Cantonese Slang!

everyone so last week dented a video of his favorite Shanghainese slang and if you haven't seen it yet click here and many of you have requested a video for Cantonese slang so here it is Cantonese is known to have a lot of slang so I really couldn't pick out my favorite but here are a few and if you liked this video we can make a part 2 don't go gang go chomp site literally means my neck is getting longer and longer from waiting it is used when people have waited for a very long time so I guess some of you feel that way about videos both in watts or boil foam congee this is to describe someone who talks a lot on the phone because it takes a long time to make congee so if the congee is done while they've been talking then you must have talked a lot go out on mobile time literally means you go to a store muck around and not even buy anything this is used to describe someone who is messing things up and causing trouble tops up so literally means what little crumbs or bits use it to describe small matters often arrogantly say you accomplish something that is often quite big in other people's eyes you can boast about it and say sub sub soiler Cantonese also uses a lot of english words or sounds in their slang when I go to Asia to visit my relatives they always say that my young man Lok Lak saying which literally means my English makes black locks out it means that my English is very fluent but I never understood how that translates to Lok Lak sound maybe two non-english speakers fluent English sounds like lalala like nam ki not the right key it means out of tune for example for people who are in the relationship or not compatible with each other or don't click is M key this is probably what you guys have been waiting for how can there be a Cantonese slang video without some insults there are just so so many of them but I want to keep our channel clean so I picked out a couple fan tone means rice bucket this is to describe someone who is useless basically this person only knows how to eat and hold her eyes in his stomach and do nothing else this is something my parents used to say to me when I didn't do any housework fight.i useless twigs also means the same thing look God means a piece of arrowroot useless but it usually describes someone who just sits there with no reaction when I get told I'm you look good I just imagine myself in an hour route laying on the ground and not moving T seen literally means line stuck together it describes someone that's crazy like having the brain nerve stuff together or something another word I similar to it is sort of a derived from the English word short circuit so if you are teasing then you are so sad they died haha big headed shrimp means an absent-minded person you're not stupid like an airhead but you are forgetful if you liked this video and want a pot to please give it a big thumbs up and share with your friends and family every view helps so we have new videos every week so don't forget to subscribe button and follow us on Facebook Twitter and Google+ all the links down below thanks for watching
