Car Prices Just Flipped

rev up your engines well used car prices are stabilizing but one is dropping like a stone and that is used electric vehicles it's bad enough you buy a new one you buy a used one you don't know what you're gonna be getting well get this last June EV use prices dropped 29.5 may it dropped 28.9 and April it dropped 24 that's a lot of dropping you know I was laughing my butt off when they were saying did you use electric cars oh there were so much money no they aren't who knows where this data even comes from of these high prices you know if you want to know how those like NADA the price of used vehicles to come from it's the money that used car dealers say they sold their cars for there's no actual testing of them they say how many people watch this movie when it came out there isn't somebody clicking they're counting it what the movie theaters said how many people showed up in their theater and of course this is to their advantage to lie to make it look like it's a big hit so more people come in and watch it right well in this case now they're dropping like a stone if you ask me it's the reality of the situation anyway I had a neighbor in Houston he bought a Model S Tesla the original price is 126 000 bucks he bought it used with fifteen thousand miles he paid like 45 Grand for the car so that was like one third of what the car originally cost with 15 000 miles on it and that's what they're really worth and people are going to find out as time goes on these things are oh there's a good investment I'll buy one of these and I'll sell for more not pay for it no those days are going anywhere especially with electric cars they are dropping like a stone and of course if you think about it you let you buy a brand new electric car the battery should last quite some time right we'll see you buy use like a Costco 100 000 miles on it I had a warranty the battery's gone if it's a Tesla at 20 to 30 grand to replace that you know Peanut money and why not buy two extra batteries just in case right well it's coming home to roost and it proved I was right these things aren't worth more money than what they're selling them for and more and more and more now it's come home to roost and I mean one month 20 something a month before another 20. enough for that another 20 price went down they are dropping like a stone Duma four four four four says what's your opinion about inline three-cylinder engines what a long-term durability I heard they don't bounce forces 100 well I'm not a fan of three cylinder engines they've tried them in motorcycles Yama had a real fast three-cylinder engine they put on a lot of horsepower until it blew up and three cylinder engines really aren't that well balanced you can trick them up you know I am not a fan of three cylinder engines I mean it's just too cheap floors work fine why make them three well because it's cheaper to make them three that's why and of course if you turbo charge them you get more horsepower but then they're gonna blow up fast four cylinders are fine I wouldn't go in small and don't even think about two like the Renault 2cv it's a two cylinder car that can barely move out of its own way coach size my rear wheels have negative camber I got 2018 Honda Civic 180 000 kilometers my car's starting to get negative camber in the back what could be the cost there are adjustments front end alignment and rear wheel alignment you need to have the rears aligned every once in a while to go to an alignment shop pray that there's only one adjustment they can make for each side that they can adjust it that way if they can't something is bent or worn out it can be the struts are gone and now they're sitting wrong it can be that bushings have worn out and it can be that if you hit something hard enough it could have bent some of the part in the back those are lightweight cars and they're unibody construction the whole body is all one piece right and if you really hit something hard like a curb or something you can actually bent the body because it's so thin go to an alignment shop pray they can align it and that solves the whole problem it often will Adam t-o-h-c says I use young dice with low mileage worth it at the dealer with 10 warranty 10 year 100 000 miles no I don't like them period and warranties often are worth the paper they're printed on right I've had people with also said the engine's going to say no it's not it's not bad enough it's not burning enough oil they're very stipulations right I had a guy with a warranty he paid extra for a warranty and it said oh drivetrain everything the head gasket blew in the engine you think well it'll fix the engine right they said no no read the fine print of the warranty does not cover gaskets so warranties you need a mechanic slash lawyer because the mechanic understands what's wrong with a car and a lawyer understands that the legal leases so you need a mechanic slash lawyer to read the contract to say well this has covered this isn't covered nonsense all of it warranties aren't worth the paper they're printed on L A Double L says I have a 20 year old Saab and she loves it I guess because it's kind of hard after right sobs were unique vehicles they were popular amongst certain people one of the biggest population that was nuts about jobs I don't know why but it was Architects I had a bunch of customers or Architects and they like Saabs they like the design right the problem is if you're in the United States where are you going to get parts from the company went bankrupt years ago and it was hard enough to get parts or stopped when they were still in business in the United States when I was in Houston the sod dealers were such Crooks that SOB shut down the Houston Independent dealerships they shut them down then they opened one up that the company ran itself and then two years later the company went bankrupt and that was the end of that interesting cars everything's backwards the front of the engine was facing the back the back was facing the front some of them to change the slave cylinder you had to pull the engine and transmission out they weren't made for fixing they were fun to drive they were drivers cars my old physics teacher Mr philbean High School had a sob sonnet which was a V4 two-stroke engine burn oil right it was made to burn off interesting technology but I wouldn't buy one well you know I was talking about making a lecture is there some solar and wind they got the big old wind turbines to show you in the ocean rack well for a long time they've had little ones I've seen them in West Texas Farmers would have them and stuff so no one guy decided hey can I put a little windmill in my yard to operate my house well the short answer is pretty much no you can't because because it would have to be humongous in order to generate enough electricity to run your one house one it has to be on a hundred foot pole not too many of your neighbors are going to like having this 100 foot pulse sticking up there right then it makes noise right now it's one thing to have a windmill to ground your corn that they did in the 1800s right Arts to pump water out of the ground pump pump up okay and they didn't use that much water in those things either so they didn't have these 10 000 Acre Farms like they do today right now a small one at this company makes is 15 kilowatt hours but it's got a 30 foot diameter that's pretty big 20 up 100 feet up in the air your neighbors aren't going to like it this company in the midwest says they've put up thousands of these in the last 45 years so it's been going on for 45 years obviously it's not that popular because it doesn't generate much power now now he has a 15 kilowatt system they use for farms and people in rural areas right that cost over a hundred grand to put one of these up you're out in the middle of nowhere you got a farm nobody cares if you got 100 foot pole going up in here right it's a very limited thing to begin with and spending a hundred grand that's an awful lot of money right now you can understand if they are literally in the middle of nowhere and there's no electric power lines they got to get power from somewhere right maybe not that bad of an idea they got a farm it's a business expense and realize this there are actually incentives for farmers and businesses up to 90 percent to pay for these things so of course if you're only paying 10 grand in a government is paying 90 grand what the heck I'll give it a try right but you know if you're a household guy you only get a 20 to 30 percent discount so you're still gonna have to Shell out 70 grand or more one guy even proved this economically unfeasible you really don't make any money it's barely enough when the wind's blown to power your house and then when it doesn't blow you have to buy electricity from someplace else and of course if the wind doesn't blow you don't have any power at all so you can sell it back but the rates that you get paid back versus your giant hundred thousand dollar investment really don't pan out you know it's just another scam they're trying to pull on the American public but a wind turbine up in your yard you know your neighbors will love you well Tesla just out of the class action lawsuit for the solar panels for a measly six million dollars Tesla all this money one point something billion the New York state government in Buffalo to build a solar panel Factory but not any soil one that makes them look like shingles so of course the cosmo right they're supposed to be able to make 2 000 roofs worth a day and they're making like 120 or something dismal failure right so six million bucks to these clowns is nothing they've probably paid the lawyers more than that it turns out that people signed contracts with them and then they raise the price and they said well you got to pay this extra price or we're not going to install that on your house right so now I gave some peanut money back to people they did all kinds of cheating things listen to this in 2016 that's a shot of glassy solid roof tile held up in a presentation for shareholders but it was later revealed to be a prop but not a working prototype they're all con artists these people yeah Elon Musk is one of the biggest con artists of the 21st century he's counting people into all kinds of stuff solar panel makers and buffalo just a quarter to get in and see the three-headed lady anybody that falls for this stuff they've only got themselves to blame stuff they're pulling and in this case he pays a measly six million dollar fine for screwing all these people over and lying to him right it's unbelievable the rich get away with everything I just saw the other day that woman who pulled the con about being able to read people's blood and she got a prison sentence they've already knocked like two or three years off her since why they're not saying why right because she's Rich that's why one rule for us the other role for the rich well you can pretty much do what you want we'll put you in a little minimum security prison where you can play tennis it's absurd that people fall for this stuff and the
