Cap a sprinkler head in under 1 min! Cheap fast easy!

hey y'all I just want to show you a very very quick easy and cheap way to cap off a sprinkler head there are probably some sprinkler heads around your yard that you may not want water coming out of this is an area in my yard that does not have any grass really wrong because it was too much shade from the Sun and also I'm going to build a walkway in this area later so I just need to cap off these sprinkler heads and the quickest easy and cheapest way is to buy these pop-up sprinkler caps a whole bag of five was about five dollars and it came with five and I have one left over here but basically it's at a dollar apiece and then this is what they look like very cheap one dollar and I could probably do this in about a minute but it's one of the easiest ways I found to cap off its brooklyn head and this is a universal fit so i should work with both rain bird hunter and many and many other pop-ups from clear caps since this is a universal fit but how do we do this alright all I have to do is take your sprinkler head unscrew this top portion like so and this comes off just like that put this to the side and then pull out the inside parts of the sprinkler head like this now what we do need is I still need this white part right here so how do I take that off I pull this down take out the nozzle and slowly just take this out just be careful cuz I don't want that spring popping right out and why do I need to do is put this back into this top cap right here then I will unscrew this right here put this at the very top plug it in I'll screw this tightly in this will hold the cap in place and make sure water doesn't come out I just screw that as tight as I can possible there you go no it's on and then the only last step is now I'd seen you put this back in and put it back in and now this sprinkler cap is tight and no water will come out from that again this is how you just basically seal a sprinkle cam now this stuff right here that you pulled out you could put it back and just have it as spare parts later on or you could just and I use it for another use it for another day another spoon go ahead if anything else goes wrong but that's it again this is from a Griffin is about a dollar five but five books for I can add back a five and it's something cheap quick easy fast and not really that messy alright you guys have a good day well hope you guys enjoyed this subscribe
