how are you guys for today, i just bought ingredients and i am preparing our dish we will make a dish that i love it using ox tripe or beef tripe welcome to Panlasang Pinoy we will cook Callos these taste first to know how much salt will be put the taste is perfect , just add a very little amount of salt see, it looks good, you can eat as it is or you can use as viand or with brochettes or any reheat it if you will eat again the combination of the tripe and cow's foot the taste is so comforting ,just like you are relaxing, that's what i feel actually i will take a rest after this let's have fun, let's eat it, you can put it in your mouth together with the chorizzo because this is full flavor it is okay, i create other recipes, i cook Callos during weekend and if there are visitors too
