I'm really pleased I'm really pleased because First Team Challenge is a hit or a Miss but this one I think has been a bit of a hit they've done really well the food looks amazing and you can hear people AC quiet enjoying their food those tables both look spectacular I think we should go with the blue team first what you re let's do it let's get the blue team in that's spectacular should we just reach in and start racking and stacking this is a lot of food isn't it so Lissa what have we got uh we've got a beautiful seaf frood spread we've got uh sand deeps prawn Curry here yep a beer bad Flathead we've got baked and smoked salmon here with some crispy skin on top a potato Graton a Thai salad some flatbread to dunk into your Curry and then we've got some beautiful sticky date pudding with butterscotch and an orange crem fresh wow are you pleased I'm so happy I'm very stoked I think it looks fantastic right get out of here we're going to taste enjoy guys thank you I'm so happy with what we've done but shall we I don't know if we've done enough today compared to the red team because I know the red team have done such beautiful food today you know what I like here you can tell the batter is going to be a good thing because it's all bubbly yeah you know and brown and air rated she's got good crisp and not a bad effort at all get a bit of TI salad just to refresh the palette boys yeah good nice bright bit of chili heat love that good sourness yeah salmon I think you know you're looking at the First Team Challenge under pressure and to be able to cook it beautifully is is a great start the skin is absolutely fantastic we should try the Grattan [Music] oh I love I love creamy potatoes they are delicious hey that's a crab pleasing prawn Curry that is uh delicious I'm going back in I'm enjoying this bread actually and that Curry is just when you say crow pleasy you're right cuz it's not too hot but it's complex and and tasty and what I love is the prawns are perfectly cooked that is a winner and the bread is a ripper so this is Christina's sticky date pudding recipe and she makes it for Christmas for her family George what you doing don't be shy yeah of course there you go sticky stuff just sauce and the cream go and put a dollop of cream on our behalf [Music] yes oh [Music] gosh that is very very very very good that's so good Del don't look at it guys it's orange inner is wonderful yeah I think everything tastes fantastic and they've done a really good job in terms of everything's cooked really really well my only question would be it does go together it it feels really like seven dishes they're all Fant fantastic but they've been made by individuals rather than by a team the salmon I really enjoyed thought it was perfectly cooked just melted in your mouth the highlight of the whole meal today was the sticky date pudding it was phenomenal I really enjoyed that it was actually perfect the caramel sauce was beautiful the cream was delightful I just love the prawns so I peed out on them Joe how are you looking good come in Tim Tim's the C so Tim what have we got we've got crispy pork belly served with an apple sauce and some crispy pork crackling on top we've got ey fillet steak with a chimy Chuy yep roasted lamb Sher cooked in pomegranate molasses and sumac and then we've got roasted honey baby carrots with Crispy chickpeas a green salad with a fried chizo and then we've got an apricot crumble with custard beautiful lovely cross your fingers yeah thanks boys enjoy wow talk about just I'm I I'm dizzying the brain and looking at all of this beautiful food I mean it's an absolute catwalk of deliciousness here and um and I think these seven dishes are all ready for their their closeup you know what I love I love the fact that you can you can mix and match whatever you want and I think that's a really smart way of cooking and a great way of doing with a buffet all works doesn't it yeah wow that that puree that is very very very good cookie you saw that in the bottom of the tray and they've just scraped all that apple and fenel up how many times over the years have we said the best flavors in the pan and use it and gee it pays off it goes so well with that that pork and crackling and what I also love is that pork has just been cooked to Perfection it's fall apart but in no way dry and jammed for the flavor right great combination real real acid hit in the chury which really pushes up so this is the lamb and wood that [Music] is I reom from for me the lamb is even more enjoyable than the chimur the beef and even more enjoyable that amazing pork dish have to argue about that oh that's so good that that lamb is absolutely delicious the flavor of pomegranate the sness of the sumac is brilliant the freshness of all those herbs theyve used the mint the dill I mean gee that is delicious and that light sort of you know juices of the pan delicious but the great thing is all those three meat dishes have totally different flavor profiles so they're all on your plate doing something different which is [Music] fantastic well that is candy sweet it's it's when you're eating this going jeez I could I've forgotten about the pork I've forgotten about the beef I've forgotten about the lamb how good are the vegetables now they're just as good look at these look at these stop we're talking about roasty and yummy look at those carrots yeah great wonderful contrast of that kind of crispy chick peas which you kind of kind of break apart with the with the softness of those carrots which are perfectly good I love the sweetness and the Honey with the two really good and you look at it and you go people might be looking go it's a a little bit Burnie but it's not cuz it what it does is just just that lovely caramelized honey sweetness got lot of flavor I like that very lovely combination right should we have dessert oo look at that look at the color on those look beautiful that that ginger in that crumble is fantastic the The Filling is very tart but I think I think with the with the custard and with the sweetness of the crumble it kind of pulls that that filling back in line it's yum I love the tartness of it cuz it makes me want to have more um it's not sickly sweet it's Moorish and like you just want to settle in on one of those hay stacks that in front of us my hands on your shoulders boys and let's be honest a crumble is good regardless but that is an exceptionally good Crum and the apricots are so wonderful loveely delicious I really enjoyed the pork belly with a nice bit of crunch and the beetro salad was great yeah I like the pork belly as well I thought it was delicious but my favorite was the steak it was just super tender and yeah really delicious here carrot how was that done it was just beautiful never had anything like that before lovely stuff yeah it was absolutely superb wow red team unbelievably good yeah absolutely Stellar all the things I think we love about food on on one serving table what a great job they've done mind-blowingly delicious I can't think of an offsite challenge we've eaten as well and it's the first offsite challenge of the competition it's amazing shall we yeah [Music] marf is so often about just one thing rising to the occasion and and what an occasion a chance to give back to the farmers of East giips land to the lion club members has driven this need for feed disaster relief appeal and of course the truckies who've given up their time to haul fodder here from all across this great land and rise to the occasion you did I think we all agreed that that was some of the best food we've ever had in any offsite challenge over the last 10 years so thank you and Well Done everybody Well Done Right guys let's get straight into it blue team let's see what you did brilliantly we loved that prawn Curry CRS cooked to Perfection and a crowd pleasing curry sauce it was delicious sticky date pudding amazing best dessert of the [Applause] day I can't believe that I got dessert of the day this is amazing I'm feeling very happy red team let's talk about what you did brilliantly the pork what can we say absolutely outstanding roasting the pork on top of the apple and fennel and using all of those pan juices to make the puree was clever thoughtful and delivered flavor in spade and the Beet roasted caramelized Jammy sweet the walnuts crunchy finished with that creamy go cheese as far as we were concerned next level in fact it wasn't just two dishes it was seven fabulous dishes that blew our socks off colorful flavor plus textural the whole kitten and Kaboodle and that's why red team you are today's winners I just can't believe it First Team Challenge as Captain and we've won it's awesome I can't believe it red team red team congratulations fantastic job today blue team fantastic job as well we were genuinely Blown Away by how you cook today you just get shaved by better cooking and that's what happened today but gosh we really feel that that when you walk into the elimination tomorrow there should be a spring in your step and there should really be some pride in your heart for what you've done today and Tessa you've got a big decision to make going into elimination with a community pin I need to think about this strategically so guys well done today back to Melbourne get
