Change Crosshair or Reticle Color When Aiming at Enemy | Dynamic Reticle in Unity

For this tutorial you should already have at least a rotate script attached to your main camera. First, create an enemy game object and place it in front of your player. Make sure it has some sort of collider attached to it. Add a tag and name it "Enemy". Go to your enemy game object and tag it as "Enemy". Go to GameObject > UI and click on Image. Rename the image "Reticle" and center it by placing zeros in the X, Y and Z values. Make the width and height both 10. And select the source image to be the knob sprite. Create a new script and name it "ReticleScript". And enter this code found in the description of this video. Attach the script to the main camera and drag the reticle object into the reticle field.
