Character Demos Reaction! - Genshin Impact!

hello hello and welcome back to another video today we're back once again with genshin impact however today is something a little bit different now this is probably the most requested video on this channel at the moment now with the new character kazua just being released i hope i pronounced that right this is the perfect time to react to all of the character demos without further ado let's jump into the demos and here we are with the character demos now i believe there's 21 of these as of recording this video and each one is about a minute long so we should fly through these relatively quickly the first one we're going to start off with is captain kaya now it's titled cryo chapter so i guess we'll have to just see what kaya has to say without further ado let's jump into this one i have to say i'm super excited to see all of these because i've been deliberately holding them off because a lot of you guys were saying react to them so if i wouldn't have reacted them i would have watched them already but let's get into it hello kaya i'm kaya cavalry captain for the knights of favonius my eyepatch i want to hear my story i do i know a great place [Music] oh i love the music man ah the freeze frame oh lisa and barbara okay it's like showing off combos and stuff that's really interesting so it's showing off the the freeze and super conduct i like that okay so i'm guessing each one of these is going to show like how we could utilize the character that's really cool not bad come on let's get moving oh that's so cool okay so it's short and sweet but it gets to the point so next up we have official now this one i'm a bit curious about because i don't really know much about fishel we haven't met her in the story at all so i'm very curious to see what she has to say [Music] um that is such a cool intro [Music] the music [Music] okay [Music] that is so cool the music on that one was so interesting i love the use of the instruments and just the fact that they added amber in there to show off the overloaded is really fun now i am watching all of these from the official genshin youtube channel i will link the playlist to all of these in the description if you want to check them out for yourselves i would highly recommend doing so however i'm sure most of you watching this have already seen them it does seem like not all of them are in english now maybe i've just got the wrong ones but the kaia one was so i'm just going to take it how it is it seems like if they're not in english they have subtitles so that's absolutely fine next up we have pyro chapter which is zhong ling so let's see what zhong ling has to say oh she's cute i'm a chef if there's nothing better to do we could go foraging for ingredients sounds like a good time but if you do go out definitely take me with you nice and spicy it's time to introduce you to my latest masterpiece i call it the most marvelous multi-colored soup whoa music i like it [Music] i love the use of slow motion oh okay kaya lisa jungling okay oh that's super that's short and sweet i like that one i love the use of the music and the use of slow motion in these trailers or demos they're really really good next up we have chichina we did meet chichi in the story very very briefly she wanted us to go find the legendary coco goat so let's see what she has to say here gg [Music] i am chi-chi i am a zombie and i forgot what comes next oh i want to the music is so good it's frigid i like it hold my hand please this wind could blow me away you go chichi life goes on wow orders given orders received that's cool i should have stayed indoors today that is that was a cool one again short and sweet but that one was really cool and i love again i'm gonna probably say this about all of them but music 10 out of 10. kind of want to watch this one again i'm glad we watch these now and like after we've met the characters because i believe we haven't met all of them that we'll watch today but at least story wise most of these we would have seen so we got to react to them by seeing them in the game rather than the trailers but the trailers do an excellent job hold my hand please that's so cute [Music] go chichi there's this is that is so cool i love that i should have stayed indoors today oh the sword up in the air chi chi you queen i really really like that one that that's probably one of my favorite ones so far next up we have mona now mona's not one we've seen in the game yet but i do believe chichi was the first five star one that we watched so mona will that be the second five star so it was cool that we got to see chi-chi's animation for the for the q in slow motion because obviously being a five star she has a special one now mona hopefully we get the same thing hi mona [Music] i am astrologist mona magistas meaning the great astrologist mona the equipment repair bill is due and so is the final payment for that celestial globe i ordered astrologers must rid themselves of material desires only by ridding oneself of clutter can one see the true world around them wise words [Music] shadows of fate yeah yeah [Music] there it is oh that's so cool oh by amazing long had i foreseen it mona that was cool i like that one too very very cool luckily we have seen mona from um doing events we got to play as mona actually in one of the previous events which is really really fun so hopefully the ones that we haven't met in the story we've at least got to experience in the game somehow very very cool next up is our queen kaching kuching wonderful i love this character she's absolutely brilliant so i'm excited to see this one i love all the characters there she is yes come on enough procrastinating let's go time is against us we live in an era of change as the old order that has existed for a thousand years is about to be rewritten join me let us bear witness to this historical moment together let's do it okay okay [Music] you go queen hey i like that yeah let's go when your heart is set on something you get closer to your goal with each passing day oh that was 10 out of 10 100 the music as well so good that reminded me of pokemon that really reminded me of like a really intense pokemon battle that was so good ah kuching that kind of makes me want to have kuching now if i didn't want her already i definitely do now again i'm very glad i watched these now after i've already done the story bits because this shows off leo and i didn't want to spoil this for myself so um for those guys that told me to wait thank you so much but such a cool camera shot showing the different uh because he's animo you can show off the different elemental reactions that was so cool that's definitely up there with one of my favorites ben t and that's cool because i believe that's his japanese voice it does say japanese voiceover so is that his japanese is that his actual japanese voice in the japanese version that one with chichi and kuching are definitely my three top ones at the moment next up now this one's very fitting since we've been hanging out with this person quite a lot recently it's clean now this event is sort of still going but mostly over now all of the minigames are gone but the islands are still there however let's see what kali has to show us oh i love that intro already [Music] are you here for play time with red solitary confinement it's way worth it the fish tastes so good the strongest fighter in monster now this is where it gets really quick tornado well maybe noelle the confinement room should be stronger the strongest fighter in mustard i'd rather pick master de luc the blessed princess the torrent of judgment you mean that little girl lupercal this must be fate's chosen that is such a fun intro i really like that next up we have diona now diona is someone that is actually on one of my main teams so i'm very interested to see what diona will show us there she is hello diona [Music] diona bartender of the cat's tail i charge a hefty fee for private events my ears and tail are no prop they're real proof of my pet's mind bloodline is very busy when i'm not at the tavern i'm not collecting this music new recipe so nice off the frozen good area to do it in as well i wasn't waiting for you i just happened to be resting [Music] okay that's kind of that's short and sweet that's very fun i like that next up i'm sure is a fan favorite this one is child now apparently there's a lot to unpack in this so dearest sister i've been away for so long i've almost forgotten the cold of our home you know i grow restless when life is ordinary and boring though in leo fuses of excitement can be found everywhere just waiting for the right spark wow that's cool whoa oh nice music as well though i loved when he was skating down the waterfall that was super super cool yeah right here that's so cool into his little uh character screen that's that's fun i like that now this one i'm excited for this is shin yan now i'm super excited for her because there's not really much known about her at least in the game now you don't see her anywhere and the only reason i know she exists is because we managed to get her on a banner so let's see what she's got to show us the rock star let's [Music] the name and go and rolls the game hell yeah only one who plays it leela harbor been thinking about staging concerts elsewhere lately but what say you signed me up for your world tour uh-huh [Music] oh i like the music go traveler oh gee okay she's a geo traveler give her the stage [Music] that was cool i'm on fire lately look out for my next performance for sure i like that that was super fun again very short very sweet but that summed her up pretty well there from what we've gathered she's just a get out there get it done and don't take anything from anyone just bring the party with you now this one along with childs is definitely going to be one of the fan favorites this is jean-lee's now i'm super excited for this one come on zhongli we last left off with ancient lee beset by an ocean demon oh it's the storyteller dragon rex lapis mustard his adept eye to restore peace they say that before he sent out he spoke these words okay [Music] oh let's see if this uh matches up to venti's oh i like that oh i really like that [Music] oh okay that shows him being indestructible there [Music] oh nice this is an age of gods and monsters it is i wish not for dominion yet i cannot watch the common folk suffer oh i like it very nice effects there very cool where is it i will have order let's go oh the music as well [Music] to cleanse the land and defend our safe harbor oh i love it that was the first contract in leo and now the final contract too has been set in stone oh that is so good wow that okay that's up there with one of the one of my favorites honestly this i can't get the smile off my face the team at mihoyo have done an absolutely fantastic job of these okay next up continuing the geo theme we have our five star albedo um i'm excited to see him because we've got to play as him a couple of times in an event and also just meet him a little bit and he's he's definitely up there one of the favorites so let's see what albedo has to give us this is tomas's newest designer a commendable achievement 20 more years and perhaps we can let him make a start on the textbook sucrose uses today there he is albedo okay [Music] oh bouncy music this definitely sounds like a pokemon gym leader or something boss music first point [Music] oh that's cool onto the flower yeah i like it so it's what you're made of oh look at that okay here's glee let's do it oh that was cute whoa the universe the sable essence of the starry void earth the accumulative memory of time and being okay soil the origin of alchemy the basis of our life wow the substance from which primal life is molded oh go albedo [Music] yo that was fun i like that one no not the crucible oh no wow that one was so fun that was that was like really insightful on just albedo's personality as well i really like that one that one told a lot more insight on the character itself rather than just showing off the abilities which it did do but that was a really nice one it had really good music as always very very nice sort of character storytelling without having to shove it in your face it was very good paced i really like that one like director-wise that one was brilliant all right next up we have guan yu so this one is a little bit longer than the others this one's about the same length as albedos so we'll get to see hopefully we get like a good character story in here just to see a little bit more about guan yu because we got to see her in leo that was as far as we got to see her in there so i'm very curious to see what she has to say [Music] sweet flower so called because of its high sugar content as a food it's not the healthiest option but feasting my eyes on it works wonders for my mood so i cannot permit you to travel these flowers you go girl let's go guanyu i always forget she's a bow user that's a cool shot [Applause] nice oh she's using ammos or amos's bow [Music] oh please don't touch my horns oh careful don't sleep by monsters so i was asleep it was just a dream well now it isn't oh i love the music [Music] oh amazing shots wow oh that one was really good i love that well there's a little bit more okay oh is she falling asleep oh that's so sweet okay okay but yeah that was guan yu i liked that one a lot it was very very sweet it got to show off a little bit of her personality as well alongside albedo's one i like the chichi involvement very very sweet so next up we have the demon slayer i would try and pronounce his name but i've tried it a thousand times and every single time i get it wrong so you know who i'm talking about let's see what the demon slayer himself has to say stay out of my way oh i like that that again nice nice effects [Music] insignificant [Music] oh i like that whoa okay whoa [Music] okay the price i pay for eons of slaughter ephemeral circumstance perpetual agony this is nothing new to me [Music] jeez okay [Music] wow that one was insane my word that okay so there's a lot of stories surrounding this character that i don't know i know that he's a very troubled soul bless him wow that trailer did a really good job at showing his like inner struggles and just like really giving a good like shed of light on his personality and just how he is as a character and it just really helps you connect with the it does this with all of them it helps you connect with the characters and that's what i think i love so much about it not only is it you know musically very good not only is it directed really well with the cinematics and the effects and the slow motion but the characters themselves it when it shows personality it helps you really connect with the story and with the characters it's super well done that is definitely one of my favorites so this was one that was introduced when i started playing the game actually and that's who tau she was added on the banner pretty much after i just after i started playing so i'm very curious to see what hutau has to offer because she was one of the first ever five stars other than traveller that i got to try that was on a banner so when we did her trial and i found her super fun she i love her character design i really wanted her when i first saw her announced i had no idea really how the banners worked or anything when i tried to get her so now that i have a better understanding i get to see her again so this is going to be super nice hey you sure we're going the right way doubt there's any treasure in this creepy place this treasure maps bow ours we just follow it all the way are these the guys from that mountain that were frozen in the amber i can't remember their names wait did you just hear something i'm a fan you're just imagining things quick do something [Music] oh i like this one wow the black and white effect the silent movie oh that's so good order of duality impermanence of fate i raised this butterfly to guide me yeah so many troll people stewie not even worth the team guess i'll [Applause] [Music] time to go wow [Music] see you on the other side oh man i loved who towel from i love to towel from the moment i saw her as a character from her outfit to her to just what we saw from her abilities and stuff that has just made that has just sealed the deal with her if she ever comes back i really want to get her that is so cool as i said i think she holds a very special place in my genshin heart because she was there on the first she was the first i think banner that came out after i started playing just hutau was like a staple from when i started playing genshin now there is an english one for venti and as much as i want to watch it we did see the japanese voiceover i believe it's exactly the same just with the english voice so i'm gonna skip that one but if it is different i can just watch it in my own time it's not a problem so next up we have rosaria now i'm super excited for this one because as you guys know if you watch my streams and even just watch the videos you will know rosaria is one of my favorite characters she is the one i've put the most resources into and i use the most purely because her design is super fun her play style is super fun i i adore pike users in general so i'm very excited to see what rosario's one has to show us there she is [Music] me i'm just another ordinary each of the sisters is worse than the next if it's not about prayer then it's about choir or some other thing i'm supposed to participate in i'm trying to stay out of sight pray not for the gods nor the betterment of others but for yourself whoa oh i love that the music let's go there it is the drop kick the staples oh rosaria that short and sweet just like some of the others and i love it that brilliant absolutely brilliant like i said i just i love rosario as a character it's super fun her abilities are super fun her animations are super fun she is a character it's mysterious and i really like it so next up is yanfey now this is a relatively new one very excited to see this um i know yanfey is in one of the quests i'm not sure which one don't spoil it but you guys have told me i will meet yanfey at some point now i'm fine with watching this because i use ianfe all the time let's see what yanfei has to say [Music] there she is my name is yanfey top legal expert in lila and for the avoidance of doubt no one else comes close i'm fully first in every area of the law i'll remind you again the law can be both a help and a hindrance only by adhering to the law can the people solve very nice [Music] effects there she goes yes oh what weapon is that time for your arrangement [Music] anyway my point is you can always rely on me oh yan faye what a wonderful trailer okay janfei is one of my main team members so i have a soft spot for yanfey that was super fun and super colorful i'm very well like i love the transitions very very nice transitions in that one is this one right here there that that was such a cool transition i like that so now the last two that we're going to look at are probably the two people are most excited for me to watch and that is euler who came out not as the last character but the one before that and also kazua so this one is going to be euler then we'll do kazoo afterwards i should state that euler is someone i have barely had a chance to use along with i think like hutow and some of the other five stars yoola i've only managed to use on a trial so i'm very interested to see what she's like because apparently she's a dancer so this should be very fancy [Music] dance of sacrifice act 3 flickering candlelight there it is you go girl what a queen [Music] very cool there she is oh nice transition again i like it [Music] this was once part of a ceremony for aristocrats to show off their stature okay now it's just a private pastime wow okay vengeance will be mine i love her abilities when i got to try them they were very fun as a descendant of a fallen ancestry i alone must break free from the chains of revenge [Music] wow oh i like the effects very nice shutter rack and ruin okay oh fabulous are you here to spy on me uh she was dancing i was just worried you might be in trouble not yet it takes two to tango shall we yes huh let's go amber oh that's so fun i love it what a character demo that one was brilliant i like that one a lot what a queen euler is now next up we have the king himself kazua now i don't know much about this character i've deliberately not spoiled myself so this will be the first ever character that i'm gonna watch the demo for before i know anything about him so i know that he's animo and people like to call him the canadian traveler that's all i know so hopefully we get to learn a little bit more about him here solitary cloud shadow in the setting sun i don't even know what he looks like okay and the last one oh honestly can't even finish my haiku without being interrupted that is so i like that i love his outfit oh those effects are great okay so he has a knock up by the looks of it [Music] oh i like that you're really going to trust me despite my being from minizuma my mind is like a wind on the waves it can change in an instant is that pedo kid it is i think i got you figured out oh in that case you saw this coming what you mean these amateurs i was saving them for you fallen leaves adorn my knight whoa [Music] what is that okay ah my last line stirs the drifter's heart whoa amazing that we got to see badou as well that was so good i love that this here this black and white old time movie kind of aesthetic absolutely brilliant i love that that's so good this shot right here [Music] all of this what is going on here obviously this is mixed with beto i guess because you can see like the purple electricity and he's animo so that would be like a swirl effect i guess just look at this i and i love his design as well absolutely brilliant i'm very excited to try him now and there we have it for all of the character demos now i understand why you guys were so keen on making me watch those because they are so good i know i said it about a million times this video but the music used in pretty much all of them was absolutely just mind-blowingly good honestly i would genuinely listen to those outside of the trailer and i might even do that i think my favorite ones were definitely ventis jeong lees chi chi's kuchings and maybe even kazuas because that at the end with even with bado involved was super super good that is how you sell your characters and that is absolutely brilliant now i've fallen in love with all of the characters just by playing the game but that has solidified not only if i want a character but like it just makes you like i said become more connected and just fall in love with the characters just that little bit more with some insane theme music some really nice shots to show off all of the abilities show off the characters personality just overall 10 out of 10 on absolutely all of them i hope you guys did enjoy this video as much as i did watching those trailers honestly
