all right welcome in everybody I appreciate you all being here I was literally putting the last finishing touches on this thing in the very last minute so I have to uh set up my screen still you guys might see some weird stuff on the screen while I'm trying to get this thing built up I should oh there we go should look a little better now all right welcome in I appreciate everybody being here um this one is super cool like this is the the first time we're doing a course on a Saturday so I don't I don't know how this is going to work right like I don't know if we're going to get a lot of people in here if we're going to get a few people if people are going to stick around how much people are going to pay attention because you you guys got other stuff going on um but to me this one is uh really exciting because I mean let's let's let's face it it's AI it's super cool um everybody's very interested in this right now I will be clear right the goal of the RVP courses is to actually help business owners um according to our Consulting methodology which is you know this is we train the whole company on which is to first look at your business and remove the constraint if you're trying to run and you can't run fast enough um it's not your process like it's not your gate it's not your shoes it's if there's a rubber band tying your legs together it's the constraint it's the rubber band so we got to cut the rubber band first then we say okay once we've removed the constraint and our jobs as CEOs is to get more customers make them worth more and drisk the Business from this happening in perpetuity forever right and the way that we look at that is find get the data on what's working and do more of it and then once we hit that ASM toote to where we get a decreasing return from effort then more is no longer working so then we have to try and do what we know is working that we've done more of now we have to try and find a way to do it better only then if more and better stop working then we have to think of new and the way that we run it as a company is when we're looking at something new we measure an easy to do with a big impact hard to do with a big impact easy to do a little impact and don't do things that are hard to do that have minimal impact usually if you have removed the constraints worked on the more worked on the better then at the new gone through the easy then gone through the the hard thing that has a little impact by the time you get to doing things that are hard that have minimal impact you will probably have identified another constraint and you start the cycle over again and that's how we consult businesses over and over and over again AI is not necessarily always the answer but everybody's very interested in this kind of stuff and I want to make sure that um I give you guys a great resource so we're actually G to be doing five courses on this um so make sure to let us know questions comments and stuff like that we'll get into that but um it is super super important to me that you don't have the Crypt bro content you know Doom Loop of the bottomless pit of guys on YouTube that you know want to promise you how to make $10,000 a day with AI just sign up and subscribe for more crap so I wanted to put out something that was specific for roofers by a guy who loves AI as well um so while before we get started I want to introduce patina and uh so you guys know who she is and um and essentially get her um introduced and letting know what she can do for you while you're here hello folks um my name is batina work here at rbpm marketing operations uh I'll be moderating the chat for today so I'm going to first tell you guys how to submit your question so we do have a Q&A box at the bottom of your Zoom so if you guys as Adam is talking if you guys any questions that pop up in your head just submit on the Q&A box and we're going to save them towards the end of it when Q&A starts and if you guys have any comments that you want to chat between each other or submit it to me or for Adam just to comment towards the end just submit those in the chat box also if you guys have any difficulties or any questions towards previous courses that we had or upcoming courses just also submit those in the chat box and I'll be able to help you guys through all the course awesome yeah patina has been an absolute blessing we ran 22 hours of these last month and uh she has been indispensable all in all I lost count but it took about 150 hours worth of effort for us to get everything done um to make it so that you all could have access to this so it a huge team effort it's not all me and so it's really great to have batina uh here to help and so you know if uh if anybody here has been in our courses before and AD batin has helped you throw some love in the chat um I want to talk more I always want to give the bottom line up front so if you're new here um I always like to give the bottom line up front what you should stick around for so remember more businesses die of indigestion than starvation AI is a tool that can create leverage over your time or your people's time and you will not lose your job because Ai and this is a statement that's been said a zillion times I didn't come up with it but you will lose ground to people who know how to use Ai and so like everything right it is it is a tool and the tool does not matter as much as the process in which you use that tool which is why we're going to teach you a good process for using it but again if you come here and learn but don't adopt it if you don't bring it into your business then it doesn't change because adoption is everything um and so the biggest Factor about coming to these courses is that your intention is to learn and to the definition of learning is to be exposed to the same challenge or circumstance and have a different response to create a different outcome and I know that it's Saturday and I know that you guys have stuff going on in your lives so we if you're coming here to learn then you have to reduce the opportunity for distractions to take you off path so turn off the phones close the door ask people to give you an hour we're gonna have Q&A at the end so don't try and seek to memorize seek to understand and in every one of these sessions I always say you're here you had the intention to be here you showed up there's a lot of people in this room and you probably have something that you want to get out of AI you have something that you're curious about you have something that has caused you to not take the first steps or there's something that has frustrated you about your journey with AI and because I'm doing five of these courses I want to make sure that I can cater the content to that so if you feel comfortable right if you're not scared of the PE other people in the room I encourage you to do what we always do which is we take 30 awkward seconds to set our intentions you can share that publicly in the chat write it down text it to yourself but we're going to have 30 awkward seconds where you can share or at least contemplate your intentions for why you are here because it'll get your mind aligned with that goal as you see the content so 30 awkward seconds starting now you all right thank you very much everybody I appreciate those of you who are sharing in the chat we're definitely going to review that and try and see how we can make sure we address that content in our second third fourth and fifth AI courses that we're going to be running um so the next thing is there's some people in the room that that names I don't recognize so for those of you who don't know who I am uh my goal is to use these free courses as a way to prevent you from having another year of almost we're about to go into 2024 you're probably looking at what you intended to do this year and what you actually got done and you kind of will wash it up as man we almost hit that goal we almost accomplished that we almost did this so don't have another year of almost these courses are designed specifically to help with that because I know every day I look in the roofing Facebook groups and all I see is people asking questions and then half the answers are biased a third of them are just wrong some of them are right and none of them have any context because they answer without asking additional questions and so I wanted to change a little bit of the script in the roofing industry to if I have a question is RBP running a course on that because we're doing these for free you might as well come learn but of course there's all kinds of advice out there you go on Tik Tok and you got 21y old PE 21-year-old kids giving Financial advice now they could say the exact same thing as Warren Buffett but the problem is that kid didn't go through the challenge and the work of building birkshire hathway first and you as a business owner in a busy world are trying to reduce the cognitive load required for you to get advice that you trust and so I'm not doing this to brag I'm doing this to just say hey if you're looking for why you should listen to me I'll just maybe give you something that might help you that will address what I've done and why I care so um and for about six and a half years now we've been helping roofing companies we started as a Facebook ad agent then we were a Facebook school um and then we uh and then we started to get companies too many leads back when Facebook ads were super easy I'm not saying I'm that good I was just early but they would say we want to cancel because we're getting too many leads I would ask why they would tell me their problems I would say how do you run your business and they would show me whiteboards and Post-it notes and job folders and checklists and pieces of paper everywhere and I said and again this is like before company cam so I was like well how do you what kind of CRM do you have have and they would show me what they have and it was basically an address book with a calendar and I said oh that's the problem let me help you build your CRM and so in the winter time when I live way up here in Northern Canada I would every winter come down to help roofing companies and then when covid hit in this socialist lockdown country up here north of your border turned life into hell I decided with my wife that we would drive to California we implemented a CRM in uh in in Hawaii spent three months rolling out what we called the amoeba which is which we found out later was called inside outside sales but it was a code name and then it did so well I told my wife what if instead of going back to Canada I think we could just do this full-time and I could we could drive across the country so my wife and my dog and myself drove along the country all over the place implementing Sumo quotes and hubs spots for two years spending a month at a time in these roofing companies and then we continued to help these businesses after the fact um through Consulting and I learned a few things along the way because when you rip apart the central nervous system of a highly successful company you happen to pick up a lot of what makes that thing work and then it adds to the collective Hive brain of what we were doing and I had to do it this way because I didn't like the idea of how most people operate when there's a Gold Rush going on and Roofing is a bit of a Gold Rush right now private Equity knows it that's why they're rushing in but in the actual gold rush the people who got rich were not the people out mining for gold they got rich sometimes but byy and long the majority of them got poor the people who got rich consistently were the people in town selling and servicing the people who are trying to go make their money in the gold rush and I couldn't do that I was scared of ending up in a Demitri scam video I just didn't feel right maybe it's I'm a overly polite Canadian um but I wanted to both sell the tool and enjoy the thrill of hunting for gold with my customers and I built a company called RBP Consulting full of people who believe in making work more rewarding and Engineering a better customer experience and so that's really why who I am what I'm about why I do it so if you're if that helps you then great if not I'm sorry but you might learn a cool few cool tips about chat GPT along the way so to kind of get a baseline who is not heard of open a eyes so if you don't know what chat GPT is just put a one in the chat just so I know like where we're at if if you know what open eyes put a two in the chat so I can just see a stream of ones and a stream of twos and try and get a figure on who's at least heard of this thing okay I'm glad that nobody has been living under this space Rock On The Moon I haven't seen a single one yet so thank you very much I appreciate the engagement this works when people engage so really appreciate it funny all right so um now what this course is not going to be about this is not going to be a course about making an app that'll make you $110,000 a day in 30 days with no coding experience this is also not going to be about blogging and SEO because there's so much content about that yes it can be done for that but it's not about that and it's also not about how I can make images even though yes I put my little I have this little graphic that I made called made with AI and I basically put that on anything I make with AI just so people don't think I drew it or stole it but um I did make that image with AI but it's this isn't about that because that stuff is readily available I want to first talk about what people get wrong with how they think about AI because there's some things that AI can do really really really well by itself and there's things where needs a lot of work and so there's actually five stages to making pretty much anything right and so they don't bring AI into or they do not invest in the ideation phase of what they're looking to do so if you're wanting yes AI can compose a blog post right composition AI is well known for being able to do that it can blast out text and no time flatten problem is the content sucks right um so you need an idea right you you need to have some kind of ideas to what you want to actually put out there that could help people and then you have to do research on it and yes AI can help you it can give you a list of 20 blog posts so you can get ideas but then you have to do research and yes it can help you with research but you have to go through that phase because if you just show up and say write a blog post about Roofing it's going to suck right then yes you can use AI prompts to compose a lot of cont content really really fast however it's not ready to go and perfect for human consumption at that point you still have to have an re a refinement and editing phase where you refine the content you edit the content where you can add images supporting facts illustrations infographics references right and then finally distribution you have to distribute that content effectively because if you just post it and expect it to do all the work it's not going to happen and so for those of you who are just interested in making it write blogs and stuff you can just do so much better if you remember the five stages of making a thing which is ideation research composition refining and editing and distribution now when it comes to getting AI to do even better stuff right so actually getting it to help you in your business the first step is to give it a role right so you can when you're starting your prompt in Ai and I'm going to do some demonstration stuff later when people ask questions um but you can give it a personality so you can say be like Joe Rogan be like Jordan Jordan Peterson be my be like Joo willing be like whoever right um and you can give it a job to do so you can say you are a master sales rep you are a marketing manager you are a pricing engineer you are a master of Business Administration you can give it a job you can also give it a style right where this kind of goes into like you can say I want something funny or I want something Prof prophetic or I want something factual or I want something that's kind of I'm trying to think of the word but you know when it's kind of like artistic right um You can give it a profession right so you can say you you can give it kind of like giving a job to do so you can say you are a accountant tasked with doing this job right such as analyzing my p&l right you can also give it a perspective you can say take the perspective of a um a homeowner right answer this question through the lens of a child right um so you can give it a perspective and so this is how you when you're in chat GPT you add this to your prompt to make it better you can also format the output of what you get so you can ask it for lists you can ask it for a table so you can say give me a I'll show you this later but you can ask us say give me a table of the different shingle Brands and their product lines in a table and it'll go it'll create actual table that you can look at to make information easier to digest you can get it to export a CSV right you can with chat GPT you can get it to make an image and then you can also tell it to like write a letter like you can tell it to put this in the form of a letter so you can tell it to format what you want so you can give it a job to take a perspective assign it a profession ask it to do something in a style with a personality and then you can get it to give you the out you can tell it and I want the output to be a letter I want the output to be a table right you can also get it to generate a list of to-dos you can say take this article and give me a list of to-dos to do this right you are an accountant here's an article that says these are the 12 these are the things that I need to do in my monthly reporting schedule give me a list of to-dos from this article through the lens of an accountant right you could say from an email take this email and rip out the to-dos or these meeting notes or this video recording you can get it transcribed and then tell it to give me the to-dos from this recording or you can have it the audio for recording from a traction meeting and say give me my list of to-dos from traction or you can send your mom's latest text message citing your failure as a son and say give me my to-dos to make sure I can make my mom happy and then you can also use it to prompt you for followup all right and so what this means is you can say when I'm done when you're done giving me the response I want you to prompt me with the five questions that a reporter or a salesperson or a homeowner might follow up with so you can have mock sales training where you can get it to to you with objections so you could actually train the the AI assistant to to pretend to be a customer that is difficult and come up with objections and then get it to grade your responses so there is so much right that that this thing can do but I hope that by this you're starting to see that it's in how you engineer the prompts right so all the AI Bros on the internet will call it like prompt engineering and that's really what it is you have to just get better better at doing the prompt and so with these tips from earlier um you can start to ask ask that to make it so that you get better outputs because you have better inputs and you can also say explain this to me like I'm a fifth grader I like that because you know if you go and look at your fifth or sixth or eighth graders math and you try and remember SOA TOA or bed mass or a lot of these Concepts that they taught us in school we don't remember it right they those PG shows like am I smarter than a fifth grader stuff like that you know sometimes we need to have things explained to us and broken down and so um just the other day I did a course on how to price our Roofing services and I was trying to break down the complex thoughts and make it simpler so I kind of was going through and prompting it and I said explain this how would you explain this to a fifth grader so it's understandable I'm noning this is for roofers only so don't get bent out of shape I would do this for anybody right i' do this for Consultants who work here I say explain this concept to a fifth grader and so when I asked it to break down how to price your Roofing Services it told me an analogy using a lemonade stand and it basically related that pricing based on what I gave it for information about the roofing industry it said you could explain this like a lemonade stand and so then I did a whole course on how to price the roofing services this is one of the slides and I then got AI to generate the for each slide to make my point so in this case it was what the ingredients are just like the materials and so I gave a really simple explanation about how to price Roofing Services through the lens of starting a lemonade stand and it can be really great for that but again it comes down to the prompting so another lesson on prompting is being concise right so you want to be concise in your words because and you can even get it to help you design a prompt so you can actually ask it to help you design a prompt and then use The Prompt um but you want to be very concise about what data points it is using or what data points you want back right so you can say read this p&l statement and it will read it and it might tell you what you want to know or you can say read this p&l and tell me what my gross profit is or tell me what my total cost of sales and marketing is or tell me what my total cost of office administrative costs is or tell me all my automative Automotive costs are as a percentage of my Revenue so you can say what is the format of the answer so as a percentage of Revenue and you can tell it what data points you want which means you want to avoid filler words you don't need to talk to AI like you talk to a human you wouldn't add an uh or an um or a du right so you avoid filler words and just be very concise about what you want and explaining the why behind what you're doing so if you start say you are a master um a master sales objection Overcomer right and you are tasked with teaching a sales rep how to overcome the I need to talk to my wife objection I want you to look at this through the lens of this person is unempowered and needs to be empowered and the reason the why of doing this is I want to be able to go into a sales presentation and be able to present five ways to overcome this to a bunch of new sales reps who have the perspective of just starting sales so that would be my whole prompt right because then you've explain the why you've avoided any filler words you've told it what you're looking for in the form of an answer and that you want Point answers you're giving it exactly the objection you want to overcome the job that it is going to take and if you are trying to create a complex prompt you can always stop for a second and say do you understand what I'm asking you and it will explain it how um how it thinks right how it is thinking um you presented your ask and so when it um when it explains it back you can say no actually I meant I wanted you to do this and it can it can reformulate its idea of understanding what it is that you want and so another thing that I really love chat GPT for is the ability to learn anything because there's so much that we as business owners don't know that we don't know I wish right that I had a um a person in my industry so like businesso business CRM building right I wish there was somebody in my industry that could explain some of the stuff that I explain to roofers like I know exactly what a roofer should pay their pay their salespeople but my commission structure is really quite ambiguous and there's a lot of a lot of different advice and so you know I have to use chat GPT sometimes to learn things or work through ideas and so you can ask it to create a list list and then expand on one particular point and you can also ask it to relate to other points and I'm going to kind of talk through how I do that it's because I will give it a source of knowledge right so I will go and take something huge from like Harvard Business review or McKenzie like these huge consulting firms right or even a book right it can now it's able to do um it's able to do essentially a a 700 page book worth of analysis in a single prompt it's like the context window they call it's crazy um so the other day I actually gave it a Jordan Peterson book a Joo willing book A Gabor mate book and a and the traction book uh book summaries and I said create a um an agent so essentially a robot that knows these four book summaries and through the lens of a Conservative Christian perspective let me ask you questions about what I can do to be a better father and husband and it does that now I don't expect it to be my pastor but what I am trying to say is that sometimes if you're just looking for like these people that you idolize or these people that you I shouldn't say idolized but these people that you hold in high regard right and you want to know like how would 12 rules for life look at this problem right and so you can give it a source of knowledge you can use an article you can summarize a video like a YouTube video you can tell it to use an article as a basis of knowledge for your problem and then ask it to highlight like maybe key differences between two perspectives and then guide you step by step through solving a problem so when you give it that complex explanation of two books and you can ask it to break it down into steps and then you can actually say guide me step by step through this so you can give it a Blog that says says I want to add the Facebook pixel to my website here is a knowledge based article that's nine pages long right guide me step by step on how to do this and you can actually take screenshots of what's on your computer and say where do I click or what button do I hit according to the instructions and it will tell you in the top left corner click this button because it knows what's on your screen because it will actually analyze an image um and so if we could think or I I don't know about you but if I could think like anybody in this world today I wish I could think innately like Elon Musk I wish that when he had a um when I had a challenge or I was looking an opportunity I wish that my brain worked like a person who has just had the opportunity to solve some of the world's biggest problems because a whole world full of astronauts governments and businesses used to look at the fact that a rocket would fly up into space and then have another little rocket that would shoot off the top of the other rocket and go and do stuff in space and the first one would just fall to Earth and splash in the ocean and be useless and uh he looked at and said that's kind of like a big giant pallet of cash of like $6 million just falling to Earth if you saw a pallet of cash falling through the sky would you not try and reach out and grab it and he said and and that was what he looked at and that's what became the the foundation of of what SpaceX does and so when he said that he wanted to do that a bunch of people people said well that's not possible and he said why and there's a really great interview where he talked about um where he just said whenever somebody tells me something can't be done I just ask why five times and then generally I know what to do and so that has now been kind of called the fivey root cause analysis which is where we and I'm going to get to this because again you can use AI to write a blog okay congratulations or you can use it to help you think like Elon Musk if you're going to be in this room on a Saturday morning I'm G to try and help you think like Elon Musk okay like you want to run out write blogs go to YouTube all right but the 5y root cause analysis as kind of broken down um through the process of people trying to analyze him as they say the steps are you have to clarify the problem find the direct cause so the direct cause of why you could not make a reusable rocket um one of the direct causes was that when the first stage launched out of the or the second stage launched out of the first stage it would actually break the first stage so it broke it before it even had a chance to be caught and he said why does it do that well then there was an underlying cause that there wasn't this like basically a cap on top of it that was tougher right so like why couldn't we put a cap on there right well then there's usually some pattern causes so he would ask that and he would look for pattern causes and then he'd find root causes like well we don't have anything to like aerodynamically direct it right and there could also and there was also like regulatory issues it's like well you can't actually like you can't actually make a rocket come back and land on Earth because you're not allowed to like drop something from space to Earth without destroying it on the way down because it might hit something why well because you can't fly it okay so we have to make it Fly then why can't well you can't do that why so you would just ask why five times until he gets to the solutions so um from there I made a prompt okay and so you get to use this prompt so Betina has a Google doc that she just posted in the chat which is just this text which is what you can paste into chat GPT very simply and just say when I invoke begin y five wise analysis facilitate a root cause investigation as follows State the problem ask me to clearly Define the problem we are facing describing it in a simple sentence first why prompt me to answer why the problems occurring by identifying a direct cause subsequent wise for each answer provided probe Deeper by asking why again encouraging me to look beyond the immediate cause and toward towards the underlying cause identify patterns help me identify patterns and I won't read this whole thing but you can use this and then say when I use end five wise review wrap up the session providing a recap of our finding and the next steps so if you can find information about how a person solved a problem and if somebody out there has broken down the steps as to how to do that well then you can have chat GPT help you design a prompt now furthermore you can also so HubSpot right people know I love this company well they wrote a blog post about the 8020 principle which is or the 8020 rule which is known as the Paro principal and they said what is it and how the Paro principle will supercharge your productivity you can find this you just look up Paro and HubSpot this blog pocks up um and it was written last year but essentially you you don't even have to have somebody go and analyze Elon Musk you can get chachy P to do it too so you can say Analyze This blog and then break the how2 section into parts and then guide me step by step on how to do do a Paro analysis and then write me a prompt so I can use it later to do it and this is that prompt so now you could say Okay activate Proto analysis it tell you data collection cat so this is how we come to like more better new in Consulting like take the data find out what is working what is you what are you getting 80% of the results from 20% of the work just do more of that right so quantify the impact ranking so this is the Consulting methodology one piece of it I have like probably like 12 of these saved so I only have two so I know you guys came here to find out what could you make today in your business so this is some highlevel that I think is what AI is actually meant to do but let's get fancy and find out how to make it work for us okay so let's bring it back down to I want this thing to actually do stuff for me today so I promise that you guys could come here and steal this workflow all right so this is something that clients pay lots of money for us to make stuff like this um but I want you guys to just come in here and steal it all right so this workflow essentially is a six-step process that you can use if you just have slack which is like six bucks and chat GPT premium which is 20 bucks a month if I had to rank Netflix and Disney Plus versus 20 bucks for GPT or whatever I don't even know it might even be more than 20 bucks at this point maybe it's 29 it's Dirt Cheap like dirt cheap it's practically free um and uh and then you can use it to kind of give you this workflow so I'm going to break it down step by step but the purpose of this is to understand after every call um what was the objection that the customer gave me what is the next step and what is the next activity date because when I'm a sales manager and I got 40 inside sales reps right because remember this this company used to primarily serve the big companies that have an abundance of people that are very hard to keep and wrap your arms around if you read the CMR story that Demitri put out it's mostly like a hitpiece but there's some interviews and there's some things that you can glean from from it and one of the things that you can glean from it was that they didn't have much data on what was going on and a Black Swan became to form right so if you're dealing with 40 inside sales reps right and they're making phone calls to customers you want to know what was the objection what was the next step that the customer needed in order to make to like or or the salesman promised in order to try and move the deal closer to being signed and when would they promise to do that like if you could just pull that from every call you could at least keep your finger on the pulse of of a sales department so the first thing we have to do is take a anytime a call ends now expert level would be to filter it by saying if it's a certain call type or has a certain call outcome or from certain people um because then you could have different workflows for accountants different workflows for the a different analysis for initial lead intake from the reception team so you could actually Define scripts or Define ke key performance indicators of a call type and then say if the call type is this and the outcome was connected and it was from one of these four people run this branch of work and then a different one if it's that type of call right um but that's expert level I want to keep it sort of basic right then you send the call recording from your VoIP software so like we like just call kixie is another one ring central is another one zoom's another one alare is another one I I I hate phones they never they're all good and bad at both at the same time so um they're tough but doesn't matter you can do it with any one of the calling systems generally so you send the call recording to a Google Drive which most of you have some form of Google Drive Right a Google workspace account and then you can just give it a name based on the person and the call ID generally every calling software has gives every single call its unique like 10 digigit number so it's an easy way just to automatically name it so that you could search it later you can automatically delete them after a week so you're not filling up your Google Drive unnecessarily because you already have the call inside just call you just need it to run this workflow so you could schedule another zap to like wipe out this folder every week or every month right and then you can use chat gpt's whisper feature The Whisper model so again or sorry not chat GPT open AI so zapier actually has two things from open AI there's chat GPT and open AI so there's it's one company that has two products in zap here openai and chat GPT this was one threw me off a while back um and so openai has a whisper model that says it can listen to the call and create a transcript and the reason we don't just use a transcript from another tool is because now it's like a photocopy of a photoc copy right I want to actually get the like yes just call has a transcript but I don't want a photocopy of the photocopy I want to get an original so I say make it make its own transcript as it understands it and then I create a new assistant with chat GPT so I create a new assistant um that's according to my sales call analyzer instruction set so this was my instruction set so I said as a sales call analyzer my primary role is to listen and analyze sales call recordings I focus on three key criteria identifying the customer objections or checking if the sales representative asked for objections and noting the specifics of these objections two determining if a next task or action item was established during the call and detailing what it is and finding out the date for the the date set for the completion of the next step or action item my goal is to provide precise insightful analysis to help improve sales strategies and customer interactions I prioritize data privacy and how to Al information confidentially I am designed to continuously learn and adapt enhancing my ability to analyze sales calls effectively so that was the like little agent my little AI sales manager that is going to listen to every single call and run that run that game against it right and then I'm going to prompt a new conversation so I said I created my assist assistant then I'm going to have a new conversation with my assistant using the prompt instructions fed by the transcription that I got from The Whisper step so the transcribing step and then I said copy that feedback so from that past step copy that and send it to your sales manager and slack so I send it to sales manager slack so that way there's just a constant feed right and you can kind of like quickly look at them so this is like a message of what this would look like right so it said the customer objections about the price difference between HubSpot and job Nimbus I want wasn't expecting it to be 30,000 a year right furthermore it seemed too high the customer is indecisive while reorganizing his business model to match the inside outside sales model I read Roofing machine I've seen Adam talking about it just don't know how that's translated in HubSpot the sales represent will check with Adam see what can be done for the customer looking at the HubSpot quote right talking about tightening up the finances improving inside out to the sales model benefits of it a specific date for next step has not been determined from the conversation however the sales representative projected to follow up in the near future I see what's going on with all this and see what your options are so there's no date set right and so now I say hey um person who did this call you should give the customer a date in which they can expect you to get back to them if you just say I'll see what's going on and get back to you there's no date set I would say from this call you should always set a date and you didn't get a specific um like if I was to improve this prompt I would say like I would look for like the if I could would you right I probably trying to enhance the prompt now that I'm reading it out loud in a room of 100 people I would say I would add it to say look for something the sales rep asked for that said if I could do this would you sign right I would probably try and add it to look for that so that's probably how I'm going to improve this prompt um to do that so now here's a bonus round if your CRM allows it because we have some customers in here so for those of you who are a customer this is the bonus round of what you could do and if you you have a CRM you could talk to your CRM people right and see if this is allowed but I know that in a lot of them it's not but you could say okay if you can find the contact in my CRM from this call if you can find this contact go find it and then I want you to add that note from the assistant response so that the assistant respon is logged in the timeline moments after the call is completed so that we can say hey um take this and put it in the notes in the CRM so that the sales rep can see it as well and other people engaged in the deal because there's inside sales and outside sales in most of our clients companies um then we can update that slack message that I was sending to include a link to that contact in the CRM so whether the sales manager is at his desk or this call is happening later at night because the sales rep's trying to close deals you know after supper when people are fat and fed and have happy um he could see okay this call just happened and I can click that link and again this is one of the parts that gets hard for other crms you're gonna have to check if your people can do it so I can go directly to that customer even from my mobile phone where the original call recording is and I could listen to the call more in depth if I wanted to and then in our CRM you can like here see the transcript right here in the HubSpot mobile app and then you can also like leave uh comments saying hey you know at Sam this was a great call um try texting them as well or or whatever like you could try and add some stuff to that so that is the end of my presentation we have some time 20 minutes to go through Q&A demonstrations I saw somebody asking me to demonstrate making a picture um that's super easy barely any convenience but I would love to see questions comments where where I can help you guys uh so uh besides the demonstration Adam we can start with the first question and that is from Josh uh and I'm GNA go ahead and uh Josh had a couple questions so just in case Josh does want to speak uh I'm GNA go ahead and ask him to unmute so let me just look for him sorry we have a few joshes over here Josh there it is so I'm going to start asking his first question and he says during a CRM build how much ver virtual assistant in AI can be used to grate tasks and automate our initial contacts scheduling per reps preferred inspection hours say that one more time during a CRM build how much virtual assistant and AI can be used to create the tasks and uh task automate our initial contacts scheduling per reps perer inspection hours ah um yeah so I mean you could you could do this the though the reason that we don't because again do not automate what you should systematize the challenge with AI currently is that it doesn't have like spatial reasoning around a map so it couldn't look at a map and say I want to schedule this appointment on a day that a sales rep is already in that area so Josh I know you're kind of more rural because you're outside of Omaha Nebraska so you know you it wouldn't be able to say like you would end up having sales reps going from the north of town through town to the south of town then back up to the north end of town when it could have been smarter about that yeah and so um you could do it absolutely you could but just because you can doesn't mean you should this is a critical part for homeowners um because in again this is getting off the beaten path of AI but homeowners don't want to call a roofer they it's not a luxury purchase it's not a h it's it's not a fantasy purchase it's just a thing they have to do and so you know the the wife is going to say you know you need to call a roofer can you call and get a roofer out here and then he's going to go ah fine I was watching the game and then they're going to go search roofer they're going to try and pick one they're going to go to your website they're going to click the contact button they're going to call and then if they get a call right away from a form submiss submission or if they get an answer right away um then then they're if if you spend 11 minutes on the phone with them collecting information building Rapport like you have a real ins salesperson with a vested interest in getting the deal I'm going to talk more about this in inside sales next week you could potentially take that person out of the market but if it's just hi name phone number email time date J Jay's your sales guy buy you haven't taken them out of the market they're going to go e that was okay and they're going to hit back back go to the next roofer on the list call them and do another appointment so I want to use that initial phone call to gobble up time so that guy spent 11 minutes on the phone with me go getting his appointment set and now when he's cuz he he's pot committed he might not necessarily love that he had to go through all those questions but at the end of the day he's going to end up with his appointment and then he's not going to want to go through that again because he doesn't know that that's not the experience that he's going to get with the next guy so now he's going to cross call roofer off his honeydew list like there just it's not a gold silver bullet it's 100 golden BBS and this is one golden bb that you can use to decrease the amount of competitiveness that you're going to have to go up against because you just create more of an onboarding experience and less of an appointment taking perspective but that's why I don't want to automate it because I want the customer to feel like they talked to a human and they got they they solved the problem I called a roofer now I get to go back to watching the game or you know the same applies for a single mom dealing with her kids all this kind of stuff shingle blows off you want to make it so that once she calls a roofer she feels like she did a great job explaining her problem and finding a great roofer to solve it you five star reviews master elite or whatever now they called you you're going to come out on Friday if you suck maybe they'll call someone else that's the experience we want to give people not like an AI chat bought appointment set yeah and that makes sense and like like for me like I'm trying to figure out our guys schedule their own appointments still um I know we need to probably change that and I'm trying to figure out like how to bridge that Gap so a number one is always on the calendar so we always know where they're at what's going on um just because those reps they got they do got a lot going but they just don't do the busy work ever and so it's like okay but maybe that's just what I need to change to is we're just setting the schedule for you got to be there when I say you got to be there uh you work with them to get an understanding of their schedule they make sure they put their dentist appointments and their Christmas recitals on the calendar and then and then you really this is a service provided to them because salespeople at the end of the day they're attention deficit that's what makes them good they hear no and they don't cry so therefore all the stuff that isn't what is in their unique zone of Genius which is walking roofs walking SES documenting site conditions taking pictures and closing deals right if it isn't those things they're not going to do it they suck at it and they don't do it and you just got to take it away and some guys like this is all we're talk about this in inside sales next week so I don't want to dive too deep into this right now because I I see the questions going Josh I hope that was helpful and we're gonna jump into the next question uh this one is from Joseph and I'm gonna rephrase a little bit but uh he says that I feel like if we talk about this in our business plans uh we're going to have a little bit of push back from our employees uh they feel like this will take over their jobs how do you overcome this that's a great question you this isn't meant to take away their jobs this is meant to make them better at their jobs and if they don't their competition will um I am able to do like technology is a lever it's just a tool and so if Eagle View came out and made it so that we don't like for anybody who is an old dog right I had to measure roofs because we had a tape and we had me and and he was at one end of the rake and I was at the other end he was at one end of the Gable or at the other one end of the cap and I was at the other we measured it and that was so inefficient then I went to the hardware store and I found this wheel and I was like man I can roll this wheel on the ground I could do this myself right so we immediately cut the amount of human capital required to do an estimate in half right and then Eagle View came out and it was like 45 bucks and I was like that I don't have to walk to the edge of a twostory 7 or 812 with a freaking wheel to get right to the edge of the drip to figure out how big this face is I don't have to risk my ass to do that I can still climb up on the roof walk the peak take pictures but I don't have to like actually walk all over this thing continuously putting my life at risk for 45 bucks this is a no-brainer it didn't take yeah it made it so that I could do five appointments a day rather than three so this is just another one of those um it is not designed to eliminate like a person who commented in the chat was David LEL sales manager for KC's construction successful company on our HubSpot Enterprise plan big like really like legit dudes and he's like this is an absolute must why because it's not going to remove his position as a sales manager it's going to enhance his time as a sales manager because again he wants to what is the job as a sales manager recruit a team and build the build the sales team and go sell roofs that's his job recruit build a sales team and go sell roofs what is so audiation research composition refinement distribution if his job is to recruit and build a sales team sales training is what he has to do if he can use AI as a lever to analyze and listen to all the sales calls and provide him with Point form stuff and then he could take all those things and put 20 of them into a Google doc and then put it in chap GPT and say analyze this and tell me the most common objections and the the the the things that they are not doing according to this rubric then will spit out of things saying this is this then he could use that as the research right and then he could compose a sales training plan and then he could refine and edit that to their to the cobc construction customer Centric methodology and he could distribute it in human form and look like a genius right but so it's not going to replace him as a sales manager it's gonna enhance him as a sales manager I hope that was helpful and now I got another question from a question from Jack so he says so for your example you need a CRM V Line a Chad GPT Google Drive slack or similar and zapier to automate the triggers was there another TCH pce required or recommended then you have uh to build out the promp scripts assistance and automations uh yeah no you just need chat gbt the premium subscription 20 bucks a month slack zappier CRM and a void provider that will put the call recording on a URL and like and that's like kixie like we like just call we've used kixie I believe ring Central will do it Zoom might um I don't know if alware Will um HubSpot also has calling features but yeah like you want yeah yes Johnny or's asking if HubSpot integrates with vo oh yeah absolutely it's the the best phone integration system I've ever used I love it uh Brian ke is asking what is the fifth point after ideation research Etc oh ideation so come up with an idea research your idea ose the thing that you want refine and edit it and then distribute it Jason ask can AI be used as an answering service after hours uh Google like yes but it's buggy still it is it is buggy still it's getting there it will be there soon Google actually made a full like hair salon booking thing which I was going to bring up on Josh's question but because the hair salon knows that the hair styles will always be at chair five right and it doesn't have to worry about addresses and that's why I said the spatial reasoning was the reason but it will get there but it's um yes you could but it's buggy and people know that it's Ai and it's just not it's not quite there yet there is like text text of voice better yet you can have it so that the um the voicemail you could have it take the voicemail listen to the voicemail and then prompt and create tasks from the voicemail so you don't have to actually go listen to the voicemail the benefit is you just want the actions to be taken from the voicemail so better yet you can just tell the customer what to leave on the voicemail and that then you can have that voicemail again like just call has that like take a new voicemail upload a Google Drive run this prompt against it take the agent send a slack message add a task CRM done uh Mark add uh sis as a sales manager anything uh I will streamline um that will stre streamline help stream sorry guys the questions keep popping up and it confused me as a sales manager anything that will help streamline my day and help me help others to follow their dream he says that he is all for it perfect I'm glad to hear that um yeah I don't think there's a question there he's he's asking if there's anything that can help streamline his day to help others uh using Chad DP as a sales manager oh okay so um to streamline your day I would well I mean yeah there's a ton of things right I mean again what is the constraint from you doing that you're trying to help others right so find out what the constraint is um you know one thing is you I mean like the minute I get an idea three more pop in my head but there there's so much like really like what does it take to be a successful sales manager right it's like first you have to find out what appointments you have for the day so you you can ask chat GPT to send you a report every day of everybody's Google calendars and say what is every everybody's plan are there who's on the whole plan and who has a plan right and so you could do it that way to like try and keep track of your day um you know there's there's the ability to help them um with the their objections again I would take it through the sales training as a sales manager your job is to recruit and build a team and go sell roofs so I would really just use the tool to make you have better training that's probably my simplest answer without identifying a bunch and spending more time ask doing some Q&A about what the constraint is currently um Louis is asking is there a way to use AI for Effective Legion um if you're ju like there is yeah like you can spit you can spit like you could get a like I would say that it's better for like business to business than business to Consumer um but if you say have a list that you pull out of one of those hail Trace systems and you have a bunch of phone numbers you could use it to automate sending text messages to get them to book through your chat bot on your website um you so you could you could use it that way to like just Spam people like like yeah AI allows you to spam people faster right um it is it is a possibility but um just you have to think of the negative of that as well so you can use I would say that using AI to create better content to um create better Outreach to train better people to analyze the data in your business to make it so that you know even using it um there are AI tools that can help you make your website convert better the number one problem in in in marketing for roofing companies is that you look at your conversion rate in your website and the average is 3.7% so you have a th000 people visit your website 37 people send you a lead you can try and get another thousand people to your websites and get another 37 people or you could just try and figure out what happened with the 963 bank cards that came to your website and left why conversion rate optimization is like the the lowest hanging fruit it's not it's not complex it's just hard and takes work and takes analysis but it's just so much easier to sell roofers 100 AI generated blogs for SEO to try and get another thousand people to visit the site than it is to just try to make the website convert um so that's what roofers buy because that's what's on the market in the biggest bulk so a lot of ways to use AI to generate leads but um I think it's more effective at getting more from the leads that you have um we had a f few folks asking during the chat how can you set up a cad DPT open Ai and subscription So Adam if you can tell us a little bit more about that and Caleb also asked uh would this be in Atlas or should I go ahead and set it up that's from Caleb Helmont uh Caleb that wouldn't be would that be possible in Atlas so you can in integrate just call with it yeah Atlas is the free CRM we have a free version of HubSpot for roofers under two million and so he's asking if we could set this up in HubSpot free and so I'm just working through the steps so if you have the VoIP caller yeah you have you can have Google Drive yeah you can get this like we'll do the zap here for you for free and you can use our zap here account for free so that's not an issue you have open Ai and chat TBT so that that could work right we could even use our own because it's like we pay for so much chat TBT I don't really care it's going to cost pennies um and then posting an engagement into posting an engagement into the the contact and then add yeah you could do that with free that's awesome yeah you could do that on the free version holy I love it I love this love it um yes so the answer is yes I just had to work through it in my head and folks for for the subscription with GPT they do have some free options they have like a more limited plan uh but they're low you just can't you just can't automate on the free that's the only thing you can't like access it from zapier but um yeah chbt really simple um I'm going to log out so when you come here you can click sign up um then you'll end up in here it'll look kind of like this I'm obviously going to use my account so then this is the screen that you're going to see it's super simple um and then down in here right you can sorry then you can go my plan and then you can be yeah plug 20 bucks a month right you know the the better one is GPT Enterprise but that's for like Microsoft and well Microsoft owns it that's more for like Delta Airlines you know what I mean um and then the where you can make so the couple cool things um oh really they've p i just sorry batina I know you told me not to do this but I just read David turcot's question which says they paused upgrades and I'm on a wait list anyway to get around this you know what they do that sometimes I remember when Dolly first came out um the image generation you had to get on a weit list and it was really hard to get get it through and and I remember when I finally got access to Dolly it was like a big deal um if they've paused it then yeah I mean that's going to be an issue but you'll probably get through event they get they they open it up all the time you just get on the wait list and you'll get in um but we uh I mean if you're a client of ours then you know we'll just let you use ours because we pay for we pay for all the we have a company account like a builder account as well um so we build stuff all the time that's how we got like a roofing RBP Roofing Market analyzer which was like uh you know you set up those assistants this is kind of like that where we can say you know how big is the roofing market and Joplin I and we trained it to essentially say like how millions of dollars could I do in this market based on the housing data so it searches Bing gets a single family dwellings starts to do some math gets the number of commercial buildings per number of commercial buildings per single family dwelling it says okay that's your market right so that's kind of cool right you can make these gpts do that someone asked what how to generate an image batina ceue up my next question but I'm just going to do this so I don't know someone put in the chat an image they want okay so the next question is from uh Doug and he's asking how long would you anticipate a lay man to set up the process that you just lay out what potential lowlevel snags would we could we run into okay for sure so make an image of a confused roofer in front of a computer that's what AI allows you to do guys answer two questions at the same time yeah but I love that rofer on a beach with a phone looking at his HubSpot dashboard so there's our guy right there um rofer on a beach in Tahiti being concise um looking at the huts on the water while also holding his cell phone looking at his [Music] CRM his expression should be extreme Bliss because he has HubSpot for us here okay well that's making um zap here all right so the hardest part is probably setting up the assistant I mean I put um it's it's pretty easy like I mean again a Layman like I mean if your struggle with zappier this is why you should just work with us because this isn't your job necessarily making this kind of stuff but um okay search up my zaps search analyzer sales call so probably the hardest one is creating the assistant so basically writing this prompt um that's probably the hardest one so when you edit it so just knowing how to set this up so you're basically saying the message is from step three your assistant that you created from step four the assistant name which is going to be the name of the file the model you're going to use a gp4 then you're going to give it a conversation ID so that's probably the hardest part is just knowing what to put in these boxes and that you don't need to use this box or that box like knowing which boxes not to use and what they mean is probably the hardest that's probably the hardest single step like but if you want like just take a screenshot of that you know on your computer whatever and should be fine after that they're all pretty easy well Doug oh sorry Adam go ahead no I was just gonna say that that's probably it Doug I hope that that gave you some clarity and going back to the images uh Andre uh had a a good question so who owns the image after he has been generated by AI um in your request can can you trade market um you know that's a hot topic of discussion right now um in that you don't have a lot of um you don't have a lot of Rights but at the same time you can't be sued because the issue is this thing has been trained on so many things that the real concern is like is that a copyright violation that I now have HubSpot on here right and so right now um open a has funded an account to basically prevent or like to essentially cover the legal costs of anybody who generates an image from being sued um from this but I would say that really in the world of AI you can't it's like what's the value of trademarking it you know what I mean because someone else could create it so easily or they could create a variation so easily I think that this is really going to change everything about trademarking images because it is so easy to make something that's similar right like I mean these both send kind of the same message right um you know if I make this and trademark this would that be a trademark violation they literally came from the same prompt right but you know what is the value of the trademark and now that it's so easy to make an image uh yes you can make a logo make and there's really good tools that so the the other thing they know like when you guys see a tool out there it says blah blah blah now with AI all that usually is is a prescripted prompt so you know that prompt that that uh that patina uh posted earlier um the five wise framework or the Paro principal one ah sorry um The prao Prompt right well um but five wise analysis right so like I ran this five wise analysis this prompt is lot a lot of times what is in the AI tool so you you'll go and spend $9 on an app right and all it is is it's basically an app that pre prompts chat GPT or dolly or you know mid Journey or any one of these AI tools with a prescripted prompt so because you can say um go you can go into Dolly and say make me a logo for a roofing company and that's not that great of a prompt but if you say in a flat style um aspect ratio 2 to one um you can add a whole bunch of extra stuff to it to generate logos in a certain style so again this is audiation and research so it's like you're better off like to make sure you're doing is like um describe um so actually I would do it more like this what are all the different commonly used logo style options so this is giving you a bunch of different styles that you could do and then you can say give me a table of the different color um combinations and what they typically communicate um in branding so then you could use this to generate a prompt so you could say give me a so write me a prompt for dolly that would give me a logo um uh that would that would give that would um to generate logos in roofers love mascots in Mascot style using colors that imply L interesting black and gold that imply luxury interesting given who ask asks the question um Adam you ready for our next question oh and see I wasn't concise enough so now it's actually generating me an image uh yes go ahead with the next question okay so uh this is from Nim from hmark and he's saying can you make scripts for inside sales to follow when they are making calls to prospective clients say that again uh can you make call scripts for insight sales to follow when they're making calls to prospective clients with GPT or open a yes so to do that I would say so I actually did this if you go to roof so actually let's go back okay so oh it's trying to have something from back in [Music] June I've actually never gone this far back so I actually used that um to create an objection handling guide this is I actually got it to write it I was actually getting it to write a piece of script that would allow us to analyze calls but long story short I'm getting over complicated so um using the typical spiced or whatever sales framework or you could go and say analyze um you could put analyze a video from David benman or something like that and then you could say write me a script for sales that's like how I would do that so that's that's how to do it so yes you can use it to write sales scripts sorry guys I'm trying to get to all the questions as fast as I can I see Jason stendall has his hand raised maybe let's let him come on next okay let me go ahead and look for Jason um sorry while I'm looking for Jason let me address David's question we're already set up with hub spot and we are in revops face now does that link still work in our case does that link still work in our case that link what link what link David do you want to type something on the chat to elaborate that question link trying think what link he means you're in the ROP phase I if you're in the Rev phe with us then um then yes okay I think it was just he was just meaning uh for for the appointment and he raised his hand by mistake Adam so we're going to go to the next uh yeah so no no problem Dave David yes book book A book a call with me you're you're a revops customer Absolutely I'll help you yeah for those folks that have more questions I just submit a link and and that's just to speak with either uh one of our Representatives so you guys have any questions regarding open AI or flea Atlas or platform just use that same link and if you guys lost that link just ask on the chat and I I'll send it to you guys again so now we got a question from Jake uh I am wanting my sales manager to help the sales team overcome certain objections can this workflow create tasks to reveal the call recording uh if a certain objection is recognized in the called transcript yes um you would have to train it on a resource of the objections so I did that for us um so you could use this blog post as your reference right so it's like um so this is kind of like all this stuff that we would talk about where we say um objections so I have the or is that that's not it where's the objections yes so we would use you would use this because then we talk about overcoming objections objection handling framework uh talking about the different times like seasonal time constraints um of basically circumstances so like time money fit um others my business partner my wife um my team won't do it then like self like I don't think this would work because of something in the past I don't think this would work because something currently going on in my present I don't think this would work because something I fear in the future those are the objections that we handle so in our in my business so then the AI is set up to read this and then analyze a call against this framework so then this is like basically the sales manager's brain this blog post and then it listens to the call and then says based on this article what would be your suggestions for the sales repent that's that's how you do that um so we got another one from Josh and he's saying how much of all of this is part of the CRM built RBP has the keys to the car how do we make open AI HubSpot turn into company acul links from 19944 Tempo to 2023 Lambo um none of it's really like built into the CRM build because again like I said at the very beginning of the call this is not the constraint you need to first know the data on what is working again this is my fear about doing an AI class is then everybody just wants AI to do everything like first you need to know what is the constraint then what is working do more of it then do that better then do that new through the lens of get more customers make them worth more and drisk the Business from this happening forever right so the goal is not to make AI become your roofing company the goal is to understand what it is so that's more of a revops thing because then we can identify we can identify Trends and then we can use AI once we've found things that can be automated and where artificial intelligence can help um so I have a lot of recipes in my head my team is mostly focused around business Consulting and Technology Consulting and making HubSpot work for you so I know you're a HubSpot customer um this is not always the answer but when it is the answer I'm happy to jump in um but some people just want to throw AI at everything I have employees who are like that who just want to throw AI at everything and it's like do you even understand what the problem is like you know you have to understand what the problem is before you try and fix it with AI um we got a question from an anonymous now can jpt determine who is the best contractor in my in a given area and can that be manipulated to my competitors example chpt says Bob Roofing is the best contractor in Oklahoma uh it is it is getting there so you know how you have search engine optimization soon you're gonna have ai optimization so because you're right soon customers like I did a I did a podcast a while back um years ago now where I found the data on that people Google is asked one in seven of the questions asked of Google has never been asked of Google before on the scale of billions of questions per day and so that tells me that like people value the opinion of Google more than their Pastor the university Professor their parents their coach their therapist because they're asking Google questions that have never been asked before and this was years ago like I think it was like 2019 and now chbt got to a 100 million users in like 13 days or something so um people are beginning to ask chat GPT questions um faster like I just asked it a question today I asked it what was the um I was trying to make my this presentation better I said what were the five components that made Elon musk's reusable rocket possible because I was going to use AI to generate images to like further make my point I didn't get it done in time but uh but I asked that of AI instead of Google it won't be long before people say what is the best roofing contractor right now it'll tell you how to qualify a roofing contractor um but I won't give you the best one based on search results but Google is already doing it Google is already putting AI suggested results in the top so yes you will have to optimize for AI soon enough there's not really a rubric for it but again look at it through the lens of Google's job is to help its users get the best answers better than their competitors like Bing and open AI so Google's job is to help find the best answers so I would say that if you were trying to optimize I would do what this company does um which is provide the most the most service to their customers so HubSpot has a feature where you can create a knowledge base and then you can have like a better than a blog like how to like all the basically the help Guide to Everything about your business so like all the different homeowners associations paperwork so if you search how do I do my homeowners association paperwork for the Milani Town Town Association put all the data in there for how to do the HOA process to get your stuff approved right um so that you can ultimately help customers better Google scrapes all this and if you just answer more questions than the next company and HubSpot creates this knowledge base because Google knows the difference between a Blog and a knowledge base like it knows what this is and so it will then therefore um give your chance you give your site a little more credit as being a source of answers and that's ultimately Google's job is to make it so that people trust Google more than they trust anything else and Bard which is Google AI platforms you have Bard and you have um Bing AI I forget what they called theirs and you have grock is like tx.com and so yeah you you will have to open AI you will have to AI optimize your site soon um yeah Jack said miror Mir on the wall who's the best contractor of us all it's more like ai ai on the wall uh but G me asked um have you used AI to analyze Google console search an analytics for conversion rate analysis yes so the way that you do that there's actually a section in there for it um that is kind of specific to this so everybody has this which is data analysis so you can drop files in here so spreadsheets just using this right and then you can get it to read that data and so you can start to ask it questions um now I got a question for you can do this for like for finances like pnls stock charts anything where you just give it a bunch of data and then you can ask it questions uh Blake Blake is asking you to share the roofy analyzer the link to the roofy analyzer again I don't have a link to it because it's in my zapier account um so I can't really share the prompts but um this is probably the hardest step uh I can what I'll do is I will share I'll make a screenshot of it and I'll post it in the chat sorry copy oh I guess I can't paste it in here um oh Market analyzer yes the market analyzer yes yes yes um Market analyzer that's different so that is here here sorry this thing is like super buggy today or maybe it's just because I've been on Zoom for so long but there we go there's the market analyzer okay awesome so David is asking what is the best uh use case for air air. um air. is really cool it's really new it's basically like Google's uh Google's call analyzer um it has to be trained really really really really well right so it's pretty well trained on stuff that is very common like real estate sales because that's like I mean real estate sales is is it's so common right like every sales trainer has to get into real estate real estate sales that's where sales coaches are born right is selling real estate sales coaching so it understands that um kind of stuff but it has to be really really well trained and um you would have to basically write the book um on that so can be done um but it's not perfect yet I know a few people have tried it folks does anybody have any more questions that they would like to address to Adam maybe do we have anyone that would like to raise their hand I just want to make sure everybody gets answers to their questions but your questions also help me next time um because we have five more four more four more courses that we're going to go a little more advanced a little more advanced a little more specific on certain things like sales or marketing we got another one from uh we got a one from Jack um and is B and others in part which ipt at at this point in a IO not even close no it's uh they they they are catching up but no I mean open AI is by far the leader but I mean it has specific use cases like because Bard is trained on Google data it's like a better Google Searcher but again you combine tools right so you use Bard to do your research right in your ideation and research phase then opening eyes probably better at composition right and then you have ai agents that you can use are like the gpts so you can essentially train a GPT so you go here train create a GPT and then you can say I want um so what would you like to make a GPT for analyzing analyzing website data to optimize for conversion rate and then you can build it and then it'll help you configure it it's like a wizard for helping Do It Like It's Gonna kind of say so I suggest this name sure it's GNA give me an image for my like for my thing and then it'll help you define the it's essentially a guide to making a prompt but then you can always go in the configure section and adjust your prompt which I'll show you after this okay so that's good this is not going to be my best GPT I'm just trying to show you guys what that looks like okay should conc on user engagement metrics like page us and time or more e um so we want user engage let's go with user engagement so what it's done it's also built a few um pre prescripted questions that you could ask it so that it kind of makes it easier to use so when you look in the configure section it's already building the instructions here but then you can also come in here and say and also do this right so this is where the instructions go but the Creator is just helping you write a prompt that would be more concise Adam Ben is asking have you use it for video editing say it for YouTube or Facebook uh there's a lot more uh tools out there for video editing um that's there's a ton of content on YouTube about that um I'll stop this share go here I'll show you a really good video I watched this the other day and it was this one was really good I actually last eight months I want to actually um I'm wanting to make a I want to share screen I actually want to make an Al I was wanting to make an alphabet song like an ABC alphabet song for my kid that is essentially a video that it's going to start out as like the ABC but words about business like a is for cruel B is for Branding C is for cash flow like you know what I mean like I want to make like a cool alphabet book for my kid um and this actually showed me that you could like essentially turn a you can use it to make the characters for your book um I'm trying to quickly Jump Around in here uh you can use it to turn your essentially the poem that it would write into a song so you can use it to generate music and then you could have your characters become animated so it'll turn an image into something that actually moves um so you can actually have like create you have a bunch of different animations to choose from again it's made to animate children's drawings and then from there you could turn all this into you can then use Dem generate and goes pretty quick so you can make it's like that guitar that frog will actually play the guitar so in the end his demonstration is that he made so all of this is completely generated by AI he kind of generated these scenes and then he made them animate like playing the guitar playing the drums making their moues move and then filled the song which was written by AI then put the AI Written song against a rock tune and then essentially made that so like this one here for video editing is really good um I found this video really super helpful um and you could put that right there I put that video in the chat folks does anybody has anything else any other questions that they would like to address to Adam if there's no other questions I really appreciate this we ended up going a little over time and that's cool because um I know this is a big topic I think this is a good one for Saturday we managed to keep most of the people in the room and engaged so thank thank you so much if you guys enjoyed this help me out tell other people we're doing this um it helps keep this uh helps feels good so just do it because it feels good help me out tell people we did a good job help me get more people interested in this stuff help me have a bigger impact this is probably the most rewarding thing I do I genuinely love this um teaching if I had if I didn't care about the car I drove I would have been a high school history teacher so I genuinely enjoy this um and so if you guys are getting value from it help me out let more let more people know about it um if I suck also tell me so I can get better um but otherwise I hope you guys all start taking some action implement this stuff I hope I met your intentions um with leaving you feeling empowered so um and I will be doing four more on this topic we will get a little more specialized uh definitely send us the data on what you guys are looking for I got a lot from the questions I know what I need to talk about in the next ones thank you guys so much for being here if you guys uh haven't checked I did send uh the link for our upcoming courses and classes next week we're going to have our customer uh success manager present in those courses she's going to be moderating a few of them we're going to have a series on inside sales for those of you guys that uh are not familiar with that structure or not familiar with HubSpot you can participate on one class or all of those three classes I highly recommend you guys popping in uh they're going to happen on Wednesday Thursday and Friday of next week and we also have our regular courses happening on uh 12:00 pm and 600 pm. always on Monday Wednesday and Friday so we absolutely hope to see some of you guys there and like Adam said we highly appreciate you guys just sharing and talking to your peers about uh what Adam is doing and RBP is doing so thank you guys so much for your support we really appreciate it all right bye everyone have a great weekend
