this house and I just love it I love the process actually building the house was so much fun I'm Richard I'm the director at Benchmark homes this is my house the initial vision for the project was just a fantastic site you know with fantastic views of wetland areas and so then how can we maximize the views plus actually have lots of bedrooms today we're at buns Road in horsell we're at a 5bedroom home on a 400 me section so driving up to the property you greeted by a beautiful um shist wall you walk in you got a bell at the front um 25 kilo Bell ship Bell um and then you walk into the home the shis Carries On In and you're greeted by a beautiful Timber floor and beautiful white interior with this house um in the subdivision we weren't allowed to a two- story house and so this is a loft house now the difference been is that when you build a two- story house there's a first floor frames and then the second floor frames and then there's the roof the trusses in this house there's the first floor frames and then the trusses people it's quite interesting they think it's a single St but when they turn the corner and you lock there's a staircase and it's a really good use of the space it's a little bit higher than a single storyed house but not as high as a two storyed house but when you go inside it just opens up into something really quite magical this house is perfect for us because uh my husband designed exactly how our family need I like the living room area because I can cook at the same time I can interact with my family I like the view it's so beautiful in the morning when I wake up and I can take my cup of coffee and look the beauty the living room um is really the Highlight it's got the the bolted ceiling uh it's got inbuilt joinery inbuilt bookcase the kitchen's part of it the colors flow the timber floor and of course got these beautiful Windows the windows in this house are tall they're all 2.4 high so when when you sit in that area it's like you're you're sitting with views and comfort and ease with the master bedroom uh you know obviously the walking Rob is always important we've got beautiful built and joinery once again it's the same Timber as the kitchen the on suite's large which I think is great it's got a bath big vanity um double shower all with beautiful tiling when you walk into the master bedroom it's got some beautiful light pendant uh opens out to outside to the deck area to the Pao to the to the SP from my bedroom I can go straight to the spa take a spa and I can come back and it's private I don't need to go through the house yeah and you spend a lot of time there with the dogs and barbecue choosing beach by homes one of the biggest advantages is just the whole service all the sub trays the interior designers the landscape architect just the whole process it's very bespoke it's very enjoyable and um really feeling like you're part of the process
