word for y'all today and so i'll pass this over to you all right thanks you look familiar yeah aren't you the one that shaved my head i am yeah it's coming back in nicely yeah no christmas present for you yeah all right so yeah i'm going without the hat today i got tired of the hat and uh anyway hope uh hope it's okay sure it's fine so anyway what i want to do i want to build i was here a couple of weeks ago into the bible study and talking about our perception of god and how we perceive god is going to influence how we relate to him on a personal level and then how we relate him to others as we as we live our lives and the idea was that if we have a very small image of god or if we have a very uh legalistic image of god or we could go through a number of definitions it's going to impact how we relate to him as a father or not and then how we share that knowledge of god with the world around us and so i want to kind of build on that a little bit today because perception is everything and how we see our father how we see god and whether he is a good god whether he is a father or whether he is a strict task master that is all going to influence how we have fellowship with him or not and one of the keys i brought out last time is you can really judge your perception of god by how much time you spend with him how much time you spend with people is a good indicator in other words you will spend time with people you like and you will try to avoid people perhaps that you don't get along with as well and you will spend time with god if you like him in other words your prayer life is going to be a reflection of how much you know and love and understand god and his goodness and you're going to be less likely to spend time with him if you're unsure of who he is or how he relates to you and those are those are important concepts for us as we as we move forward in our in our christian walk so let me let me just read a few things i have in my notes here knowing god is a loving father will free you from guilt and condemnation and so the more i understand and know god as my father a father who loves me that frees me from from guilt in other words i'm not going to relate to him based upon my guilt or my condemnation of myself whatever i think i've done wrong that's not going to be how i relate to my father i'm going to go to my father and know that i'm going to receive love and mercy and his grace in time of need knowing god as a cheerful giver will free you from small thinking if you see god as stingy then you're going to be stingy if you understand god as a cheerful giver which he loves god loves a cheerful giver why because he's the most cheerful giver there is and so if we see god that way it's going to free you from small thinking in other words the the bigger you see god as a giver the more you are going to be able to enter into into god's heart in the area of giving so again perception is going to is going to color how you approach life and how you relate to others around you if you know god as the source of peace and joy and love that's going to free you from fear in other words there are many things in the world now that can be causing fear in your heart or anxiety or whatever but if you know god as the source of your joy and your love and your peace and that relationship that fellowship with him as a father is ongoing then you'll be free from fear in other words if you're living in fear you haven't really understood the god of love because perfect love does what perfect love casts out fear right okay so when we're talking about how we perceive god we've got to realize that there are other influences in the world that are coming against us to shape our perception of god we we can trace that back to the garden of eden the serpent was influencing adam and eve's perception of god by accusing god of being a liar basically you shall not die god had already said if you eat of this particular tree you will die the serpent came in with a different we'll call it fake news and said you shall not die and so there was a shaping or a an influence going on in the lives of adam and eve that changed their perception of god and then changed the history of mankind romans 12 2 let's read romans 12 2 it says and do not be conformed to this world and those are the influences that are trying to shape your perception of god in a limited way be but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of god amen and so we're looking to understand god in a way that would give us the good acceptable and perfect will or that which is more than enough that which is abundant life that which is good we're going to have these other influences there's a lot of influences in the world right now there you know the the political situation the news uh is trying to influence you fear is the major thing that most newscasts sell fear and anxiety and trepidation for the future and are we going to make it in you know wherever you are on that spectrum the news is trying to sell fear many advertisements on tv are selling fear in a subtle way by telling you about all the medicines you're going to need at certain ages and all the diseases that are out there and so they're going to be selling fear on a certain level we have the economy you know no matter how good the economy gets there's always going to be analysts that are going to tell you that it's going to it's going to tank pretty soon it's going to go down we're all going to be suffering here pretty quickly there's always someone negative that is trying to put limitations on what you believe about life and how you perceive how you perceive life and so we're either going to come into life and live our lives relating to perceived limitations or we're going to have a concept of god that is so big that the limitations get swallowed up and that's that's the the challenge that many christians have it's a challenge that i've gone through is that am i going to relate to god and relate to life based upon perceived limitations or am i going to relate to god and relate to life based upon his abundant grace his abundant provision and that's a choice i have to make and so if i don't know god as an abundant god if i don't know god as an overwhelmingly good god if i if that's not my concept of god then i'm going to be relating to him on a very limited basis and i'm going to be relating to the world as well on a very limited basis in other words i'm going to be living a life of limitations and possibly fear and never the joy of the lord never the abundant life that he has for me it sounds like um you know our perception has a direct impact on our expectations absolutely absolutely in other words and this took me decades to learn i mean i've been learning it all the while but if you see yourself as only worthy of getting by because of your lack of education or your lack of this or lack of that and you have different criteria that you've subconsciously established and therefore you only are worthy of or you only deserve up to here and other people may deserve up to here then you're going to relate to god based upon your perception of yourself and not your not your and your perception of god is going to be related to how you see yourself as unworthy or as guilt-ridden or whatever the case may be so yeah perception is incredibly important and i wrote this down i think i may have posted this on facebook yesterday you will either relate to god from your perspective of your lack or relate to him from a revelation of his exceeding grace and abundance your perspective is going to shape your life and your future so what kind of father do you have what kind and do you even use that term or is he god the severe strict mean legalistic god or is he your father who loves you and you can judge that again by how much time you spend with him and then how you relate to those around you and if you're not happy with god and you're not happy with yourself you're not going to be happy with people and you're going to be critical you're going to be judgmental you're going to be short with them you're going to never be confident around people you're going to be fearful because of this relationship that is not fully developed a god you're not sure that that you know and you know you and you don't feel worthy and so those perspectives are going to have a great deal of impact upon how you influence the world around you how you influence your family and others all right so some words came to me i was reading the bible one day i read the bible every day and uh came across the words much more much more and so i thought well i'm gonna do a word search there on so i do this very frequently i'll type into my the bible program that i use i'll type in in the search and in this case i typed in much more and i got all of these verses that came out and i thought this is good so i want to go through some verses with you i want i'm trying to help us get our concept of god bigger and better because the more you understand how good god is how big god is how much god loves you then you're the more you're going to want to enter into a fellowship with him and have a perspective on life that is not limited by the world by the news by the fears by all of the stuff that's out there we're not going to be limited by that because god is so much bigger than all of that amen so let's look at some verses in matthew 6 they're going to they're going to flash some of these up and i'm not going to read all of them necessarily i'll read phrases matthew 6 28-30 says so why do you worry about clothing will he not and i'm skipping will he not much more clothe you oh you have little faith and so there is the first instance we have in the gospels of much more people worry did you know the same jesus who warned of tribulation and pestilences and wars and rumors of wars in hard times the same jesus that warned us of all these things also gave us these incredible promises of abundant life in other words the two aren't contradictory just because we're and people write me and they say but barry we're going through all of these things and we can't expect i expect much more in spite of what's going on in the world jesus who warned me of what is going to go on in the world i'm not being taken by surprise by any of this also gave promises for us to have life and have it more abundantly and so i'm gonna i'm gonna land on that side of the fence if you want to land on the other side that's that's your deal but i serve a god of much more my concept of god is getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and and it knows no end because the love of god is past understanding how much he loves us and so when we get down into the nitty-gritty of daily life and it says we're talking about food and clothing in matthew 6 and he says how much more why do you worry why do you worry about this how much more he's talking about the birds and the lilies of the field and what have you will he not much more clothe you or you of little faith well where is faith going to come from well faith's going to come from this fellowship with the father faith comes by hearing him and when you begin to hear these promises and they're quickened to you your perspective of god changes and your your way of relating to him and relating to others is going to change as well all right let's move on in matthew 7 11. matthew 7 11 says if you then being evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more how much more will your father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him and a lot of christian religious people stumble here they just can't see that that's not their perspective that's not their concept of god how much more will he give good things to the well i've asked him for all kinds of stuff but you're not asking probably from this revelation of his goodness it's more of a trial run let me let me try something here and see if it works and it's not about seeing if something works it's about a fellowship it's about a relationship it's about reality that you have a loving relationship or fellowship with the father and you can go to him and ask and know and expect him to do much more than you can ask or think let's keep going i have a lot of verses i want to get through them let's go to luke 11 13. luke 11 13 says if you then being evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will your heavenly father give the holy spirit to those who ask him how much more now this is the verse that the lord spoke to me when i was seeking the baptism of the holy spirit and this is the verse i found and i've shared this other times on this bible study and i literally held my bible up to show god what he had said how much more do you see this and i believed i received when i asked for the holy spirit i believed i received and i've gone on to share that it took 24 hours 24 hours later i was still thanking god for having received i believed i had received when i asked and 24 hours later a whole prayer language just burst forth and and i the the manifestation took place in my case it took 24 hours of thanksgiving and praise and and and for whatever reason but uh that was the verse it was a revelation of how much more will he give the holy spirit to them that ask and so that that changed my life is believing that verse let's go on we got more romans 5 9 romans 5 9 says much more then much more then having now been justified by his blood we shall be saved from wrath through him so here we have another much more is it much more having been justified or in other words what it's saying is we're not just only justified we're also going to be saved from the coming wrath or in other words when the enemies of god are going to face their their uh their day of judgment we aren't we are going to be not only justified but saved from that day of wrath praise god that's good news amen all right let's do romans 5 10. we're going to be in romans 5 here a second romans 5 10 says much more having been reconciled we shall be saved by his life amen so much more so we have been reconciled or we have been we can say justified we can say forgiven we can go through all these terms but we shall be saved now in the here and now saved so-so or soteria both of those words include everything to do with salvation they include everything to do with with peace and joy and love and forgiveness and and prosperity and health and healing all of those things we shall be saved by his life or in other words you haven't just been forgiven there's much more there's much more and so the more we see this and the more we we look at these verses we begin to see man we're dealing with something that is bigger than our minds can comprehend but i think our hearts you may not get it all with your mind but your heart can get a lot of it we can understand how much god loves us okay let's go on romans 5 15 romans 5 15 says much more the grace of god and the gift by the grace of the one man jesus christ abounded to many i love the words the bible uses but here it says much more the grace of god and the gift by the grace of the one man jesus christ abounded much more it abounded i love those those kinds of words that seem to have no end uh much more and abound exceedingly more than you ask or think press down shaken together running over those are the words that god uses to try to get across to us how much he loves us and how much redemption has saved us delivered us and taken us into the possibilities of fellowship with god did you know that god lives in you it says in john 14 23 the son and the father and the son come and make their abode in us and he's called the greater one he lives within us i mean these these things are past finding out probably but there's it's so big and what bothers me about me and probably you about you is how we've limited this huge loving god who loves us so much that everything about him is much more he wants to give more do more and we've limited him limited him because we're living in a world in which limitations are the order of the day we are being told we can't do this we can't do that we can't do this you can't expect this you can't expect that you can't expect hardship you can't expect sickness you can't expect and so we've been formed or shaped by this world and in the process we've lost our vision of god if we ever had one we've lost our perception of a god who is much more and i think until we get a breakthrough in that area excuse me till we get a breakthrough we're going to live in a world of limitations we're not going to see god as as embarrassingly good and it's the word andrew used once it kind of stuck with me and if you're not embarrassed by how god good is to you then you haven't really seen it yet you haven't really gotten there yet and man i want to be embarrassed in that way i want to i want to be a reflection of how good god is and i want that to be what people see in me not this limited legalistic cranky approach to god into life i don't want to be there i want it to be much more praise god let's go on to romans 5 17 one of my many favorite verses romans 5 excuse me 5 17 says much more those who receive abundance who receive abundance much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift there he is he's a giver the gift of righteousness will reign in life through one jesus christ praise god and so we have been given a gift and it says much more those who receive the abundance of the grace of this gift of righteousness what's the outcome of this that they're going to be victims always suffering just hanging on barely getting by now it says that we should reign in life we should reign in life reign over what what are we talking about reign over the works of the enemy reign over fear rain over doubt rain over limitations and lack reign over anything that would steal the abundant life from us there's there's more than enough it's much more let me read it again much more those who receive abundance of grace abundant there's enough grace there's no end to grace of what god has for us we're probably going to end up in heaven and look at the the storehouse of grace and realize it's barely been touched if that makes any sense it's kind of a silly example but there is so much more than we've even comprehended okay let's move on romans 5 20 romans 5 20. hope this is blessing you it's blessing me all right it says where sin abounded grace abounded fill in the blank much more where sin abounded grace abounded much more does anyone out there ever accidentally sinned okay has any one of you ever missed it okay i'll raise both hands where sin abounded grace abounded much more or there is provision for you to be free from guilt and condemnation there is provision for you to to walk in the joy of the lord the peace that passes understanding there is provision for you to expect to be healed there is provision for you to expect to be delivered to expect good things in life there is grace for that there is much more and you're not gonna run you're not gonna cause it to run out uh for you or for anyone there is more than we can imagine okay uh romans 8 32 romans 8 32. now this one doesn't say much more but it means much more okay romans 8 32 says he who did not spare his own son but delivered him up for us all how shall he not with him also freely give us what all things all things or we can say much more god's heart is to bless you the father's heart is to bless you the f the father knows jesus knew there were going to be persecutions he knew there was going to be hard times he knew there would be earthquakes and famines and pestilences he knew this but that didn't stop him from wanting you to have an abundant life the abundant life begins within the abundant life begins within your heart it begins with your revelation of how good the father is and once you get a hold of that it's like a light bulb comes on and all of a sudden you can say wow this is i'm not limited i don't have to be limited i can live an abundant life i can live a life of much more and i really regret having taken so long to get these revelations in my own life because i can look back now and i can see where i was limiting god because i was limiting my perception and it was limited because i was limiting me i felt limited and all of those things over the years now have fallen off and now i'm in a place of expecting more and more and more of his grace of his provision of his goodness of his love of his joy of his peace and i expect it daily and i pray this way daily and i just i expect that blessing he is blessing me multiplying he is multiplying me he's giving it he's giving unto me pressed down shaken together running over he's doing exceedingly abundantly more than i can ask her think and i have to keep reminding myself of these things because the world is trying to steal that from me the world is trying to steal my perception of god as a good god and he's trying to steal yours too and that's why it's important we have these verses and there are much more verses there are many more verses that talk about this okay let's go oh no go ahead so would you say that um as far as the how part you know that i was um on the drive up here i was listening you know to uh where jesus said if your eye is good you will be full of light if your eye is evil you'll be full of darkness so would you say that our focus is what controls our perception or is there more to it than that no i agree absolutely in fact the lord was talking with me about this yesterday is that what we focus on is going to have a lot to do with what we are perceiving or the limitations that we are allowing in our lives and if we are allowing negativity if we are allowing negative words i was thinking about movies uh killing and cussing and all this kind of thing if we're feeding on that those are going to be shaping things on the inside of us consciously or subconsciously we are we are taking on an identity or an image about the world about ourselves about god and so yeah we we have got to decide we want to have a pure eye we want to have our eye gates our ear gates uh our thought gates all of those things need to be focused on the goodness of god or we're not going to we're not going to uh live in that abundance live in that goodness we're going to be limited all right so we if we know that god loves us and god's good but we spend 99 of our time filling our heads with fear you know that that may not we may not be experiencing everything you know we're mentally assent to god's goodness but not sort of hypocrisy in a sense is that you can say you believe one thing it can be a belief system it can be a doctrinal reality but the way you live is not it's not corresponding to what you say you believe and so you know i think we've all been through this and and i certainly don't want to live that way i want to live in a way that cooperates with the truth of god's goodness and i don't want to spoil it contaminated it's like putting dirt in water that you're about to drink i don't want to drink dirty water and it's the same with living our lives we don't want to live saying god is good god is great all of these things and then go and and fill our minds with filth that's it's not going to build us up in in the abundant life all right let me do a couple more here and then we'll take some questions uh second corinthians 3 9 says for if the ministry of condemnation had glory and that's speaking of the law of moses the ministry of righteousness the grace of jesus exceeds much more in glory so there's a whole teaching right there i won't take time but comparing the law with the grace of the new covenant much more glory in the grace of the new covenant we'll do hebrews 7 22 hebrews 7 22 by so much more jesus has become a surety of a better covenant again comparing the old of the law with the new and it says so much more jesus is the surety of a better covenant or in other words jesus is obligated to a better covenant on our behalf but do we believe it and that's where many of us our limited perception of god is is cheating us from the much more of the better covenant okay i've got more here i i don't want to take away the time for questions but let me read one more here ephesians 3 20 ephesians 3 20. it says now to him who is able to do and it doesn't say much more but it has words to that effect now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us what's the power that works in us well part of it is what i've been talking about your perception of god is part of the power that works in you you'll never go beyond how big god is in your life you'll never go beyond how good god is what you've defined him as his greatness or his love or his generosity how you've defined him is that's as far as you can go how big is he how big is god in your life and in your heart how good is he how generous is he how scandalously embarrassingly good is he to you or do you have this little tiny confined limited god which has limited you which is impacting and infecting those around you people are picking up on your perception of god your kids are your spouses the people you work with they are learning of how you see god by how you live and how you relate to them are you filled with the joy of the lord do you have peace no matter what are you willing to forgive and to love and to bless and to give and people will see god in you and the bigger he gets within you the bigger he'll get to the world around us amen amen i'm going to jump straight into questions we have a lot of really good questions and so i apologize in advance if i can't get to yours and um and i also apologize in advance if i mispronounce any names but let's jump right into them siamese on youtube is asking is it possible for someone to have a good perception of god but not spend enough time with him well yeah i mean anything's possible i in other words i i would think since god lives in you you can make time for him uh but yeah we can get really busy and we can begin to evaluate our lives and value our lives based on how busy we are versus how much time we spend with god and i'm making that shift right now that my busyness is not my value my fellowship with the father is where i get my value because that's where my life comes from and so if you find yourself doing that realize that working 60 hours a week isn't making you a better person though you may have seasons of that but but how much time you spend with the father is going to make you a better representative of his love and grace to others amen amen so here's one and it's kind of ties to the last point you were just making um our praveen is asking how can we keep our own heart from condemning us when we believe god for something that benefits us my head screams selfish selfish so when you're saying embarrassing goodness toward us how do we not feel condemned that we're wanting it for the wrong reasons see that's and that's good because i've been there but that that is one of the things we struggle with is that we don't feel worthy of being blessed and that's a problem right there uh ephesians 1 says that we have been accepted in the beloved and i look pale anyway we've been accepted in the beloved and accepted means we have been made pleasing to god he's he's done this for us and so it's not about how we see ourselves how does he see you and are you going to diminish that with your own definition of you or are you going to accept his definition of you and so we need to we need to understand how how blessed we are how much he loves us and that he wants to bless us with good things he jesus is the one that says i have come that they might have life and might have it more abundantly we're not making this up he created this for us awesome so one quick practical one megan on facebook asked you mentioned the bible program what do you use like for your word search and all i use blue letter bible which is online for free i have it as an application on an app on my ipad and my home computer i just go to their website and i they have word studies and they have the greek and the hebrew and they have many different tools that i find helpful so that's the one i use and i'll mention i like biblegateway.com not that it's a plug or anything but that one is easier for i'd say blue letter bible lets you go more in depth and bible gateway is a bit more of just a quick reference thing but there's a lot out there um and it is a very useful thing when you have a thought you can just go start searching for phrases and things so ruthie on chat asks the question how do we help encourage others that god is a good father when here on earth their own parents may have neglected them or not cared for their needs well this is a very real problem for a lot of people and i understand that and we cannot base our image of the father god on necessarily on the image that we have of our own earthly parents because our own earthly parents probably were going through things that we were not aware of as children and they reacted to the world around them based upon their concepts of the father and their their lack of revelation perhaps and so we're going to have to put that to one side and understand the father god in his own particular light and we can only do that through jesus jesus said if you've seen me you've seen the father and then all the verses that i've given in the last bible study i did this one and many many more i'll probably excuse me keep going in this vein in other bible studies but we've got to begin to build a a an image of god based upon his word and not based upon our experiences with others awesome so uh janie on facebook asks how do you walk in the balance between expecting more and being thankful for what god has already given you well being thankful is one of the keys to to expecting more thankfulness and giving praise and thanksgiving to to the lord is one of the ways that the earth in fact if i can look it up and just give me a second here i wasn't expecting to go here but let's go to psalm uh and i think it's 67. yeah psalm 67 5 verse 5 uh six five and six let all the peoples praise you o god let all the peoples praise you then the earth shall yield her increase god our own god shall bless us this is i i love this is a powerful spiritual key to releasing more increase and so the more that we are thankful for to god for what we have the more we're opening the doors of increase in our lives so the two work together being thankful uh and then knowing that god is thrilled to bless you with more because of your thankfulness that that that was a breakthrough for me and i find that yeah there's a difference between contentment which is great and complacency you know where it's we just plateaued everything's i shouldn't want more but you can be content and still want much more um yeah contentment is a is a place of peace but it's not passivity and it's not an attitude of giving up in other words i'm content right now but i know there's more and so i'm not going to get discontent but i am expecting right i'm expecting the blessings of god right so brianna on youtube is asking how do you keep from limiting god when you thought you have taken the limits off him for a long time but still aren't seeing miracles signs or wonders well you know again that would be spending time with him spending i mean everything is going to boil down to this my sheep know my voice and they follow me everything is going to be about fellowship with the father knowing him through his word finding these promises letting just marinating soaking uh in these things until they become a part of you till you believe them not just up here but in your heart you believe uh i there's no shortcut to this it's going to be fellowship and it's going to be focused on this rather than on whatever else is out there so on a related note priya on youtube is asking how do i stay consistently in god's word without focusing on worldly issues i often find my excuse me i often find myself spending less time with god which makes me feel upset okay do it again so how do i stay consistent in god's word without focusing on worldly issues just do it i don't know i i don't question it i don't i don't spend much time in the news at all because that is not uh planting peace in my heart it's not edifying me it's not helping me in my in my call and so am i aware of what's going on in the world yes from headlines and just surface knowledge uh but that's not where i spend my time that's not where i fellowship that's not where i look for my sustenance we'll say and so i want more time with god i cherish time with god i spend time every day sitting and reading meditating thinking i have i got inspired yesterday for a new book i just feel that the more time we give him the more peace and joy we're going to have for the challenges that we face in life okay so denise on facebook is asking is it possible that intentional intentional sinning creates a wrong perception of god yeah i haven't thought about it that way but intentional sinning has already is springing from a wrong concept of god and so feeling that you can do whatever you want is based upon believing a lie about the nature of god god's grace isn't so that you can do whatever you want god's grace is the power the provision the strength to live the life that he has for you which is a life of blessing and abundance when we choose to go and do our own thing we are sowing the seeds of destruction in our own lives you sow to the flesh you reap corruption and so there are warnings about that just as god gave adam and eve a warning in the garden don't eat of this tree you will die a competing voice came in you won't die and they for whatever reason believed the serpent and went with the tree that they weren't to eat from and so you know people do that every day my my best definition of sin is independence from god anything we do that's independent from him is not going to have his life and his blessing in it and so the less independent we are and the more dependent we are upon god the more our lives are going to reflect the abundance and the blessing we're talking about absolutely and just even this sowing and reaping as if we're if we're sinning intentionally it means that we're believing something apart from god we're sowing into that and now that's going to bear fruit in our own hearts right um right so tiffany on youtube asked how do i continue to stand firm on received revelations oftentimes i feel like i know the correct way to handle situations but in the heat of the moment i forget everything i learned well it's going to be it's going to take time i guess you i mean we have to build patterns we have to build patterns of time with the father we have to build patterns of of remembering the word of of declaring the word over and over and over as we build new patterns in other words the life you're living now is a pattern that has been instilled upon you from x number of years with your family with your school with society whenever you got born again you've you've already formed patterns and so a lot of a lot of life is don't be conformed to this world be transformed so we're going to have to make some new patterns of how we draw on the spirit rather than the flesh how we think the the words that come out of our mouths but if you are consistent in this it it becomes the new you that's the new creation coming to fruition in your life and you begin to see yourself not as who you were but now as who you are in christ this one's a bit more indirectly connected to the message but more topical with with your testimony right now so laurie on youtube is asking what does one do when their battle with cancer has gone on for two years i feel like i must be doing something wrong well uh you keep battling what can i say you keep fighting the good fight because you know the victory has been won on the cross 2000 years ago by his stripes we were healed and as i've shared at some point you know when when i first got a diagnosis back in may i instantly had supernatural peace i'm going to come through this now there there has been a battle and you know i don't know what the future holds but i know i've i've got the victory i've won the battle and so you you just keep fighting i was watching a football game yesterday a college football game or was it saturday and it was about two players and i forget which team that had both been dealing with something very similar to what i was just dealing with and it didn't mention anything about their faith or their belief i don't know if they're christians or not but just their vision to play football again kept them going and they both went through a very hard time in terms of the recovery and the the chemo and all of this stuff and they're both playing football now and they didn't attribute any of that on tv to the lord but just the vision of the future that they wanted to play football got them healed and i have a vision for my future and and i forget the name here uh you should have a vision for is it lori yeah okay you should have a vision for your future and it was looking toward the future that got me through what i've just been through and i've even shared i even have bought things that i couldn't use until i was healed because i have a vision for the future and and rather than dwelling in the present and getting all upset about the present i kept the future in front of me the future's in front of me i'm going to make it to the future i'm going to live in the future and the future is me healed and ministering and with family and what have you so that's i would say keep up the good fight keep your eyes on the future you will succeed amen all right well that's all the time we have for today i'm sorry i couldn't get to all the other questions but i do remind you that if you call 719-635-1111 you can get one-on-one ministry some of you were asking about baptism holy spirit things like that i'd encourage you to call in there they can help you with things like that we also have more teaching and tomorrow evening mountain time 6 pm andrew will be ministering for our daily life bible study and so thank you all very much for joining us i know that what my dad has shared has been a blessing to you and i will see you again soon bye amen you
