[Music] for this scene candid camera enlisted the help of some brides to be who chose some very conservative wedding dresses for the occasion they invited some relatives down but instead of modeling the real dresses they wore some highly unusual candid camera creations now let's go to the bridal shop where we'll join peter and the very anxious relatives this is my own creation just beautiful huh isn't that doesn't that just take your breath away dad it's different fun so that's goofy but you're just going to love this outfit it is dynamite randy hi how are you yeah you like it looks great isn't it me yeah probably oh don't you look great isn't that great so conservative as soon as these relatives got over their initial shock peter suggested a few alterations as soon as i saw such a lovely petite girl the first thing i said was this is too much dress so what do you think you're gonna do you can't be too short that's my rule of thumb you can be too long and you can't be too short well i disagree but that's okay you're the wedding expert now danielle was expressing some concern to me because she's a taller girl that this dress was a little too long and we were planning to make it into a mini see what we call it wasn't it already isn't it a mini already no no no no no no goodness no no you're talking like right here right there yeah it's not not her legs don't even reach right there dude well i know but it's an effect it's it's the mini effect and it'd be right there would be the bottom i think this is too much dress let's see bear with me you see we sell this so well you've already paid for this haven't you beth um i need to finish yeah yeah if you finish the payment but i mean you've already paid some for it so so i don't have to worry about something i don't have to worry about a garment that's going to go back on the rack this is this is yours no the sun's smiling yeah it had what five or six inches that was on the ground oh so if they were if yeah i got rid of that that much on the ground i got rid of that now as far as an upgrade turn around if it came down and just a small like just a couple inches a small piece were down like like you have down to the floor yeah oh no no no my seamstress is coming over with the big scissors and we're going to finish this up with those big scissors we could just hack away at it there well you know my motto is you can always go shorter but you can't go longer could we get a national television audience to maybe vote or or send in comments or something like that could we do that beth if we showed the both of you on tv maybe the public would have an opinion actually we've taken care of that today you see that yellow light right there that's the candid camera and i want you to smile dad because you're on candid camera now i need you to leap over there beth and give him a hug and a kiss because i'm afraid i'm afraid we've tried his patience to the bone my name is peter fun and this is not kim's dress and the camera is right there and you are blushing but i think if you can take this then you'll have no problem when she really walks down that [Music] you're aisle camera
