congratulations our next guest is the star of the new movie the break-up where he plays a man who still lives with the woman after they split up they fight they food they flirt they argue boys sounds about like 85 of the songs I've recorded in real life he's a big fan of country music and he's here tonight as part of a very special tribute please welcome Vince Vaughn how are you they call Buck Owens a rebel an innovator the man in the rhinestone suit who played the red white and blue guitar however if you want to describe him anyway you want to describe him he shaped the sound of country music and spun it in a new direction buck will be remembered as the man who started the Bakersfield sound for his early corroborations with his late wife Bonnie Owens for his TV star days on he Hall and most of all for his 20 number-one hits in a music catalog gotra lived forever I will always remember Buck Owens as a very kind and a very generous man in fact Buck Owens gave me this guitar which I have here onstage with me tonight and no one is allowed to touch this guitar well except Brad Paisley obviously anyhow bucks good friend mr. Dwight Yoakam has put together a super band to perform some of Buck Owens classics tonight and illustrate how far-reaching his influence was and what an amazing group of musicians we have here so let's let's hear it for the boys here mr.
