well I am definitely gonna have to do a part 1 part 2 part 3 on this white f250 when I eventually am able to post all this footage up to the Internet we're back out here again it's Friday about 458 in the afternoon they gave this guy until 5 o'clock today to pay his repo fee from the original time that we came out here from these segments and repossessed the truck and he hasn't done so he also hasn't made his payment for the beginning of this month and so I mean he's in default you know I talked to for our legal counsel and told him what's happened with this account up till now the guy is just threatening to sue everybody says he's gonna just get the best attorney in the world and shut this business down and he has no case whatsoever I mean we had an investigator a separate private investigator call and run him through a gauntlet of questions and the guy's opinion is that this guy's his guilty is guilty and definitely knew about the theft if he even if he didn't do themself he had somebody do it something about some hammer then he knows who the who owns it he took it with him and he's trying to get fingerprints just all kinds of crazy stories that I've have transpired from this account but ultimately my job is you know to go out and take the truck back up again ping the GPS device that we have hidden the vehicle and it's just sitting right in the driveway I've been watching it for the last hour so the guy was driving around but then he took it home and I guess according to the finance officer this guy got all pissed off because this investigator is calling him and the district manager was calling him it's above the level of the guy that sent me out the reporter and they've got this guy all pissed off now it doesn't take much I mean he can be totally polite to I mean this guy would get pissed off but he's now you know basically said it'll be in my driveway come F and get it so I don't know if that was a taunting you know and he's gonna really cost me him when I get out there I really just surrendered I'm hoping he's got to clean out and this goes peacefully but my job is to just get back in there get it hooked and get it out onto the street see if we can get the keys for the door in case with the ignition hopefully he's got it cleaned out and there's a bunch of hype and [ __ ] but my guide tells me that it very well could be will be here just about two minutes rolling up on the address I just pinged it and it's again still just sitting at the given address so I don't know if he really is just surrendering this thing or got it blocked in by another vehicle they told me that if it is blocked in or he gives us any kind of grief whatsoever to just go ahead and call the investigator contact local PD and just demand that he surrended the vehicle so we shall see just a few minutes got to be worried about things like him loosening the lugs on the wheels sabotaging the truck in many different ways finance company's main concern is that he's going to cause damage to the truck itself before we get there it's now 504 p.m. and we are executing this repossession for as white f250 on once again somebody out there so she's getting the dog out of the way Oh well he just called the finance company told them that it was hearing his driveway to come get it for the last thing uh-huh yeah I wouldn't be up there unless they told us he was he asked us to come get it oh yeah I think I'm up here good I was told that he said come pick it up so that was last thing I was told I guess he wasn't too happy with something that happened today and he told him to eff and come get it so thank you I'm just the guy that does what I was told to do you know take advantage of the opportunity she went inside hatin they called me and told me that you asked me just to come out and pick it up is that true yeah the white lie thee all my reason why they picked it up I told him to come pick it up but why reason why did you do that the only two reasons they gave me was one because you said that you wanted it to pick up and say they said you said it would be in your driveway to come pick it up and - because you hadn't made your December payment and I guess you stole the 300 ollar feet so that's all I'm just well I know I know I'm just tell you what I was told okay aren't you telling your [ __ ] buddy now know what you mean yeah I'll ever be they just showed us that you're in default that's all that we need to be able to take a 30 cent vehicle no I'm not gonna sit here and argue with you all right especially me why do you what did I do I've had nothing the courteous to you since this whole thing started I my job is pick up the move vehicle transport it I told you to project surance yeah why did I tell you a project fence yeah for if you control receipts for the stuff that was all stolen out of the vehicle that's not frauding your shirts starting insurance if you lying that your truck it got broke into your truck really got broken into dude I didn't tell you to front anybody I was saying when you do your claim they may cut you a check big enough to be able to pay off your loan because your loan amount was so small I would never tell you that Safra jerk insurance company you must understand what I'm saying did I was telling you that when you make your claim you can get a check that would pay off your loan because your loan amount was so small that's all I was saying but I'm sorry you misunderstood then fraud defraud your company or your insurance company that's you didn't want to mess with frickin insurance companies and investigators though you do something fake like that no I'm telling you what I said if you interpret the wrong way I understand I'm just saying I would never play the defraud your insurance company did they get all that stuff on the they said they got everything in the - they're being fixed yeah when the [ __ ] hits return with the CD holder gotcha yeah I'm gonna even delivered the truck back the other night and something I guess you're at work so I don't know why you'd be mad at me I've done nothing but move the truck around from here to there here there but certified this mat okay what oh I've got it looked at in the air and I got straps on it he's sitting in it won't get out of it says that he's calling the police and it says that we're still in the truck because he is not in default that he's current right now and I'm aware that I'm just trying to talk him out of the truck you see at first but I've got the truck hooked and ready to go well he's already on the phone with dispatch so they don't need to blow up the name when one cops gonna respond the cops gonna respond okay he acted like he's on the phone to play so if he hasn't called them yet the now III mean if I call them as soon as I called them it's a breach of peace and think they can tell me to drop the geek own especially Ogden please they they will tell uh-huh well III think best bill at this point will be for me just to just finish the repossession but I want to try to get him out of the truck first but yeah if you can think of anything you can say to him to get him out of the truck get him to run in the house to get a document or anything you can think of okay all right good deal okay all right I'll be waiting as soon as these clears that I'll be out of the driveway all right Mike I guess calling you right now she's gonna try to talk to you and figure out what you guys can work out so on the way I'm gonna happen Oh hello yep he took the speaker blocks out and started working and then I guess he got back in on the phone just fighting with her again but he started getting stuff out and then she's just keeps pushing it so hopefully you know continues with what he's doing but he has started cleaning stuff but I've heard him say a number of times I'll let you take the child fine I'll let you take the drug so he sounds like he's heading that direction so yeah I think I'll know we're probably gonna shut my truck down there so it's not so freaking loud kind of causes things not get so exasperated when you aren't sitting there running with a diesel truck so who's gonna wait he's got a bunch of stuff to get out so I'm just gonna they're gonna quietly wait be patient I think the patient will pay off in the end it's not so loud a lot of times it's really loud and stuff people get more agitated just it causes the situation to stay bad so I wanna try to keep it as calm as I can here the surface but Tammy's really going what going on they're really going at it on the phone that goes I'm trying to resolve everything in a phone call that's just not gonna happen okay good so he is still on three-way with her okay I can hear him you hear I'm saying that yeah both of them do just so that you get a lot of people that say this happened and that happened it's just easier to go say oh let's just review an apple I'll leave this in here what is it the lift thing okay yeah I don't think they'll be making the same choice twice to leave it out in an open parking lot so they've given us instructions to take it to our yard and hold it norm so they redirected me I what I told you was what I knew to be the truth when I left here and I called my manager said no we want it over to our office and so that you know they're the client you know how to order you done this work before when I left here with you that was what I was understood was gonna be the case so that's okay you said it was gonna go into a secured la indoor indoor facility I know that was my plan when I left here and then it got changed not by my choice but by the clients choice and we have to it the client tells us to so all right like I said I don't think I'll make that choice twice so does all the broken parts and pieces from the dash before senator it's so suspicious that's not funny okay you this by keyswitch if someone was gonna steal my stuff uh-huh Mikey switch was popped out why would someone pop out my voice sounded what I thought is that like someone tried to take the truck first and they got spooked and went for freaking just damage after that because it see it looked like they were trying to take the whole truck to me right the steering shifters broken in the ignition torn apart you don't need to do all that stuff to still a stereo plus they only took half the sound system you know I don't think it was a theft thing I think it was they're trying to get the whole truck and my program was sitting in the back seat and and it was told down to Orem now they it was told back here now it's gone yeah and like I said I do it I do a full walk around a bit inventory everything that's in it and they and they bagged up what was in their stuff that's missing I can compare that to what was in there when I left the vehicle so okay are you there okay I got the keys he's got everything out of it he's out of the truck doors are closed I'm starting my truck up I'll tell you when I'm off the property that's that's how I told that's I told him his woman his woman stood behind it and I was like she's like he ain't hooking this truck and like I'm not up here just cuz I I'm trying to repossess it I said damn he told us to come get it she's like what like she didn't have any clue that he said anything no I know and I hurt I don't okay ruff we're off her off the oh yeah we're off the property hitting a bomb later pulled up here underneath this streetlight get the brake lights put on the back make sure our wheels secured Oh dude try to say I told him to defraud his insurance company he seriously misunderstood what I said to him all right there's a good indication of why he's having so much trouble under sharing with the finance company it's saying to him because I never once gave him any indication whatsoever to defraud his insurance company has said you need to get receipts for everything that was stolen out of the vehicle turn it in to them and there's a good possibility that the check they cut may be big enough to pay off his loan I mean technically that check is meant to replace all the things that are missing but when you receive a check for insurance company you do it that is you please if they cut it to you and they cut him a check with it her you know a few thousand dollars and that's tough to pay off his loan cuz I know his loans almost done that's what I was saying to me he says he interpret that as I told him to defraud his insurance company I was like noble dude I never said those words I never hinted towards anything that would he even be remotely construed as defrauding an insurance company you don't even mess around those investigators some of the best of the best are insurance fraud investigators and he had a clear-cut case of theft here and I was telling him to not take advantage of it but make sure that he you know dots his eyes and crosses his T's and does everything he can to make sure that he gets you know paid in full for the stuff missing and produced receipts for everything with how he ever took that as me telling him to defraud his insurance company I can see why there's such a breakdown in communication with him and everybody else he seems to talk to him unfortunately that's very unfortunate I made sure he was clear that I had never once indicated that he should do such a thing and I never would this is the last time we're we taking this up from this location from this person I hope after this if I discovered just liquidates it pays off the loan and moves on this guy's no longer a customer plus I can't even post it in this footage until after he's long since you know any litigation lawsuits whatever allegations Criminal Investigations all those things have to be settled before I can post the stuff and so on uh if you guys are watching this it means that it's all been said and done at this point over is over let's hope this is over once and for all
