she decided that she wanted to focus more on her family and well that's what she did today she's caring for her family and doing a lot of charity work she was fortunate enough to leave Hollywood on a high note on her own terms Peter Ostrom was 12 years old when he was cast as Charlie Bucket in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory audiences and critics loved him and the sky was the limit for the young boy however Peter decided Hollywood wasn't his thing he loved animals and when his family got a horse he decided he'd rather be a veterinarian than an actor he went to one of the top veterinary schools in the country and today he has a very successful veterinary practice Jessica Sierra was the tenth place finalist on the fourth season of American Idol she made a debut album and released her first and only song enough in October of 2010 sadly her career did not go as well as she hoped it would and she realized that she wasn't making enough money to pay the bills by singing she ended up leaving her dreams behind and getting a job at Hooters believe it or not sadly she did not leave the music business on her own terms when Vanilla Ice started his career in the late 80s the sky was the limit he had plenty of big hits including Ice Ice Baby but soon his career began to die down after being sued by another music group for stealing their beats he pretty much disappeared today he is not in the music business but he is still successful he is a real estate investor and a home renovator and he has his own reality show based on that work he also teaches new investors how to make a profit in selling houses you can also see him starring with Adam Sandler in the 2012 film that's my boy MC Hammer was a huge name in music starting in the late 80s around the same time that Vanilla Ice made his mark in music he was making a lot of money but unfortunately he wasn't managing it properly he spent everything he had on himself and his entourage when he accumulated 13 million dollars in debt well he filed for bankruptcy today he's actually doing okay he officiates weddings develops ipad apps and stars in commercials for 3m when he's not busy with all of those things he's lecturing about who's the boss said that he left acting behind and went to school to be a teacher today he's an English teacher at Philadelphia Northeast High School Chris Owen starred as Sherman in the American Pie movies despite the success of these films he had trouble landing acting roles outside of that series he had a bit role in can't hardly wait but the offers eventually stopped coming in entirely today he is a waiter at a sushi restaurant and he has less than a hundred followers on Twitter Jack Gleeson starred in Game of Thrones and became one of the most hated people on TV when he left the show he retired from acting Jonathan Taylor Thomas played Randy the middle son on home improvement he was also the voice of young Simba in the Disney film The Lion King the animated one that is the first one he decided to retire from acting shortly after home improvement ended and he graduated from Harvard he does still take on a few roles here and there nowadays but overall acting is part of his past Angus T Jones starred in Two and a Half Men when he was a really young boy he remained on the series until its finale but later bashed the show for the values that it presented he found religion after Prince of bel-air after the show ended she decided to leave acting behind today she owns a company called sweet blackberry which funds animated films about black heroes when Peter Billingsley was a child he won the hearts of millions when he played Ralphie on a Christmas story he decided to give up acting shortly after and he's now working behind the camera most recently he's been working in the
