Catalina island fishing Veteran trip

[Music] [Music] very good [Music] so [Music] another one [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] so [Music] [Music] first calico from the depths so we're out here fishing about what 1700 feet deep about 1700 feet oh look at this beast [Music] foreign damn all right it's getting better oh snap she's old [Music] [Music] hey and now i'm gonna keep the camera on him because [Music] all right [Music] get it that's a nice one bro [Music] three one [Music] [Music] [Music] so guys my name is renee us army veteran all of this united states marine corps veterans hey everybody my name is stephanie boatman united states marine veteran did some great fishing today all around catalina island great experience great times relaxing and very therapeutic we went on a pretty awesome fishing trip today you know it's all by dixie wrecked and it was it was overall a fun trip went to catalina got a couple customs got some bass out there and then we kind of just came out here by the break had a good time today we went out for the catalina trip it was incredible they really came through it was a trip like no other we went through the whole island it wasn't just like at a certain location they took us all the way around we got to see some american bald eagles got to see some rays we gotta catch some cali fish that were some good sizes too uh every one of us caught something even if it was at the end but we ended up on a good trip and i can't wait to see what dixie wrecked adventures comes up with next yeah dixie wrecked uh they're amazing what they're doing right now is is really touching home really touching veterans local veterans and anybody else interested i suggest you hit them up and get with these guys come out here soon with us see you soon recommend to any veteran out there you know this is the camaraderie of what we miss in the military this is great you know you're getting getting together with a bunch of veterans and just having a kick-ass time it's pretty cool every veteran out there needs to hit up a dixie wrecked adventures and see what they can do i totally recommend you guys to anybody uh especially especially veterans in the veteran community this kind of trips we need it definitely is a break from reality a little bit you get to get away from all the noise kind of just see your hearing your right state of mind just in peace you know the water it's all it's pretty therapeutic out there it was peaceful like getting out on the ocean getting away like putting the phone away and just like sitting out with a whole bunch of people who've been in similar situations it was nice we were able to just like shoot the ball talk about old times and it just kind of felt like a load off like i can definitely go home and sleep good tonight same thing as everybody else you know it makes you for me personally it's it's the military stuff and for somebody else it can be anything else but fishing really brings you away from uh the realities of every day and just gives you that time for yourself i appreciate you brother i appreciate you guys [Music] [Music] uh
