Career Counselor helps Soldiers see value in Army service

I was born and raised in what Tamala and as soon as I finished high school I moved to the United States my name is Master Sergeant Jevon I am a 79 Sierra army career counselor I wanted to have the opportunity to go to college in also work one afternoon I was watching TV and I saw an advertisement that says be all you can be it any kind of caught my attention I kind of became in a way soul per se on the idea of working with an organization that has equal opportunity for everyone here I was not yet a US citizen and and still you know presenting progress and programs and opportunities the best part of my job is to know that I had the ability to convey the Army's story and see the soldiers come up with their own plan of action when they reenlist is sense a strong validation that we're doing great nobody will commit to stay longer in an organization that is really not treating them well so every single time that somebody says yes they say yes all of us say you guys are all right I am a soldier I am an NCO and I am a career counselor [Music] you
