what's going on guys welcome back to the channel so yeah I couldn't leave this car behind I ended up getting the Camaro z/28 as well I did the same barn that you saw on the last video if you haven't checked that out click above here and you can see everything about this car what look like in its natural habitat in the barn didn't do anything yet to it besides pull it back into my garage it's not running right now but I think it'll be fairly easy for me to get it started so that's why I decided to have my fiance and I push out the car and I just slowly you know stop it with blocks so I'm just gonna use to come along and pull it back in but this video I just really need to detail his car I want to get all the gremlins out mice there was possums in there hopefully they're all right now so I don't want to introduce that into my good garage now so I'm gonna start with the engine bay first decrease that use a power washer from a little bit of a distance of ways after the degreaser soaks in tackle the exterior and then we'll move on to the interior as well so let me show you what this interior looks like because it does have some a little bit of mold forming from sitting for over 20 years so yeah here is interior you can see it's not in too bad of shape it's kind of a different color combination here it's this brown interior does smell pretty musky moldy so I'm gonna have to use a mask when I get this part I'm gonna be using white vinegar and a couple of different products I'll be showing you after I'm done with the vinegar as well so make sure you were a respirator when you do this sort of stuff on the inside of the vehicle and we'll see how it turns out overall it's should clean up pretty well but it's still gonna be a ton of scrubbing alright so let's get started now on the engine and see how that turns out [Music] Devereaux's is turning out better than I thought I was going to this is free buff you'd see some scratches from all the animals on camera here some marring from whatever you know hopping up and down the hood after all those years there is some rust and stuff starting to form right there you see some scratches probably up around this area here but those should buff out this is the deepest scratched I've found so far get my finger now on that so I doubt this portion is gonna come out this probably will some scratches here but overall I'm actually impressed with how good this is turning out there's some more scratches right there and right there I'd say its overall like a six maybe six and a half the state of it when they repainted it this far was repainted to the factory color that I know of right now they didn't tape off some portions but overall I think this is like a sounds like a either in 80s or 90s paint job so it held up early will for being that old of a paint job it feels really clean I'm still gonna clay bar it before I buff but you know it feels pretty good there is some you know waves in the paint can't really see on camera too much but just how they block sanded it but you know how it wasn't the 90s who knows what kind of materials they were using and you know what kind of knowledge there was back then but overall I'm actually pretty happy with it there's some cracking starting I removed the trim right here I'm gonna get this glue off it I kind of like those sleeker look without this top portion of the trim which is back in here but now I'm gonna start getting my but my mask on our respirator and put a distilled white vinegar and do a 50% mix of distilled vinegar 250 percent of water maybe might make that a little bit stronger spray all this down that'll kill the mold before you want to before you dislodge anything you want to put a respirator on probably put some gloves on as well for that get like a scrub brush or something you have detail brush scrub into the grooves of everything let that sit dry it off with some rags and then I'll show you the next step after that which is going to be this detailer right here this grits garage interior cleaner so this is going to be after the interior after the white vinegar distilled water mix and take out even further snow I'll do a third step which is going to be this Adam's polish [Music] okay here's what it's turning out so this is strictly steel wool it's grade quadruple zero steel wool you want to make sure as long as soon as you clean it up you don't want to keep rubbing with steel wool because it will take off the Chrome so you got to be careful with that and then I'm wiping it down with some invisible glass pre wipe it with this and wipe in between steps with the steel wool so here is after about an hours of work I got almost half it done and here's the old so this won't take out like severe pitting or anything it'll just give it a shine luckily this is coming out pretty well and then I'll move on to the front bumper front bumper isn't gonna be as nice as this rear bumper but it should still clean up fairly well just you know give a better appearance than what it is now [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] after done letting this sit a little bit maybe five minutes flip your rag over microfiber work rag and then just to make it even you wipe it one direction and that evens it out takes off any excess that looks drinking so that completes the detail of this Camaro looks pretty nice let me pull it out and then show you guys what it looks like take the cover off and all that stuff [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause]
