Hey everybody! This is Randy
Santel "Atlas" and I am very very excited today! I'm going
for overall win number 1036 and my very first challenge win of 2023.
It's been a long time since I've done a
Milwaukee area food challenge because Katina and I spent so
long out of the country, but I'm here at "the" Kitchen which is in
Sussex. It is actually a village to the west of
Milwaukee. So many people are here. Thank you guys for
coming!! Whoo!! Sussex is a village boasting over 10,000
people. My first time here, but I'm taking on their "Kitchen"
Challenge, pretty much Wisconsin Breakfast Challenge. I've only
got 45 minutes to finish everything here. So, there's a
lot. The hardest part of this challenge is going to be six
chocolate chip pancakes which I do love chocolate chip pancakes,
along with some butter, and then we've got six slices of bacon,
and then we've got four sausages which are made with
Hatch green chilies. We've got a full pound which is 8 normal
breakfast sausages. We've got an order of biscuits and gravy, and
then over here we've got more gravy which is on this chicken
fried steak. So along with that, I had a couple different ways I
could've gotten my six eggs. I went with scrambled eggs, mixed with
lots of healthy vegetables. We've got green peppers,
tomatoes, and then onions, and then they are served on top of
"Kitchen" Potatoes which are pretty much like American fries,
or American potatoes. We've also got five pieces of sourdough
toast. Now, 45 minutes. If I fail, it's going to be $45 but
if I do win, I will get my entire breakfast meal for free.
I will get a sweet T-shirt, and I'll be the first person with
my name and photo up on the Wall of Fame here at "the"
Kitchen in Sussex, Wisconsin. Let's get this challenge
started!! [Crowd] Whoo!! Ohh, this is a family business.
Big thank you to our main contact Gabe, his whole family
for having us here to "the" Kitchen. We're like 10 minutes
away from here where we live, but I'm very well trained for
this. I did three big training sessions, because here in a few
days we're going to Las Vegas, Hawaii, two months in Australia,
and New Zealand, and then we'll be all over Asia, so it is
going to be a great 2023. Let's start it off with a BOOM. One, two,
three, BOOM!! Alright, I have no idea really what I'm doing. So,
let's start with some sausage. Oh, yeah!! Okay!! We've got ladles upon ladles of
sausage gravy here. So, I'm going to dip some of these.
Really, I don't need them. These are not lean sausages, but
they're very good. Alright, we're going to save
those. Let's do some eggs and "Kitchen" potatoes. The challenge was
like twenty bucks, but it's got six eggs on here, so they had to
raise the price. We're 4 minutes in. I'm
going to knock out these four halves of biscuits and gravy.
[Crowd] Let's go!! (cheering) We are just over 6 minutes in.
I'm sure there's a lot of people from the UK, Ireland,
maybe all of Europe wondering what the heck this white stuff
is. It's sausage gravy. Don't look it up because if you do
look it up, you're going to know how delicious it sounds
and you're going to want it, and it's probably not available
near you. It's only really in America, and it is so good, and
it's not low fat. Alright, now let's do some of
this sausage with some Hatch green chilies. I've still got a lot of time to go,
but it's a lot of food. 12 minutes and 16 seconds in.
We've got forty-five. I'm going to use my knife and
fork to cut up this chicken fried steak which also if you
don't know what that is, look that up. It's actually not
chicken. It is beef. I could have gotten chicken and waffles
and I am so glad that I didn't get chicken and waffles.
There's enough carbs in this challenge. I don't need another
waffle too. This challenge is crazy, but we're going to get it!! The first challenge back is always
the toughest, and we definitely started with a tough one as
it is. We're 20 minutes in right now. (crowd cheering) If I can leave twenty full
minutes for these pancakes, I think I will be alright.
[Crowd] Come on Randy, you got it!! [Katina] Uh someone asked if there's any
challenges that I've won and you've lost. [Randy] No. No, I know that
because it's in the last video, Doughnotts. Have you ever won and I
lost? [Katina] The closest was Hard Rock which is the sSweets challenge.
[Randy] Well, I'm talking about doing an event together. [Katina] Oh, not during an
event, I don't think, no. [Randy] Not today either, Satan! Not today either,
because unfortunately, I did say at the beginning, this challenge
is undefeated. It's because somebody we all know and love -
well, most of us love - I especially do... was not able to
successfully complete it. Will I win? I don't know that one
either, but we're going to do our best. [Katina] You got it!! Alright, last bits of the bread. Ugh, I'm giving myself 40 more
seconds. I'm sorry Facebook, and as you can see, we've got
chocolate chips in the pancakes too. Alright, let's do this.
We've got water. We've got soda. We have over 15 minutes
to do this. (crowd cheering) My biggest fear is quitting,
knowing that I could've possibly won. I'd rather get
sick and lose, than than quit early. [Crowd] Whoo!! You got it!!
[Randy] I do need to shut up and eat. I agree. I basically have 10 minutes, or
two and 1/2 minutes each. 10 minutes. I got all excited
there. 5 minutes. Yes. (crowd laughter) [Crowd] You still got it!! [Crowd] Randy! Randy! Randy! (Lots of crowd cheering) [Randy] 45 seconds to go.
[Crowd] Come on!! (cheering) Time has expired. It's been a
very long time since I've lost. So, I'm not that upset. Gotta
have a loss in there every now and then. It just sucks that
we're helping to kick off this challenge and two professionals
who are very trained failed. So, to say good luck and maybe
think about trying it would be kind of dumb. Definitely get
here anyway if you want to try the food because they do have
great food here. Big thank you to Gabe, his entire family,
everybody here with "the" Kitchen. I did really enjoy
everything. Just too much food. Not enough time. Thankfully, we
live just like 10 minutes away from here. So, whenever I'm
more trained and ready, we'll be back. Thanks everybody for

losses today from Katina and I, and if I had to say what my
favorite part of the challenge was, I really think the
pancakes were great. Uh, I just, my strategy wasn't good. I got
a little cocky. I shouldn't have gotten sourdough bread. I
shouldn't have gotten the American fries. All around,
definitely my fault. Just a very tough challenge. So, I'll
have to be more ready when I come back. It was not overall
win #1136. I will not get the sweet T shirt. I will have to pay 45 bucks, but oh, I
definitely have a full belly and with all that food, $45
really isn't a bad deal. Get here if you're ever in the area
but yeah, until the next video, Ugh win before you begin, which
