BUNK BED 2022 THOR AXIS TRACK PROBLEM

so i got both the left and the right pins off and um for some reason the right track stops moving as the left track keeps going i'll show you right here i'm gonna retract it and you see how the bunk bed starts to get tilted so i have to stop and it won't go now because of the fact that it's not straight so i would drop it again start over and hope the right keeps moving once it stops i'll stop so that i can get the right moving again hopefully it moves and it catches up once it stops i gotta retract it again press the button again now it starts to move as you can see the left is a lot higher and the right because it's pretty much slowing down by the time it gets all the way up it has to catch up and this is way tucked up in there and here's a gap now the problem is is i can get the pin in here properly but i can't get the safety pin in here because the hole is not lining up
