't believe me just wait and see how these steaks are going to turn out hey I'm gonna use this also if you want to get yours all the information will be on the link in the description down below because now let's get right back to cooking with the sauce charred up shallots garlic good amount of red bell peppers tiny bit of apple cider vinegar some sauce hot sauce look all you smell is that now that's all you smell yeah that's all you smell that is spicy everybody and now we blend once blend there's one thing that you must always do whenever you're making any sauce it just tastes for seasoning if you need soldering wow taste that [Applause] spicy but it's good it's good it's delicious but yo that's just sauce you just need a little bit wow enough talking let's go outside let's do it [Music] a whole Tomahawk it's mighty generous of you I have seven man the flavor on this is so good what an absolute beautiful piece of steak right here amazing charcoal crust on it that just pairs beautifully with a steak flavor the actual steak itself is super well seasoned it's juicy it's Rich it's beefy bro you're wasting your time mine isn't as much charcoal there is a little hint of charcoal but this is definitely smoked with a good rub this rub is fire I mean I got no complaints here now that the pile of meat is gone I can actually see some sauces here I was putting in that work we wasting our time now Albert's gonna play no games everybody oh wow that is a good sauce right there very flavorful has a lot of acidity it's bright and it's got a little bit of a kick on it too wow mine is nice and oily it has the the Herbie flavors like probably some parsley some cilantro or something but the star is definitely the meat oh yeah I feel like I've barely made a dent in this thing and this whole mountain of meat has just disappeared I need to work on this I don't think my stomach has enough space for this right here I'm still hungry can we order the pizza what [Music] get the
