Can I Survive 100 Days Trapped Inside The Mall In Project Zomboid!? Part 2

welcome to the Crossroad mall I set myself the challenge of surviving 100 days inside this building um so um this challenge seems quite easy shut no it's not not only in my trout inside these walls every 25 days including day five added fun a haul of over 300 zombies will spawn and try and kill me not great this is part two of this ongoing series go check out part one linked right up here if you do enjoy this video consider subscribing and help me reach 1500 subscribers enjoy the video the first thing that we do on day 11 is we wake up and Rush downstairs and basically level up my metal working I wanna get to a high level of metalworking so I can make all the scrap armor and scrap weapons so as you can see here I'm going through the entire kitchen and every single metal shelving unit in the entire Mall and finally we level up networking as I'm walking back to our base I remember a comment that I received on the last episode so I head back and I pick up the double holster thank you so much you're a legend you saved my life thank you very much so that was the end of day 11. day 12 we wake up and we've got another helicopter event coming over one thing I have added is the expanded helicopters mod it just adds a bit more variety and also spices it up thankfully that that was just a flow over I look in my little workbench and I see the metal salvaged machete I look and see if I've got the materials for it and I'm debating between this and the sandwich blade in the end I picked this I was machete and I think it looks pretty good I then go downstairs again and raid the entire bookstore I was looking for the next book in the carpentry and metalworking skills I then want to upgrade my carpentry hear the sound of a zombie jumping over something I'll play it again just so you can hear it again and I go on this massive little exploring Adventure trying to find this zombie in the end I don't know if it's them but this is the first kill with the machete and it's pretty good I then do a quick walk around to double check everything it's okay and head downstairs to the clothing area and continue to upgrade my metal working I then on my way back up at seven I hear another helicopter event but this time it didn't even really come over me it just left as soon as it really arrived and then head to bed and into day 13 we go day 13 woke up with a bang I don't know if it was shooting at me or not I made a run for it is everyone in sprinting not too bad but I made a run for it rushed inside I did not want to die and once again it just left again it shot like three four times and then left I then spent the rest of the day basically just reading I wanted to read the carpentry book and then also the metal working book so I had more XP gains I then decided to disassemble the gun that I found in the last episode this would give me gun parts and with these I can put together perhaps a better weapon like a shotgun as you can see here I'm looking at the slam fire shotgun this necessary doesn't need gun parts but it needs plank so I Rush downstairs grab planks and build it pretty cool came out well um gotta try and find some ammo for it though and then for the rest of the day practice and try and level up my tailoring I at least level one tailoring to make the scrap armor and then head to bed and on to day 14 we go on day 14 a bit more of a fighting focused day and I went downstairs to the front entrance and I had more fans lovely lovely they all seemed to get caught on the kind of barricaded windows and not actually come through the doors even though I was so polite to open them for them this is a bit of a pain I'd come back another time I think I jump scared by the zombie actually made me jump in real life and I dealt with these zombies oh they went back out to the Moon I've realized that all of these helicopter events have brought in tons of zombies so I went through as many as I could I then realized that there was quite a few and I was getting exhausted so I sadly had to end up just running away a bit of a shame that I was exhausted and I wasn't fighting one of these zombies I did give a few good smacks but it just wasn't worth it it wasn't as effective at all oh my God and then another helicopter event thankfully this time it just flew past again we've had so many recently I don't know why there's so many unless you just flow straight over my head and now this is the scary part I go over to the ledge here to look at the zombies and this is how many there are and that's necessarily a problem the problem is look how effective that helicopter is at dragging all of those across it's so insane I then decide on day 14 to finally build the farm and then use the trial to dick farrows I then planted cabbages because I thought those are always the best plants and then I washed it as much as I could time for bed and on to date 15. day 15 we start off with metal working trying to level this up as quickly as possible go through these shelves and I find the thing that I've been looking for for ages flyers I can make makeshift shotgun shells I then go through and clear out a bit of the lower floor of them all getting ready because in 10 days time a wave of I believe 350 zombies will spawn foreign myself a nail gun which might be a little Lifesaver at the start so I load all my nails into the magazines that I found and load it out doesn't seem too bad actually does it quite quiet it's not too bad you can use it one-handed too not bad at all I then actually level up in reloading just from shoving Nails in the magazine so not too bad I then make the shrapnel shells with the pliers that I got on the scrap metal sadly though I don't think I can put these in the shotgun that I've made which is a bit of a pain I think this only uses proper shotgun shells I do try with the metal scrap ammo however same result and then look at the handmade pressure pump shotgun but for this I need level five metal working so on day 16 I will go out and try and level up Sunday 69 test has now gone out again and it's pretty good let's do it I then travel to a clothing store and I dismantle all the clothing racks to try and gain metalworking XP and there we go took about half a day we only had a little bit left on the metal working skill but we got it in the end and then I go around and tear apart every single TV just because I was there and I kind of wanted to use the rest of the day for something kind of important or something interesting I then want to get the next level of carpentry so I tear apart these shelves and there you go level one carpentry here's where I find something amazing I find the mole I I forgot about him last episode and that's another one to add to my toy collection on my bed I then get home and I make the handmade pressure pump shotgun and it's pretty cool I then grab the shotgun shells and load them up I then head to bed and on to day 17. so on day 17 I start off by trying to build myself a little kind of metal hut and for some reason I can't place down any Metal Frames and I get this arrow in the bottom corner of my screen I'm not sure what's going wrong so sadly we're just gonna have to use wood for now but maybe we'll upgrade it to metal when I can and then for the rest of the day I just read through the carpentry skill book and the metal working skill work just so I can get extra XP and live a lot faster and it's raining perfect this is great because now it Waters all the crops and I don't have to worry about it and especially if the power goes out or the water goes out the crops will be watered for quite a while now so all good however I don't want to sleep outside in the rain now because I don't want to get a cold especially since there's a horde you know in five to six days so I move inside and I sit there for the evening and then finish the carpentry book and then head to bed on the day 18 I day 18 started with a bit of combat and something on my part happened and yeah it's embarrassing look at this thank God it's the laceration oh my God that would have been really rough I I don't know what happened I think I just I just mistimed it so my bad but it's on my left hand so I and my eye swing speed is affected which sucks and hopefully this can get healed it's only five or six days until the horde comes and I need to be in full health like this though I continue fighting and this is where I find the best item in the game I find a spiffo this has made this run complete I then try out the pressure pump shotgun it's all right it's not as good as I was hoping it but you know it gets the job done it's definitely good for crowd control and that's what I really really need at the moment [Music] thank you there's a helicopter event and it starts shooting at something so I rush outside to see well I rushed to the door look at The Horde that's migrating after that is pretty scary as to not attract them all I walk back into the main area and I find this police zombie and they have a revolver on them so I'll be having that whilst the helicopter continues to fly around and shoot all the zombies I basically tear apart this entire restaurant for carpentry skill I want to get to level four carpentry so I can make rain collected barrels because at some point the water will shut off and there you go level three not just Carpenter before yet but we're getting there I'm going to clean my bandage and you just need to do a double take there I go back in and yeah the water's turned off anyway on the better news the spiffo goes down beautiful animal as well and we continue to build round our little kind of Base because I don't want to be I'll be able to sleep up here but I want to have like a little Hut sadly that's all we can do for now but we'll continue in the next few days I try and go to sleep but there's this weird bug where I can't sleep now in this direction so I rotate it around just for tonight and sleep on to day 19. okay and today 19. so today I decide to try another my carpentry more so enjoy this little time lapse of me absolutely demolishing this toy store foreign carpentry level four thank God for that opens up so many options me now building was so celebrate this so I go back and continue building the walls sadly it seems like the bed in that location is just broken maybe it's all the toys that I have on it so I have to rotate it I put all the toys back on don't worry that's the most important thing they're all right I then go and look and see what the helicopter's done and it's kind of scary that there aren't many zombies out there because if there aren't any zombies out there it means they're probably inside so that's a problem for tomorrow on to day 20 the bandage comes off and it's infected and I don't have any alcohol wipes or anything to disinfect it so I go downstairs and I get some alcohol and disinfect my bandage and put it back on hopefully that will do the trick I then find another load of thread which is what I've been wanting to get because if I have this it means I can level up my tailoring so enjoy this time-lapse of me taking over every single bit of thread here I am finding my alcohol wipes and then basically all the medical supplies that I'll need for the rest of this series there was a lot in here for some reason don't know why there's so much I had the spawns extremely rare and now for some zombie killing I don't know why they keeps coming up to my floor so annoying maybe I need to go to the stairs are they continue leveling up my carpentry and more zombie killing I then head back upstairs and I continue working on my tailoring skill I'm reading this level because once I have this level it means that I can make scrap armor and there we go I have the level for the rest of the day I then read a book and that has been day 20.
