RIP, amazing how he continued and acted his heart out in all his roles through probably countless painful days of treatment. He hid it so well so many people are shocked he had it. That’s a real super hero, to look completely fine yet your body isn’t. RIP, Wakanda Forever!!

I'm going to post this in every thread of his because we need to take care of ourselves:

Man, this hits me hard. I'm 43 and was diagnosed with colon cancer at 36. I got lucky, but generally it's a 50% diagnosis. Please get checked early and often. I had no reason to have it. If your poop starts to get skinny for no reason, or there's blood in it, go get checked! Don't let them tell you you're too young.

This is such an incredibly shocking death. In terms of elite actors passing at too young an age only Heath Ledger and Philip Seymour Hoffman come to mind as recent comparable tragedies. Boseman's portrayal of James Brown was one of the finest performances in the last 20 years imo. RIP

I went through 3 years of treatment for prostate cancer. No surgery, but I was on hormone based chemo for 3 years, plus 7 weeks of radiation in the middle of that.

Nearly broke me.

I don't know how Chadwick did what he did, but I know that he did it, and I know how hard that must have been. Just incredible. A true super-hero!
