big day at radiator Ranch Cattle Company days matter of fact we're at West Camp it's time to wean got a few cows came up they're right here close it's gonna be a big Drive hoping guys don't get lost but not lose their hat only a big day they've been training been practicing been riding well they're gonna have to use it and if they don't then they may not get to stay okay I've been teaching them they hopefully they've been listening cause if they've not been listening then might be game over we just don't put up with it around here right gotta pay attention it don't cost you a dime it's free all right but if you hadn't been doing it it might cost you your job it's just a good thing you guys are running cameras because Dale's feeling bloody today y'all ready yet how do you feel about gathering with DB I might get fired from realest time I've gone fired a lot of times jokingly and then re-hired but it's my time this time I had to go back to really sticky Rodeo rods and just work for them solely right because I'm not gonna have a job I think you're getting fired today I hope not but I am a little nervous yeah you gotta have a little nerve Zone about getting fired or about today take the horse to my house unsaddling walk home okay it's like where we came from yeah where you came from home it means you're fired if you get lost today and you don't come back with cattle yes you got to go back to the Chicken Barn you gotta go back to bartending and you gotta go back to being the weird horse girl from North Carolina you better be glad that you're behind the camera bring them around to me and then Gabe you'll be on the left and so let the Cavs go by okay yeah and and if the cows get by you that's fine too but essentially I'm trying to let cows out this direction then once we're done there you'll turn to your left and then you'll lead and Joe will follow you so you'll make a circle are you guys paying attention to this why don't you get up on the fence somewhere where you can see whenever we're uh whenever we're weaning so you might go down that way these cows are going to spill in there I don't want we don't want them turning back on top of us I bet if you get in this pin right here for now that'll be a good place to watch from and you're not gonna spook these cows out you can jump in there too Willy that way and get where you can see so what I told them is Jordan's gonna start first she's going to go in and grab me a couple and bring them over here and I'm gonna let the cows buy but not the yearlings the bowl I'm Gonna Leave in there too so the bowl and the yearlings are all going to go in the trailer so I want them to stay in that pin so right now I'm going to try to I'm going to try to sort and I'm gonna let only cows go by me ideally so they're gonna rotate in and Joe's gonna go first and be on the right and then once I get done cutting that little group Gabriel is going to turn to his left circle around and they'll switch so just kind of watch and you'll see what we're talking about go ahead [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right [Music] now what we'll do is uh we'll make another sword but it'll be we'll we'll get only are we weaning we're shipping some calves to HQ stands for headquarters we're also going to work some baby calves all right I've got a big fresh crop already coming in um Dale brisby's cows are so efficient that gestation has been cut to like five months all right full grown baby calves that's why we're weaning and working at the same time okay it's not because I left my bull out too long on accident that's not the reason so that's what's happening now again more learning for these young minds molded by the hands of Dale brisby you know I've got kind of a motivation it's no it's more of an obligation to share wisdom with these young minds with these young kids you know like I've got just put it over there put it over there so it takes it takes patience it takes the knowledge which I have all of it and uh and then it takes being a good communicator which I am that also so anyway here not forget it we're uh it's Cattle Company day no pressure but there's a lot of pressure and I'm handling it well I feel like so anyway it's time to uh we've already weaned we've sorted now it's time to um brand these calves I'm going to teach them how to run the guns and flank and I don't know I might Dragon Ball I'll probably drag them all let's get that fire started old son what what are you looking for me for same way we put it same place we put it last time [Music] you really [Music] good got three calves worked got a cows dewormed got the calves loaded weaned we're ranching out here old son heavy heavy I'm surprised I even took my leggings off should have been wearing them all day and cuffs who let's load some pony it's a great day at um radiator Ranch specifically West Camp because uh nobody got fired so oh God they're from Wayne got a few words we picked up our Bowl yes we we should have we normally pick him up a month ago two months ago but he got picked up today so um you guys did a great job everybody gets to keep their job and we're on to the next one heavy ranching all before lunch calves look good they're about to get big because of that total feeds also all right let's get trailers unhooked thousand off the horses and uh then we're on to the next one go back to folding t-shirts [Music]
