Checking Out Dollywood’s Closed Water Park | Splash Country | Touring The Smoky Mountain Cabins!

[Music] so good morning my friends i hope all of you are having an awesome fantastic day we are doing something very fun this morning we are about to hop on a bus and head over to dollywood's splash country and if you guys don't know what that is that is dollywood's water park but what's going to make this video pretty fun we get to walk around with no guests i think the group is like 15 or 20 we get to pretty much do whatever we want for an hour because splash country has not opened to guests for the season yet i'm excited i hope you guys are let's go do this and here we are as we see there's not a lot of people right now and then looking at the parking lot there's not a lot of people here i believe these cars are employees getting the water park ready passing by the ticket booths right now here's a quick look at the ticket prices not too bad today i can just walk right in no ticket needed oh yes as we see here it's a pretty good sized water park lots to do right as you walk in you can find a really fun photo opportunity here at the front of the park i was told here at splash country they are doing a lot of new landscaping around the park good morning it's empty there's a truck driving by here in the park we are really getting the behind the scenes action this morning here's the lazy river also i was just told this bridge is brand new as we see here they are still doing a ton of construction all around this park they have a zero entry to the lazy river splash country will have a ton of lounge chairs all throughout the park of course they have lockers restrooms and showers ooh a dippin dot stand i love dippin dots this one is called swift water run look at that that looks super fun okay this one looks really fun i believe it is a family raft water ride but you go in and out of the mountain all the way down i may need to come back this summer just to ride these water rides i just found out they offer water accessible wheelchairs and accessible water tubes so if you need that they have that here they also have a quiet room so if you need a break or if you need to nurse they have you covered here that's nice to know i was also told a lot of guests don't realize there's another attraction back in this direction called slick rock racer and i wanted to show you because look at this you get to race down the slide but look at the nature around you wow no wonder a lot of people don't realize this attraction is back here they have plenty of hand sanitizer around the park and you can purchase the time saver h2o pass to bypass some of the longer lines i must say this is pretty awesome right now i'm basically inside of this water park almost alone this is something i will remember for a very long time i'm heading up raging river rapids to have a better look at the entire park i can see dreamwork resort right here so not far away at all there's the wave pool right here oh my goodness look at this the smokies right here this is amazing we can hear the birds chirping up top [Music] [Laughter] wow [Music] okay [Music] so [Music] so [Music] essentially we've got two options for you so we've got the basic dining pass and that runs 40 bucks and that includes a meal and a snack every time you come every time you come and then we've got the deluxe package which is the same as far as mill and a snack but it also includes um an all-season mug refillable so normally that mug is 30 so essentially saving uh 10 bucks when you buy the two together so meal and a snack the snack you can get anytime throughout the day and then the meal we have between 11 30 and 1 30. and every location on the park has something on that menu so here at um watering hole you can get nachos over at campsite you can do burgers or chicken tenders as a meal snacks we've got everything from beaver tails to dippin dots cookies popcorn you name it you can have whatever you want it's really easy it's on the season pass and so all you have to do is to take your season pass to any of the food locations they'll scan it and that redeems your bill so you don't have to carry any cash or credit card with you or anything like that they also have a little splash pad area for the little ones with butterflies now checking out riverside retreats and just like every other water park this is a rentable area for your group or family look at this plenty of seating you get a trash can some hooks a really nice tv looks like some cable lockers a refrigerator phone clock look at this view that you get this is really fun very nice very cozy too oh you got a few fans you have some curtains for privacy and another big perk of staying at dollywood's dream or resort you get transportation to the water park and over to dollywood oh geez look at these beaver tails they have the triple trip which is like a reese's they also have a oreo cheesecake an apple pie that looks so good here's a better look at the wave pool it's called mountain waves the max is six feet deep check out fire tower falls this looks really fun they have another splash pad area for the little ones this one's a little bit bigger i'm inside the legume pool look at this they said we could go in so knowing me i said yep i'm going how neat there's a way better view of dreamwork right here check out river rush this is their aqua coaster and if you guys have been watching the channel you guys know how much i love aqua coasters like the one at volcano bay this was really fun i really enjoyed this private tour around dollywood splash country definitely come check this out because i can already tell it's a different type of water park experience but a big thank you to dollywood for allowing me this private tour around splash country good morning it is now the next day we just had a fun meeting but now we are about to board the pink jeep tour and go up to dollywood's smoky mountain cabins oh yes and away we go my ears are starting to pop look at this view beautiful i've made it up the mountain to the cabins look at this wow i don't know i could really see myself living here like this is exciting to me maybe one day i could start our family up here it's just peaceful so the cabins here at dollywood have been like all booked up they've been going like hot cakes it's hard to find a reservation and i was just told dollywood is looking to expand the cabins to make more cabins up here in the mountains there is a lot of bugs up here but i'm going to go ahead and bring you guys inside one of the cabins that's offered here at dollywood [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] this cabin is called god's country let's head inside first up you get a nice little grill out in the front right when you walk in you have a nice little piece of artwork that says family the front door here's the kitchen a nice little refrigerator with a freezer dishwasher i love the space to cook a coffee maker microwave this is beautiful you also have a really nice island a dining room table here's the living room really nice the best place to be is together i like that you have a really nice tv wi-fi a phone dvd player cable a really nice clock of course a fireplace and right here you have laundry which is a plus here is one of the first bathrooms you have his and her sinks this is huge i love this like this is the definition of my dream home or very close to it really nice i like the privacy a closet here is the shower beautiful shower and then you have a connecting bedroom here really nice very cozy fan imagine waking up to this view and we'll go outside to have a better look then you also have a another tv a dresser i am now going to head upstairs you have a very spacious game room up here what this is awesome i love this and look at this for the kids bunk beds a huge tv another fireplace i love this how cute there is always always always something to be thankful for amen another bedroom fan another amazing view tv dresser and then you have a closet looks like you have a extra pillow up there and then here you have a bathroom another nice little shower this is awesome coming back out i love this pool table i mean just everywhere you look you get a breathtaking view i'm now out on the porch wow wow wow wow beautiful what they have a hot tub out here oh man that's a huge plus and a very big bonus and you get this view there's cabins all over the place you have some rocking chairs you have a wild tom over here there's also another closet for storage and some extra blankets i'm now outside on the first floor deck and you can find some more rocking chairs some more great views this is a pretty good sized deck i was so impressed with this cabin if and when i come back i must stay in one of these cabins it was breathtaking about to do a little off-roading here oh geez oh jeez i think i heard a rib no that was so much fun if you guys have time please go check out pink jeep tours they're incredible so much fun all right my friends that is all
